Terrible appI am deeply dissatisfied with this app. I am awaiting a package that is already overdue, and despite being enrolled in Delivery Manager, the filters box fails to display the package. However, it is visible under “view all.” The app is also excessively slow and prone to lagging. The tracking information is inadequate, as FedEx seems to update it only once a day, unlike their competitors who provide constant updates, including live tracking of the driver’s location. I received a delivery exception notification, but it was unhelpfully vague, offering no explanation for the exception. I had to contact FedEx to learn that the real reason was due to increased package volume and the local delivery office needing the package for inventory, which contradicted the app’s message that it was out for delivery. This essentially meant that the package was still being processed. Additionally, attempting to initiate a vacation hold through the app results in an error. The previous design was far superior. It is ironic that FedEx customer support insisted I use the app “for the latest information,” given its numerous failures. Another frustrating aspect is that if you change delivery notifications to SMS, the app persistently prompts you to switch to push notifications. Unlike their competitors, FedEx is unable to support both SMS and push notifications, allowing only one type. This app is the absolute worse, but that’s what I’ve come to expect from FedExThis app is just as bad as the customer service that I’ve come to expect from FedEx. Updated the app, and couldn’t open it. I eventually had to uninstall it and reinstall it to even get it to open. Then, because I deleted it, my login was cleared. When I tried to recover it, I entered my email address and a message flashed in green at the top of the screen. I said flashed because it disappeared so quickly I had to attempt to screenshot it several times to try to see what it said. It said that *if* that’s a valid email address I’ll receive an email. Never did after multiple attempts. So I had to register a new account. That process, too was glitchy. And I never knew if I successfully registered. Finally, I got an email for that after multiple attempts. Then, the search feature to look up tracking numbers says it will save your recent searches, five minutes later, it’s completely blank which requires looking up my tracking number again. They attempted to deliver my package multiple times during the day when I’m at work, but it requires a signature, so they keep trying to deliver it but don’t get back to the center until after the facility closes. I try to leave delivery instructions but the app tells me an error and supposedly goes back to the tracking screen, but it never loads. Poor App and poor serviceI had a scheduled packaged that was supposed to arrive at my apartment on Friday by the end of the day and required a signature. I called to remove the signature requirement as I didn’t want to waste my time staring out the window waiting for the FedEx truck to come. They said they couldn’t remove the signature requirement and I also couldn’t sign digitally on the app. I then asked for them to call me before they arrive and they said that their drivers don’t call and aren’t allowed to carry phones. I waited patiently the entire day only for the status update to change to delayed and that they would try again on Saturday. Saturday came and I had a little more hope as the status update on the app said my package was on the truck and out for delivery. Again my entire Saturday was wasted waiting and the package which never came. Today is Sunday and I see on the app it will be delivered by the end of the day today. I still don’t have my package and loosing hope I’ll ever get it delivered. The app does not give an estimated time for delivery and does not allow you to sign remotely. Also the app does not have GPS tracking so I have no idea how many stops are left prior to it arriving. FedEx you need to do better than this!!! Now that I know FedEx can’t deliver a large 80 pound package I’m going to have to rent a pickup truck since my car is too small and drive to their warehouse to pick it up. Pushy App adds nothingI was trying to manage a delivery from the mobile site like I always used to but for some reason “Manage Delivery” showed “unavailable”. I also had to open a separate tab just to log in because FedEx hid the log in option on the mobile tracking info screen. All this was to force me to download the app or go to a desktop browser. So I downloaded the app as I wasn’t near a PC. I was immediately bombarded with questions before being allowed to use the app after logging in. I killed the app and tried again and was mercifully able to avoid the questions. However I was next assaulted with requests to enable notifications. I declined and I was finally allowed to enter my tracking number and magically able to manage my delivery! Wow! I guess the website is just randomly broken, while pestering users to get the app, but the app works! Amazing! Oh and one of the apps best features: every single time you track a package you have to either allow notifications or decline the offer. Every single time until you let FedEx push notifications to your device at will.
Guess what? Your app offers nothing novel, your website is broken and your shameless effort to get more information from me and my device is disgusting.

