First Try and Bad ExperienceThey showed up w/o any of the key products (all the heavier drink products that I need delivery for and don’t want to carry)—delivery guy said they were out of stock. They replaced two of the small items they did deliver (replacements were OK). But I got no texts/emails about the replacements or about the items that were out of stock. They just showed up w/the reduced and altered order. I rejected delivery and now have to monitor credit card to assure they don’t charge me.
They need to communicate about out of stock or replacement orders.

Service not available for much of NYCI was so excited when I received an email from Fairway about the delivery app....only to realize that because they are beholden to Instacart they only deliver to a small subset of ZIP codes.
