SportsyouThis is a great app. It is super easy to set up and allows seamless communication between players, parents and coaches. You can chat with each of the above separately if needed. The person who sets it up can also administer administration rights, so if you want to give extra admin privileges to your captains you can do so. The players also like that they can create their own profiles and that the calendar can sync with their google calendar. The players also can't wait to use the media module in this app. Here you can upload photos and videos to share with teammates. The app also allows you to upload documents which can then be shared with your members. I highly suggest getting this app if you are a coach..Version: 1.5.8
Great app! One problem…This app is amazing! I love being able to stay in contact with my team and coach, and send them things when I need to. But recently, despite me having notifications turned on in the app and in settings, I cannot receive sports you notifications. This is very frustrating because for example, when I’m waiting on a text from my coach about something important, or waiting to see if anyone replies to a question I asked, I have to continuously check the app to see if they answer rather than the app sending me the notification. I’ve tried everything, I’ve installed and reinstalled the app, checked for updates, turned notifications off and back on, reset my phone. For some reason sports you just won’t send me notifications and it’s beginning to get increasingly annoying, especially during a sports season and as a team captain of 2 sports when people should be able to count on me to answer, but can’t..Version: 3.2.6
Pretty good but login issuesThe app on the iPhone is pretty good without much issue (Please implement dark mode though in the app), but the Apple watch app does not let me sign in. When opening the watch app for the first time it gives the option to sign in on the watch itself or log in via iPhone. When pressing the option to log on via the Apple Watch, it tells you to put in your ID (what ID?) and password and doesn’t work. When selecting the log in via iPhone, it waits for you to authorize it on the iPhone, and when authorized on the iPhone, the app on the Apple Watch just sits there with “Requesting login info…” indefinitely displayed on the screen no matter how good the connection between the phone and watch is or strength of the internet or cellular connection. This is very annoying as I want to use the watch app version for this. Please fix this.Version: 3.0.12
Better than Band for team communicationThis is definitely the best sports communication app we’ve ever used and prefer it over band for sure. However I cannot give it 5 stars because there are still a lot of bugs with it. Sometimes I’ll open the app and I can’t see anything on my home page after I get a notification about posts being made on one of my Teams. Other times the app just won’t load at all and I’ll have to go to the online version to see the notification. If we can fix bugs that I constantly see after using the app for 2 years it would 5 stars from me! With that being said I still LOVE the app for communication and would totally recommend it for All Star Cheerleading!.Version: 2.7.6
Best sports communication app hands downI use this for my travel team as well as our rec league and I have to say, it is the best app that is out there right now. It allows you to post photos, update games and practices all on one calendar that allows you to link up to your phone calendar. You are able to post files ( such as minutes and rules) and chats amongst the whole or individually. Only thing I don’t like, is that there is no tagging option, so if I want to reply back and tag a person, I am not able to..Version: 2.5.5
Messages self deleteFor the most part the app is great. A very clear way to get everyone all together. As a coach for a section of a marching band, it’s very helpful how much you can divide the team into smaller chats in the same place you can have the full team, and their parents. HOWEVER, I’ve been having a big issue of when I go to message my students and their parents, once I get past one line of text, the message just fully deletes itself. Sometimes I can get it to work again by exiting our messages and reopening them. But that doesn’t always work, and even when it does, it takes more time than I should’ve spent..Version: 3.2.5
Awesome app but could use one more feature to be perfectLove this app for communicating with my son’s soccer team. The one thing I wish it had was a snack calendar! We are always scrambling trying to figure out who is bringing snacks to games. And then when we do try to get a signup going, it’s always frustrating trying to remember what service we’ve used look up who’s doing what when it comes to game days. Apple Watch App NeededHello. So I am a player on a soccer team that use this app. I love it and it’s easy to use but there is just one tiny thing I’d add, an Apple Watch app. At school when I receive messages I can’t read it unless it’s a chat, which is really annoying if it’s an important announcement or we don’t have practice that day meaning I need to get a ride home. It doesn’t need to have everything the app for the phone has, just the ability to read messages. Besides that one tiny thing, I love this app..Version: 1.6.4