No notifications and no communication at allThis isn’t the first time that this happened to me with FedEx. Before the shipment was even shipped, I requested all the notifications as much as possible so I can get the real time updated status even if home or not home. Turned out it doesn’t matter anyway. No notifications, no updates, and no communication at all. Just because the gate at my residence was closed (and the apartment staff is off work), doesn’t mean you cannot come in…? That was only around 5-6:00 PM, when in fact, I know that FedEx is always out of deliver until 9-10:00 PM. After the estimated day that my shipment was supposed to be delivered, I went back to check up on the app again, out of no where it says that “the delivery was unable to deliver” at 6 PM when at that time, I got NOTHING for the notifications. I’ve been home all day and I had no idea where my package was. The only thing it says on the tracking category was “out for deliver since 6:50 AM”. They could’ve have contacted or something in order to get inside and deliver some packages. Or at least if I get notified by a text right away because that was the option I chose to be notified if there’s an exception for a delivery, or there’s something happening and is unable to deliver. Updated regularly, but can’t track shipments/no record of any being shipped to me?🤔 So how is it that the they claim to update the app regularly when it doesn’t register any shipments to or from me nor can I search a tracking number, and let me see the travel history. This company is a JOKE!My package was late for a couple days because the driver couldn’t find my house. I understand that they are not allowed their phones on the deliveries but when they don’t give the recipient the message deliver exception. I called 4 days in a row after giving a customer service rep extremely detailed directions to my house to deliver my package, with false assurance from the customer service rep that it would be delivered the following day.. and the next day.. and the next day... till I gave up and had them deliver it to the towns dollar store... I don’t have a vehicle and I live 3 miles out of town and on the opposite side of the town that the store is on. I couldn’t even sign up for the delivery manager because it’s a flawed app with the ability to track your packages and tell the delivery driver who is not capable of finding a house with very detailed instructions on how to get to a house. To drop it off not anywhere near you. And customer service reps who will not have any idea how to communicate with the customer on how to get the package to the consumer. None the less lie to the customer because the company isn’t communicating with itself. I’m home everyday, all day and I record on my security cameras these awful deliveries. They actually , as last review stated, toss your package(s) either from the trunk bed to the ground or toss to your door, steps. My packages are now, currently left up
In the ditch by my mailbox or at the neighbors house with fed ex tracking I use I can actually determine where the package is knowing what my neighbors houses and yards look like. I live in a decent neighborhood and don’t really need to worry about stolen packages but it could happen being left in the ditch, the neighbors can say they never got it!! I get tracking and pic delivery so I did receive a pic of a fed ex employees buttocks, more than just the cheeks ! I have filed numerous complaints with these idiots and I have contacted every vendor /company I get delivery from and they also file formal complaints. I send the pics of the packages as well as the video from my security cameras. This fed ex company needs to go and let UPS do its great work. Obviously fed ex can’t handle its work load. Dishonest delivery driver’s name Chandler is a very dishonest.A delivery driver employed by FedEx is extremely dishonest. I have top-notch security and this delivery driver only takes a picture of my home updated tracking that he or she has made attempts to deliver and I was not home. I’ve been at home each time. Chandler attempt deliver my package, but he never came to my door. As mentioned above, I have top-notch security in addition to I was sitting right next to the door all day and right after he marked that item as unable to deliver, I open the door. There was no delivery truck in addition to he did step foot on my and I have top-notch video to prove it. Not just the FedEx has lost it completelySo I have always shipped via UPS because more convenient and cheaper than shipping packages from post office. Then I heard FedEx is cheaper for packages. Really? Yes. And they are closer to me. So I set up an account with FedEx online with all my information and added address book for all ppl I ship packages to, like a handful. Then I went to previous kinkos that is now a FedEx store and the ppl who work there are losers, they could look up my account, great, but could not access any addresses in my address book because “privacy,” and I paid and they handed me a paper receipt, “your package will go out tomorrow, even though guy is picking up now, because you chose ground.” OK. I got no txt msg or email with tracking info and even though they used my account to ship, my account has no links to tracking number. I have to type in tracking number to FedEx tracking website. And they told me they won’t remember the address for next time. We will have to go through all this again. Now FedEx for a time led the world in package management efficiency and used to use the latest in technology, but in today’s world this app and their “accounts” are behind even the post office. Why is the app regressing?The app is still a good place to enter a tracking number to track a package. I used to be able to add a nickname to a package that I’m tracking, but this feature stopped working at some point. The barcode scan option has never worked. Hopefully we’re just in transition and an update is coming. The UPS app is now head and shoulders above this app.
