Best Shipping Company GloballyFed Ex has came along way and ever since I was a kid I noticed that fed ex is the shipping company that I mostly seen and still to this day I can see it’s still the same. This is the shipping company I trust and my packages are always delivered on time with care and professionalism. Never had a problem or complaint but if I did there are plenty of contact methods which is something I look for in a shipping company because being a business owner who imports and relies on shipping to be on time and if there is a problem I need to know who to contact. I have the contact info saved in my phone but never had to use it thankfully. USPS is who I considered using but my first shipment they left my package in another mailbox that wasn’t even the number to my apartment and my doorstep was the delivery method. I couldn’t believe that because I had a five figure value shipment of goods in someone else’s mailbox that wasn’t even next to mine. The key is needed from the local post office staff and usps didn’t have it so they just put my package in the nearest one that wasn’t even next open. Which was thankfully for a vacant apartment. This could’ve set my business back a whole month and my doorstep where it was supposed to be dropped off at was twenty feet away. A five second walk. That shows what we called it in the army complacent. That can get your brother or sister killed in combat and it could’ve killed my business for a whole month if I wouldn’t have been observant enough. If you’re in The United States and you’ve heard my story please go with Fed Ex for your shipping needs. Yes they can tend to be pricey sometimes but there’s a reason for that and that is because the security of your shipment and the professionalism and respect and common courtesy to do it the right way the first time and everyone is what you pay for. Love the appThank God, there is an app for this. I’ve been having the most frustrating experience with FedEx with my packages being delivered to the wrong house since downloading this app, I’ve been able to track my deliveries get a notification see where the driver is on the map and write a review. I have changed my mind about FedEx and it made things a lot easier.. it could be even greater experience if you would add a Customer service chat on this app. Because it’s extremely frustrating calling the one 800 number never getting through to a live person. It’s extremely frustrating not being able to email or live chat or solve your problem in any kind of way there needs to be a department that’s Customer service focus I think FedEx can handle it financially as it’s expensive to ship. Thank you for the app. It has made my experience much better than it was prior to download. I would highly recommend anyone to download this app for peace of mind thank the Lord..Version: 7.27.0

Sat., Mar. 8, DeliveryI’ve been “ok” kinda satisfied with the app and the service I guess, and kinda not. With both actually. On the app it asks me to leave a review & rate my delivery for that day (today) … so when I go to hit the stars that I wanted to rate my delivery experience, it won’t let me highlight any of the stars. Which I was going to rate today just a 3-star, because in my notes or whatever, I asked for my package to be left in my vehicle that is in my driveway (I ask it to be left there 9 times out of ten always anyway) but the delivery girl, I forget her name, I think I remembered that her name started with a “J” … and that’s it lol. But it’s kind of “important” when I ask of this sometimes, because this was a gift today & I did not want the “hubby” to see the package. Well, she apparently cannot read, because I seen that she left it in our garage instead. There are times when I don’t have a CLUE as to where your workers will leave my packages, because one time I found one of my VERY EXPENSIVE packages at the very end of our driveway almost to the road. It’s a very busy country road if that! Very well traveled on a daily! And to find a very expensive mirror that I had purchased just laying out at the end of our driveway, IN THE RAIN no less … I wasn’t very pleased with FEDEX’s service! UPS has NEVER done anything like that! Ever! And it’s usually a guessing game trying to find our packages when you guys deliver. Unfortunately. But today I was trying to leave a 3-star review & it wouldn’t let me for some reason. So that would be why I had an issue with your app, and also the service today. Most of the time, it’s fair. Oh, and also, on the app, for notifications, I know I set them 3 times at least and it kept asking me to set my notifications ?.Version: 7.19.2

Push Notifications Do Not WorkUpdating my review. As below my packages even those that are out for delivery to me do not appear in the app. Only if I can find the actual tracking number and enter it can I see any information. But that entry does not get retained. I can get a text message update if I enter my phone number but no update from the app. Fortunately I have a 3rd party app that does send push updates once a tracking number is entered. This app is virtually useless to me. Previous review : Unless I log in to the app and select the package that is being shipped to me I get no notifications even though I had previously set a general push notification for all such packages. I have to manually add the settings for each package. I do get text notifications once I manually add my number but no app push notifications. Also once notifications were set for the shipment there used to be a bell icon next to the package, now no such indication is shown so you really never know whether the notification status was actually set for that package. Prior to a recent update this worked much better but not as good as other comparable apps..Version: 7.10.0

