Excellent serviceAs someone who was working in hotel industry with the best brands like Peninsula, Ritz Carlton and Waldorf Astoria and now working as a pilot Captain for Delta Airlines. My husband and I truly amazed by the excitement customer service, the highest level lever of the Culinary food in every restaurant and food and beverage station. We truly impressed by the spectacular entertainment level and of course the cleanliness. In particular we would like to mention some of the crew who did above and beyond, first the hotel director who always walking around and make sure all is perfect. The Blue restaurant staff the hosts Ivana and Wilmer ( he even remembered us from our previous Celebrity Beyond cruise last year) Alston the waiter and Gopal who truly delivered the best quality service with lots of care and reliability. Housekeeping our room attendant Jamie who always greeted us with her big smile and kindness, and always attentive to every special request. Gallery - Emmanuel very kind well professional and knowledgeable. Gym - Sam her Yoga classes well executed. Entertainment- Cruise director Mr Luigi , absolutely amazing, special personality well creative and definitely high level of entertainment. Norwegian ExcursionMy wife and I recently completed a 12 day cruise to Norway on the Celebrity Apex. I chose this particular cruise as I am of Norwegian Heritage and have always wanted to go to Norway and it happened to start on my 70th Birthday. Everything about the cruise was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I love the layout of the Edge Class Ships and particularly enjoyed the Magic Carpet and spending some relaxing time in the afternoons in Eden. We ate dinner most Nights in Normandie and our wait staff of August, Eric and our Sommelier, Anthony made each night special. They were friendly, informative and attentive, which added to our enjoyment of our cruise. Also, the food was very good. It had been quite a few years since our last Celebrity Cruise and although their food was always good, it seemed they have upped their game since then. As for our stateroom, we had a Celebrity Concierge Class cabin with an Infinite balcony that we really enjoyed as it gave us more usable space in the room. Our cabin attendant Jaime was very friendly, kept our stateroom immaculate and was on the spot when we had a minor emergency, when the bathroom flooded. This was my 17th cruise and 5th with Celebrity and certainly one of the most memorable. We are already booked for the 2nd voyage of the new Celebrity Xcel next November and can’t wait!.Version: 1.56.1
Gerome EneaI want to thank Celebrity Edge for providing me with the voyage of a lifetime. I was somewhat apprehensive about crossing the Atlantic Ocean and having to experience going across the ocean for eight days. With that said , my wife and I want to extend our appreciation for the entire voyage being unimaginable. The food was excellent. The entertainment was incredible night after night. Having to swim and use a hot tub even in colder weather was possible on the Edge. But most of all it was the service we received. The housekeeper , Joan, was exclusive and courteous . The dining service was incredible as all of the staff bent over back to wait on us non stop. But I do need to praise two persons in particular, our main waiter, Jaydash Nique, was an amazing young man. He was so personable that we made sure we went to one of the seatings in his restaurant each day . He treated us like family and that made our voyage extra special. As a retired teacher with 50 years experience, I can see so much potential in Jaydash. I do hope he continues to grow and rise in Celebrity ranks and have a successful future! The other waiter, Christopher Adap, who simply greeted us each morning to serve us juice, had such a pleasant personality that we surely appreciated beginning each day chatting and enjoying his heartwarming personality! He too is an incredible young man with a bright future ahead of him. I told both of them I would certainly take another cruise specifically on the ship they were working on as I do hope we will meet again so I can see their rise in life, as most teachers do with their favorite students! Celebrity edgeI like the room with balcony and the bathroom is bigger than princess cruise. The room services staff was very nice. The dining room is set up nice and roomy and perfect view. The 14 floors buffer food is ok and not much change. Wish could have more variety food to select. Not much Asian food and few staffs seems tired and not much welcome or happy to serve food to guests. The main restaurant food is good, not much activities to celebrate in the dinning during holidays. I don’t feel the festive or holidays decorations in the dinning room. Not much going on for gift shops for the sale like princesses cruise for the fun of the shopping spirit. The lobbies areas are highlighted for the holidays, lots of music and entertaining and bars. Area for seating is plenty and the shows are great. The photo shop is much self service, the staff need little bits of cheering and enthusiastic of happy. I like the 15 floors for the exercise followed by the trails to walk or running. The gym room has good size and not humidity. I wish they could highlight some the activities program on the daily news paper and on TV or announce on over head speaker. I did not see much games or Chinese mah jong activities supplies in the social room or other areas for the guests to relax playing with there family. Over all I do enjoyed my trip and certainly with my families members gathering. But once comes with individual or solo, i was boring little bit..Version: 1.23.1