I'm back to add more: This app used to be very buggy, but then it was improved. After the latest "update", it is back to being very buggy. I have to restart the app every time I go into it in order to make it show me any useful information. If I revisit the app once it's already open, and try to see my tracked packages, it bounces me back to the start page. I have to close and reopen the app. Names can no longer be added to tracked packages (this HAD been fixed, but now it doesn't work again). I do get package updates, but I ship multiple packages a day, so I'd like to know which packages are being delivered and which are still in transit. These things used to work, but are once again broken. PLEASE fix this app, and then once it's working again, LEAVE IT ALONE! Don't put out an "improvement" until you know it is bulletproof. Disappointed is an understatementI really wanted to like this app, but disappointed is an understatement! After missing a package I needed to sign for, I was livid, the driver was at my door according to my ring for 31 seconds, when I got to the door he was driving up the street! Guess what!? You can NEVER get a driver back. This was a critical delivery for that day, but the pickup location was in another city,in another state I might add and an hour away. You could at least have a facility in this city of a million people! So I decided to wait for delivery on the second attempt. I downloaded the app after the site implied for more details, get an account, get the app! Determined not to miss it, I fell for it and downloaded the app, BUT the information provided was exactly the same as just tracking the regular way. This “awesome” tracking app shows it left this morning at 4:30 am, it’s 1:25 pm and not ONE single update, I’ve used better tracking apps, what’s the point if the information isn’t even available? DisappointedThis “great” app that this company say’s is a joke. I waited for a week for this package to come in. They delivered one set package that I order with no signature required but when it came to my other one they needed a signature. I had to download this app so I can plan ahead on when the package can be here so I can sign it. But unfortunately every time when I ask for a update or a certain time they give me that date but then say at the end of that day. Unfortunately the app kept on saying package is pending but then says its in transit then says the other package is in one of their stores so now I have no clue which one is the right information. I call customer service to ask to hold my package there so I can have the ability to pick then up. He tells me that he put a hold on them and that you can pick it up. I go over to the location and they tell me that the packages have been sent so I go home and I get hit with that sorry we missed you sticker so I feel that I am in a wild goose chase. I call them the next day and one I could barley get a connection with the representative and two in order for me to hold them I would have to call the next day so they can call the location to hold it for me. Just use UPS if you want your items to arrive on time at your doorJust like the FedEx shipper itself, this app is completely unreliable. The biggest issue it has is with the only thing 99% of us use it for: tracking incoming shipments. What’s the problem? Well let me tell you, kids. The FedEx app is nearly incapable of recognizing incoming shipments. So your tracking online works just fine, but the app isn’t aware of its existence. The app has a favorites feature, so no problem right? Just add it manually to the app. That would be neat if it worked, but it doesn’t. Try adding it to favorites, then try to open favorites? If the app doesn’t immediately crash, you won’t find it there anyway. But don’t worry young one. The app will still push notifications to you about the status of your shipment. Helpful right? No. If you tap this notification thinking it will bring you to the tracked package information, it will not. Because it doesn’t know your package exists in the app. Great work FedEx. FRUSTRATING! THIS APP SELDOM WORKS!For years FedEx was considered the premier delivery service. Our business relied heavily on FedEx, paid more for it, but the constant reliability, exceptional customer service, and superior results made it worth it so that we could focus on every other aspect of our businesses. Once we left packages with FedEx, we did not need to think about it again. We knew it would be done and done right! I do not know what all has occurred for this to change so drastically, but Customer Service is still better than most - IF (& when) YOU CAN GET TO A REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING! Delays are the norm now. They are to be expected over half the time & when they do, no explanation is given for projection or estimating. It is simply on a hope & a prayer as to when it will begin moving again. With SO many carriers now having these issues (since the 2020 election, when our country began to fall apart!) it is fairly clear that some issues are beyond the control of FedEx (though, more aggressive solution seeking would likely help!) HOWEVER, FedEx absolutely CAN control its own mobile app & how well it functions. The app has a solid, user friendly design - BUT IT SELDOM FUNCTIONS PROPERLY! It used to be great, but for the past 2+ years, it consistently malfunctions - not completing the tasks, which are their own offered functions. This is a consistent problem! Poorly Developed In Every Way PossibleLike many big companies these days, the game is to give the impression that customer service is being offered and taken seriously, but it is anything but. The only thing that this app will do is track your deliveries. And even that is sketchy. Despite giving the idea that you