Missing cash out feature screwed me over big time.Before you say I have a degenerate gambling problem I accidentally placed an incorrect bet hours before the event while distracted by something else. (Did not realize I had a small parlay and a seperate 100+dollar bet in the same betslip both in effect) Immediately after, I tried to correct this by cashing out as it was hours before the event even started, only to find that cash out was immediately suspended. Frantically looking everywhere for help there was no live chat or customer support to be found, and my fate was sealed. Lost thousands to this sports book and I’ve gotten 10 dk dollars in return, while Fanduel gives occasional random bonus bets to help you get back on your feet after a tough amount of losses. Until customer satisfaction and support features are worked on, fanduel is a better option. Be safe guys and read every part of that betslip because your money will get snatched the very second you hit place bet, regardless of how long away the legs are..Thejayso26Version: 4.22.2

Good betting app, a few draw backs.The app itself is relatively slow. The profit boosts are nice and unlike anything I’ve ever seen on any other app or site. So that’s a plus. The lag on placing bets etc is a bit annoying, but it’s understandable. The UI is nice and the social hub is a huge plus and extremely underrated. Here is where my issue with DK lies: There is no withdrawal option besides a paper check. They show PayPal as an option, but it doesn’t work because PayPal doesn’t allow any transactions through any gambling sites. It also doesn’t work on Fan Duel, but Fan Duel has 5 or 6 different withdrawal options including Venmo. DK knows that you don’t want to withdraw those funds as a bettor, because you don’t want to screw up your bankroll god forbid you have a bad day, and then have to wait 5-7 business days to get your check in the mail, deposit it and then deposit the money back into your DK account. Which forces the bettor to keep the funds in the account for a much longer time. I understand the business tactic, but it legitimately drives business away from the site. Money talksBeen using DK since the daily fantasy days and was quick to use them one it was legal in my state. If you spend, they will offer. By spend I mean make sure there is a comma in your bets on a weekly basis. If you don’t have that kind of bankroll don’t expect much from promos aside from $10 max bets. A win is a win but they love to limit those. Another pro tip is to never complain to customer service ever, for anything, at anytime, for any reason, no matter what, not even at all, don’t even think it it your head. I was getting boosts with a max bet of $250 or higher. The early NFL season promo of up by 7 points for an instant winner did me in. Bet the titans moneyline and they went up by 7. The bet didn’t pay as advertised. FIVE DAYS later, after 10+ e-mails, 4 requests for a phone call, and none of the above being answered, I was paid from a live support agent, which they no longer offer. Ever since then my promo offers are $10 max. Asked support how to increase my promo offers and was told “These are factors out of our control that we cannot elaborate on”. DK is where it’s at!Hands down, if no sweat bets and boosts are your thing it’s here. They are the fastest at withdrawals. It usually takes a minute after the confirmation. They are not the best at parlays when it comes to what you can parlay together. DK is on par with odds. You can shop around but I don’t really bother most of the time unless the juice is considerably lower somewhere else. They don’t hand out any free bets after the initial sign up bonus. Other sites do. Sometimes they have gimmie bets/promotions but there’s nothing better than opening up your sports book and seeing a free bet. I don’t care how much it is. Also they usually void bad bets like if a player is out or gets hurt within the first few plays of the game. Other apps like FD do not and just make you pay. DK is definitely better geared towards customer service. If you have questions or email an inquiry they get back with you in my experience within an hour. Please Read - Tech IssuesHello - I love the way you’ve designed the app and love the SportsBook progress but I think there needs to be some more spend or focus on the engineering and functionality aspects of the app. It took me 4 times to deposit money for the first time because the app froze and I had to re-load and re sign-in. There may be customers that don’t have the patience to wait for that and you may lose those customers. App functionality is going to be so so important for establishing customer loyalty moving forward, especially in states that are just newly adopting legal gambling because this is where the majority of millennials will bet, on their iPhones. Also this is just personal opinion, but I’d consider changing the design of the App Logo. The word DraftKings is too small and the light green is not a color that stands out, especially against the backdrop of a photo or different phone background. All Around Great CasinoI’ve played on just about every casino app in Jersey and Draftkings is without a doubt one of the best. Slots keep disappearing with updates!!It seems like every update causes more and more slots in PA to disappear. I think we were up to 143 or 144 and now it’s down to 111. The casino app still had all of them a subtle until I updated today by mistake and sadly it’s down to 111 there to. I love DraftKings casino over FanDuel and I believe it’s miles ahead in the user interface and menus, but you can’t keep cutting away the slots that I love to play. Hopefully all available slots return in a future update and I’ll gladly rate 5 stars. Great app but beware.I loved this app. It feels stable so kudos to the developers. Unfortunately as a software engineer myself there are plenty of observable patterns that hints at your profile progressively and noticeably making it nearly impossible for you to have a chance of winning. For the first couple of days you will win a lot. I managed to turn $250 into $5,000. Slots machines and blackjack feel like you have a chance. This is how they get you. Then you you start loosing but not like all the time. Sort of balanced.... but then you can try the slots and hitting 100 times and getting nothing. Then it gets really bad. Has gone downhillIf you want