Adidas Training by Runtastic App Comments & Reviews

Adidas Training by Runtastic Positive Reviews

Best cardio based body weight training appI like Adidas Training App because it is simple to use and very effective even if you are only using the free version. I decided however to purchase the premium version because I want to explore more of its benefits. For example, I’m currently using the 12 week body transformation which is tailored to my specific level of fitness. As I eluded to earlier, I enjoy this app because it is fool proof. Upon selecting a workout, the app shows you each exercise and tells you how long you have to complete it and then automatically moves to the next one for you or it tells you how many reps you must do (you must count out the reps yourself) and when you are done you flip up to the next exercise. Adding warmups and stretches to your workouts are optional. I always choose to do them however. I believe all of the exercises are cardio based body weight exercises. By far this is the best cardio based body weight exercise app..Version: 4.10

Dynamic Suggested Pace for plans/Adidas train and run hybrid PLEASE!!Love the app, ran 350 mile and lost 50lbs over 365 days in 2020. This app helped me reach my fitness goals for 2020 and I don’t plan on stopping in 2021. I used Adidas Train and Run before it was retired a few years back. Please use that model with the modern design and this will be a for sure 5star app. Currently it’s a weak 4 star app and that is due to the lack of a personal feel. For instance, if I modify the interval paces manually to match my fitness level you know something like “normal” effort pace of 10-11 miles min, when I start the shape up plan the “suggested” pace for a slow run “suggest” 8:35 min/mile as a slow pace (blank face).. so the suggested pace is not reflected in what I manually adjusted in the interval pace selector. Adidas train and run did that. Why not runtastic take some features for the old and add to current? I will tell you I bet all the users will be extremely satisfied with that additional functionality and personal feel. But all in all this is a good app none the less. Please keep making useful changes and I’m a user for the rest of this apps life span..Version: 5.5.1

Great App!I haven’t even had this app for week and I find it so handy and helpful! I’m so so so glad this app is mainly free and the free parts are just what I was looking for! Since wrestling has ended and the gyms have closed I’ve been trying to find a workout plan without any equipment but I haven’t had any luck with it, and then I stumbled across this app. I love that you can “create” your own workout for a specific body part and that they recommend workouts based on the little quiz you take when first opening the app! I do both the recommended workout which I find to be harder than the designed workout but that’s also probably because I said I wanted to build muscle. My wrestling coach wants me to build muscle but I don’t have any weights at home and I can’t find an HIIT workout that doesn’t have any weights involved or lasts 6 days. Your app has reallyyyyy helped with this so thank you for creating such an amazing, free app!.Version: 4.17

Well designed app, NOT for BEGINNERSI use to be a gym-daily kinda person but stopped for years on end. Wanting to get back at it I've used this app now for somewhere around 2 months. This app is GREAT for those who are intermediate to expert level for exercising and have already built up muscles, but for the BEGINNER this app is a no-go. The biggest PROBLEM with this app is that there is almost NO BUILDUP to the “suggested workouts”. You will do relatively tame workouts, that may be three to four different exercises repeated by 3 or 4 sets, but then it goes 0-60 really fast. The next workouts the app will “suggest” will be DRAMATIC in more difficulty. Too the point of causing injury or soreness that’ll cause most beginners to most likely have to stop working out for a few days. Remembering back to some of my fitness instructors from the past they would not recommend this kind of app to a beginner, it advices to go way too hard immediately which is nothing more than a recipe for injury/soreness. Especially to those who have had no experience with some of the exercises. Would be great for an intermediate/expert level person though.Version: 4.15

The Right ReplacementI stopped working out awhile ago, then when I tried to get back into it the original app I used, they changed the features: It wasn’t free, personalized workout plans were removed, and even looking at the paid part of the app it just didn’t compare to its previous version. So I spent a good amount of time trying other apps to see if they had a similar feel, but alas they didn’t. That is—until I came across this app! This app, in a way, reminds me of the old version of the pervious app I used and adored. It’s safe to say that I’ll be using this app from-now-on, and maybe in the future I’ll buy into the membership! Although, it would be nice if there was a way we could play music through the app, or they had a part of the app with pre-made playlists that could be connected through Apple Music. Other than that, it’s perfect for me!.Version: 4.14