can provide delivery instructions as was possible over a year ago, the app just loops in a continuous two screens no man’s land that never arrives at that option. You will also find that you have to repeatedly sign in for the luxury of that joy ride. As for contacting an actual human agent, unless you are bushier that isn’t possible either. Like many of the big corps., today AI answering systems have been instituted. You cannot reach a flesh and blood person, even if calling your local fedex offices. Those numbers have all been rerouted to the same system. And it provides a very limited selection of reasons for your call that have little to offer wit delivery problems. It will simply end your call no matter what old tricks to reach a human you try. They Do not right their Wrongs‼️I paid 30$ shipping for a very temperature + time sensitive very important package . They said they knocked but my dog didn’t even hear them knock and she hears a lint ball hit the floor!! I then get a message that they will resend it tomorrow, but by that time my product that I spent hundreds on + 30 to ship so this wouldn’t happen, will be ruined‼️I called and customer service said they fixed it and the driver would bring it back. Lazily made app, terrible serviceFeel scammed into using the app and site via incorrect notifications about my package. You send out incorrect alerts that are "free" to people who have never used the service before that a package is "scheduled by end of day" to show up a certain day. So you sit at home all day patiently waiting (also for a package you need to sign for with an id) but it doesn't show up and the site and app don't update till after the whole day is done saying "delivery exception" or some poor service excuse term. Then it just says the same thing FOR THE NEXT DAY. After. And it doesn't show you the actual delivery date unless you open a small tab and scroll all the way down? Why have two dates? That's dumb as hell. Could just idk be consistent and accurate and have decent service.. But no I waste my while day sitting waiting to answer the door so I don't lose my package and I "conveniently" can't file a delay claim based on the date you pushed notifications for on a first time User whose not used to your confusing and poor service, yep 1 Star. going to ask to have my packages switched to a new service from now on. Not showing/tracking any incoming packagesThere hasn’t been any incoming packages showing up via the FedEx app in many weeks even though I receive a weekly package and only receive a email notifying me of the package. Sometimes it would randomly show an incoming package one time in a week, but then after it refreshed; it would disappear. This has become very annoying especially with how long it’s been going on. This should’ve been fixed by now and funny enough, there was a new update in the app that now lets you filter out what packages you want to see whether it’s ones “to me, from me, on the way, delivered, etc.” However, it still doesn’t show any packages at all even if you have one that applies to any of the filters. I’m not sure why they would add a new feature when they didn’t even fix a major problem especially one that makes that new feature useless.
They added a new feature to better show you the packages you want to see, yet they didn’t fix the problem that has been not allowing people to see any packages. Major incompetence and they didn’t mention anything about this bug in their notes of the new update even though so many people have been expressing this same issue.

Poor delivery serviceI’m to the point that I will not purchase anything or from anyone whom using FedEx delivery! My deliveries are continuously delayed and pushed for days. I also am continually having deliveries dropped at the wrong location AND today I can not even located a package that was delivered yesterday! The service of photographing a picture of a package on a porch is completely useless. I can not even come close to figuring out what porch it was dropped of on. This is absolutely ridiculous. At the least they could drop it across from my mailbox, on a porch that is directly across the street from the mailboxes. At least I would have located it there. I’ve also had numerous packages dropped AT the mailbox along the road. And at the most bizarre locations, out in snow rain etc. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Customer service is a computer only ???Why won’t the customer service number let you speak to a real person/customer representative??!!! The system will ask for a tracking number then hang up the call. They will say that you will be connected with a real person after you give the tracking number but when you give the tracking number they tell you generic information about the delivery. My package has been stuck in South Carolina for over 2 days and the computer only understands certain keywords and phrases if you need help beyond that you won’t be understood and the system will disconnect before attempting to connect with a real customer service representative. How do I contact a real person/customer support representative that understands more than a few words and phrases. Can’t get the help I need because the system won’t or can’t understand that kind of issue. You would think something like a missing package is a common issue that a company would have a system in place to help customers with this situation. But that’s not the case. It seems impossible to get in contact with a live person customer service representative with this company. I wish I had a choice of shipping companies because other companies have some way of getting a hold of a real person or a manager that can navigate around the automated system to help the customer and at least provide more information to help the