Love Casey’s pizza and eat it with gracetyLove Casey’s pizza and living in downtown Overland Park Ks is the best thing ever made for the family and in very clean settings although I don’t recommend that you purchase soda with delivery service because Uber eats Is the only delivery service that Casey’s is offering and I paid 9.99 dollars for Mountain Dew and the Uber driver I was just told to text Casey’s and tell them I was unable to get the pop I ordered with my pizza because they were out of regular Mountain Dew and they said that they had diet and I had told them that I was just trying to get a refund for pop and they didn’t care to pay me back so I just get bare minimum and then I just pick up my order cause they got me on the same time I was hurting for every penny and I emailed and called to no avail it ain’t even worth the hassle but they won’t be able to get the same trust I once had to pay for my extras and then never pay attention to my order and could!!!!$$$$go chiefs yeah K.C..Joshua David GileVersion: 4.5

Casey’s on Pratt in Bellevue NeLet’s start with as soon as I walk into the store. I walk up to the counter and there were two employees busy but totally oblivious to me. I had to ask Caleb who was working a busy register where the menus were for the Pizza. Also I was looking at the overhead menu which didn’t advertise anything regarding Pizzas or prices. Caleb said sorry we don’t give out menus or that we don’t advertise prices. He however in between customers asked if I was looking for something specific. I passed on a speciality pizza. He gave me some prices and moved on with ringing up customers. When he was in the process of telling me the prices what didn’t make since. Is a young employee who was not happy to be there and spending her time being mad at having to put frozen cookies on a pan. Interrupted him to ask a question in the middle of him telling me prices. So comically after ten minutes watching two lady employees working in the kitchen never offered to help me. So I asked Caleb are they not supposed to at least ask me what I’d like to order. And I’m not exaggerating 10 minutes waiting and he simply looked at the back kitchen looked back at me and said yes. Then when back to ringing up customers. I really don’t blame Caleb he was busy at the register but the two employees do not represent or care about Casey’s or their customers. Please train them up , hold them accountable and demand that the customers should always come first. Terrible serviceOrdered my pizzas at 6:15 2 mediums one pepperoni and one taco. Went to pick up at 6:30 my confirmation email said they would be done at 6:35. Was told they didn’t hear the buzzer that they had pizza orders that they would get them in the oven rite then. Told me they would be done in 10 or 15 minutes. Showed up to pick them up once again at 6:50. One of my pizzas was possibly in the oven cooking but they hadn’t even started making the other one. Was told maybe another 10-15 minutes. Was given several excuses, buzzer not working, new employee, first night by themselves. Either they shouldn’t be working alone yet or need to figure out better time management. Maybe even offer something for the screw up. I normally don’t complain Iv worked customer service, Iv worked in restaurants, and Iv work for Casey’s. But that was ridiculous. App will no longer let me sign in…I used to be able to use this app and it was wonderful. I love Casey’s pizza and enjoy it every time I get it. But suddenly it stopped letting me sign in. I tried changing my password, but that didn’t work. Tried a different login method and that didn’t work. Tried creating a new account, but since I only have one phone number and it is already attached to my current account, it won’t let me. When I try to login like I. The past, I enter my email and password and the sign in button turns darker to show it was clicked on, but then nothing. No screen change, no anything. If I go to the home page, I am still being asked to sign in. If I try to order through the app, it is all fine until I go to complete the order, when it tells me again to either sign in or create an account. Yet I still have access to the notifications the app sends me (the special award messages inside the app), which even have my name listed. Very frustrating. Latest updateUpdate: customer service at the corporate level has been less than helpful just keep telling me to check spam folder or create a new email and log in again. I have 2 email accounts and both are locked so I can’t log into the app with either one. Tried to ask for a phone number to work thru whatever I was maybe doing wrong while logging in but that isn’t an option. The store I spend money in 5-6 days a week is more than willing to help me but they couldn’t get anywhere either. I can see why Casey’s is loosing market share in their home state as they are unwilling to help people anymore. Since the latest update it kicked me out of the app and now have to log in multiple times. Best Pizza In Springfield IllinoisThe Casey’s general store on Peoria Road in Springfield, Illinois the old Route 66, makes the best darn pizza in the city! The thin crust is crispy and oh so delicious! And the cheese is absolutely is absolutely perfection! They make the the best one topping pizza I’ve ever had! The marinara sauce is a game changer because it makes the pizza have a nice sweet taste instead of a harsh acid tomato taste that many of the pizza sauces have! Now I know why that little kid in the commercial for Casey’s pizza didn’t want to come out of his room! Even though the