Editing my first review! Update messed up!The manufacturer was quick to contact me and try to help with my issue (see original review below) and it seems that because I have an iPhone 5s the screen was cutting off the register button! They worked with me on a few fixes that didn’t work and then replicated it on their end with the same model phone! Then they got right on to fixing that bug and now... the app works, and it is so easy and accurate! I am so happy I found this on Kickstarter and will keep an eye out for more from them! My eye doc refused to give me my PD so I was stuck buying $500 glasses from his office and now I’m excited to get a few more pair online! Thanks guys! Original review- The app was fine till the update - now I don’t get the whole app on screen because it cuts off! Not sure I can use it now since the only option is “sign in” and I was waiting to get my glasses before I signed up in the app! It works and is quite accurate!!!If you’re having trouble figuring out your PD you definitely need this app and the glasses. It worked for me. I had my PD checked at the eye doctor but I wanted to test these, as well, in case I ever lost/misplaced my info. Which, I’m notorious for doing. The numbers from the doctor and the app/glasses were identical. I was skeptical this wasn’t going to work at first, but I’m happily surprised that it not only worked but was accurate. Convenient and AccurateI can’t get over how simple and accurate this app is! You just take a picture with the PDCheck frames and then use the arrows to place t-marks over your pupils. Considering what a pain it is to get this measurement is from my eye doctor, it is nice to know I can do it myself. This thing works and when you buy glasses online, which is way cheaper, this thing makes the glasses you get perfect. I have used it twice for myself and once for my Mother and it is flawless. Good way to get an accurate PDI get three different PD numbers every time. 66, 65 or 65.50. I wasn’t sure what the margin for error is but after doing some research (via Google) it seems that 1mm won’t make any difference. I was pretty sure that my PD was 66 on my current glasses that I got from an optometrist office and the app is right in that 1mm error margin. Problem on iPhone 6 screenI have a iPhone 6S and the app doesn’t scale to fit on the smaller screen. Register button are off the edge of the screen. Luckily we had an iPad and could install the app to use it there. App seemed to work fine on the iPad..ECwpgVersion: 1.0.1

What a scam!Have to have purchased a frame to even use this app! I just went to the eye doctor today got my prescription just so I could shop around for cheaper glasses, they gave me everything except the PD which seems to make even trying to purchase glasses impossible! I installed this app to get my PD but it requires you own a pair of their frames “Enter Serial Number from inside your PDCheck frame” when I click the get frame link it just takes me to their store there is no serial number just a store to buy a frame! This is a messed up practice eye doctors won’t give you the PD all the other apps I’ve installed have turned out to be stores or will not launch. Shame they weren’t looking out for people who may become customers after finding their PD!
