Reliable and accurateThis year’s goal for me was to play much more golf than previous years. The previous years, calling clubhouses and failing to get reservations I was looking for was frustrating and took more of my time. Can’t modify future reservationCan’t modify the number of players after the reservation is made. Can’t send invite to players. The app provides a message asking if you want to send an invite to a player and when you select that option nothing happens. You can make a reservation for tee time alright but that’s about it. Issues at the courseThis is probably not a ChronoGolf issue? At our course, we can schedule a TT on ChronoGolf only to find out when you get to the course that there are additional foursomes assigned to your TT. App is fine. Avoid the companyThe app is fine but avoid this company at all costs. They lure you in to booking with certain deals that are only available through the app or website and then refuse to refund or change anything regardless of the situation. The golf course I booked with canceled all tee times due to weather and refunded the portion of my payment to them directly, but Chronogolf still refuses to refund the portion paid to them.