customer understand what is happening with their package/delivery. Nearly Unusable AppI can see tracking info on this app when I enter a tracking number. But that is as far as it goes. Any attempt to add or get further information (i.e., delivery instructions) is impossible. Attempts at logging in inevitably fail and so do attempts to reset my password. Using the email method, where I am supposed to be sent a link to reset the password are never received. I have tried this multiple time and different times of day. I have never received the expected email. No, it is not in my spam folder. The virtual assistant they offer is useless. Very frustrating. Update: I have been contact with an apology that there was a system problem which caused my issue. However, I have tried again to log in and change my password only to be disappointed again. FedEx is worse than the Pony ExpressThis company is hands down the worst shipping service ever conceptualized by man. Continues false delivery estimates even for time sensitive items or paying for expedited shipment. Don’t give me an estimate 4 days before you even come close to getting the package to the destination facility. The app doesn’t allow registration and neither does their website. This company requires signature on EVERYTHING. Do you expect people to sit at their front door from 8am-8pm for a package that never shows to sign for something?? Then when you try to release them from liability and pressing , or hold at a facility, this app and website craps out and is unable to confirm. To top it all off if you want to register to enable a feature which is ridiculous and no other shipping service requires, they have the audacity to MAIL you a parcel that will show in 3-5 days, which is already past the “3 attempts then return to sender rule” This company should be embarrassed that a start up book company was able to develop a shipping service that outmatches your entire business practice in a matter of years. LOCAL PICKUP IS SLOWER?!?!?THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS!!!! BUT LOCAL PICKUP IS SLOWER AND A WASTE OF TIME. IT TAKES 24-48 JUST TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING TITLE. (NO UPDATES, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO TRACKING, NO HELP!!!) I signed up for message and call updates on my package and I receive nothing. Once my package arrived, I was not there to sign for it since I had no notification from FedEx. I decided to call and see if there was a faster way such as picking it up from the shipping center. After I changed it to local pickup, I was told it would take 24 hours to process and I could get it that day or the next. Multiple calls later and I’m told I will get it by the end of the second day which does not happen. I was specifically told that I would be able to get it at the end of the day before close. So there I was, at the store expecting to get it and then they had to tell me it wasn’t there. They did nothing for me except tell me there’s nothing they could do and no one they could call but connect me to customer service which I had already called 8 times. Honestly don’t call customer service, they just repeat what the tracking website says or lie to your face. I WASTED 2 days trying to get this package and they’ve just left it sitting in a warehouse. Delivered to the WRONG Address Again!This is the second time my package from Fedex has been delivered to the wrong address. You all are the ONLY carrier that does this! Even after calling in to verify my address with your call center you all still deliver it to the wrong place. My package was ripped open and left on the ground next to the mail box. If it wasn’t for our mail carrier I would have never received my package. You must pay attention to the street address. I live on Piney Branch Dr NOT Piney Branch Lane, which is were you continue to deliver my packages. The second time I went to the wrong address just to retrieve my package that you all once again left. I have a business account with Fedex that I will most likely cancel in the New Year because of the careless your company continues to display. Bad deliveryI ordered a fireplace. The person that was scheduled to deliver my package did not wait for me to sign they left my smaller package that didn’t require signing. they clearly didn’t wanna walk up to the third floor mind you I’m 100 pound woman. most delivery people refuse to bring me my packages. They leave it downstairs and if it’s a heavier package, I’m pretty much screwed. This particular delivery person didn’t want to bring my package all the way up the stairs. Their was no delivery attempt of my larger fireplace. Mine you I have a Camera outside my door. they never made any attempts to bring me my package. Then they have the nerve to leave me a message. EVERY YEARI cannot describe how deeply I hate FedEx. Every single year during this time of the year, I have to investigate like I’m a detective to find my packages. This morning, I started receiving “out for delivery” text messages from FedEx at 5:28 am. So I sat at home ALL DAY waiting for the delivery so that I could get on the road and travel for the Thanksgiving holiday without leaving my valuables on my doorstep. Finally, around 2:30 pm, I checked the application to see what was happening because FedEx typically delivers in my neighborhood around 10:30 am. There’s a “delivery exception” with a note that stated that they “attempted delivery at 1:56 pm”. I called the customer service line and had to fight with the automated system to get to a human on the line. The guy tells me that no, nobody actually attempted delivery. FedEx refuses to do their jobThis app failed to provide pertinent information regarding my delivery. Was slow to update and I experienced the following issue from the