I wish I didn’t love this store as much as I do.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is easily my favorite golf store. The inventory is incredible, the sales are actually worth paying attention to, and the rewards program keeps finding new ways to convince me that spending money is somehow saving money.
Seriously, if they don’t have what you’re looking for, there’s a decent chance it hasn’t been invented yet.
The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. Nobody follows you around like you’re trying to steal a driver, and they’re usually more than happy to spend time answering questions or helping track something down. Customer service has always been one of the store’s biggest strengths.
Now, about the club fitting.
The confidence level is elite. PGA Tour-level confidence.
The accuracy level? Well… let’s just say there have been moments where I started wondering if we were fitting golf clubs or picking lottery numbers.
I’ve had fitting conversations where I found myself nodding along politely while mentally fact-checking everything being said. Discussions about shafts, lie angles, and swing weights sometimes feel less like a fitting session and more like two people independently guessing the answer to the same question.
The funny thing is, I still keep coming back.
Why? Because everything else is that good. The selection is unmatched, the prices are competitive, the sales are excellent, and the rewards program is legitimately one of the best around.
So my advice is simple: trust them completely when they tell you what’s on sale. Trust them completely when they tell you what’s in stock. Trust them completely when they explain the rewards program.
When it comes to club fitting, maybe bring a second opinion. Preferably one that has played golf before.
All jokes aside, it’s a fantastic store that does a lot of things exceptionally well. If the fitting expertise ever catches up to the quality of the inventory and customer service, there won’t be much left to improve..Blackhole GolfVersion: 4.1.0

Lesson-related content only...This app is great if you want to book a lesson and do all the follow-up, but in order to shop it just launches in Safari... I can do that without eating up valuable memory space. Kind of disappointing, seeing as their other entities (and competitors) have all-inclusive apps. Blank pages until I turned off VPNI found the app would only fully load the main home page on my Iphone. If I tried going into any of the sub categories, it would load text, but the products section would be empty. Not useful at all. On a hunch, I paused my VPN and relaunched the app. With the VPN paused, the sub category pages started populating. Poor updates/appIf using a laptop or ipad with keyboard (thus landscape view) the picture comes up in a vertical picture using only one third of the screen. Further, despite selecting “My Store” in account information….every time I look for a product or try to schedule a lesson it asks where I am. Store is fine; App is trashShop at GG all the time. Can’t beat the deal on Maxfli balls. However, shopping on the app is pointless. It’ll load your account info but anytime you click into a product category the app just won’t load. No Customer ServiceTo be honest I could never log on so as far as I am concerned this is a horrible app. There is a option to request a forgotten password but it only sends you to a page to reset your password and you need your old password to do that. I guess the do not understand forgot. If they can not manage that I am sure the rest is utterly useless.