Could be awesomeThis is an excellent app just nothing seems to actually happen when a customer makes a complaint about a delivery or asks that delivery’s be placed in a specific location. It’s as if nobody is actually reading the responses that are given when they ask for feedback. We specifically have a box for FEDEX-Amazon-DHL etc as we know you all are not authorized to put things in the mailbox and most packages are too big. So we placed a large black box marked on it for that purpose and for protection from roaming dogs as we live in the country. It was initially in the yard behind our fence for y’all to drop the packages in but too many driver’s were afraid of our dogs so we moved to the outside of the fence and attached it to the fencing. But this is such a hard thing for the driver’s to do is put the packages in this box. Our last package was left on the top of the box and was completely soaked by the storm. The only thing that protected the contents was the fact that we were waiting for the package and we happened to be at home that day. That was completely UNNECESSARY and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!.Version: 7.21.0

It’s pretty good, but one improvement suggestionI like the overall feel in usage. I think it’s actually a better app than the UPS has. I use a screen reader on my iPad. This is called VoiceOver. The suggestion is you have your accessibility department or whomever in the tech department test the functionality and get them to use VoiceOver trying to use the app. You’ll find out certain areas like the package progress does not read. It will highlight with a black rectangle around The item. For example it puts a black frame around the different sections and then it reads them out loud. This is for those that are either dyslexic have a print disability or blind. In certain areas I guess it’s something to do with the coding for labeling voiceover is unable to read the package progress in certain areas sometimes it can’t even read details for how the packages. Your app is more accessible than a UPS version. It’s just there’s still areas that need improvement. Hopefully you’ll get this and can make the changes many thanks keep up the great work!.Version: 7.1.0

Five stars so it gets postedFirst of all. I gave five stars hoping this gets posted and read but it’s really worth NOOO STARS!!!! It’s the 18th and my package was expected on the 6th! It says incorrect delivery address but NO it’s not. UPS has had no issue finding our home. There was an attempted delivery and then it’s been held at their facility ever since. With no updates whatsoever! I’ve called to use the automated assistance over the phone because it’s pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to reach an actual representative to have my package held at a location and it was confirmed ON THE PHONE, then showed it was never requested online and on the app. Like I didn’t just waste 20 minutes of my time. So I put the request in via the app and now it’s not even got a new estimated delivery date? It’s been almost a week since I requested this. It’s being held in a location a little over an hour away. This is BULL!!!! I hope someone high up the chain sees this and makes appropriate changes because I’ll NEVER use fed ex for anything!!! 👎.Version: 7.23.0

One GlitchI love the app. There is only one problem I repeatedly have. I have called several times to resolve it. I always pick up my boxes at a nearby location because of thefts. When I have more than one box coming from a company that has the same master tracking number inevitably one is held at the FedEx Office and the others get dropped off at my house. Once I choose the option on the master number box to hold at a location.. that option disappears on the the options for the other boxes. It should hold them all at the location I choose, but it never does. It’s obviously a glitch in the system that needs to be fixed. The workers at the FedEx store office can’t help and when I called the Fed Ex helpline the only suggestion I’ve gotten is to make sure u do the hold on the master box number. It doesn’t work and my boxes always get split up even though they are labeled 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 on the box..Version: 7.14.0

FedEx is a messI need to sign for a fair number of deliveries which are wine shipments meaning that I also need to stay home and wait. More recently my shipments keep getting delayed, and for days, so I have to keep staying home to wait and I’m not even getting the option to leave at a FedEx store which used to be on the app. They have also lied about attempted deliveries which is unacceptable and further delays my shipments which can compromise the wine and is totally selfish when know that someone has to be home to sign. I had a shipment due on Thursday that I still don’t have today (Monday), yet the tracking info showed it as being in my location since Wednesday or Thursday. Yesterday they updated the delivery info calling it an exception/attempted delivery and they did NOT attempt to deliver as I was home all day and put a note on the door to please knock loudly; Additionally no door tag. This isn’t the first time that has happened either and when I report to FedEx they really don’t do much. I’m going to start asking the vendors to use UPS as they are way more reliable...Version: 7.18.1

FedEx, A NAME I TRUST⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I love, respect and TRUST FedEx services. Always keeps me up to date to easily track my packages and delivery status (speaking for myself) FedEx is always on time if is not ahead of the scheduled delivery timing if requested which I noticed and liked to share here. So far, nothing I've received via FedEx was ever damaged or lost and I’ve been using FedEx delivery services for three years now monthly, weekly and sometimes couple times a week. I am happy with the service I am provided and I am grateful for both FedEx International and FedEx US services. Thank YOU so much to all of YOU FedEx family, both home and abroad. Tracking issuesThe tracking number doesn’t stay in the list once the app is exited on the iPhone for some reason, it’s fine on the iPad tho.Version: 4.7.0

Forced updates are idioticThe app has a tendency to stop functioning with a full screen requirement to be updated before working. This happens immediately (seconds) after update release, not just 20 versions back or something. The person who designed or approved such an approach should be fired on the spot for having zero UX sense. When a user opens the app, they need it to work immediately, not after the hassle of an update, full stop..Version: 7.28.0
