I have tried to change the phone number, and have erased my pay methods and now is blocked. And the couriers usually get late by my experience. And now event let me log in, a crap app.

The only thing you can do is wait and the only thing can do by costmer service is telling you “we dont know when you can recive your order and we also cant cancel the order .

What a horrible service. there is always one excuse why it is not working and the order cannot be made.

Does not work well. Much worst than other similar apps like JustEat or Glovo.

App is fine, delivery is from time to time

I keep trying to add an address but it never allows me to and therefore I can’t proceed to order food. Which is a pity because the rest of the app looks like it runs great.

He hecho un pedido y el repartidor no ha querido subirlo a la oficina, se ha llevado mi pedido ya pagado delante nuestro a pesar de que lo estábamos llamando por la ventana y nos ha visto. Intento contactar con soporte, insisto en que quiero el pedido y no un reembolso. El agente de soporte ha decidido hacer el reembolso sin mi consentimiento y me dice que tardará 3 días. Me han dado unos créditos después de pelear con ellos. Intento hacer otro pedido utilizando los créditos y no se me permite. Contacto otra vez con soporte y la respuesta es que soy sospechosa de crear varias cuentas y que no los puedo utilizar, pero que si hago un pedido pagando el importe íntegro y sin los créditos no hay ningún problema, es una estafa!

Todos las entregas tardan demasiado y no obstante siempre se retrasan más de lo pactado! Si la app dice 50 min nunca tardan eso tardan casi el doble, pésimo el sistema de entrega! Deberían no cobrar los envíos ya que tardan lo que se les da la gana!

They took a whole week to solve my case. Still missing the partial refund of the item that was missing in my order. There was no extra compensation whatsoever despite I didn’t receive any customer support for days and had to follow up several times. I was a big fan of Wolt, but you’ve lost a long term customer for being greedy.
