Where to beginI have patronized the Bonney Lake, WA Crumbl twice in the last week. On Saturday, four of us went into Crumbl to buy a box of four, only to be told that they had run out of the four cookie boxes, thus they would have to charge us for four individual cookies. Way to knock it out of the park with customer service (we were told corporate told them they could not sell us four cookies four the price of four even though the store was out of the boxes). I’m willing to give the store another chance. So tonight I used the app to order cookies to pick up. We were excited to try the Churro cookie (the whole purpose for making the 20 minute drive). I ordered on the app, paid on the app and received confirmation my order would be ready upon my arrival. When I arrived and texted the magic word “here,” a young lady came out to my car to inform me that they had sold out of the Churro cookies from the time I ordered to when I arrived. I was invited to wait 30 minutes for the next batch, select another type of cookie or receive a refund. I did not want to wait 30 minutes, and I had already driven 20 minutes to get the cookies, so I selected two other cookies in place of the Churro cookies, knowing I would have to make the 20 minute drive home, only to face the wrath of those who sent me on this feckless errand. I do like Crumbl cookies, but I would think something could be done to prevent these mishaps from happening. Perhaps somebody could monitor the online orders to ensure there are enough inventory to account for orders that have already been paid for. I need y’all to do me a flavor, please.Love this place and their variety of cookies/cakes/pies/crumbl’s. Always on point especially with the cakes/pies, even if someone might not prefer a particular flavor, try Crumbl’s cause it will win you over. Now with that said I pretty please need y’all to bring back the cookies n cream tres leches cake please. I unfortunately wasn’t able to make it by the store when it was out and they were out of it the following Monday, no leftovers whatsoever! So Port Arthur Texas needs y’all to please double back and make an encore performance of that cookies n cream tres leches 🙏🏼 Also, thought about something that y’all could possibly do that would benefit everyone involved. At the end of each week have a fan favorite or most popular cookie/cake/pie that was sold at that store stay around for the next week. Let them build streaks or reputation for consecutive weeks it was number 1 or sold a certain amount to be brought back or kept at The location. Wrong cookies and badSo I posted a review on Google and you asked for more information and I’m not sure what more information you would need other than the fact that my cookies were wrong. One of them tasted like straight chemicals and by the time I drove home an hour is when I realized that my cookies were wrong or I would’ve went back in and addressed the situation then but putting a cookie in a box, you would think you would be able to get the right order so honestly, I didn’t check the order and maybe that’s my fault but yeah so you can imagine when we got home and the one that the cookie was for didn’t get theirs while others did. It was not a good deal ! We don’t do crumble very often maybe once every month or so if even that much because it’s so far away and this just created a really aggravating situation. Ordering a catering order in storeI went to the Salem Kuebler Blvd store probably 3 times to place a catering order. I was unable to place my order because the in store computer would not register the payment. The clerk tried to click on the payment button on the screen but nothing happened (3x he tried) but I could not pay because the computer would not move onto the next step of accepting my credit card. I love crumbl cookies/ this order is for a birthday party & my family specifically asked for this cookie so this was not a good experience. Luckily I live close to this store so I wasn’t an angry customer just felt very inconvenienced. The clerk finally suggested I use the app on my phone & I was able to place an order on my phone. The app wouldn’t accept my first credit card though & it was totally paid off so not sure what that problem was. I sure hope my order goes through & I am able to get my order the day I need them. Advise, we could have saved a lot of time ( for the clerk & myself) if I was told to order the cookie through the app earlier/ it would hv saved many trips to the store. Terrible appThe app is very glitchy. It rarely works. Additionally when the DoorDash driver picks up your order, you have zero contact with them and are not given any information. My order was picked up by a driver who then proceeded to cancel my order which allowed him to get free cookies that I paid for. Then when I called the store, the employee told me the order was picked up and on the way. After 40 minutes of waiting, I called the store and they told me they could not do anything about it since the deliveries are handled through DoorDash once it gets picked up. The only way I found out my drivers name was “Greg” was from the store. Other than his name, I was given no information