#1 (and 2) Chipper Master sets and I love itLets face it... when building a giant set like the Chipper Jones Master Set with 2,639 unique cards and counting, its easy to mess up and buy duplicates. When building a set that massive and not being someone of unlimited means, a dupe I buy today may mean the budget is tapped out for a card I need tomorrow. When new cards arrive (or the 1000 I just mailed in today come back in a few months) adding them by scanning the barcode makes it quick and painless. I also think the photo upload option is great. When I decided to add photos of each card in the set, it seemed a daunting task, but chipping away (get it? GET IT?) has been much easier with the app. When selling extras, being able to quickly see what I paid helps as well. The one thing I would love to see (not just with the app, but in the app and on the website) would be a linking if the new Auction Prices Realized to the cards automatically in the way that the SMR is. Inventory ManagementGives you a “what if” option to type a CERT # into and compare how adding a card will rank your set among others. Allows you to customize and build sets for nearly any thing you can imagine. If you’re searching for a certain card, it does the research for you and finds the card being sold all over. I had A few glitches when adding some cards to your inventory but not to your set. Reported it and it was handled IMMEDIATELY.. very very very prompt to solving any issues! Great app for PSA cars collecting. It just needs a few tweaks.I enjoy this app most of the time I use it. I’m able to see what I have, what I’ve sold, and shop for future acquisitions from this app. It’s actually helped me refine a couple of the collections to the point of being 3rd or 4th overall. But there are a couple suggestions I’d like to make (otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars) First, there is no way of switching between looking at my set, and the overall ranking view of the set as a whole. I have to back out, go to browse, search the sport, then the type of collection, ie HOFers, then find the specific set, then click in and I can finally see the rankings. It’s very tedious. SUGGESTION: put a link to the set rankings on my set rank in my personal page. If my set says 3rd overall (top left icon of my personal page) I should be able to click that and be taken to the set rankings page to see how I’m doing in relation to the other collectors. I can see my progress and what I need to improve on from that page as well. The other suggestion ties to the desire to click from my set page to the overall set rankings page. As stated before, it’s a tedious process switching from personal set page to overall set rankings page. I have a problem with the “Back” button on the top left section of the app. I constantly press it thinking I’m gonna go back to the page before, but instead it sends me to the main menu page. The muscle memory most of us have from internet searching is the top left buttons are forward and back buttons not a menu button. SUGGESTION: make that button on the top left act like the back button on any web browser so as not to confuse users. And put a main menu or home page on the left bottom of the page instead. PSA APPI’ve dear PSA MEMBER, It’s great to be a fan of this hobby. I’ve been in since 1988. It’s been a longer hourney getting here and look forward to the next time you are here. A few kinks, very cool app overallI like this app and I’m sure it will get better and better. When using Quick add sometimes it buzzes like it read the card but never actually loads. Closing out app and restarting fixes. Can only add a photo when quick adding. There are other ways that allow for picture adding after adding a card but the “save” button doesn’t seem to work in those features. Starting a Set is only possible if the set is preloaded into the app. I can’t seem to just create my own set or subset inside a set. The Showcase feature is pretty cool. Decent DatabaseI like this app ok. It keeps track of all my PSAs. There are some really good features and some I’m still trying to figure out. I like the Showcase feature most of all. It took a lot of trial and error to make the Digital Album. There are definitely quirks to it. Like I’ve never been able to just view the digital album unless it’s actually in the EDIT mode. Albert Pujols Rookie SetThe Set Registry app is a great tool for any collector. It allows you to create your own personalized sets with information such as the date purchased, cost, certification number, SMR value, population report, purchased source, and you can even upload photos. I like everything but ….I find that there is a very very long upload time for photos and it’s not my Wi-Fi, Phone or Internet service. I have experienced the same thing in different areas and know people who have had the same experience on the app. The other negative thing for me is sometimes there are photos that other people took that are stuck there and my photos are better. I can’t even switch the “stock” photos for my photos so mine show up first even if I can’t delete them. New rewards programI think it’s great that PSA has come up with rewards system. I believe that it will help build a little friendly competition between members, particularly ones who collect the same sets. Which could lead to more grading submissions of cards that currently have a lower population instead of collectors simply waiting for a card that they’re looking for to show up on eBay. Great app, but a bit buggyI enjoy adding what cards I have purchased and checking them out. I’d recommend getting this app and registering all cards you have! I have found some issues when trying to add dates. It has a roller for date selection, but it doesn’t have a dime button or allow you to manually type it (it is easier to scroll). I just wish that I could try and tape on date, and then the number would appear, as opposed to having to edit the number, then changing it back. As for trying to edit my profile, each time I select “edit”, it just opens an extra link to view my profile from an outsider view. Please change it to where the Edit button allows me to edit my profile! But an easy app to upload and register my cards and their images thought! Very FunI love this app for giving me a collector. A different fun added activity to collecting cards. It’s a way to catalog as well as show off your collection to others to see. I have friends who also do it. There is an number ranking system in place. So there is also the competition factor because the more cards you input. CollectorsI trust PSA, that’s the most important thing. I love that we can create a digital account. The app does feel a bit outdated and a little confusing. Digital albums don’t work well. Creating sets is fun but a bit confusing. Overall its a great app for logging and keeping track of your items. TCGIt’s a good idea but has a lot of room for improvement - for example why would a TCG collector need to create several sports sets when we don’t collect sports, which in turn means our ranking is negatively impacted and vice-versa? Our ranking shlold be based on what we collect, I don’t want to collect everything. MediocreI find glitches with the system all the time. For example, as I’m logged in right now, it shows me that I have no sets. Yet I have nine sets registered actually. Very very frustrating. I would say it’s OK at best. Another frustrating thing is you cannot organize the cards in your sets by highest grade to lowest grade. Cool conceptI really like the app but the amount of manual work it takes to build and maintain my set feels off. Enough data is there for PSA/Collectors to sync across apps. I’d love to have full integration with my PSA Vault. If I buy or sell something, it would be great if it syncs with my inventory. So unnecessarily complicatedSimple features don’t exist. If you have a bunch of graded cards, you can’t just click something that says create all possible sets and add all cards automatically. It’s a total cluster. I’ve been back and forth with the app and the website for different features. Some works better on the app and some is better on the website. If I get an order back from PSA, and if I have to click more than one click, you’ve over-complicated things. It’s so incredibly simple but that doesn’t exist. I tried adding a card to a set and it gives me an error saying the card has been put in another set. So? Cards fall into multiple sets, especially when you allow all these unnecessary sets to exist. I’ll probably just delete all my sets. I know what I have. This is kinda worthless and it just wasted another hour of my life. I tried this like a year ago and got frustrated and decided it was dumb.