Pretty good body weight trainingThings I love about this app. Great tutorials that help me do the exercises properly. Customized work out based on my fitness level. A nice system for tracking my fitness. I have been looking for a body weight-based workout routine because I hate gyms and I don't want to buy a bunch of gear. This does that well! Things I don't love about this app. The app itself is huge. Then it caches a bunch of video that cannot be deleted from your phone. This thing will seriously eat up space on your device. It's a bit slow and requires tons of button clicks to get even basic things done. This app could be streamlined and made so much more efficient. For example, when I am done with a work out let me go right to stretching. Don't make me go all the way through three tabs and start stretching from a totally new page. Finally, make all the buttons work. The only reason I am writing this review today is because I absolutely could not click no in the app. Shame on you and 3 stars instead of 4..Version: 2.13

Great Workouts; Great App SupportI’m writing this review specifically because I was really impressed this week with my first email exchange with Runtastic’s app support team. A few things first though: First of all, the app makes it easy to get started on a training plan. I love most the fact that I don’t need any special workout equipment, because if I did, I wouldn’t be morivated enough to make a habit out of it! Second, I love the questionnaire at the beginning and end of the plan, each week, and each day’s exercise. And the fact that the training plans are customized for you and tweaked along the way to deliver achievable, measurable results. I’m halfway into my second training plan, and I ran into a bug that wouldn’t allow me to “finish my week” and start the next week’s exercises. After emailing back and forth a couple times with Runtastic customer support, they opened up a ticket with their QA engineers. Within 1-2 days (including time zone differences) I received an email letting me know that they had pushed an update to their app that should fix that bug for me. That’s pretty great support, and a fast turnaround to boot! So I thought it deserving of a review to share my good experiences so far with the Results app. :) Thanks gents/ladies, Jordan.Version: 3.6.2

Great App! One request.I love this app! Just started using it seriously about 2 weeks ago and I am finally getting into a good routine. The workouts are short so I can fit them into my busy schedule but I still get a great burn and I’m definitely sweating throughout. Keeps me motivated and they’re simple to follow so far. Great design and looks sleek and professional. ONE REQUEST: I wish there was a way to turn on a tone/sound rather than the voice for the timed portions of the stretches and exercises (20 sec plank, 30 sec child’s pose, etc) because I’m not great at counting and I don’t want to have to look at my phone constantly to know when the time is up. Especially for stretches so I can focus on winding down/enjoying the stretch and addressing my body rather than being worried about time. The voice is okay but takes away from the music I play on my phone while I’m working out..Version: 2.14.2

Amazing Motivation!I had tried other fitness apps but this one is definitely for me! Having gone through intense hardcore training HIIT workouts for time, this one is so convenient for time and overall time management. Anyone who lives and breathes can make time for these exercises. And not having to fuss with equipment and mats you can workout literally anywhere, I do it in the comfort of my living room and it’s become a wonderful habit. And being a bit competitive to beat my time helps significantly. So if you enjoy working out for time and trying to beat your time, will really help push you to the max. I’m in week 11 and have seen some nice ab carving and I have a two pack and almost can see a four pack forming! Who said abs are made in the kitchen, clearly has never tried this app?! So pumped!.Version: 2.12.2

Awesome. Not big into reviewing. ....Okay, so I’ll be up front and this will sound like such a glowing review it sounds like I’m being paid to write it! Hehe.... I can’t say enough about this app. I have some suggestions and I will send to developer but in terms of workout, it’s fantastic. // sooooo easy to swipe up to next exercise and the workouts depending on ability take about 12 mins (for me). It’s like Crossfit without the weight lifting. Oops I think Crossfit® is a trademark. Hehe.... anyway. Just a great app. I’m actually using it, and in week 5 now. Burpees, push ups, jumping jacks. Reminds me of basic Royal Canadian Air Force workouts from the 70’s, but it works. And it doesn’t need any gadgets or anything other than body weight exercises. So far, so good. Awesome..Version: 3.5