to even begin sorting out the problem. I then asked for a refund or a new box of cookies and the employee said no since only the manager could authorize that. I will never be giving them my service again after this encounter. If you’re going to make me use your app then make your app encompassing to where I can at least contact my driver. Terrible customer service as well. San Tan Valley store. DON’T GO THERE!!!We tried this store tonight instead of our usual but will never go there again! Out of 3 of 6 flavors like Choc chip, PB choc Chop and German Choc cake. They also did not have any Ice Cream! Told the hostess how disappointing the selections were and just shrugged her shoulders and said those were the most popular (tell you something?). Ordered 1 I didn’t want and then she showed me the frame to add tip! Nice guy -I tipped! Then as we walked to get our order they rolled out a cart with 7 trays of cookies fresh out of the oven. Told the server we would like one of those and she boxed one up but said since the one we ordered had been put in the box and put on the counter...she could not take it back. WHAT!!!!! App isn’t so great and now I have to wait for a refund!I went on to the app last night to order cookies. The app gave me a time and I started my order but when I got to the checkout, it first adds a tip on automatically(even though I give a tip, not crazy about this) then when I submitted the order it told me I was ordering outside normal business hours (it’s 7pm and they are open till midnight, so no I wasn’t). I started the order again, this time when I got to the checkout, It told me it failed and to try again… I tried three times then got the message again about ordering outside of normal business hours. I didn’t get any cookies but the app charged my card three times! I called the store and was told “yeah the app has been know to do that but it’s only pending in your account and it should go away within 3 days”😳😡! This SHOULD NOT happen, if the order fails the app should not take money from your account! Now I have to watch my account and make sure the almost $50 will not be taking out of my account. The Best Creative and Amazing Cookies EverMy first experience having these cookies was about four weeks ago, and I was amazed how delicious they were and truly haves had anything like them before. When I got home I went in search of Crumbl online and realized there was an app to order directly from and it’s top notch as well especially being able to order and pick it up and the selections without being there and always ready waiting when walking in the door also the Crumbl in my area has a drive through to pull up and receive my orders without exiting my vehicle now that’s amazing service and the staff always friendly cheerful and helpful handling the orders with care either in the store or the drive through. For such an amazing place with such delicious cookies and other delicious treats there would have to be an app to make things easier and readily available to order on the go or an function that’s come and an order needs to be place and Crumbl has done just that and then some when it comes to the app. Thanks again.Jeep peaceVersion: 5.2.13

DisappointedI placed an order through the app. I went to the store. I waited about a half an hour for my order. The staff member that was giving the orders, her demeanor, her facial expressions. My order said it was completed so I proceeded to the counter and ask for my order and I was told that it’s not ready but I showed her the app and it said it was completed and she stated it’s not ready. We’re waiting for the caramel and I said OK no problem She looked very upset very bothered. When I open the box of my cookies, both of my Oreo cakes were lopsided. The top layer was about 3/4 off. I did take pictures. I went on the Crumbl app to write a review and it let me do all that, but it did not allow me to take a picture. What a coincidence unfortunately I will not return to Crumbl cookie at all. I’m all set. I get it. It’s gonna be busy and you know people can get overwhelmed, but that’s your job. Convenient and good design……but a little buggy. It’s easy to place orders, check the flavors of the week, etc. It’s visually appealing and nicely designed. It is a little lacking in intuitiveness navigating to different sections/departments of the menu though. My main issue is that the app never works when I check “I’m here” at the store. No biggie, but annoying. I’ve also gotten errors on multiple occasions when trying to submit reviews for crumbs. And I wish it would prompt me like 20mins after my purchase rather than immediately. Even if I ate cookies in my car, I couldn’t write a review so quickly. Give me a min to actually try a cookie! As it is, I see the notification but often forget to come back to review because the invitation/notification isn’t timely. It would be better to maybe get an immediate reminder “how do your cookies look?! Take a pic!” And then half an hour later, “how was your visit? Rate your cookies…” If I remember, it’s always after I’ve cut the cookies after I get home and usually my husband has already stolen a bite. Only rating 5 so