Love it! with room to improve!I love this app! It’s by far one of the easiest I’ve used and it has no adds.! I do wish that it had some other functions. Such as an option to add a pay period. So that it would calculate multiple weeks instead of just one week at a time then having to add those weeks up. Not a big problem it’d just be convenient! Another thing is, I do some driving from time to time for work and I get paid drive time. It’d also be really handy to have a section that could calculate drive with the week view. One last thing, it’d also be kinda nice to have a optional note for each day to document what you did that day. With that being said you’d be able to track how long a certain job took you over a period of time..Version: 1.0

Overtime feature?I have only been using the app for a couple weeks now, and so far I do like the simplicity. I have a couple suggestions I’d like to make however. First and foremost, would be nice to be able to add an overtime rate for more than 40 hours. (This has been mentioned by others too, I know). Additionally tho, might want to think about having a setting for OT to be calculated either after 40 hours for the week, or after 8 for the day as some companies are that way. Have a setting to be able to select either time and half or double time. Secondly, it would also be great to be able to select your break times that will automatically be entered for each day instead of having to manually add them per entry. For instance, most get either a half hour or hour for lunch, so to be able to set that accordingly as a default would be nice. Aside from that, so far app is working as expected based on the current available features. Just some minor improvements would be greatly appreciated. Can’t really complain too much for it being a free app, and also ad free to boot. I would gladly even be okay with paying a small fee for the additional features to be added..Version: 1.0

A nice start but...I need to be able to count for my time in multiple chunks of time. If I work for a few hours at one project and then lunch and then a few hours at another project, then possibly dinner, and then a few more hours at yet a third project, I would like to be able to account for these hours independently. I would also like a small narrative for each of these locations so that I can describe what I did at those places. So far this app is always at least half wrong. Either the hours are incorrect because it does not account for breaks, or the total number of hours is incorrect because it does not account for breaks. An example; 9 to 5 is not 8 hours. 9 to 5 is 7 1/2 hours because there was a half an hour in there for lunch. Fix the app please..Version: 1.0

Great if. You are working a straight schedule shift…. Not so if your fluid in time frameMy job as a contract FT Communications and PR Director is hybrid for a hospital and the future brands we are developing. It is not a 8-5 jobs. It involves a lot of hours but not on a schedule. So for Me this does nothing at accurately tracking hours worked. I need a place to track hours based on an open time table 4 hours in the am. I may stop for 3 hours and pick back up. Then work after dinner and even wake up at 2am with creativity flowing. You work when you have something to work with. We don’t track for the employer we track for our billing hours. Like I said wonderful and easy to use for the typical structured job to use. It’s just not for the person with an open job where we have deadlines and how you get to the finished product is up to you as long as you get there. Anything like that for an app?.Version: 1.5.5

I was wrongWhen first getting this app I was just going through some stressful life experiences in the days leading up to using this for the first time. Almost lost my son in a car accident, my car was totaled. And my new truck had just gone out of commission and was waiting on parts that from what I was told may not be available for a long time. No transportation for 2 men, 1 going to school and both independent jobs. My stress was up and my patience was down…I left a poor score and bad review before giving the app a chance. I was wrong. If could take it back I would. This app is very user friendly. Highly recommend it. Before making the same mistake as me… give a chance..Version: 1.5.5

Hourly appGreat with keeping up with amount of time spent from start time to end time for each day. Calculates time spent each day and then adds those times together all week for a total amount of time for the week. Then what makes it even better is how you can put in how much you’re getting paid per hour. So it calculates everything for you. After each day you can see how much time and how much money you’ve made. Then adds it all up so at the end of the week you have total time spent and total amount due. Great app! Use it EVERYDAY, EVERY WEEK. Plus helps out the boss man so he doesn’t have to add up how much to pay me haha.Version: 1.0

Thank youI work at a job where I set my own hours and this has really helped me maintain my 40 hour/week goal. The app is extremely basic and works just fine but some features I would like to see are: 1) allowances for breaks. When I take a break I normally add it to clock in time but it might be nice to account for it within the app 2) my paycheck comes twice a month as opposed to every other week, so I have to mentally split up weeks after the first and 15th to make sure I am on track hours-wise. If there was a way to group the “week totals” that way, it would save me some trouble ✌️.Version: 1.0

Love it! Maybe a little too simple…For someone who has ADHD & has a hard time finding something super simple to organize my timesheet with, this app is amazing. All of my hours are in one place, listed together. Some thing I’d like is to be able to change is what day (and/or date) the week starts off on. For example, in the app, the week is listed Monday-Sunday. My pay periods run Saturday-Friday, so the payment calculator doesn’t add up with my actual pay dates & weeks. One more thing I would like to add is moving forward in the weeks, versus being stuck on the week we’re currently in. I’ve been using this app for over a month and am loving it for the most part!.Version: 1.0