The absolute BEST cruise ever!!!!Exceptional! As first-time cruisers, this was the absolutely BEST experience!! Francesco was an excellent Stateroom Attendant looking after our every need and providing us with information about the various ports (what to see and suggestions of where to go). Rodolfo and Gusti, the Dining Room Wait Staff, as well as Kelly, the Dining Room Bar Server, were a pleasure to see at every meal ensuring we had an exceptional dining experience. Francesco, Rodolfo, Gusti and Kelly were ALWAYS polite, cheerful, considerate and their attention to our individual details was exceptional! For example, after a few days in the dining room, Gusti automatically knew we ordered OJ for breakfast and iced tea for lunch! ALL staff throughout the entire ship were ALWAYS friendly, kind, considerate and available for assistance. My take after Day 2, “The staff on this ship are SO NICE!” My husband and I are first-time cruisers so this cruise was something I looked forward to for a LONG time! The Celebrity Eclipse crew hit the ball out of the ballpark!! They made our experience exceptional! THANK YOU!!.Version: 1.73.1
Good cruiseHad a good time on the celebrity beyond to Panama Canal. Aft room with “real” balcony was the way to go. The standard restaurants were lacking but the buffet was very good. We tried Cut twice and le Voyage twice (shout out to Sandy,) also Raw and Eden. All fabulous. The Mast burgers were like hockey pucks. Scoops was fun. A special mention to your bakery department. All of the cakes, pies, muffins, breads, pastries, tarts, etc. were all marvelous (the carrot cake was the best I ever had in my life. ) Some special mentions of your fabulous staff: room attendant Putu was perfect, Jorge, Nelson and staff at Cut who made our anniversary dinner very, very special. Davidson and Krisleen at coffee Bacio on 4 were so on point every day. And last but not least, Aina, my smoothie girl at the spa cafe, the sweetest (btw, she needs help there with another blender to shorten the lines). In another disappointing note, my Dr. changed my BP meds so I needed to check it. Went to medical and they wanted to charge me $90 just to check it!!! I was not looking for treatment, diagnosis or even an opinion, just a number that takes a minute to get. Absolutely outrageous, so obviously I didn’t do it. Your “nickel and diming” along the way gets very annoying. Lastly, I would recommend caution on your excursions as they were not worth the money (except for the ATV’s which were a blast.) The Kitchen tour lunch was a complete rip off. A standard Cypress lunch with a quick view of one kitchen and a storage room was hardly worth anything at all, never mind $250. I won a few dollars at the casino, so that kept me smiling. All-in-all a good time on your ship. Don’t think I would do it again though..Version: 1.63.2
Celebrity Summit from San Juan to Eastern CaribbeanWe had the most fantastic journey to St Maarten, Antigua, st Lucia, Barbados, and Dominica. It was everything we had hoped and more. The service and staff were impeccable, always smiling, always accommodating, always kind. How do they remain so upbeat? The food was also excellent. We had the blessing of Aquaclass amenities. The Persian Garden in the spa was a favorite, as well as Blu, where we ate almost every night. We met lovely people each day, even making connections we will treasure for years to come. The entertainment was excellent — especially Dizzy the magician and several singers throughout the ship. There was so much to do among dancing, game shows, karaoke, movies, and exercise classes. We couldn’t even do it all. And the excursions to the islands were great. We highly recommend the boat snorkeling trips in st Maarten and the sulfur springs in st Lucia especially. For a couple who has not cruised much and not for at least 12 years, we couldn’t be happier with this cruise and cruise line and can’t wait to go on another..Version: 1.59.5