others see it.Crumbl went super viral on TikTok. I honestly just don’t get the hype. I mean the cookies are dry. They’re so raw, and they either don’t have that much flavor or are so sugary, you can’t even eat them. I tried to convincing myself to like them. I really tried begging myself, but I just can’t bring myself to like them four times and kept giving a chance but I’m done. And not to mention after my little brother ate two he started getting really bad headaches, not so much of a coincidence? Must tryI am not a sweets eater but when my nephew brought up this place and I said sure let’s try it and it was when they had the churro cookie for the week and I do love me some churros and let me tell you I fell in love with this place . Me and my nephew await the cookies to release on Monday and we take them home and cut them up so all the family is able to sample these delicious cookies . The only down fall is there is always a chocolate chip cookie and I do like chocolate chip but it’s not a go to for me . They are very light with the toppings on the cookies and could have more on them like the advertisements show . I will continue to get these cookies to sample and then we rate which ones we like the best it’s a fun thing and a cherished moment for me when I am able to hang with my nephew and eat these cookies ! Crumbl store experience was great. Survey was frustratingThe employee was efficient. Cookies looked perfect and tasted great. Warm and delicious. Order came out super fast with a smile. But when asked to do the in app survey, It was a bit frustrating. At one point you’re allowed to choose other under things you liked about visit. Tgat then opens a comments window. But no matter what you can’t proceed from those types in comments. SonI had to go back and in check ‘other’ then when you proceed to to question… Was there anything about visit / experience you didn’t like, you can’t choose no! If you do it pops up a set of questions for you ti state what went wrong! So if that question you must state ‘yes’ then you can proceed. It’s as if they have the programming of the questions set up incorrectly. App defaults-You ask for location but make me have to select my store each time I place an order it doesn’t even pop up as my normal store -you have the “how’d we do” survey pop up too soon/you don’t give enough time for someone to fill it in/have access to it - rarely does anyone want to fill it out walking with your awkward rectangle 4pack to fill out the survey before it times out nor would I imagine someone doing this on the way to their car -lastly, I think you’re a whack for putting the default tip amount to $3 when you already have 4 cookies for $16 with tax especially when you only rotate 4 new cookies in and continue to keep the pink Cadillac cookie (for months now) with the famous reoccurring chocolate chip cookie when you use to put more efforts into surprising your consumers with a new menu weekly I went to redeem my birthday cookie and got charged the unexpected $3 tip because I forgot you assume everyone wants to tip $3 with their order - your redemption for a free birthday cookie was tricky to pull up on the app as well, even the store staff couldn’t help me locate it within the app.WinOrlandoVersion: 5.0.7

Customer Service ExperienceI love Crumbl Cookie, yes, I will go back but this experience was a little messy. This was my first time visiting the location in Kalamazoo, MI. Usually I place my order online, not in the store, but on this day it was a spur of the moment visit. I went into the store, they were very busy, so I stood in what looked like a line to place my order on a tablet. I was never greeted or directed. I went to the tablet that wasn’t being used and realized it wasn’t letting me place an order so I assumed it was being used for something else, again, first time ordering in the store. I made my way to the counter that had black lettering that says “order” on it. I stood there for a few moments waiting. After several minutes of being ignored by staff, a very nice customer explained to me that orders had to be placed on the tablet in the corner and that one of them is just not working, it was frozen on the wrong page. There were approximately 8 employees standing behind the counter and not a single one told me to use the tablet, a customer had to let me know. I get that they’re busy, but there should’ve been an employee working the front to help customers place their orders and to make sure the tablets are working properly. Once I placed my order on the working tablet, I did ask for a bag to put my boxes of cookies in to and was told they didn’t have bags. Mind you, there was a basket across from me full of pink bags. When asked, she said I had to pay fifty cents extra, which would’ve been fine, but I had already placed my order on the tablet and there was now a very long line. Again, my family loves Crumbl and we were celebrating a birthday, but the customer/server communication was not the best. Crumbl Cookies Delivery ReviewSo ive been to Crumbl Cookies before, but never delivered? Today I attempted for the delivery. First they get the basic information of where you