Best app I've bought. The videos are great and explain everything. The nutrition facts really help you understand why it's important to keep juicing. After the 3 day detox I downloaded 5lb in 5 days just for the juice recipes. I'm now on my 2nd week of having juice for breakfast and lunch and a light meal in the evening. I have so much more energy now
Excellent app just done the 7lbs in 7 days going to do the 3 day detox straight after , dropped 5 kgs and feel full of energy , would recommend to anyone
Excellent app. It really explains everything very clearly. The shopping list is very helpful. Highly recommend.
Great App. It is very helpful, it comes in very handy and it is very user-friendly. It makes doing the programme very easy. Love having the shopping list too, but it would be even better if you could tick the ingredients you already have off the list. Maybe in a future update?