Great appThis app was great to get me into a regular fitness routine. It takes away all the excuses. No need for equipment, what you look like or to drive anywhere...just open it up and go! It is a great way to get your body and heart conditioned to a regular routine! I especially like that it has you do a warmup and cool down stretching which is important so you don’t feel too sore for the next session. I started this in my late 30s and used it consistently for over a year. If you eat properly and do this 3-5 times a week you WILL see results! The app has you take progress pictures so you can see your results (which you do not have to share if don’t want, I didn’t). After a year and half, I was ready to switch up to free weights and training with a trainer but still use this app for when I want to do a timed workout..Version: 3.6.1

Perseverance Pays Off!!!I'm in my 43rd week and loving it! Sure it's hard. But man, is it worth it!! Along with my diet and tips from Runtastic, I went from 222lbs and a size 36" waist down to 174lbs and a 32" waist! I'm now at 180lbs and the gain has been all muscle. I feel fantastic and I no longer have chronic lower back pain due to a herniated disc. My neurosurgeon told me to start exercising before he would consider putting me under the knife to see if my body could improve itself. Well, it worked. As I push myself daily through each exercise I feel my strength, stamina and posture improve. I look better than I did when I was in the Army years ago! Go for it! Do it! Feel better than you think you can..Version: 2.5.3

This app is changing my lifeI planned to go back to the gym but have put it off from laziness, so I searched for tools to help me start up again to stay consistent. When I stumbled on his app I got really excited! Working out with Results is the best thing I’ve done for myself. After my first workout my body felt more energized and invigorated. I love the warm ups and how the timer tells you the length of time to workout and when to pause. I always had issues timing my workouts and I never took breaks in between. I love that when my workouts are going, I only have to listen to the timer rather than watch a video which is super distracting for me. Results gives me the best workouts at my pace!.Version: 2.11

My reviewMost times I usually don’t make reviews but this app is perfect. It creates plans for you and doesn’t cost. You will see the premium a few times but you don’t have to pay any money to have it. I also love this app because of how easy it makes me work out I was on track and then one day I quit Adidas training and I gained 3 pounds but when I started again, I easily lost that and you know how ever many workouts you want before you start the app it’ll give you a personalized quiz for free and it’ll give you a plan for free I just wanted to come on here and say I love this app and I definitely recommend it🤭🥱🥱🥱.Version: 7.8

Good, but brokenI bought this app last year to help me stay in shape during the shutdown. I really like the variety of exercises included, and used it regularly. It could use some fresher content, but for the price it was a fantastic deal. I say “was” because about a month ago I found I was unable to log into the TV app. The iOS app still worked fine, so I was able to continue using it… sort of. I contacted tech support, and was told: “After a thorough investigation, we have to inform you that our developers won’t be able to fix the problem in the near future.” I like the app and will keep using it in its hobbled form, but be aware that there’s a potential login issue that the developers don’t plan to fix. Two stars off for that. Buyer beware..Version: 6.6

Great appWith 2 children, and commuting to work...ended with little time to go to the gym. This in-home exercise program helps. I have my personal couch pushes me. I like that it stores my progressive pictures. It also has some interesting articles to read...understand nutrition and how to lose weight properly. I don’t mind that the app asked how I felt after each workout. It is like real personal trainer concerns of my wellbeing. And it made me see how hard of the exercise I can do. I like how it plans my exercise base on what level I’m in. As each week progresses, the level gets tougher. The toughest that I did, 75 burpees. I really pushed myself and I did it. It was hard but felt great afterward. Glad I found this program. Week 5 day 1 Feb 5th ‘18. However, I don’t like how it wouldn’t record my workout if I had to quit at mid of the program. It will be great if they put that feature in, instead of having to restart the day or fast forward that really didn’t help me track my progress..Version: 2.7.1

Excellent App Overall but needs fine tuningOverall I find this app to be great and helpful with my regular running. Several weeks ago I started the half marathon training plan which has really helped inspire me and motivate me and keep me accountable to achieving my goal. I would like to see some improvements, however. I would like to see the app keep track of my pace during individual intervals rather than just mile by mile. Also on interval days the music automatic shut off appears to be very wonky necessitating that I hold my phone to stop and restart music with each interval. I’ve also noticed that on some interval days there is absolutely no voice prompts to end and start individual intervals..Version: 5.6