live, name, and even special delivery notes. The. came pick from the weekly menu and finally the payment info + delivery FEE and optional tip. The fee was $6 and the basic tip was $2 (you can customize no tip or more if you want) That part was easy like any other delivery on an app. Straight and simple. However the time of delivery is where its a little tricky. CC does not deliver it themselves, doordash does. So the delivery time changes quiet a bit before you actually get it. Say itll come at 4:15 and it actually arrives at 4:30ish. So yes that is the only fixing it needs for the timing to be accurate. Other than that everything came warm and perfect!! Great cookies, app could be betterCrumbl cookies is amazing and I love trying new flavors of the week. It is a very fun concept. However, their app could definitely be better. It is very glitchy and often freezes. It also gives false information on what store locations have for their cookie options. For example, I ordered online and already paid for the Olivia GUTS cookie a day before my pick up time, and when I showed up, the workers told me their location isn’t even doing the Olivia cookies. So I did not receive them. I called a nearby store (also said it was in stock online) and they said they aren’t doing the cookie and haven’t been all week either. So I had to drive to a 3rd location and finally got them there. Basically, they need to be more accurate of what store has what, and if a cookie sells out or isn’t available at that location, it needs to be consistently updated and correct. I was determined to get my Olivia cookie but it shouldn’t have taken me 3 hours of driving around and calling stores because the app is inaccurate..Feathy01Version: 7.0.7

CookiesAwesome product!!!!! It’s a new location so it’s swamped and lines are long which is understandable. But after waiting 45 minutes we were told they only had one favor available. We came back an hour later, waited 40 minutes, got up to the counter and placed our order, everything was in stock. We were beyond thrilled until another employee yelled out they were out of Twix which was the one we truly came to get. So, this issue needs some quick trouble shooting to make sure that at most times all flavors are available. One idea is to allow phone orders with set pick up times. Or let the customer order and pay for what they wanted and then receive a text when it’s ready. We had lunch to kill time between our 2 line waits and the former solution would have resulted in a much more satisfactory solution. Lastly, we bought 2 four packs. When we got to the car I noticed they gave us 3 of one flavor and only one of another flavor. Simple mistake. I went back in and the older gentleman that had taken our order was super pleasant and called out for a single cookie to correct our order. Someone stated filling it when another employee, younger female came over to ask me what the problem was. I said it was being taken care of. She asked again. I explained at which time she said she’d switch out the cookies. She took the box that had. Already left the store, removed a cookie to to give to some other customer and put our missing cookie back. In the food industry I thought that was never done due to health issues. Especially in our present still ongoing COVID pandemic I thought that solution was a very poor and potentially dangerous choice. Now, it makes me wonder where my cookies are coming from. I really love this product and the changing menu and I want it to succeed fabulously. I think the staff needs more awareness about health standards. Lastly I think it needs a way to fill orders for pick up. For us it’s a 45 minute drive to stand in line to find out they are out of all but one flavor. We were told to try back in an hour. Critical FlawsFirst and foremost this is a review of the app -not- the cookies! As you can probably gather by the positive review people love Crumbl cookies. The app itself though has a major issue when it comes to curbside pick-up ordering. (This is a big deal in Chicagoland as the line is 30+ minutes long on Saturday.) The app uses your GPS location to determine which Crumbl location is your default pick up spot every time you order. If this particular location has an error or curbside pickup is fully booked (usually an error as well) it drops you out of the order process and you have to try again. There is no way to change the location for pickup because after you get the error message you are dropped out to the main menu. For some this may matter but when you are roughly the same distance from 2 locations this becomes very annoying. Please just let us choose our pickup location… (There is also another error that results in a similar loop but I cannot recall what I did to get caught up in that one).WRXShopVersion: 3.9.3