WonderfulWe enjoyed our sisters trip this year on your ship Reflection. Although very similar to your equinox is was nice to know where everything was. If I may, the most outstanding part of my cruise was my cabin steward. Mylene, was amazing!! Alway a warm welcoming smile asking if I was enjoying our cruise. She gave me a feeling of comfort that if anything went wrong she would be there to help any way she could. My room could not have been more spotless. Thank you for the memories. The reason for the four stars is because I went to the spa and if I were to rate the spa it would be a two. I have an injury and told the masseuse of the issue and not to touch this area. I also filled out your form and marked areas of the body not to be touched. She ignored me and told me I could leave at any time?? I asked if I would be refunded she said no she was already paid because I prepaid for this service (I will never do that again) When she was doing my facial she flipped my head from side to side many times and was not gentle at all!! She continued to touch my shoulder even after many requests to please avoid that area then she push my shoulders down and pressing in. It was so painful. I left crying in pain, after four hours of agony I went back because my back was in complete spasm. They wanted me to go to medical?? For what an aspirin? I already took a pain med that I brought with me. So she said they would do what they could. They set me up in a room and a girl came in with an angels touch and spent 40 min to work out two knots that the first girl caused. The service i ordered was for a facial and small massage. I go for massages once a week sometimes twice for my injuries. No one has ever left me in tears or a spasm prior. I have had this injury for years. My room number was 1017. I would recommend some retraining for the first masseuse..Version: 1.56.1
Comfortable cruisingJust before COVID my husband & I booked three back to back cruises from Honolulu to Sydney, Melbourne and the Great Barrier Reef. It was the trip of a lifetime for us. Wonderful activities every day, lectures each day about the ports we were approaching and history of the South Pacific and we loved hearing about Captain Cook. Plenty of interaction with the passengers from Australia who were returning home from Hawaii after doing their holiday shopping. We learned so much by joining them at meals and hearing their recommendations for where we should visit and what we shouldn’t miss. Crossing the international dateline was a huge experience and the officers of the ship made the passengers a big dance party on one of the upper decks and fun was had by all. Except for kissing a dead fish, which a few of us did! We made some lovely connections which we still hear from via email. We’re booked again in March on Beyond with friends. Can’t stay away too long. Celebrity is our go-to cruise line for a perfect vacation!.Version: 1.38.0
Great cruise Great timeAqua class is spectacular! Rooms and bathrooms are updated and so comfortable.. especially the rooms that have interior balconies. Wish all ships had these.. added sq footage to room but also it’s perfect flexibility. The staff was amazing.. loved taking classes with Jono. A man so dedicated to his audience. A professional with a bundle of creativity and who understands what his students want. There is so much joy in the room when we are sweating profusely. And in Grace and Tammy’s classes they had us all dancing our hearts out! The spa juice staff knew after the first day how I took my kale juice.. Ron in the hair salon did my difficult hair to perfection.. Kevin and Jovanne in the Blu dining room came to our table nightly with such enthusiasm and dedication to service. And every meal was served with such professionalism and made us feel so special. Saire always greeted us as if we were her long lost relatives when we came to eat at Blu. GratuitiesMy husband and I were 100% happy with Celebtity until Laura Hodges Bethge became president. LHB implemented many changes within months of taking office, none of which were favorable for the guests. There was so much backlash from cruisers that some of these changes have been reversed. We always booked our cabin with the drinks, WiFi and gratuities included. Cruise fares have risen dramatically since Covid. Gratuities have been removed from the drink and WiFi package, and we are unhappy with that decision. We understand that we are not obliged to pay the gratuities that are added to our account daily. We know people who ask to have gratuities removed from their final statement. I do not choose to do this as the behind the scenes crew works very hard and they deserve their gratuities. The room steward, bartenders and dining waiters may be handed gratuities, but many others are not rewarded. I believe this new policy is hurting your staff at the benefit of the cruise line! We would like to see gratuities reinstated in the package as your crew deserves this..Version: 1.59.5