Very very very good app, but bewareI was in the worst shape of my life, and this app was the perfect way to reintroduce me to work out, the free workout plan I was using was fantastic and saw results, and felt better, I could even feel myself getting better at works I did a week prior, but by week 4 of the 6 week plan got out of hand….. I kept pushing myself and found myself not being able to do some of the workouts which became heavily demoralizing and then last week, leading to an injury to my hamstrings, I’m very disappointed and what was once an app that gave me so much confidence has reduced me to a sense of failure that has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.Version: 6.0

Apple Watch move caloriesThis is a great app that I’ve been using for workouts and for recording my workout statistics with Apple Watch. However, after each workout, only the exercise minutes are sync’ed with apple’s activity, but not the calories. For example, in the activity app, it shows I burned 240 calories while working out with the Adidas training app, but in my daily movement ring, it only shows 80 calories (mostly likely from other minor activities). It means the calories burned with the Adidas training app do not get recorded by the activity app. Can you please help me look into this? I’d really like my workouts being recognized by my Apple watch and the Apple activity app. Thanks!.Version: 4.17

Love this app!I’ve spent years trying to find a workout app that I look forward to using. After each workout it asks you whether the workout was too easy, tough (in a good way), or too hard. It then used this info to modify the upcoming workouts in whatever plan you’re using. The workouts are easy to do at home and without equipment. The plans are formatted to fit your skill level and gradually get harder. Apart from a few glitches here and there I would absolutely recommend this app. After just a few weeks I already feel stronger and look forward to the next workout!.Version: 4.18

Customized workouts!!I love how I am able to choose a work out plan that suits my needs and goals. Not only does it design a plan based off my weight and height but also my experience with working out and exercise. It also programs a work out schedule based on how many days I want to work and for how long. Each morning my workout routine is different so I know I’m getting a full body, complete workout by the end of the week! I’ve tried other programs but they haven’t been able to meet my needs the way the Addias training app has..Version: 6.11

5stars because it worksUpdate: I've come back to results for my third full 12 week plan. I'm now 181 lbs and 23% body fat. Prior post: I'm 30yo and prior to starting I was 198lbs (at 5'11") and 30% body fat as measured by Fitbit's Aria scale. I'm through 8weeks of training (10 weeks actual time) and I'm currently 191lbs and 25% body fat. I've seen improvements in my athletics, feel healthier, and even received compliments from others about improved physic. Note: I did run a half marathon and complete the Savage Race in the time I was doing the premium workout plan. I also have been using MyFitnessPal to monitor nutrition..Version: 2.5.3

FrustratedBe careful when you make a purchase I misunderstood and when I seen that it was .90 something cents a week for 12 months I assumed it was going to be billed that way and didn’t realize that it was going to take the total of what that equals for the 12 months all at once and charge me $50. I tried to cancel my subscription but it had already went through and when I went to Apple for a refund they refused me and I am now out $50 for an app that I probably won’t use for an entire year. The app it’s self is good and I would still very much use it but had I known that they were taking that amount all at once I would have made a different subscription choice..Version: 2.12.2

This has changed my life!I just needed to start moving again. The weight was adding on and I was not able to move the way I was used to. So the work outs I had done before were not working for me now. When I started my 12 week program it started me at a level that was right for me. It didn’t seem overwhelming but it challenged me. Now I look at my workout and think there is no way I can do this, but I get threw it. I clearly am getting stronger and I am now 44 lbs lighter. With a workout plan and dietary changes I am back to a healthy weight. Thank you!.Version: 2.14.2

Stick with it and it works. This app has helped me build a new habit of daily exercise. The videos are useful to show the proper form for each exercise and I like that it includes warm up and cool down exercises. I have the subscription and am using the 12 week custom plan. Now on week 7 and it’s going well. A few improvements I would like to see (and the first two are why I only give 4 stars): - if I can’t complete reps for an exercise allow me to record how many I did do. - after sets are complete, take me straight into stretching. It’s annoying to have to navigate back to that screen to start the stretches. Move the how do I feel questions after stretching. - mix up the post workout stretching a bit. Are there other options to put more variety into that segment? - provide ability to edit comments on a workout. If it’s there I haven’t figured out how. - possible to build automatic rep counters on some exercises using proximity or motion sensors? I sometimes get distracted and lose count!.Version: 2.14