Perfect like their Cookies!Love this App! Not only does it have very easy user interface like easy navigation, compatibility with all my devices and extremely fast loading time but it doesn’t have any bugs, freezing, reloading, lagging or any complicated features which makes it that much better. Overall it’s a very well designed App. Making an order whether it be car side delivery or walk in is fast, easy and simple. Orders are ready within seconds. Making payments, adding payment options and all inside features like their menu for previous and currents weeks, type of cookies, gaining cookie points, leaving cookie reviews, their weekly or monthly subscription option for 10% off orders and their cookie diary are all unique features that work perfectly. If every app was like this one, I’d have way more on my phone than what I currently do. Definitely one of my top food/ ordering apps..KalaniVersion: 5.10.0

My visit to the York Pa storeI have been here several times and I must say my last visit I was disappointed in the staff. The woman who was taking orders kept her back turned to us for several minutes. When she was finally finished whatever it was she was doing didn’t bother to say hello only “what would you like?” We placed our orders and she seemed peeved that we handed her cash. She asked if I wanted to use my phone number for Crumbl points which I entered. I asked how the rewards system works as I’ve purchased several times and was unsure how it works. She said “honestly I have no clue.” Shouldn’t the associates know that? The Buckeye Cookies came out 1 had a much larger amount of chocolate than the other. I asked for more chocolate which that associate graciously added to it. She was very upbeat & friendly. The cashier….not so much. Great Cookies, when you can get themMy wife wanted me to stop by and get a dozen cookies on my way home from a 1000 mile trip. I wanted to come home but lost the fight, and there was a fight. So I ordered the cookies via the app over 2 hours ahead of my arrival so I could save time with curbside pickup. Six chilled sugar cookies, six chocolate chip. I arrived at the time I requested in the app and hit the “I’m Here” button in the app. Forty minutes later a girl comes to my car and tells me they are out of the chilled sugar cookies. Guess which cookies my wife wanted? So, not only did these cookies, which are very good, start a fight that shouldn’t have happened, they also exacerbated the situation by not having what I ordered 3 hours earlier. Top it off I had to go inside to get a refund and didn’t have a mask with me thinking I wasn’t going to need one. If they app communicated with the store appropriately it would be awesome. App detects word choices that look down on the company!I left a review two cookies that I purchased. Simply stating, “ The cookie itself was so soft and gooey which I loved but I didn’t realize when ordering that it had sea salt on it. There was so much salt on top that I had to bang the cookie just to remove some of the salt, but it was so embedded in the cookie that it altered the taste extremely bad. After one bite, I had to throw it away. I was disappointed because we waited around 10 minutes for the cookies that were $4 each for it to be thrown away because it was unbearable to eat. It was a waste of money, sadly.” The app kept saying “oh no ugly words detected clean those up to earn crumbs” like what? That’s frustrating because I did not say anything inappropriate or frowning upon the company in an offensive way only feedback to improve the overly saturated salty cookie. The words prohibited was “bang the cookie on the box to remove some salt.” Seriously, that’s ridiculous. Amazing Cookies - Flavors Change OftenLove Crumble Cookies! They always have chocolate chip, so you know you will have a steady flavor that is almost universally liked. I also love that the other flavors on the menu are always rotating, it is fun to try new things and they get creative with the offerings too. The app is seamless. Makes it so easy to look up allergen info, this js important for us be sure my daughter has a severe allergy. It’s easy to navigate the app and it is very intuitive, that is important for me. I have ordered cookies from the app multiple times and it always goes smoothly. I also love the rewards program. We love cookies and are going to buy them sometimes… but when there are rewards for your purchases, you are getting “more” with each dollar spent. Usually GreatUsing the Crumbl app to order cookies is usually pretty easy and very straightforward in terms of navigation. I did run into a problem when trying to place a catering order for a Halloween party I’m going to on Friday. The minimum about of the mini cookies that you can order is 50. That’s fine and probably all that I’d really need for this occasion. The problem occurs when I hit 20 cookies and was told I had hit the max for the amount of cookies that I could order. Keep in mind the minimum amount is 50 cookies and it’s currently a Tuesday and I’m placing this order for Friday leaving nearly two and a half days for preparation. So why is there a discrepancy in how many I need and how many I can actually add to my order? And now apparently I’m just not going to get these cookies since I can’t order them through the app at this point in time. Cookie selectionThe app does not let me select what cookies I want if I am ordering for the next week. I ordered through the app on Saturday 2/12. It showed me a pickup date& time of Monday feb 14 at 5:30 but would