Trouble connecting to serverAbsolutely loved this app before this problem. I had trouble a week ago trying to connect to the server. I finally had to sign out as it just wouldn’t load. Now I can’t sign back in. I use 2 different emails and can’t remember which one I used for this app but I have tried both and I still cannot get into the app. I tried setting up another account and my phone number is, of course, already in use. Awesome App for teamsI have been looking for an app to manage a sports team and found it! I needed one that would allow me to post messages , send notifications and host photos as well as videos. I tried several others but no one would email me back to answer questions. Pasko not only emailed me back but called me to answer all my questions ( I had lots!) Great app | few suggestions- the new splash screen is painfully long. 3 of 4 times the user intent for accessing the app is to reference important logistic info from coaches or games, while in context of more urgent decision making. Suggest cutting duration of Gretzky quote. - when trying to start new post or conversation > it’s unclear to whom and where I actually have permissions to post. Many issuesMany issues on my end and your tech support and sales can’t help! I have been working with Mark and Filip but no resolutions! Filip has ghosted me on emails!! Mark has talked on the phone and become an admin to my team! He is the one posting my pdf files - why can NONE of you log in as me and see what I see? Very usefulWe used this app last season for a high school baseball team. Can’t say enough good things about it. You can create different groups for same team. We had one for coaches and players only and then we had one for coaches and parents. I coach infield so I also made a group just for infield players. You can add schedules to the app as well. Great App, but I have some questionsI was on a basketball team for my school, and needed this app, but I still have some questions. 1. When my coach would post on the group, I would have to wait til I was on internet. Is there a way to make it so if you have bars, it will still load? 2. Best app for team contactI’ve been using sportsYou for several years after trying several other platforms. In my opinion it’s the best! I coach track both indoor and outdoor and as I do not reach on the school, communication is sometimes difficult. With sportsYou I can send notices, private chats as well as daily calendar updates on the Home Screen. Customer support is excellent as well. Highly recommended.Version: 2.0.20
It’s goodSports you is good to communicate with your coaches and teammates. I play for FCA Bravehearts volleyball and it is really helpful when trying to find the place you need to go. It has the days you practice and the days you have games. You can post pics and videos on it from games and practices. And you can make announcements. Over all this is a great app..Version: 3.0.1
I need help with the chat option and I can’t find a place to contact the creatorsWe love using this app for our figure skating team however, when we create a group chat for some of our team members, we are unable to see who has viewed the chat. It tells us how many people have viewed it, but we cannot see who from the group has seen it. Is there a way to check this?.Version: 2.7.6
Mostly goodFunctions well with a few quirks. One feature I feel like it really needs is an option for Administrators to be able to delete individual messages in a chat. I use it for a high school team and the complete inability to control player messages (through deleting or restricting privileges) keeps this from being perfect..Version: 4.3.3
Great overall app for teamsThis app is perfect in almost every way - the only thing it’s lacking is the ability to tag people in posts or comments. Exceptional alternativeI was using texting as a means of communication last year. With two seasons under my belt I understand the power and safety protocols in this format. Can’t login for some reason.One day last week, I had bad connection, then it logged me out. I’ve been trying to sign back in ever since, i’ve reset my password like 20 times and still says my credentials are incorrect. No ability to sync with personal calendarApp is fine except that i don’t see a way to automatically sync with my google calendar and i do not enjoy having to put each event in manually. seems crazy in this age where syncing is the norm. even the pro version does not appear to have this. only reason i am using this is because my school requires it. Alerts FeedbackAfter receiving an alert that a post has been added to a chat, once you read the message, it would be great for the alert to automatically go away. Needs delete optionI really like the app it’s pretty easy to use. I have multiple teams that I need to communicate with at times and the fact that I can post to all of them is great. Would be better if images in comments were supportedWe were forced to switch to this app from the Band app. I found it really lacking that we cannot add images to comments, and the event, reservations and interactions are lacking. No notificationsThis app is great to manage the team and send out announcements. The biggest problem with this app is the lack of notifications. I have tried different things so that I get the phone notifications and nothing. I have to open the app to see new chat messages or announcements. Crashing; Update - Working Great AgainCan’t get in since update. Instant crash. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it did not help. UPDATE: Apparently the crash was due to an administrator adding a bad link. Once the link was removed, the app worked perfectly again!.Version: 3.0.4
Good, but could use some workThe app hasn’t seen any noticeable improvements in 2 years. When I enter Posts from an iPhone, and go to next and go back, it is impossible to edit the post as the space I have is less than a single line while I have a ton of white space underneath it. I can’t do photos and background colors. I can’t reply to a comment. It rather just puts new comments at the end even though I may be replying to something further up. Along with that, editing and deleting my comments or the comments of others on my post would be appreciated. Editing an event in any way erases all planned attendance. Grrrr Being able to run a report on attendance would be GREAT!.Version: 2.7.6

Replying to commentsI love how this app is organized, everything is easily accessible and very clear, especially on the coaches side. My only qualm is that you can’t reply or respond to comments on posts. I always have parents commenting on posts and it’s hard to make clear who I’m responding to.