Great potential! This app has great potential however, it is not there yet. The app does not allow for OT after forty hours in a work week. Work week beginnings vary, mine starts on Sunday, so I can’t adjust the app to accommodate me. They lay out and functionality is great though. Also in the History tab, the app shows me to be working in February of this year. I did not start my job until March. An obvious glitch there. This could be a greater app if one could store up to one year of data before the app began to delete the oldest month of information beginning the 13th month. Overall, to the creators of this app, please don’t give up on trying to improve the app. This app has potential to help many many people. It just needs some more creativity and know how!.Version: 1.0

Good Tracker For Your BuckLove the app, helps me keep my time digitally to keep up with my hours through the week and the attached notes helps me remember what I did that day when I’m questioned on what I did.. One thing I would ask from the developers tho is that you can put in Weekly / Bi-weekly/ and monthly.. I work as a contractor and my pay period is the 1st & 15th so I would like to be able to add both weeks to the same calculation but it’s just a simple calculator to add it all up at the end of the pay period but still would be nice for that option to come in the future! Other then that, anyone looking for a personal timesheet keeper this is your app!.Version: 1.5.5

Very good appI would love it if the developers added an icon on each day to see how much you made on that specific date because I get payed on Fridays and when I do work on Saturday and Sunday I have to make a separate calculation it would just be easier to see how much was it for that day. Another thing is that sometimes I work from 2pm to 1 am from the next day but it won’t let me set it so I have to make a separate calculation. Other than that everything else is great the app es great!.Version: 1.0

Convenient but annoyingI’m not a tech but I would at least make the next slide arrows a little bigger or add a feature to let me swipe for next slide and for some reason I already have time stamps for the days that I havnt written down yet, another feature that would be nice would be rather than scrolling for the time It would be a lot easier to just type it in both for the time and break. Another thing would be instead of putting just the days for example (dec 2-8) maybe write it down next to Monday thru Sunday as well. But overall very simple app. I like.Version: 1.0

Best free hours trackerBeen using this for quite a number of years, very easy to use and screenshot at the end of the week and send to the boss. Only complaints, adding lunch is easy but would be nice too see displayed and every once in a while the hours from last week will copy to the current week and delete that week. Only happened a few times and I think it was because I was leaving it on in background for a long time..Version: 1.0

Great App for tracking hoursI work for a tyrant manager who doesn’t believe there’s such a thing as overtime for salaried employees and also will not hire additional staff. I’m using this app to track the number of hours I actually work for my records in case the moron takes me to HR. It would be nice if you could either put in break times or have more than one in and out time per day, thus minus one star. My department has to be on call 24/7, so it would be nice to be able to keep track of the time we are called in after regular hours..Version: 1.0

So far so goodThis app is too convenient to keep track of paycheck and work hours. I love everything about it bcus it makes it too easy to make a table of my week timings. The only thing we miss here is data sync with apple I'd or may be any other platform. And by the start of next week it doesn't show me next date right away I have to wait for like 2 3 days to enter the data for my days I don't know if it is some sort of glitch or what but I appreciate if you guys can work on it or can give me a solution to that..Version: 1.0

Great idea, a few suggestions…Thank you for the app, many jobs have a lot more going on that leads to the paycheck, so if you have time please include some of these options… Allow individuals to select their starting day, my start date is on Sunday not Monday, but the app only allows me to calculate for starting on Monday. I write in my Sunday as Monday but that is a bit inaccurate Contributions to retirement and other benefits need to be subtracted from take home. Unpaid meal breaks should also be deducted from hours, I subtract mine and adjust my end time, but it would be easier if the app allowed you to put those blocks of time in. Weekend and night differentials need to be included, some jobs pay higher if you sacrifice nights or weekends. Any form of bonuses should be allowed to be calculated for the weeks when assessing total pay..Version: 1.0

Easy to Use, minor adjustment neededAs far as I can tell so far, this app is really easy to use and very practical. My only suggestion for improvement would be that when you set the end time, program it to synch to the clock like it does when you set the start time for the day. Right now, the starting point for setting the end time is the same time as the previously set start time..Version: 1.0

It’s goodIts a good app, I think having the actual calendar dates beside the logged days would help, so you don’t have to go back and look at your calendar to find out what date was on Wednesday (Wednesday 5th January). And then maybe a slot where you can calculate an additional job on the same day, like “today I went to work at 0700, at 1200 I did this other job and then at 1500 I went back to my first job and got off at 1900” Also, having how many days you’ve worked without a break would be super helpful.Version: 1.5.5