not let me select the cookies I wanted. Then I got to the store thinking that I would just order in the store. So I put in an order at the store and found out that if you order for the next week you can’t select the cookies because the menu changes each week. New menu comes out on Sundays. But after getting there they started processing the order I had put in via the app as well as the one I did at the store. Ended up with 8 cookies instead of 4. Lesson learned but being a new customer and this store just opened recently, does not leave a positive feeling. I feel that the app should advise that if you are ordering ahead then you will get random cookies and not your choice. Are you ready to Cr—um -bl!I heard about this place through word of mouth. I decided to give it a try. I googled it and decided to down load the app. I placed my order yesterday morning. I went there after my assigned time but no cookies. The were able to see no order placed. Well, I didn’t put my thumb on Apple Pay , so it didn’t go through. I tried again and my cookies were ready and I got the cookie cutter that helped us all taste the different flavors. This cookie does not disappoint . Each bite is like a party on one’s taste buds. These cookies are addictive. I will order for my co-workers(so I won’t eat all of the calories. Each week are new flavors. Here it is May and I wonder what they will come up with for Christmas. My opinion on crumbl!! 💕In my opinion crumbl is a really good cookie buisness they have everything you could want from a huge varietie of cookie flavors to a big cookie that could last you a while to snack on throughout the week and a delicious tasting flavor. I love how they change the cookie flavors weekly it makes it exciting to see the new line-up and flavors that maybe you like more than the last weeks that can come again within time. My thoughtsMe personally I love Crumbl cookies . It’s a really good idea of a business. I love how they come out with me flavors every week and I especially loved last year‘s flavors back in 2022. Those are really good but I really did not like how the delivery fee was super expensive like for one cookie it’s $14 plus a two dollar tip so I try to lower that down to a one dollar tip and that still comes out to like $13, I think it’s super rigged for delivery especially for one cookie and two is 20 dollars I wish they changed that but otherwise I really love this business. App not always reliableI recently went to pickup a curbside and clicked “here” before I got to the parking spot. I kept waiting and noticing that several people were getting orders faster than me. When I first arrived, it said I was number two in line. Quickly after, it said I was number one. Just Use GrubHubI used the Crumbl app for a long time, and I won’t be using it anymore. Despite searching the entire app for somewhere to set my delivery preference to “contactless,” it doesn’t exist. I put a note in for my address but that did nothing. I have small children and I’m often busy with them, so we strongly prefer to use contactless delivery. Without fail, the drivers show up, ring the doorbell and wait. Sometimes it’s fine, but sometimes I’m changing a diaper or nursing a baby. The last time I ordered, the driver texted that they were on their way so I texted back that they can leave the cookies on the doorstop. The driver texted me back with a passive aggressive message that I should update my account if I want contactless delivery. As if I haven’t tried?? Seriously, the app does not have an option for this. After receiving lip from my last driver, I decided to see if ordering from GrubHub might be comparable price wise. Since I have GrubHub+ with Prime, I was actually shocked to learn it’s CHEAPER to order from a third party app. My guess is it would be similar if you have DashPass for DoorDash. Why would I bother using the Crumbl app when going third party allows me more flexibility with delivery and costs less? It was actually cheaper even with a larger tip to the driver. Awesome cookies, major hassleIf the cookies weren’t so delicious…id never put up with the nonsense required to get my hands on these baked goods. The whole process needs to much thinner on the nonsense and more focused on the product. Never once have I received the actual order I requested. Its been as bad as 2 flavors available out of 6 requested and as “good” as 4 out of 6. I tried just getting 4x different kinds last time, and got 2 of the 2 flavors available. Mobile ordering is a total scamIt literally makes zero sense to allow customers to place mobile orders for products that don’t exist. And it’s not a reservation. It’s an ORDER. Do not order deliveryThis was the most confusing process ever. I entered my address and it popped up a map and I ordered cookies for delivery. After a short while I got a text message saying my cookies were being prepared and the time they would be delivered. I went to the door and waited for the cookies to be dropped off so I could pick them up but they were never delivered. Good cookies, unreliable appThis review is only for the app, not the cookies. The live updates related to delivery are completely