Just What We NeededMy husband and I needed to find a new exercise routine... well, a routine at all, really. We have a small home with zero extra space, so equipment becomes a problem. We discovered Results, and the program has been jus what we needed. Neither of us is exactly athletic, but we love the challenges of the workouts, and we’ve been successfully using the app on our AppleTV for nearly 8 months. It’s really made a difference. Best part is no equipment is needed for the program to be effective and for you to see, well... results. 👍🏻👍🏻.Version: 3.6

Favorite Fitness AppI've been using Results for two years now and couldn't be happier. I tried so many programs before and none of them really held my interest or matched my fitness progression. The Results mix keeps it fresh and I can really feel the muscles I've trained when I'm running. I recommend it to everyone I meet who wants an app to fill in their training gaps or need a great fitness option when they are traveling. I travel a few months out of every year and these circuits are great for hotel gyms or even just the room..Version: 2.7.1

Quick and SimpleWorkouts a brief but get a good sweat rolling. With a regular running routine, this workout will produce good results. As a Navy Officer, I arrive in my office early and knock out these workouts in under 20 minutes 3 days a week and run 4 miles twice a week. It keeps the pounds off and my strength up even with a very busy schedule. I can work out in the time it used to take me to get in the car and travel to the gym. The app provides excellent videos for those who are new to these exercises. $50 is well worth the annual subscription..Version: 2.7

Pretty Awesome (updated)I really like all the exercises it has, the advice you get access to via the links, great opportunities to meet up with a runners’ community and learn about your body. Even though I didn’t have a tracking device that was compatible it was still a good way to get back into health. Don’t do all the reps the person demonstrating are doing, keep your own pace because they’re pros. I highly recommend buying the year pass if you’re gonna be getting back into shape, no waits or fancy equipment needed..Version: 4.17

Best workout routine for all levels!!I’m 38 years old and in my 27th week. I’ve always been an avid runner but lacked the type of lean muscular body I’ve always wanted. This app helped me reach my goals and then some! I’ve leaned up and am in the best physical shape I’ve ever been in. Well worth the money!!! I’m currently training for another 1/2 Marathon and have found I don’t have near the knee and hamstring pains I would go through before. Whether your a beginner or an athlete this app starts where it’s comfortable but challenging. Do yourself a favor, start now!!.Version: 2.7.1

The best one I’ve triedMy friend recommended me to try Adidas app. She’s been using it for more than a year and really happy with the results. I have started using this app a few days ago and omg I love it. I’m not super easily motivated and getting bored doing the same workouts over and over again. Here there are so many of them and they are so different that it will definitely take me awhile to get bored or maybe I never will :) Thank you very much Adidas team for such a great app!!!!!!.Version: 4.16

Best incentive for consistent workouts!I’ve always struggled with consistency when it comes to working out: I travel a lot and often loose track when I’ve been away from the gym for a while. Since getting this app, my husband and I have both gotten so much more consistent with our workout, all we need to do is pull out our phone and have a hotel room with enough room for our yoga mat and we’re set. It’s been a great incentive— that and how much fitter we are. :) Thanks Runtastic for helping us get there!.Version: 3.0.1

SmartI’m reserving a star to see how I feel after my 12 week plan is completed. So far, I have appreciated the interesting and engaging newsletter articles which have been building my motivation to start the program. I have never felt so out of shape and depleted of motivation; it took a few weeks of considering doing the 7 minute fitness test before i finally got around to it. I credit the articles in my inbox with encouraging me to do it. Also, 7 minutes is a small, attainable goal. So, now that I’ve done the fitness test, it looks like I’m in it. So, here we go....Version: 3.1

Very good workout appOne if the better ones. I cant say its the best as i have not tried other workout apps but my mom is a trainer and the workouts on this app are pretty much the exact workouts she would give me based on my weight, age, hight, and how fit i am. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is new to workouts as it has videos of the workouts to show you exactly what to do and it has good warmups and gives you plenty of breaks, and if the workout is too hard it asks if it was to hard and will adjust the next workout to make it easier or harder..Version: 2.9