Needs more flexibilityI work a job that calculates time worked on a semi-contracted basis with a split shift, which means that I am contractually obligated to work a certain number of hours which I'm guaranteed to be paid for (as long as I'm actually there for those hours) and then anything extra -- like meetings, paperwork/documentation, phone calls, etc. are paid separately. So I need an app that will allow me to calculate all of my time and activities separately. That being said, this would be a perfect app for anyone who is working a typical schedule with only one clock-in/clock-out per day..Version: 1.5.5

Pretty good, for what it is.I gave this app 4 out of 5 stars. The reason why, is because I think it could use some additional features added to it. I would like to see under the hours worked - an option to select to add notes for the days. Maybe have where you can select the “Day”, and select it as “holiday”, or “personal day”. Or even if you take a couple days off for vacation, put that as the reason for not entering the hours for work. Then be given the option to include the number of hours per day for your vacation (typically “8 hours”, then be able to “export”, and apply the details for that day - to additional days of the week. Overall, it does work. I do wonder if having the option to “set it and forget it” for the amount per hour would make it even better. Good job on the app, so far though. Like with everything, there’s always room for improvement..Version: 1.0

Suddenly not workingI have been using this app to login a part-time job that is a hybrid of 1.5 days in the office and the other days working from home as needed. It ranges from 15–20 hours per week. I have used it for several months and it has been effective for me to turn in my timesheet. Suddenly, it will not allow me to advance to use the month of July. Would like some help to know why it is suddenly not allowing me to enter time record. Is it only free for a certain number of months and then requires a payment to continue using it?.Version: 1.3

Simple to use but needs additional settingsI like the simplicity of this app but I need it to be able to customize. My work has a work week of Thursday - Wednesday. Our new pay period begins on Thursday because we are paid each Friday. I also work part time and work for a few hours then stop and might work for the afternoon. Since I’m hourly I need to be able to keep up with multiple work shifts per day. So I do wish this app would allow multipl clock in/clock out during the day (lunch break!) and be able to customize my work week..Version: 1.0.2

Want to love but some bugsI love I can finally go ahead with my schedule But I don’t like it randomly deletes previous or future times etc like I just went into it and it completely deleted my previous week and it completely changed my next week it isn’t reliable so if you have a fluctuating schedule like mine this may not be the most reliable also I wish I could add shifts to a day or add in a secondary schedule but that’s just me. But my reason for only3 stars is because it keeps changing previous or future times.Version: 1.3

InputI’ve been using the app for a while, and it really works for me to keep the hours of the week organized, I really would love to have a option to write couple notes. There’s good a unused part of the screen on the bottom that could be used for writing down some information about the jobs. I really appreciate if the developers could do that and make this amazing app even better. Five stars all day !.Version: 1.0

Love itSo very simple. Was using a different one for years that I had one a old phone, but the phone finally quit. Was looking for a new one to put on my iPhone but could never find one that just did what I needed to do and that was just to keep track of hours without a bunch of other junk. This one fits the bill to the tee. Does just what I need it to do without all the frills. Finally the search is over!!! Well done!!!!.Version: 1.0

Pretty basicLike the title says, basic. Allows clock in/out times but requires you to calculate how long your lunch was. I also don’t like that the time stamp is a scroll. It has the option if you tap on the scroll l, to set the time for in/out. But that option is not available for your break. Does not have an option for overtime pay like time and a half or double pay. I don’t have the subscription, but based on it’s description (lol, I’m a poet) the only addition is more ways to export, and to have more than one job..Version: 1.5

Great free app with no ads.I just started a new job and I have to keep track of my own hours so send in on Friday. This app is perfect for this. I also like that you can put in your wage and it calculates it. The only thing I would like to see added is once you hit 40 hours if you can set it to calculate overtime pay. That would be pretty cool. I showed this app to my other co workers and they have downloaded it as well..Version: 1.0

Simple but could use a few extrasI like how simple this is but I wish it had the ability to add an extra line for hours worked at a later time in the day. For instance, if you work four hours in the morning then work a few more from home that evening it would be nice to be able to add another entry for the exact time/hours on that day. A notes section would be VERY helpful as well to add detail on the work classification for particular entries..Version: 1.0

Does the Bare MinimumIt’s fine to keep track of hours if that ALL u want to do. It’s almost half the size of Hours Tracksr so that’s nice, but I wish it had an option to add In estimated tax rate being deducted. Or any deduction, like child support, or any chunk being removed…. like insurance even. Just so that way there when your data is exported somewhere, the numbers you have in front of you are closer to resembling take home pay so u can use the data easier for budget or book keeping or balancing check books etc..Version: 1.0