unreliable and frustrating. For over an hour my delivery time can be listed as “10 minutes”, with some fluctuations from 8-14 minutes. For over an hour! My delivery time keeps changing, the app says delivery would be in 10 minutes though the status indicator was that the order was still in queue, then in preparation. It shows the deliver my car halfway to my address but still shows “in preparation”. I don’t mind waiting over an hour for my cookies if that’s when you say it’s going to be. But the app times and updates are completely misleading. I also live in a high rise building and about 60% of the time they deliver directly to my door, another 40% they deliver it without any notifications at all other than that the delivery time disappears. When you call it says you can text an 844 # but it took hours for a response. Opt-out Tips?!The app works alright, but I am giving them only 2 stars because I feel like they’re trying to deceive people into leaving tips on accident like just happened to me today. Here’s what I mean: Near the end of the purchase, they give you an opportunity to give the employees a monetary tip ... but it’s opt-out style, not opt-in. So if you’re trying to hurry and get your order placed and don’t pay close attention, you might get charged an extra $2 that you didn’t intend to. This is the only place I can think of that has an opt-out style like this: it doesn’t show that they are going to charge it to you until they also show you, MUCH more prominently, the Apple Pay button to complete the purchase. So if we’re in a hurry, we’re thinking, “Finally! After all those questions about my order, let’s wrap this up!” So we hurry to tap the Apple Pay button and double-click the side button to pay. Horrible customer serviceI made a delivery order on the crumbl app and received the wrong cookies, there is no where on the app to request a refund. 1 star for my store and crumblI’ve never had any complains about Crumbl, my family is a big fan actually. But a few days ago my mom’s boss asked her to buy him Crumbl cookies for his daughter’s birthday, and so my mom asked me to place the order in the morning to ensure the cookies would be ready by the time the night party came around. We get to Crumbl before it closes and they tell us that only 2 of the 5 cookie flavors we ordered are available, and that we can either substitute or get a refund. After having several failed attempts to place an order on the app. I decided to drive to the store to place an order in person. I placed my order at the register instead of using their computer pad due to the many failed attempts already. When I went to pay, the transaction failed time and time again. I finally decided to pay with cash (even though I knew my credit card was in good standing). The transaction failed again. The “manager” on duty finally decided that the problem must have been due to the fact that I was using $10 in Crumbl rewards. There are some flaws…I love Crumbl cookies, but there are some definite flaws in the app. First off, it makes you turn on location services. This is a problem because if you send someone else to pickup your curbside order, the app won’t allow you to text “I’m Here” even if the person you sent is at the store. Second off, if you order a delivery on Sunday, the app allows you to place your order although the cookie menu hasn’t been released yet. There is no way on the app to later specify what cookies to put in the order nor to cancel the order, the only way to fix it is to call the store. Lastly, if you are in another state ordering the Crumbl cookies as a gift, they deliver based on your local time. For example, I am in Alaska and I ordered some cookies from an Oregon store to be delivered as a gift at 10:30. Because Alaska is one hour behind of Oregon, the cookies weren’t delivered until 11:30 their time. This is illogical, as to why would I want the cookies delivered on my time, when ordering from another store in a different time zone..CrumblhelpVersion: 3.9.2

I know you’re busy but….I knew the new store would be busy which is why I decided to download app and order for delivery. I wasn’t aware it would be thru Grub Hub so I was confused when the driver called me (angry) that the store was so busy and my order wasn’t ready. He ended up cancelling it which was understandable, a Grub Hub driver can’t wait three plus hours for an order. It’s even understandable that the store was too busy to get to my order but when I called this morning the person I spoke to didn’t even apologize. He just told me I could cancel the order and I’d be refunded within 5 business days and if I still wanted the order he said I would just have to do a new one thru the app. Which I did because my family was real excited about these cookies lol. So now I’m out $100 on cookies and not super confident they will actually be delivered. I understand the store is super busy, I was just surprised that the person I spoke to today didn’t handle it a little better. The app will get stuck on the pick up time & it will refuse to take my payment method. Just annoying, fix it, because there’s no reason why your app should be having a problem like that.