Consistency & a Plan MattersResults is the only self directed workout app I have ever used consistently. I love the guided workouts, variety and accountability. After I finish my workout I take a selfie in app and send my results to my accountability partner via text and receive instant feedback. I am on week 83 and look forward to doing this workout four times a week. I pay the premium account and love the integration with Runtastic to track my cardio too! Cheaper than a real life personal trainer..Version: 3.1.1

Still learning the appI just finished my first day of a 4 week program. I have a few questions, hopefully someone knows the answer to. Am I supposed to do the same workout each day for a week? In my plan it only shows workouts 1-4, so today I did workout 1. Am I supposed to do the same one everyday until next week? Also, after the 40 seconds of each move there is a 20 second break, but before it gets to that break it shows a (+) with a count going up...what is that? It’s not the break 20 second break because it doesn’t stop after 20 seconds. Help?.Version: 4.7

Great app, missing cross-app integration with strava and trainingI love the runtastic app series - well designed and work great across all the devices (I use watch for running and iPad for training). However, there are two features I found lacking. Most of my team at work are runners and they use strava to share their achievements. I like adidas more for its features, but it doesn’t integrate into strava well (I.e. no route map and stats, just overall time and heart rate that my watch report). Second, I am mainly looking for overall fitness and I’d love to have a cross-app planning enabled (like on what day to do what) without having to look at the adidas training and running separate schedules(and maybe allowing to log non-Adidas class like hiit to complete plans). I think this is probably a common goal so maybe worth adding a dedicated cross-app plan for?.Version: 6.10

Still figuring out the appFirst of all, thank you! I had no idea that period cycle workout is a thing, but last cycle it was hitting me hard, I could barely lift a finger (metaphorically) for a workout. Your app and knowledge it provided helped me to relax, recover and not beat myself up. After the “reset” was done I was back and ready to go hard! Secondly, here’s where 4 stars come in. I set my account to advance training and I keep on getting beginner stuff… hello? Didn’t you ask me what level I want to work out at! With that said, there’s still a lot to browse and learn in the app. But I can see that most of the available workouts are not gonna replace my current (competitor) app, which doesn’t make me want to pay for another fitness app where I get less of what I’m already getting. (That’s your cue to step it up 🤭). Love you guys, bye..Version: 6.28

Worth looking into. It's a good thing when you have yourself to rely on. Sharing your progress... Some say it's narcissistic. But others see it as motivation. I'm ending week thirteen and feeling great. Got three people to sign up from showing progress alone. Anyone can achieve their goals. It's up to you to get up and do something. I don't want to compete with anyone. I want everyone to succeed! And Runtastic is helping me get there. If Runtastic would make the warm-ups and cool-downs more diverse and random, like the workouts themselves, that would make Results PERFECT!.Version: 2.8.1

Great fitness appI like the look of the app, HD videos, and how it generates workouts depending on your fitness level. But i wish if i can cancel some exercises from my sets, because for ex. i have some issues with my knees! So i can’t do some workouts like walking lunges and wall sit. Even when i do workouts, i skip these exercises but it counts and the app thinks that i did it, But i’m not, because there is no “skip” option. Please add skip or delete option to cancel the exercises i don’t wanna do..Version: 2.7.1

This app rocks!I really like this app. I have yet to purchase anything through it. There are routines or work out plans that cost money but there are also free ones. There is also a community section to connect to others with similar goals. And there are good articles that are food, workout, and health related. I’ve also been using the addidas runtastic app to track my run/jog. I would recommend that app as well!.Version: 4.15

Simple quirkHi, first of all, I love this app! I use it all the time and im finally getting in shape because of it💪🏼 The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5-⭐️s, was because of a small quirk that really bugs me during a workout. I just did the “burn fat” workout, and EVERY TIME it went from skier jumps to crossing punches, the sounds would cut out until I paused and then played it. It interrupts my workout and is annoying because the voice coach is muted until I pause it. Then, of course i have on my record that I took 4 extra breaks! When I’m trying to break my record every time, that really bugs me🙁 Please fix and you will for sure have a 5-⭐️ from me! Thanks😊 *Update* I did the same workout the day after I got feedback from the app, and the sound never cut out —-until the last round! Getting there!😉.Version: 4.14

Awesome !It’s so convenience,I can do my personalized, planned workout in home anytime I want!.Version: 2.15.1