company. My Package was out for delivery today and I waited at home. At 1pm I received a notification online stating “Operational delay” and delivery updated to tomorrow. I contacted customer service who told me it was due to the volume of packages they were processing which is understandable except it was already on a truck out for delivery and it was only 1pm. No attempt at delivery was made. They outright refused to provide me a case number and refused to escalate me to a supervisor. They also refused to change delivery option to a FedEx location I could pick up from and refused to prep my package for pick up at their distribution center. I told them I will go where ever I needed to to get my package since they were unwilling to deliver it to me. They told me that was impossible… they refused to deliver my package, refused to allow me to retrieve it, refused to acknowledge the absurdity of the excuses they were giving me and then refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Everyone I speak to is from another country and I can not u sweat and half of what they are saying. On top of that, we have a driver who delivers to our neighbors almost every day and even after I nicely told him DO NOT use our driveway for their deliveries he still does. Then after that conversation fed ex was supposed to deliver me a package and said they delivered it to my front door! I was home, we have cameras, we also have a gate that was locked. Not available in the U.S.I downloaded because the site wasn’t functioning either. Door tag search told me that I didn’t have a door tag (like the one in my hand that I had just scanned), so I should go to the app. The App failed to open with a pop up that said “This app does is not available for use in your territory or country.” I live in the far flung territory of the midwestern United States. In a city with several FedEx depots … How does one communicate with these people. The driver also failed to leave. Message or indication of anything — least of all a tracking number — on my door tag. I signed it and stuck it back on the door, but I am sorry to report this experience is prettty typical of my FedEx “journeys” since 2022. Everything from a malfunctioning site to drivers who lie and say I wasn’t home when I was home. I know there are some good folks working there, but someone on top needs to redirect funds into customer experience and give the drivers a raise who do good work so that the crappy ones will either do better or look for something new. Their drivers, for the most part pretty good guys, today however our driver decided to leave our box being delivered, which had frozen and refrigerated food inside and it’s April in Arizona, behind a wall near our front door. They then decided not to knock on our door or ring the bell. They did not even go near our front door because they didn’t activate the camera and we were not aware our box had been delivered. All our neighbors were quite aware I bet because you could see the box from the street, you just could not see it from our front door camera. Our box with perishable food was delivered at 11:15 am and sat outside in the sun until about 6:00 pm when my roommate got home and saw the box sitting outside. I’m surprise no porch pirate took our box to be honest. And all of this could have been avoided if only our lazy FedEx driver would have just KNOCKED!
Then I go try and make a complaint on the app about just the one delivery and it’s pretty much impossible, I get redirected to call FedEx directly so spend a long time on wait probably. Maybe the app needs more work than I thought..Ro•ozVersion: 6.8.0
FedEx Terrible ExperiencesI’ve had multiple bad experiences with Fedex, this week is just the latest in a history of bad service. One of my packages has had zero updates for almost a week and no one can tell me where it is.
I was also lied to when I called in for another package I’ve been expecting before I travel for the holidays. I was told the driver attempted to deliver the package and left a note. I’ve been in my living room watching football so I know that no one came to my door. I walked outside to check if there was indeed a note, as I expected, there is none to be found. It’s bad enough that I paid for faster shipping and have yet to receive it, but now I need to leave work early and go out of my way to the warehouse to pick up the package. I can understand that they missed one of the deliveries due to high volume during the holidays, but now that’s turning into three days and to do nothing to try to rectify the issue? Not acceptable. Again, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with fedex. Unfortunately, calling them leads to nothing. Zero starsIf there had been a selection for zero stars I would have used it!! Recently we were looking for a package to be delivered and got a notification that it had been dropped off at the gate on our driveway. We don’t have a gate on our driveway!! We have a cattleguard that vehicles drive over!! This package was no where around our driveway!! When we got to looking it was tucked in high grass and weeds on my neighbors place. We have a pipe entryway with our address in big bold letters on the entryway as well as on our mailbox that is mounted to the entryway!! FedEx drivers need to be instructed on how to read!! This is not the first time stuff like this has happened!! Most of the time when we get a notification that a package has been delivered and it’s not at our house we start checking with the neighbors and usually find it, but this is not my job!! Today our package was delivered to the neighbors front porch. Can these drivers not read? My address is cut out of a steel plate and welded on the entryway, my mailbox is right at my driveway too with my name and address on it as well.

