This is for you CSR, JanilethAfter reading the reviews I was not sure I wanted to upgrade and possibly risk having a bad experience, especially when it involves my hard earned money! But I trust my tellers (such lovely ladies) at my local AC and she said she has a flare Acct and has never had any problems so I was in! I haven’t had any issues, in fact, I’ve found it much easier to find solutions within the app I.e. contacting customer service or trouble shooting or pausing my debit card at the touch of a button.

Mobile check captureThe mobile check capture feature isn’t working again. Every other month there is a problem with this particular feature in the app. Before an ad popped up and wouldn’t let me close therefore I couldn’t use it. Stealing moneyI recently just got my relief census check in the mail from this corona virus pandemic. And was not able to receive my money in cash when I went into the Ace store in my area to cash it. first I was only able to receive $80 in cash out of $1200 . The rest went to my account. Only used $400 to get groceries and things that family needed because of money struggles from losing our jobs. The following day I go to log in so that I can transfer money to start paying bills and my account was locked and told me to call. They had the nerve to say that my account is no longer available and I am never able to have an account with them again. And that they will send my $800 left in my account to me in the mail. The worst part is they could not give me a reason to why my account was removed all of a sudden and now I am stuck with no money. No card. And no way to pay my bills. If I do not receive my funds in 7-10 business days there will be a big lawsuit!!!!!!! Horrible Customer SupportHorrible customer support. I’ve been trying to get an authorization hold released from an order that was canceled three weeks ago. Attempted to speak with a supervisor spending the last week nicely trying to get it resolved as the merchant said they have done everything on their end to have it released over two weeks ago. I spent three hours on the phone, mostly on hold, to speak with a supervisor but it took three “accidental” transfers back to the main number before a Supervisor spoke with me and said that I have to do their work for them and request a letter from the merchant stating the order was canceled. NawhCustomer service? It’s just a cut and paste review. Long story short, made a mistake when it came down to entering my account ID and almost $500 was sent to someone else’s account. They haven’t not helped me retrieve this, instead, they sent me a cut and paste message TWICE. Tried calling them only to find out they don’t even have customer service through the phone. Icing on the cake was the $9.95 monthly fee. Which is not even WORTH it. Everything about this is awful. I’m canceling my card as soon as I can. I’m looking to save money, not have it taken away from me every month. I’d be more open to it if the customer service wasn’t so poor and the app itself wasn’t so annoyingly slow and laggy.

Do not recommend!Purchased an item based off a google searched and got scammed by some fake website that went offline a day after I made the purchase. Never received the item. Check captureI used to have no problems with loading checks through this app I don’t use it as much anymore because I have direct deposit but the last 2 times I have tried to use this app it would not take the check. I had selected the 10 day waiting period to avoid the fees and got an email saying it would not take the check this happened with both a government issued check and a personal check