Good basic app but lacks 1 major important featureA lot of major company start pay periods on sundays, there’s not a way to change the week format to start the dates on a Sunday so they only go mon- Sun which can make it very hard to track accurately by not being able to select what day the week starts compared to some other apps. If it had this one feature, it would be perfect.Version: 1.0

Needs an updatePlease consider left and right side swipe. You can keep the top nonfunctional arrows if you like, but the app needs a bigger swipe function. When swiping left or right on the arrows it doesn’t want to turn the page forward or back if you want to look at last week hours or you want to put in next week Monday hours on a Monday you worked, but you have to close the app and then tap the icon to bring it back..Version: 1.0

Very awesome app. This app is awesome. I can keep track of several different peoples hours for the week easily and print out the time sheet for each of them. I do wish there was a way to add the year to the date on the timesheet so you can go back several years and compare jobs and hours for each year. Also if it would print the persons name at the top of the time sheet would be great..Version: 1.5.5

One addition I would likeLove the app. The only thing I would add is to be able to change what day your work week or pay period starts. For my company the pay period starts on Wednesday. I would like to be able to set it up where I could see from Wednesday to the following tuesday for my week instead of trying to add and carry over hours like the normal Sunday-Saturday.Version: 1.0.3

OkayHonestly it’s the best app if you are looking for simplicity, however there are a few things that could use adjusting: 1. A break feature for taking lunch. 2. I wish there was a setting for making the pages a bi-monthly 1st-15th and 16th-month end. 3. You should be able to have multiple entries for the same day. Sometimes I work two shifts and have to add the hours for the second shift onto the end of the first shift, which isn’t ideal for seeing exactly when you worked and for how long..Version: 1.0

Good, very handy, could be betterIn my company if you work over 6 hours a day you have to take at least 30 min lunch break. If you don’t punch out, they subtract 30 min automatically. It’s easy to do it manually but hard to keep track when lunch breaks are flexible and many times longer then 30 mins. It will be great to have option for customizable lunch breaks. Other then that, LOVE it! Thank you for making it free of adds..Version: 1.0

Very usefulI used it to track my daily work instead of using my Laptop to log my time. Suggestions: Could be better if there are more settings that user can do like instead of showing the wage/salary, how about overtime or if there’s an option to include holidays or day off or any events aside from putting the time even if you’re not working..Version: 1.0.2

Simple, just the basics of what I need.I love this app! Been using it for 4 Bplus years now. Recently they updated and added some really cool features to the app. Taking suggestions from everyone about their needs. It’s really cool now. But it also cost money now lol they deserve some payment for what they’ve done here. It’s great people! Thanks for developing this into a real asset for workers. I rely on it now..Version: 1.5

Super useful except there's no helpI work for a small business (I'm the only employee). This is the easiest way to track my hours. The *only* issue I have is that suddenly when the week turns over there are already times filled in. It was very confusing when it started to happen. I just hit clear at the beginning of the new week and put in the correct hours. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could..Version: 1.0

Simple, easy and to the pointReally easy to use. Very minimalistic and functional. Beautifully done. The only other thing I’d like to see is the date corresponding to the days instead of it only being up top and me having to count but still 5 stars as that’s more a cosmetic comment and has no bearing on functionality. Nicely done guys.Version: 1.5.5

Almost perfectThis is a basic app for a one job application with one customer at least per week which works for me. Been using it for three months and found out that you cannot rely on this to store your hours for more than a week at a time. It looks like it would be able to but there is a glitch where new info is overwriting past entries. This glitch was noted in another comment. Other than that it’s great. Love the simplicity and ability to send a weeks worth of hours via text. I’m using an iPhone X..Version: 1.0

Great app with need for one small improvementThis app is perfect for tracking work time. There is only one issue (which I believe has been mentioned by others): when choosing a start time, the current time is default, while when choosing an end time the start time is the default if one has been set. It would be amazing if this could be fixed. Thanks!.Version: 1.0

Exporting GlitchesI have used this for about two years now and it worked great the first year. Now, I have glitches when I export my time sheet to Excel. It shows my correct hours logged until I export, then it shows something completely random. My only work around is to screen shot my weekly hours to send to my employer as a photo. The export feature is bonkers! I originally picked this app due to its simplicity. Hopefully, this is an issue the app developers can fix..Version: 1.5.1