Cruising the Caribbean.What a fantastic seven day trip !! I was so pleased with this sparkling clean ship !! Everything was immaculate !! Impressive !! A sink station was available to keep our hands clean, as well as pleasant young ladies along the hallways near the cafeteria to encouraging passengers to take a dab of hand sanitizer. That was a splendid idea. There were were also young gentlemen cleaning handrails, elevator buttons, as well as the small glass topped tables in various areas where friends gathered for conversation and a refreshment during the day. The staff was amazingly helpful at every turn, whether it was graciously giving directions, answering questions about different foods that had been prepared,(there was a special section just for gluten free diets.) to taking care of our stateroom every morning with a chocolate on our pillows at night. Such care to details… and ALWAYS with a smile and a kind greeting. Each day, we were presented with a myriad of activities to chose from !! Dancing classes, Karaoke, Trivia, Pickleball, and Elegant evening dining, just to name a few !!! And if that wasn’t enough,… there was shopping, a casino and swimming. It was amazing !!! In the evening, it was time to shine !! Such elegant attire I had never seen on a cruise. It was definitely sparkling after the sun went down. I was tickled to join in the fun. The Celebrity AppI think this is one of the best ways to get all your information imputed, book shore excursions, book dining reservations and and purchase anything extra, and especially the how easy it's made the lifeboat drill!! I have been sailing with celebrity for 35 years and have sailed on 33 cruises exclusively with Celebrity and I remember since the Meridian and earlier ships how I dreaded the check in process and remember how time consuming it was which long lines with luggage in hand just to get to the area of the cruise port terminal to check in. I think the app is very easy to use and helpful and it has brought the cruising experience to the next level! I look forward to my 1st cruise day because I know we will me processed and on the ship within a half hour of getting to the cruise pier!! Great experienceConsidering the number of people onboard there is a surprisingly short wait for everything on the ship. Buffet meals are like large family reunion dinners, bring your patience and grace. The selections are unreal, food quality is excellent and the staff is consistently moving, prepping food & cleaning tables for the next person. I am not use to the level of service the restaurants offered. I’ve never had so many people, constantly but not annoyingly, checking with me for my food & drink needs. If you leave hungry from any meal, it’s your own fault. The rooms are nicer & roomier than I thought they would be. The bathroom and shower were quite a bit larger than I expected. The beds were good. Everything you do the crew is so attentive to you but again, grace and patience, you’re on a cruise, relax..Version: 1.66.0
It was funWe just disembarked from a long awaited cruise. Although we enjoyed ourselves, we were not overly impressed with many things. For one, we upgraded to the Aqua Class, yet the additional offerings really aren’t much different (if any) from what anyone receives. We were less than impressed. The dining was good but the same foods are served at buffets throughout the ship. I’m not being a prude but the all you can drink packages basically are promoting excessive drinking! A lot of intoxication especially when there’s a party going on! The no alcohol package that some had was good for the fancier beverages but there’s plenty of FREE drinks around the ship. We had an excellent experience. I just don’t believe the “extra” was a necessary expense. Lastly the wi-fi was hit and miss. Not sure what was going on but there were many times it would cut out all together, then back on for a while. It took two technicians to even get our package to operate initially..Version: 1.71.0
BeyondCruise ship lived up to its name as far as entertainment went. Production's & guest entertainment was beyond expectations. Food selections not enough vegetables. Didn't care for open dining enjoy set table & waitstaff & large tables for interesting conversation. Ladies public restrooms stahl doors should have an indication marking to determine if it's occupied. Farid our house cabin steward was very attentive. Didn't care for the fact that a female passenger with a small service dog was allowed to hold the animal in her arms while serving herself at the buffet. I have grandchildren who are highly allergic to dogs! 76 years old &80 we Found working with everything on the app a bit frustrating didn't always work. Noticed a lot of wasted space on deck 5 -meteors hallway,chocolate counter,draped area in Eden. Not enough open areas. And deck chairs&areas.Version: 1.62.1