thin crust came out, he still staying in because he’s hoping for another one soon! Thanks a lot folks! You have restored my confidence and a good homemade pizza! Caseys south is the best!!!The staff at this store is amazing. They remember everything about my food and convenience item orders, how i like my purchases bagged, and are always on top of making sure to communicate to who they need to to make sure these things are available. My kitchen orders are not only consistently accurate and on time, but when they arent swamped my order is usually EARLY! They have amazing customer service everytime, even when they are busy. If they are stressed at work they do a great job of hiding it. There are 10 other convenience stores in town that i can think of and 99 times out of 100 i will go to them, even if its not closest to me. Does the job nicely.It’s a store app. Intuitive. Easy to use. Does what you want/need it to do. Sometimes it surprises in a good way. The app doesn’t seem to lag/glitch. The only thing that could do with improvement is the choosing a location. Screen with a bunch of flags and a list of addresses — no connection between the two. I’m a trucker, the address doesn’t mean anything to me but that’s what you have to choose from?! (Maybe— when an address is chosen the location tag changes color? Go back to being the Casey’s we loved!!!I am close to being through with Casey’s. I & my family have been loyal customers since it came to town— early 80s—? We always seek out Casey’s when we travel. But… you’ve taken away many of the food items we liked (pizza bread), changed others(chicken bites- now fewer, not in the cup, & increased price), changed logo & title (getting a little big for your britches?) & now, charging for air in tires?!?! App issuesThe app would be great if it actually kept up with points. There’s usually several months of delay. I’ve emailed Casey’s, thinking my points weren’t collecting. They emailed me back explaining the issue and my points magically appeared. Now, several months later, it’s the same song and dance with no fix. Is this a technical error that no one has bothered to fix, or is it a tactic to prevent people from being able to use their points? Either way, it needs to be fixed. Lastly, at every Casey’s I’ve ever used it takes entirely too long to pump gas. It takes several minutes to go through all the prompts to be able to even pump gas. Then, once able to pump, the pumps are the slowest pumps in America. The summer time it’s not so bad, but in the winter it’s unbearable and I’ll go somewhere else..CatBeggsVersion: 3.4.2

Nice to get a dealI like the app and appreciate that the offers rotate and there’s a reason to look for new deals. We order a lot of pizza, so it is nice to not have to track with pizza boxes anymore. I miss the part of the app that tracked coffee purchases and gave you a free coffee after your 6th purchase. I will admit, I don’t fully understand the points. I see I can redeem them for Casey’s cash, but I am not really sure how to do it (I suppose I just need to try it). These employees rock!!I’ve been coming in the store for 22 years. I’ve watched so many people come and go and so many people that have stayed you do not pay them enough you do not give them enough incentive. You should be ashamed of yourself. These employees deserve so much more for what they put up with for this company. Grew up on box cutout couponsAt first when Casey’s did away with the box coupons (collect 10 for free pizza), I was pretty ticked off. I thought it was a complete disbanding off the pizza box coupons and I would never get the sweet reward that comes with cashing in(we all know how exciting that is. Always an issueNavigation is hard. You advertise things that aren't offered, even on the app. A big picture of the new Bbq pizza but it tells me not available. I can't figure out how to permanently change my delivery address, there is always an ingredient out of stock, i can't order hot sauce packets for taco pizza, my order is usually missing something. It doesn't give thin crust when you click on "get our new thin crust" but it defaults to regular crust. You have to change it (i learned the hard way). Old pizza couponsWhenI tried to set up my Caseys account it said that my mobile phone number was already being used. So I used our home phone number. The coupons that I turned in at the Caseys store in Cedar Falls never showed up in my account. I called customer service and they could see them under my home phone number but couldn’t move them to my account. The lady said that she would forward it to someone else who had authority to do this. It has been almost a month and they still haven’t shown up in my account. My dealing with Caseys is over. Bad attitudePizza was great! Cashier was excellent! Someone in the back had a “Bad Attitude”. I walked in exactly when the APP stated the pizza would be ready. Great Store and people.This store is wonderful. It is always clean and well stocked. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Patty and Francesca are very kind courteous cashiers. The manager; Sherry Schuman is always working to keep the store clean. No option for half n halfThe app doesnt have the option to choose half n half. We’ve been told by Casey’s to put half in the special instructions. At least 50% of our orders, the pizza maker doesnt see the special instructions and we get the incorrect order. Casey's Negative Reviews