Love It!Does its purpose for free but stopped on December 1. Having the same problem every week it, stops on the 8th this time. Is this app free or not because it really was simple to use and serving my purpose. But this is annoying each week that it is stopping at each weekly pay period when it is said everything was totally free. This app stops weekly, why I do know, but I do love it, but it started this in December. Can you please fix this problem or tell what’s the problem..Version: 1.0

Easy to use—wish it were more customizableI’m glad that this app is so easy to use because it means I will use it. I’ve been getting overwhelmed doing subcontract work keeping track and submitting hours. But because I have multiple clients, I wish there were a way to keep track of which hours were for what client. At least a “notes” column would be handy so I could write the name of the client next to my logged hours and what I did for them..Version: 1.0

Great but…Great app very user friendly only thing I’ll ask for is this, my two jobs both start of different days of the week, as in one the pay period starts on a Tuesday compared to my second on a Monday, to which I can’t put both in becuase it won’t let me select a different day for each job. I know many others that would benefit from this change, thank you !.Version: 1.5

Very helpfulI have no timesheet at work to count my hours so this app makes it really easy to keep track of my hours incase of any confusion with my pay. I do wish you could set a standard break time so that i don’t need to keep entering the same length of a break for everyday.Version: 1.5.5

Any upgrades?Like to app so far! There are a few things that would make it more efficient. 1. Weeks starting on a Sunday (or whatever day works for user) In Canada the pay week legally starts on a Sunday. 2. Bi-weekly page to correspond with pay schedule Love that we can export!!😃.Version: 1.0

MediumApp works, but the logs are self filling in for me. All of my hours for the past month are all messed up from this auto fill problem.Version: 1.0

Great app. Has a bugI love this app. Very simple and straightforward. However I’ve noticed that the hours are sometimes mixed up. I would enter hours in February then a month later I go back to check and it turns out the hours were moved to March. Please fix. I can’t rely on it for now, would love to tho because it’s awesome..Version: 1.0

Like this appI would like to be able to change the start week to sunday.Version: 1.0

Needs more.Would be better if there was a note option for the day worked to add details of tasks completed..Version: 1.0

Great appAwesome app so far only thing I would add is a dark mode lol.Version: 1.5.5

AwesomeIt’s a very app to track your hours I love what you can do on it.Version: 1.4.1

OTCalculate overtime (1.5x) after 8 hrs in the total wages for the day column.Version: 1.5.1

SamThere is no overtime option🙁.Version: 1.5

Good appThe new salary option is nice for those who have a 40 hour work week. But those of us who get lots of OT every week the old option was better as I could just figure out the math and change the wage as the week went on.Version: 1.5

Awesome but needs improvementIt’s honestly a great app and I like what it can do, but the developers should implement a overtime and double time feature as right now it only gives u base wage no matter how many hours you have.Version: 1.5

No overtime rate calculationsApp is good and the UI is easy to use but theres no OT calculator in it so it’s difficult if you work over 12 hrs.Version: 1.5

NotesThis is the best part.Version: 1.4.1

One of the best appsOne of the best apps for tacking hours work..Version: 1.4.1

2 SHIFTS PER DAYI usually have 2 shifts per day such as 9-12pm and 5-8pm is this possible to put a double slot in per week day and weekend?.Version: 1.4.1

Why does the salary reset each week? This app is perfect for tracking the hours our nanny works! A minor annoyance that should be easy to fix: please make the salary from the week prior carry over or give an option for a default so I don't have to enter it manually each week. Most people don't get raises or pay rate changes each week....Version: 1.4.1

GoodSimple, organized, easy to use...Version: 1.3.1

Good appJust need to add a few features. Ability to change your daily wages would be a good one..Version: 1.4

AwesomeIts very helpfull..Version: 1.0.1

Glitching with time and pay for each week. The app is great and it helps me keep track of hours and money i made throughout the weeks. but…. just this week i ran into the issue that the hours don’t reset after each week, showing a number that is incorrect for pay and time..Version: 1.2

Potential upgradesI love the app but I wish there was a way to add the overtime rate and have it automatically factor in.Version: 1.3

18Mlj.Version: 1.0.2

Simple to use but doesn’t send the datesAs an employer, when I receive the timesheets from my employees there are no dates attached so I have to try and figure out which week is which. The employees seem to like the simplicity of the app. It’s easy to record time in and time out..Version: 1.0.1

Please start the week on sunday!!I reeeeeally like the app because it’s simple and easy, there are others that are ridiculously hard to manage, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, set the week sunday to saturday 🙌🏻 I just need that to absolutely love it!!.Version: 1.0.1

Helpful appI use this app to track my hours at work so I can always use them as a reference. I love the export feature. It is simple, but a great app..Version: 1.0.1