EdgeWe booked this cruise because it would enable us to visit family on Roatan. Without notification prior to disembarkation Celebrity placed a restriction on leaving the boat at the Roatan port, unless of course we had booked an excursion thru Celebrity. We would have postponed or cancelled this cruise had Celebrity management been above board prior to the cruise leaving the dock. Additionally, in a telephone conversation with Celebrity guest relations prior to this cruise we were informed that only staff would be required to wear a mask once on board. We were surprised to learn of an onboard mask mandate. None of the emails prior to sailing indicated a policy change, likely because it would have resulted in guests cancellations. We will likely cancel our next scheduled cruise with Celebrity because of we don’t feel that management can be trusted. Shame on Celebrity!.Version: 1.31.2
Celebrity in the eyes of this patronAfter 13 wonderful cruises with Celebrity (1 with Royal Caribbean, 1 with Cunard, 1 with Norwegian and, I hate to say it, 1 with Carnival) I bought a 14th cruise with Celebrity this year. I was PACKED for departure on the Equinox to the Eastern Caribbean leaving Fort Lauderdale on March 14, 2020. If you are 79 years of age in this COVID-19 environment, irrespective of your distance from the nearest perceived threat, you think twice about the timing of your 14th cruise. With trembling fingers on my keypad, I opted for the “Cruise with Confidence” choice that Celebrity offered. My reason for contributing to this review collection is to let the sailing world know that Celebrity is as accommodating, gracious, professional and comforting an organization as one could imagine in these turbulent times as they are aboard the ship. I still look forward to my 14th with Celebrity and hope that it comes soon..Version: 1.24.1
Informative but ConfusingThere’s a lot of information in the app but much of it is not time sensitive- so as your voyage progresses, irrelevant information remains in the app. There’s no ability to add to or delete calendar entries so only reserved activities appear on the calendar. This makes for a lot of hopping around in the app. Trying to find information you saw once but couldn’t remember where you had seen it is frustrating. With no search capability, you have to hope that you can find it again eventually. “Laundry - Wash & Fold” is one example. Finding which nights were chic nights is another - this requires looking at the programming calendar to see where photographers would be and at what time. Mid-voyage, the app went through an update and this required a bit of an adjustment to layouts and information locations. UX testing should truly be part of the app’s evolution..Version: 1.61.0
Really nice app but needs updatesOverall, the app is great. You can check your account, setup excursions, see where the ship is, all the amenities, and much more! It’s easy to use and has a ton of information on your cruise and general information as well. I deducted one star due to conflicting information. I have contacted Celebrity on this but it still hasn’t been fixed. The COVID information is incorrect and conflicts with their website. One will say no pretesting required and the other says a pretest is required Masks are apparently optional on the ship accordingly to the website but according to the app, the casino and theater require masks I understood the guidelines are constantly changing but I was informed by Celebrity customer service that masks haven’t been required for at least several months. It’s safe to assume most people will be planning and using the app before and during cruising. Of course, both should the app and website should be updated to reflect current info. Please ensure your app is current so folks can rely on it, especially due to potential health requirements. The last thing someone wants to do is read “no test required”, show up to port, and find out one is required. Otherwise, I’m very happy with this app..Version: 1.35.3

Also, I would like to thank and let you know that Valentine the manager in the casino fortune casino on board was also very helpful. Thank you all the crew.I’d firstly like to thank our room attendant, Gatot on Deck 7, for his greetings and service every day. He is nice and kind with a lovely smile on his face all the time! And he makes our room super clean and tidy upon requests. Celebrity is luck to have such great employee onboard! We also want to thank all the servers and chefs in the restaurants, as well as the ones by the pool, on the hallways, and any public areas, who keep the place safe and clean. For sure we appreciate the pilots and the captain for taking us to the destinations, and sailing back to Miami safely. The only suggestion we’d like to give is that it’d be great if the minor odor in the hallways on the residential decks can be reduced, it’ll be more enjoyable when walking back to the room..Version: 1.61.0
