How do I cancel the Passio GO! RadfordTransit subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Passio GO! RadfordTransit from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the Passio GO! RadfordTransit app?
Touch and hold the Passio GO! RadfordTransit icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

Its buggy but its accurate most of the time. It is buggy though, I have to close and reopen the app sometimes when I know the estimated time is wrong. Sometimes ive missed the bus because of that and have had to walk long distances instead.
This app is pretty decent although as a blind person using it when I tried to look at the routes of the other buses, it kicked me out of the app so please fix that.
Have this app has been nothing but wasted space on my phone. The estimated times are never correct. And after waiting here for over 20 minutes in the snow and below freezing temperatures I figured I’d write a review. It is not the first time the app has said the bus would be 5 or less minutes and it ended up being 20+ minutes. Honestly it’s wasted space.
You would think having a new app would be better, but no. Very inaccurate and delayed.
This app is so inaccurate and unreliable. half of the time, the buses do not show on the map. when they do, the location is off. i walked to where i would wait for my bus stop just for the bus to already be there about to leave even though the app said it has not reached that spot yet. wish this could be fixed. so unreliable i’ve just had to walk most days.
Just remove this waste of storage from the App Store at this point if there’s no plans to fix it