They cancelled our order and refused to give us a refundWe placed an online order through their Casey's app. The location was Casey's on Linden Street in Normal, IL. They had called us a few minutes after we placed a delivery order and said they closed their kitchen early and had to cancel our order. We had already paid for the pizza, the tip, and the delivery fee and I asked if we would get a refund through our debit card. The lady that was working that night said she would call her manager and try and figure it out. She called us back that night and said she talked to her manager and that her manager would give us a call in the morning. We waited a few days and never got a call. I called the store and explained the situation to the manager on duty. She said we would get a refund in a couple of days when they could figure out how to do it. We waited two weeks and still no refund. My husband then called and asked to speak to the General Manager to ask why we still have not gotten a refund. The general manager said there was no way they could give us one because she could not figure out how to do it. My husband responded by informing her that we were not the ones who cancelled the order, they did. So why should we have to pay $30 for something we never got since they decided to close early? The manager screamed at him on the phone and hung up. Regardless to say, it has been a month now and we never got a refund on an order THEY cancelled because they decided to close early. FraudulentAs an ex employee I had “bought” into this concept. After 9 months of working with them as a store manager I decided to move on. They are a bunch of liars. They over work and take advantage of their management teams at the store level. I don’t know why this application gets such good reviews right now. I had saved up over 7000 points with them. When I went to get my discount on fuel “1.54” per gallon off up to 20! Ha, yeah right. Put my number in at the pump, points went away, so I went in to see what the deal was; they told me I would have to call the support center. Called the support center, they told me I would have to have a receipt. The receipt I received didn’t show any of the points. They were just gone! I’m telling you they are a scam. They treat their employees like &$@! They claim they are the 5th largest pizza chain the in the US. “Info I was told at my interview” Where is that proof? I can’t find it anywhere. They have a turnover of about 2 months. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Sounds good up front, just a headache full of more lies at the end. Ordering pizzaI dislike ordering pizza this way because your app lacks the ability to truly customize my pizza. For example, if I wish to order a supreme pizza but I do not like spicy meets I think I should be able to change out the pepperoni for ham and sausage for more beef. It’s the same amount of meat, the same number of of toppings. I don’t understand what the problem is here! It shouldn’t be that big of a deal if you truly want to sell me a pizza. When your only cost you three to four dollars to make a pizza is it that big of a deal if I change up the toppings a little bit to suit my own needs? You have a good product but you could definitely make it better to suit your customers and truly make you the best pizza there is. Rewards for cents off gasSeveral times I have purchased items that give cents off gas and it doesn’t seem to work. It doesn’t show up on my account. Once I was able to delete the app and reinstall it and the cents off was there, but not this time. The cashiers are not able to help, so you lose out on your reward. This needs to be fixed! I spent more in the store than I would save in gas so I double lose. Casey’s get with it and fix this bug! At least this time I asked for a receipt so I have proof that I bought the items that earn that reward and I have a chance to get it…IF I can ever catch a manager at the store…I also won a prize in the scratch off game that my store doesn’t carry. The pop machine is dirty and half the pops read out of order, the ice coffe has been out of order, the icy machine has been out of order for weeks. The drink freezers are never stocked. They will not make sandwiches anymore. And to top it off the managers sister and husband/baby daddy because there not married all work at the same store and work most often on the same shifts. It’s a mess and honestly I wish I knew who the hire up manager was. This Casey’s definitely needs someone to look into it. It terrible to go in before work or on a weekend day around 8:30 and there’s no food ready. Most afternoons around 1pm there no food ready then either. You sometimes get coffee but not creamer or they have creamer and no coffee It’s awful and the employees spend more time outside smoking then doing anything else. ServiceService at this store has gotten worse and worse. Only one cashier during rush times of day. Donuts not stocked at 7:20am in the morning….? No breakfast pizza at 7:20am in the morning….? Last time I attempted to order pizza they said they were out of cheese. That’s the second “no cheese” response I’ve heard from the same store in West Point. I’ve never heard this answer/excuse anywhere else and I’ve been a Casey’s customer for 3+ decades. Furthermore, I just place a pizza order at 12:15 and ETA for 2 pizzas to be completed is 65 minutes? There are 5 other places in town where people can order pizza from…as a business owner you need to be aware of the lack of service and low expectations that are being displayed over months and months of timeframe. Going downhillI used to love the Casey’s app. Very simple and easy to use. Lately, though, it’s gone downhill. It keeps saying “not working, try again later” in the middle of using the app (it’s been doing this for days), which got annoying to me so I decided to log out and try logging in again. Maybe I could fix the glitch. Instead it completely shut me out. Sent me verification codes that were supposed to expire in 10 minutes but expired instead in 10 seconds. Then when I finally got one quick enough to work, they just said “permission denied” and shut me out. I’m getting fed up with it. I was a very loyal Casey’s fan and don’t get me wrong - their pizza and donuts are 🔥🔥. But if this is how the app is going to work now, I’ll just stick with KwikStar. 