Needs many improvementsHow do you implement Maps and not the locator feature so you can see where the drop boxes and locations are relative to you? It’s also pretty bad that there’s no FedEx drop centers on this side of town at all. You have to drive downtown or to the north, south or airport areas (basically everywhere but here) to drop things off. Trying to reroute a package is another nightmare because even after you give the app access to your location it will ONLY show you locations near the original delivery address. Considering I live all the way across town from where I used to - you can see the problem with this. Even moving the map - it does not update with addresses in the map area view. Dialing in to try to reroute is even worse. They do everything in their power to make it impossible to talk to a human being and you’re only presented with (again) the 3 closest options to where the package was originally addressed and if those don’t work - hang up and play the phone system tree game again. PoorList page shows Monday as the scheduled delivery date, delivery detail page shows Sunday. Not even sure it's the app's fault as much as FedEx just having a pretty crappy system.
When they lost my last package, I had to call THEM to ask what was going on and they had no clue what to do - even asking me what it looked like lol (you're the last to handle it, and you never delivered it so how should I know?). They opened an investigation and never called me to keep me informed on the status - this item is worth ~$800 so you know, I'd like to know what happened. Eventually the status finally changed: they damaged it and sent it back to the shipper. But you have to stay on top of them for any information or status when a shipment doesn't go perfectly, they didn't seem to really give a crap. That's why there isn't any way to flag a shipment in their app to signify it's missing (obviously they had no clue), for a representative to investigate it or call you, to track investigations, etc; and that's why their 800 number is a maze to discourage you from calling/bothering them even when they screwed up.

FedEx is horrible!All of the neighbors in our area hate FedEx and I always cringe when I see a package I ordered is being shipped with them. They always throw our packages 8+ feet over our gate (even though we have a designated bin for packages) and have broke several items including an antique radio. My latest experience was when I had medication shipped with cold packs out for delivery and I took the day off work and sat in my car by our gate from 8am till 3:40pm because at 3:40pm I received a text saying FedEx tried to deliver my package and I refused it and that they were returning it to the sender. I had no clue FedEx now has invisible delivery trucks and drivers! I had to call the company that shipped the medication right away to tell them and they looked it up and saw the same thing that supposedly I refused delivery when in fact they never even attempted to deliver my package. The company that shipped my medication immediately sent out more using USPS and said they said they always have problems with FedEx too. Well the next day all the refused shipment and return to sender notes were gone and replaced with label damaged and replaced/out for delivery! So that afternoon FedEx rolls up and chunks the package over our gate without even stepping out of his truck. We have it all on our camera footage. The medication was hot and spoiled but thank god for USPS because my second shipment arrived minutes later and was delivered with care! I don’t even know how FedEx is still in business and this stupid app doesn’t even let you do anything you can’t do just by using the web. Every other currier has gps so you know where the delivery vehicles are and I hoped this app would be the same but nope nothing like that at all. FedEx is a scamToo many times, over and over and over again repeatedly I purchase much needed food, supplies, clothing or even gifts promised to my children or grandchildren only to end up empty handed because of FedEx. I will be sitting right next to my phone and front door waiting and waiting and waiting ALL day only to receive a email later on or nothing at all, no phone call, no text or email, nothing till later on I am notified that they (FedEx) tried to deliver my package (s) but were unable. Even with the gate locked I am close enough to hear them trying to get my attention but no they just see the locked gate and that’s it, they abandon all attempts to make the delivery. This is at my current location and in the past two locations where I didn’t have a locked gate FedEx still didn’t even try to get a hold of me to let me know that they were trying to get a package to me whatever. I would be right there waiting and waiting and waiting on top of the fact that I specifically put delivery instructions to call or text me upon arrival and NOT TO JUST LEAVE MY DELIVERY ON MY DOOR STEP TO GET STOLEN. But what did they do? They left my package (s) on my door step without notifying me until later so that by the time I got to my door step, guess what? They were all gone and this happened a few weeks or so ago and I lost the money. FedEx has lost me thousands of dollars and they make it so difficult to file a claim on top of the fact that they literally have no customer service or support other than the robots on chat or some supposed customer service number that are both basically worthless. Personal & Business UseI have had to downgrade my rating of this app due to a decline in service. Fed X is now routinely collecting high fees for “priority overnight” next day (by noon) service while on a good day, getting it to us by late afternoon. More often, there are delays of days and now weeks. As service has deteriorated, the app has become useless. Once informative and reliable, the tracking report available through this app now merely confirms that a package is in the system. The details regarding travel, passage through check points- gone. No estimated delivery date and time can be found and when I tried to use the virtual assistant, the page crashed instantly. A once great company is unraveling- just like so many others. Our local driver is still fantastic and for his sake, I hope things improve. Finally, do not waste time calling customer service for help. You are likely get someone who barely speaks English and knows nothing about local geography. Fed ex was extremely hard to talk to anyone about this. Got the run around from Fed ex for several weeks. I did not put ins on package worth $800.i didn’t think of it trying to get her supplies to her at the time. Fed ex made me go back to Pack n Mail to file thru them to be able to file for $100. These employees at Pack n Mail filed for us to receive the minimum ins on package that was definitely delivered not even close to her residence. We have pics of front of house her medical supplies were delivered to her. Which caused hardship on her.