quick withdrawals, go to BetRivers FanDuel or Betmgm. If you want actual deposit bonuses where you have to play through one time, use FanDuel or BetRivers. DraftKings use to be my favorite, but withdrawals could take a cpl days, and if you “take advantage” of a deposit bonus they offer “VIPS” you’ll have to play through it 15 times (and most of the games only count towards 10% of the amount you need, making it more like 150 times play through on their digital games). Also you have to use all the money on casino only and can’t use it on Sportsbook until you play through 15 times (actually 150 times remember). They use to offer actual promos and sports bonuses that were exciting, and although their games seems fair, trying to come out ahead when you play that many times through is nearly impossible. DraftKings is best online sports book hands downI’ve been a gold member since 2022 and currently live in Massachusetts. I have online sports book accounts, but do most of my plays on DraftKings because nobody else comes close with the promos, missions and bonuses offered here. Careful. Very addicting.It’s nice it’s fun I love how they gave me a free $200 in bet credits. My original goal was to just take all the Bet credits from these companies and ONLY use them to bet. Shady businessI have never had issues with betting money. I just recently started this last year and was using DraftKings but you for sure lost a customer today. There was a bet they were offering in which they randomly set my limit for 10 but my buddies all had limits if 25. Now I’m not a large better and I don’t bet every day so it didn’t make any sense why I would have a limit personally set so I decided to reach out and got nothing but the absolute run around from Joseph (their player advocate). My answer from them was well our trading team is who’s does that so sorry I can’t give you any more information. So you don’t have an issue taking my money when I deposit or literally any other time but you decide to draw the line when you have to pay a little back. It’s poor business practices and it’s shady and makes no sense why you couldn’t provide information to make it make sense. You can be sure that if this is how they treat their customers I will do everything I can to reach the people I know on social media and make as many posts as I can online to make people aware of DraftKings shady business practices and atrocious customer service. Feels like if DraftKings is collecting, they want their name out there loud and proud but as soon as something shady happens, they dish it off to the trading team and provide zero information. Customer service is a jokeI created my account to make bets for Super Bowl in February 2023. It allowed me to make an account. I was never able to make a bet. Supposedly I had an account out there and you can only have one account. If that was the case, when I went to create my account with all of my information why did it allow me. Even so I went through the steps of contacting customer service. And I would only get automated messages. It was so never wrecking I gave up for a while. I even told them if another account is showing with my info delete it. I don't know the information to get into it. I now attempted again to try and get my account back since football has now started back up. This time someone got back to me. I provided them with picture of my ID, me with my ID, and my electric bill. They said someone would reach back out in 24 to 48 hours. And all I received were two emails telling me to rate the customer service and my account is still locked. I never placed any bets on DraftKings. I never got the chance to. I don’t even want my account anymore. I want to close it but I can’t even do that because it says restricted. If you are looking to go bet somewhere I would say go to FanDuel sports book instead. Find another bookI’ve won over $1000 on this book and ive still had the worst experience I’ve ever had betting on a sportsbook. To start, the amount of pain points the customer encounters to deposit money into the app…. No wonder why they need all these deposit matches! Customers wouldn’t be able to sit through the unbearable experience of troubleshooting their horrible technology. On top of that, there’s no customer support! Fill out a form and maybe you’ll get an email pointing you to their pre-written articles that you can find on the help page…. That are nothing more than common sense. And for the betting lines, the causal customer would never notice, but this sportsbook is doing everything possible to get you to make the worst possible bet you can make (so they make money). All the quick picks, promotions, profit boosts, are a scam to make you bet what they want you to bet. Offering 25% profit boosts with $10 max just forces customers to put in these lottery-pick parlays (WHICH HAVE CRAZY HOLD - TERRIBLE FOR THE BETTOR). No one wants to use their 25% profit boost to get an extra $2 on a straight bet. Their promotion strategy is shady, their deposit experience is horrible, and their customer support is non-existent. Is the worst of the worst even proper enough?To be fair the amount of games on here is incredible… good job at the variety of casino games. As with any casino you have your ups and your downs.. downs lasting longer than one would hope. Either way, I had been upgraded to the “vip” program. Glitch & Bad Customer ServiceI had a $100 ticket on Lakers v. Clippers (I had Lakers -4) parlayed with Rangers to win (which they did). There was 19 seconds left the Clippers came back to take the lead by 1. Then all the sudden the app glitched to 7 seconds and I cashed out. The app switched back to 19 seconds and ultimately went to overtime and the lakers covered the spread (won by 5 points) I would have won $578. This will be the last time I use this app, that was very fishy to me, I am not just mad about losing the bet, but the fact I felt like they pressured me into cashing out because they knew my bet had a good chance of hitting, either that or there software quality is one of the lowest out there. There customer service is also very poor, the other day I made an incorrect bet emailed customer support and asked them to please void the ticket, return the money to my account and reapply the boost I had on the ticket so I could replace my wager. They said that was ok and asked me to confirm which I did. Then a few