Great app!Tremendous app! Guided and customized workouts for every level of fitness from basic to advanced. Videos showing how to perform all excercises with proper form.Version: 4.20.1

NO EXCUSESHonestly one of the best apps for getting your daily dose of exercise. Don’t have time? I just did a 7 minute workout. A short workout is better than no workout. A little bit at a time and slowly increase intensity and time. No excuses!.Version: 4.8

Detailed previewI like that Each workout is Demonstrated. For me this allows me to preview each exercise and determine if I can do it with my condition: back surgery, kidney transplant. November 2022.Version: 7.0

It’s great!Exactly what I was looking for in a free app!! Please don’t shut this app down xoxo.Version: 7.8

BestI can’t stop working I love this app amazing.Version: 6.21

Good appGood app, love the workouts..Version: 6.20

I switched to Adidas from Nike’s training appI was so frustrated that Nike’s training app switched it’s focus from programs and exercise prompts to workout videos with annoying personalities that I had to find a new app. I got the recommendation for the Adidas app from so many people complaining about the NTC update in the app’s reviews. The Adidas app has workout programs, exercise prompts and tells you when to start and stop and that’s all I want from my exercise app. Thank you..Version: 6.21

Wonderful app!!Great for anyone would highly recommend if your looking for something that makes you feel rewarded! Thanks Adidas!.Version: 6.19

Good appLove using the app but since last week, the points for a training workout don’t show up. Very disappointed..Version: 5.15

Audio integration sucksOverall a good app. Something changed in a recent update and now very few of the moves have automation videos so if you have to click on how to see the move is performed it cancels your music playlist. From that point forward you’re f*%!cked. Constantly having to switch between your playlist and the app isn’t worth the hassle. It’s a total demotivation. Please fix now! It worked fine before the upgrade to the app. Keep the videos playing for each move. It is helpful it see the moves and follow along. Not so you have to stop to watch the video. Stupid update..Version: 5.17

AwesomeThe best app I ever try.Version: 5.13

Continuing to stay motivatedI don’t usually review apps, but I have to give this one a huge applause. The free (unpaid) features are already so helpful to get anyone started and continue working out. However, with the first year at discount and further years at a maximum price of $60/70 in comparison to gym memberships this totally makes sense and worth to pay. When you do purchase the full subscription you get access to almost a virtual personal trainer that curates the perfect workouts based on your shape and size. There is so much flexibility here it’s actually incredible. Adidas knows that not everyone should have to pay to get fit and healthy. That’s why I’d say 80-90% of features are completely free so you can still get in shape, but it will take some more dedication on your side to curate your own plan. Even simple and nice touches like progress photos built in (no hogging up in your personal camera roll either) or the integration of the Adidas running app makes it a full ecosystem. With Apple Health, it integrates these reports and calories burned right into the health app. Taking it a step further with the LifeSum app, it takes these calories burned and deducts it from the calories you’ve eaten too! I get to understand exactly how my eating and physical exercise is over days to weeks, to months. This all in one integration is better than any other..Version: 5.8.1

Love itAbsolutely love this app, especially the longer-term plans on premium. However, at the time of writing (Jan 7 2021), Apple Fitness is not reporting calories from workouts from this app under Move Calories. It’s a bit annoying..Version: 5.5.1

Fantastic App.I’ve been using the app for about a month now, trying to get through one of the free plans before I upgrade to the full version. It’s fantastic. I love that the workouts are easily doable at home and so far, NO GYM equipment has been necessary. This has been a major plus during COVID-19. If I could recommend one change, it’s this: when the user finishes a workout, please announce the next workout in the series. I.e,. “Rest, 20 seconds. Up next: Low Plank.” This would eliminate the need to keep looking at my phone during my workout. Keep up the good work!.Version: 4.24

Great appI love how the app incorporates warmups and cool downs. Doesn’t seem to sync with the Apple health app though. Would love to see that and better synchronization.Version: 5.2

