Works pretty good with color but picture quality isn’t the bestThis app definitely helps with the color correction of overly blue pictures, however, the quality of the pictures isn’t perfect… In some previous reviews the developer has stated he will be upgrading the quality of pictures as new phones are capable of handling it but I am on the 14 pro max (the latest/highest camera of any iphone so far) and my pictures come out slightly fuzzy. I think another good feature this app needs is camera stabilization to reduce some of what seems like motion blur from natural hand shaking. Tried to see if there was a feedback spot to recommend these to the developer personally but couldn’t find anything..RolandoonVersion: 3.1

It’s good, not greatSo I was pretty skeptical of this app working, saw it had decent reviews and bought it. It actually worked much better than I thought, and I was thinking wow this thing is awesome!! And even though it is pretty cool, I compared it to my 5 dollar orange filter lens and it was one, way easier to use. And two, better. That being said I l usually don’t have my lens with me since I have multiple tanks. this is a great alternative to when you don’t have that lens that works it’s magic for you. Another thing is that unless you are pretty good at photography editing and what not. This might come as a challenge to edit the picture. All and all though I say it is worth the 3 bucks. Works great! The critics probably didn’t fiddle around enough with itIt absolutely does work, you just need to fiddle with it. For me, red at 3.4, green at 1, blue at 3.9, and the automatic gel filter looks the best. It’s pretty spot on! Those who say it doesn’t work just didn’t know what they’re doing. Trust me. Just fiddle around with it. Putting green above 1 never really does anything good. You usually want to have red and blue about the same level, but it depends on your spectrum of light. You don’t want to put blue at 1 and red at max to try to correct the intensity of blue in your photos. It doesn’t work like that, you need both red and blue. Make sure to use the gel filter also! It automatically adjusted to the best gel filter for me.JonahmsuVersion: 3.1

Taking pics underwater is merely impossibleReally love this app. It does such a great job and it’s so easy to use. Wife and I have life proof cases and we hoped to take pics underwater but because of the water the screen doesn’t respond. Could be 5star if issue resolvedUsing this with an orange filter I can make corals look exactly like I’m seeing (without orange filter). I can also make them look like how they are when I’m viewing them with an orange filter. Very easy to adjust with only three sliders. Awesome but Missing a must have featureThis app is amazing for reef pictures, in order to be 10 star app they must add a feature to be able To take pictures using the volume button. This will allow underwater pictures to be taken since screen becomes unresponsive underwater. I have a macro lens and can’t use it because of that reason. Update Renders App UselessI work in the aquarium industry and take photos of corals all day long. I used the old version of the app for 2 years and it worked great; much easier than using a physical lens and I could quickly go from tank to tank with different lighting and have no issues. I have been trying to use the new update to no avail. The auto feature simply does not work on a majority of the corals I am trying to shoot (the previous version’s auto adjustment feature worked fine). Photos are too dark and the camera will not adjust to the coral. I used to be able to fine tune the color settings, but the RGB and tint sliders on the new version don’t fix the issues. New update is horrible.This newest update basically broke the app and made it useless. So sad because this app was amazing before and nearly eliminated the use for coral lens. But the new update made the app basically garbage. The UI is horrible, and the color correction itself doesn’t seem correct. And doing the manual adjustments yourself to get it *just right* like with the previous version is now impossible. This is the definition of fixing something that isn’t broken. Very regrettable as the app used to be a very useful tool for me. It was great for 8 years.. why change it. EDIT: He updated it to try and fix it, but it’s still terrible. Nice app but desperately needs a little update loveNice app, does what it says for the most part. It hasn’t been updated in 5 years. I was on the edge about paying $3 for an app that hasn’t been touched in that long. I may get a refund. There are tons of little bugs and quality of life issues that can be smoothed out. For example, true support for the new phones and their cameras. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and the final picture quality after taking a picture is better than the stock cam but still meh - blurry grainy low quality. Not better than standard iPhone cameraI purchased this app after seeing some of the pictures posted using the app. I was impressed, but after using it myself I feel like there must be something wrong. With auto filters going the pictures almost always turn out worse than if I were to take it with the normal camera. I’ve seen the developer dm other reviews saying the users settings may be incorrect; however, there is no way to contact the app developer. MehI read some decent reviews about this app on one of the big reefing forums, and decided to give it a try since it had pretty decent reviews. Well it’s not so decent. It’s virtually impossible to get a decent picture using this app. I’d have just as much luck using the xr camera and then editing the photos with the normal iPhone picture editor. Not full resolution imagesThe application does what it is supposed to do. Adding gels, controlling the white balance and temperature are all great features but are all pretty much useless when you don’t get a high resolution image output. The lack of being able to switch lenses (on newer iphones) and the lack of being able to export full resolution images reeeally make this app not useful to me. It’d be nice to edit images in the camera roll, but I get how images are need to be processed before taking the photo, and if the image is not raw, some things aren’t editable.