minutes later they said unfortunately we will not be able to void the bet or reapply the boost. Checks in the MailI have had this account for a while and decided to quit watching sports when they went woke, so recently I finally signed back on to try casino option because I have MGM and Fan Duel apps for casino play already. Almost 2 weeks ago my wife and I played all 3 apps did very well and cashed pretty good money out of all 3 casino apps. Not only does draftkings have no phone support, or live support, the email support is absolutely horrendous. Horrible customer serviceThis app is good if you plan on never ever reaching customer service or having any issues with the app. However if you ever need to reach customer service there is a huge issue. There is no phone number so you have to email them. Takes 1-5 days for them to answer or they ignore you. Most times they don’t understand or don’t know their own app well enough to answer your questions. If there is a significant issue they have zero idea of what is going on. They offered an nfl parlay insurance promotion. If you lose 1 leg of a 4 leg parlay you will be credited as long it is not a teaser. I made parlay wagers as did my dad using the alternate spreads. We never used teasers and were credited the first 2 times the promotion came out. Then all of a sudden they didn’t credit us and said teasers don’t apply. We didn’t use teasers we were just smart enough to use all their app offers. They have no idea the bet we used and I’ve spent days trying to contact them and explain. Save yourself the hassle and do not use this app. You will eventually get money randomly taken from your account, not get a pay out or some other issue. Draftkings activity defrauds their customersSeveral months ago they removed the ability to create parley bets for games, forcing betters to use their new “same game parley.” You’d expect it to essentially be the same thing, but it’s just a cover for how they rob their betters. When you make a parley, the odds are supposed to be multiplied together, for example if I parley two bets both with 1.5 decimal bets the parley should be 2.25. Nope, the calculators at drafkings apparently don’t work very well because they will never give you the correct odds, and you will always be given less. Thieves!I do not know how these thieves could have 4.8 out of 5 stars. I’m sure these reviews are rigged in the same way the app is. They are good at letting you win a little and then taking 5x what you won. There is no possible way these games are regulated or monitored as closely as they should be. Not an optimal experience for casual gamblingI dont write reviews often but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I had been on the Casino section of the app, specifically “Rocket”, I have came back to this particular game a few times when I do decide to throw a few dollars away. Everytime it seemed like the Rocket’s performance was always struggling, no matter my device, connection type, or time of day. Stolen moneyIn early 2020 I downloaded the draft kings app and I deposited over $250 , they had some offer about received draft king dollars after depositing a certain amount , once the deposit was complete and I tried to use my money it said my account needed to be verified and that I needed to upload documents . Looks good but technical difficulties galoreTheir apps are increasingly unstable and their offers pay out about half of the time. If there was a better app in PA I would not use DK app. I have to submit 2-3 support tickets a week to get credited and their support wait is several days. It’s easy to forget which support ticket you’re on and forget to follow up. The new live dealer segment is plagued by connection and app issues which is surprising because when I lived in NJ this was not the case. Support for live dealer issues seems to be separate from the main app support. I would not recommend this app for any serious gambling. The live dealer support will tell you that the issues are your fault and your app chooses when to work, when to surrender, when to stay sometimes. Horrible customer service and verification processI recently decided after Ohio finally legalized betting, to try out this app. I was partially influenced by the Kevin Hart commercials but quickly learned that none of it was legit. There is a verification process, that validated you to gamble, after that there should be no additional verification, unless you have a garage process (hint). After I won and decided to withdraw my winnings, all of a sudden I needed to prove who I am. I sent a picture of my ID, a picture of my face, a bank statement, IRS form and a letter from the state. Only good for pregame actionPromos are good and pregame betting is good. App is super slow. Live betting is awful most of the time because most of the games are locked out. I’ve had games locked for all of halftime and all of a quarter. Once the games start, cashout options are very rarely offered. As another example, I’ve taken bets with something like a -150 and a -800 and the -150 bet gets cancelled then can’t cash out my bet that only has the -800 on it. So I ended up betting like 20 to win like 3 or 4 dollars. I’m not trying to do that. I had a $5 bet that was similar to that where the close odds got cancelled and I could win $1. Location Errors ConstantlyThe interface and value on lines are pretty good, but I constantly get a pop up message that claims I am out of legal gambling area even though I’m in my house located in a legal gambling state(on the border of another legal gambling state). Well my bet hit and I used a couple of those bonus bets on March madness underdogs and made around $200 dollars of withdraw-able money. Here is where my issues arose. First I had to verify a payment method to withdraw so I used my debit card to withdraw. Well that didn’t work and they told me my card was invalid. Then I deposited money with my pay pal so I could withdraw to that. Well now they want ID verified. So I send a picture of my license and they tell me all good. I go to withdraw again and now they want picture of ID with me holding it next to my face, proof of address. Proof of bank account info, proof that the pay pal account is mine, and an explanation for why I deposited money only to withdraw it without playing( which I did to get my card verified) and they still won’t let me withdraw.