Had a great time with one exceptionBoth my wife and I had a marvellous time aboard the Beyond. The ship is amazingly beautiful, the staff went out of their way to make our voyage superb, the food top notch and the bars some of the best I have seen. One thing left a bad taste in our mouth, the spa team was unprofessional and only care about how much gratuity the will get before they treated. We think that the Celebrity line should seriously consider changing it’s policy and use a spa partner that can deliver along the lines that the line is known for, the spa was definitely the low point of our trip, we decided not to use it despite wanting to do so. Great cruise - great ship - great crewThoroughly enjoyed the cruise from Vancouver to Honolulu. Russell did an outstanding and timely job of keeping our cabin clean and neat. Dianne from Zimbabwe was always there for us in the Oceanview Cafe each morning; ready to bring us whatever we needed with a pleasant conversation. I loved the ship once I became accustomed to where everything was located. Especially enjoyed the walking track and the fact it did not go directly through any of the smoking areas. There were also plenty of places you get away to read in solitude. It was nice to see the captain around the ship; always willing to talk or have a picture taken. Excellent Trip!We just had the most wonderful cruise on the Constellation. From the moment we arrive, until we left, the service from each crew member was above and beyond our expectations. Our butler Rodrigo and room attendant Novita were amazing. They made sure every need we had was met. Toni from the Retreat helped us with so many things, and was always so pleasant. Kit so, the bartender in the Retreat was excellent. He was wonderful to visit with, and made the best drinks. Our waiter in Luminee Gabriel was the best, and his team: Prat & Eka did not miss a detail! Such a wonderful experience for each meal. Ivan, the sommelier, was excellent. A good startWe are so happy that Celebrity has an app now being tested! We have used the app every day to find things like our itinerary, menus, special events, and activities. Here are a few things I think might make it even better. - Correct and up-to-date information. Several times the menus have been incorrect and we noticed that when we changed time zones, the ship’s time on the app did not change until very late in the day. - It would be great if you could put a star or mark/highlight by certain activities or events that you were interested in attending. It would be a great way to keep track of your schedule and not forget/miss our on activities of interest. - I think you would have greater participation in usage of the app if you were able to message other people on board using the app. -It would be nice to add a notifications in the setup of the app so that we could select to be notified of things that we might be interested in (ie wine tasting, mixology class, dance lesson, etc.) Overall, it is a good start and we’re happy to see Celebrity working on this..Version: 1.8.2
Best cruiseCrew is the best We stayed in aqua class and the service was exceptional. At the Blu Redintor and Nigel went above and beyond to make us happy. I can’t eat onions but they made sure every meal was perfect and Emily always seated us at our favorite table and always has the most beautiful happy smile that you have to be happy to sit down to eat. Maynard was our room steward and I don’t think there is anyone who could be any better than him! Every request was met and exceeded with happiness Pankey works at the bar and knew my drink by day 2 and always brought me water and was very sweet and nurbaeti is a restroom attendant and is funny and sweet and who knew going to the bathroom could be fun?.Version: 1.74.1
It’s okay not greatStaff Jules was awesome. Very cheerful and took great care of our room on the 8th floor. Main dish entrees were good and cuvée was nice. Wish cuvée offered lunch every day and that food was delivered quicker to our table. Coffee not the best. Lattes were not good. All the desserts seemed unsweet or flavorless. No Dr Pepper and sodas were given in a can to you. Overall nice ship. Not a party ship. Some of the customers are not the nicest towards younger customers, I guess it’s more for 50+ crowd. For me the alcoholic drinks were too strong and didn’t taste too good. Only had one flavor Red Bull original flavor. I should’ve not purchased drink package since it had such a minimal option menu. Exceptional New Year’s Cruise on Celebrity Xcel CruiseOur cruise aboard Celebrity Xcel from December 28 through January 4 was outstanding, thanks largely to the amazing crew. From start to finish, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making this a truly memorable vacation. The Blu Dining Room service was excellent, and every restaurant we visited delivered great food and service. Oceanview Café was consistently wonderful! The bar staff were not only top-notch but also incredibly entertaining, adding so much fun to the experience. The ports were fantastic, and New Year’s Eve onboard was a huge success—festive, well-organized, and unforgettable. The spa experience was another highlight. