Horrible.App won’t let any of my customers that have an iPhone book appointments anymore.. going on 3 weeks now and all I get is “we are sorry but the service order is in” 3 weeks to fix an app? Nothing but issuesI have used this service for the past month. It has actually cost me a lot of money in loss revenue because of software issues that to this day they can not fix. The process machine is a nightmare! If you have a salon or barbershops do not use the appointments system. The only thing I can say positive about them is the have fast customer service response when called, but it will piss you off because they only give you reasons they are so far behind every other company that offers the same system.