Again a BIG THANK YOU to All EMPLOYEES @ PACK N MAIL for all their kindness and COMPASSION getting a refund on this delivery.
I know mistakes are made but it was the way Fed ex handled or should I say didn’t handle on this delivery. Fed ex emp were rude and stories changed every time I would finally get an actual person to talk to. Very disappointed in Fed ex..

Canada??On the settings, it doesn’t allow me to enter the country and doesn’t have a location detection future, which is imperative for delivery services. Also only shows US States instead of Canada. I think this happened after the update.. hope it’ll be fixed soon. Another suggestion: it would be great to have a “directions for delivery/driver” space so we can write notes for the drivers (such as “please leave it behind the gate” or “main entrance is on the other side of the house” etc… So they don’t just dump the package (without even knocking the door🙄) in front of the house which is right on the street, to be stolen!! Can’t fix typosI typed in a tracking number and my guess is that I made a typo. When I entered the number a second time I was able to track the shipment. But every time I open the app now I get “Update was unsuccessful. Please try again later.” I assume that is the typo I put in. THERE IS NO WAY THAT I CAN SEE TO REMOVE THAT TYPO!!!! Where do I start1. You can’t press a link in the email and open the app to show the shipment. The link opens the app WITHOUT any shipment. You need to manually copy paste the shipment number from an email to see it in the app.
2. User is prohibited from copy-pasting their password. I’ve never seen this implemented in an app in 2026. Had to type in my 21+ character password manually.
3. You can’t release Indirect Signature Requires package to be delivered without a signature, although FedEx FAQ says that you can.
4. Virtual assistant. Why have it? Because everyone and their mother add virtual assistants in their apps in 2026? I asked a simple question with 3 lines of text. The response was “Your sentence is too long for me to understand, can you rephrase it”. Really? In the world of OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc, a chatbot is complaining that a 3 line sentence is too long for it to understand? I have no words..PunainenaurinkoVersion: 7.29.0
ShamefulBad app and business model. Have people on location creating basic account and another shipping account to benefit from discounts. Then need to re enter my information after i received my account number. Cant even confirm a price even after tracking number was generated. 0 star. Trash. Rather overpay elsewhere. Hideous appContinuously tries to get you to give info, permissions to access calendar and contacts, push notifications and track YOU. Then it just crashes.

Gets to one’s nervesWhen I hear my shipment is done through FedEx I know for sure trouble is coming. Had over 5 undelivered shipments. If the building has a key access, they will not bother calling you, notify their delivery time, or move the shipment to a pickup location. They will hold your package and move the delivery date to the next day. It’s been 3 days my delivery is reported as “missed” on day. I spent 3.5 hours explaining, to their support and technical staff with 4-5 calls. They would promise and keep you waiting and then repeat the mess. They would say the delivery person has the key access, and would call you but would mark the delivery as missed on the day. Anything logical is not in their protocol. Dysfunctional completelyAdded this app so I could hold packages at FedEx location. After an hour of signing up and hassle and loading the tracking numbers and creating accounts it just throws an error when I try and hold it. You’d think I could then talk to an agent.

Constant never-ending calendar access promptsThere is no way to use this app unless you give it your calendar access, which I don’t get why would it be so freaking persuasive about it. Need a lot of improvementsThe tracking numbers doesn’t stay in the list. I always have to manually enter to track packages.
Notifications are turned ON and even added tracking nu to favourites list but app rarely notified me or it gives delayed notifications.
My account doesn’t stay logged in
Now whenever I open app it keeps refreshing but doesn’t show anything. There is just bank screen. I have force close app multiple times then sometimes its works