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, the massage was wonderful, and the care was exceptional. I also had acupuncture with Dr. B, who was absolutely fantastic—attentive, compassionate, and truly focused on my individual needs. Kudos to him for his outstanding care. Celebrity to the rescueCruising to Bermuda with wind and rain. The celebrity silhouette crew were outstanding making sure the sun shined everyday on their guests. They turned what could have been dreary days into days of fun! Beyond Expectations!This ship and this crew have been beyond any expectation of a cruise I could’ve imagined. The entire feel of the trip has been one of joy and service. Celebrity is such an amazing cruise line. We are frequent cruisers and love Celebrity!If you’re looking to unwind and have a true luxury vacation then Celebrity is a must try. The cuisine and service are top notch white glove! They do allow kids and they do have kids clubs to keep them busy. There will not be a ton of kids and the ships are so relaxing. Also, I easily get seasick…I don’t on cruise ships so if you’re worried about that…don’t…. To set your mind at ease about sea sickness they have stabilizers and also there are simple things you can do to prevent nausea.(ginger… a few bites of a green apple..don’t stare at the waves.. lol). Wow!My husband and I were able to sail on the Celebrity Ascent and it was amazing!!! The ship was so clean, fancy, beautiful, and artistic around every level and corner. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist. We made several great friends with the staff and were sad to say goodbye. They don’t just do their job well, but they fully engage with everyone. We loved playing in the Pickleball open play and tournaments with the Pickleball Director, Dylan. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and made the games a joy to play. Review of our voyageThe staff is superb The ship is well designed. We loved the 15th floor aft deck area The entertainment was amazing with the LED Wall and AI enhanced content. We feel the food quality on your ships has been slipping a bid Our last voyage on the Eclipse was a culinary disaster. The food was terrible in all restraints. We were in Blu and it was very bad. So we tried Tuscan Grill also bad. The main donning room bad. So we were a bit apprehensive in booking the beyond. But we had a very pleasant surprise. Good food was back. We enjoyed meals in virtually all the restaurants. The disappointment across the entire line is the lack of understanding handicapped needs for swimming. It’s nice that chairlifts were installed. However they are useless for most elderly of handicapped guests. The issue is the chair is in the deep end and does not go below the surface of the water so getting out of the water is impossible for most handicapped guests. It’s harder to get back on the chair than using the ladder which is itself impossible for the infirm..Version: 1.59.4
25 years of cruising celebrityThe level of service is SO poor the cruise has not started off well. All the tables had dirty dishes on them for breakfast. Nowhere to eat. Yesterday we could not order drinks, I had to get up each time and get my own while the waitress waited in the table directly next to us each time. When she did finally get the last drink for us she stopped at the table next to us and talked for more than five minutes while we looked at our drinks. I had to go over to her and take the drinks and sea pass cards from her tray. Last night at dinner NO ONE took a drink order, I drank iced tea. Fair experienceFor the most part this app works well. I found when on back to back cruises that the process was not seamless as it is on your competitor's apps. Also, shore excursions should be easily identified as SOLD OUT for each day you are in port. If your cruise is in port for 2 days and the same excursion is offered both days, they need to be listed separately on both separate days so that the sold out day is easily seen when trying to use the app to book a tour. Should also be able to request a spot on the waiting list via the app. Also should get drink orders onto the app. Wait staff make rounds but not frequently enough to take care of passengers. Very Enjoyable Cruise Experience with Celebrity BeyondCruising with Celebrity Beyond is nothing but seven nights of enjoyable and great memorable experience. The crews are so accommodating from day one all the way through. The Captain and the officers are well knowledgeable and approachable when you see them. The rooms are neatly cleaned and spotless. With properly laid out size and enough space for every passenger’s needs. The foods are so abundant and delicious - every meals are satisfying. The crews are so friendly and accommodating. The services are top of the line. There’s just too many bars and restaurants to enjoy with. We had a great dining experience with our waiters and wine person at the Normandie restaurant (namely John, Mark Anthony and Nestor of table 107). And lastly that bar called EDEN, is so entertaining with its live shows and music. And more awesomely are the baristas that attend to you and give you the best times of your cruise night life.