This app is a part of my life10 yers with this up is big period. I just can’t find something similar in other apps. Best of all I like running programs with voice guidance. They bring some sense in your running. The missing part is heart rate Monitor. Original monitor has too bed reviews on amazon that is why I ordered Garmine dual strap . Hope it will work. I was dreaming to add some kind of monitor since this app was “mecoach” but didn’t find any reliable solution for the right money. 10 years waiting for technology. Still not too many options. Simple idea control your zones with heart rate monitor but so many problems behind. I think “mecoach” was a break through . I was very upset when it moved to the simple app like runtastic. Hope you’re planning to do something more meaningful and more professional. But still you don’t have any competition. All the rest of apps is just for fun..Version: 4.22

Would recommend!I had done training with a personal trainer, but because of COVID-19 I haven’t been able to do that. This app has been great for keeping in shape, and it is convenient to use too! I have been able to fit the workouts in during lunch, and they get me energized and in shape!.Version: 4.21

Great!I got a free trial and then pay the membership because it worked for me. I love the 12 week workout plans they have. No app is going to do the magic for you. You gotta put the effort. I like how the app has videos were the exercise are demonstrated with a white background, no distractions. The only thing you need for these workouts: you body weight..Version: 4.21

All you needGreat app simply wish I could follow more than one work out (mind you I’m using the free ver 🤣).Version: 4.21

10/10Amazing app and so great that I don’t have to pay for the plans.Version: 4.20.1

Amazing!Awesome workout app.Version: 4.19.2

Great appWith premium I’ve been able to feel more pushed to do workouts, I also love how you can do them easily at home!!!.Version: 4.19

Amazing!!I am in love with this app! So easy to use, supportive and I can do it in the comfort of my home. I’ve been using this app while I’ve been laid off due to covid and I’m sure my coworkers will see a difference when I get back lol! Fit and in shape in 3 weeks has been a great tool as it gradually gets tougher and tougher. Love the warm up and post workout stretches, along with the videos that show proper form and the timer that you don’t have to fuss with. Thanks for changing my lifestyle and making my confidence soar! ❤️.Version: 4.18

Glitches in connection to Apple WatchIt’s a pity but connection is really unstable these days. As I am writing this review, I cannot see what I am writing since the font color is white (without my doing). Not the best Start guys....Version: 4.18

I love itThe app is amazing! The voice inspires me to keep going even if I feel otherwise. It shows the right way to do each exercise and you can personalize for how long you want to train and which body parts..Version: 4.18

👋 bravo MotivantTres bon supplément d’entraînement quotidien Merci Adidas.Version: 4.18

6 week to absFor real take the free plan called 6 week to abs it’s such a great plan I loved it I’m at my 6th week and I now have abs all the time it’s really cool thanks adidas!!!.Version: 4.17

HmmmGreat app, but where’s the yoga?!?.Version: 4.16

Tough. In a good way.I have used several training schedules and customised my own training, however, this app has exactly everything that I need to maintain and increase my fitness and power levels during lockdown (writing this during the COVID-19 pandemic). I have been enjoying it for almost a month and half now and I am loving it. The only thing I would incorporate is a 30-90 second break between each set. Some of the preset exercises, Alpha to Zulu, have breaks, but not all. I believe there should be breaks from an athletic point of view..Version: 4.16

Make you stick to the planThe app doesn’t have any pesky reminders and emails that just make you lose motivation. It have both free and premium plans that are good. Before I went to the gym for 2 years hoping to get a 6 pack but it didn’t really work, I feel muscles in my stomach but not as defined. Following the app’s 6 weeks to 6 packs, while I’m only at week 3, I feel a marked improvement. And the exercises at first glance looked ridiculously easy, but will leave you wheezing for breath and feeling refreshed afterward. Only thing I don’t really like is the push for warmups and stretches pre and post workout. The warmups make you tired before the workout while I don’t feel like the stretches worked..Version: 4.16

Love the appThere is a lot of different exercises and for some of the variations are available. I like the fact that we can create our own workout. You won’t be annoyed even if you train every single day. You can listen to your own music while training . There is only one type of stretching and this is the only thing that I don’t like because I wish they have added more.Version: 4.16

Perfect in every wayGreat workouts with easy to follow and interactive tutorials. Great community and with lot of fun!.Version: 4.16

MelissaSince I’ve found this app , I feel better about myself and I’m starting to build a healthier lifestyle.☺️.Version: 4.16