🤷🏼 Again, nothing against Casey’s as a gas station or food. Corporate StructureThe new app comes with the overhaul on how Caseys conduct business. Now that they are a corporate company there loyalty to there employees have become nothing more than a number and a hot body to push buttons. They think this way because that is how they treat there employees. There managers have absolutely no control over there resources and are always terribly low staffed. Along with the app they have replaced the software management tools that are governed by corporate. Regardless of the towns employee pool or unique situation and requirements they have no recourse to fix anything because corporate has micro managed everything. Its a sad day for rural America to have too deal with detached CEO’s and non present owners that could care less about the communities they're a part of. Poor ServiceI used to app on a work stay ordered pizza like 12 to 15 times in 3 weeks. I ordered pizza when I got home. Added a new address for delivery but there system is weird. I didn’t realize it didn’t update the address I get a call from the hotel I stayed in while out of town. But at that point it was too late to cancel my order. So I thought since I ordered so much from them that I could get a refund for the pizza since I was miles away and didn’t get to eat the pizza. I used the online form and I get a reply they says since u didn’t cancel the order the store manager is unable to refund. They did not offer me free pizza or comment on my concern with there app. Just refused to take care. I am truly disappointed I went to there store today and used my reward number but felt like a idiot for spending money there. WowI had a really scammy situation happen with the app, delivery and Casey’s in general. I ordered a large pizza, and wings to be delivered. I had some points and used them plus cash since it was close to $30. I was contacted and told they were out of wings. Ok, it happens. No problem. I get a medium pizza delivered. I don’t get any points back. I contacted Casey’s . No reply. I spent money and points for a large pizza and wings. I get a lousy medium pizza. I ended up cooking frozen fish sticks and fries to make up the food discrepancy with my friends. I’m still out the money and points. That seems very unethical. My neighbors ordered a pizza before. I found it on my porch the next morning. Casey’s still refused to refund their money even after being shown proof the customer did not get their order. App won’t allow set-upUPDATE (following a one-stat rate Review.) I’ll raise it to 2 stars. It’s getting better. It seem s to want me to “update the app every time I want to try my luck at finding some info on the app. I just want to see if my using this app is earning me any rewards at all. I usually end up closing the app in frustration, unable to find out much of anything. The clerks at my local Caseys will ask if I’m a reward member and remind me to enter my phone #, but that’s all they can help with. (Not their fault that no one showed them how to work the app any better than me, I guess.) I see good reviews about using the app to order pizza. Casey’s Does Not Stock to Meet Supply Demand!This is irritating! Go to Casey’s one I noticed I could receive a free Twinkie! They rarely have them stocked! So why offer a free Twinkie to customers! Your corporation has corporate so there is no room for any extra ordering. So why have free items on your app when you will not stock to meet that demand? App is almost uselessThis app says it takes Discover card for payment and does not. It also says it takes Apple Pay but apparently not if you have a Discover card backing your Apple Pay. It won’t let me put in any requests (like lettuce in the side of Taco Pizza which is really critical for delivery), and half the time (including today) signing in is not available so I have to check out as a guest, which means earning no points and unable to use my rewards. Today when I submitted my order after going to find a non-Discover card and filling out all my information to check out as a guest, it said it could not build my order. Why? I just attempted to log in to my app and it advised that I was attempting to log into a disabled account. I attempted to get support and they advised me there is no account under my email, but the ph# was tied to my hubby’s account. Continual problems with your appHi! I love ordering Casey’s pizza, but your app is painful. Nearly every time I check out it tells me I have an insufficient balance even though I select ‘pay in store.’ I have to back out of my order and go back in again before it will take it. Also, I don’t know if this is specific to the highway 92 location by Council Bluffs, but when I try to order the large pepperoni pizza on the app, it says ‘out of stock’ every time. I almost feel this is only the highway 92 location by Council Bluffs because the Glenwood, IA location doesn’t have this issue. Lastly, I know you are trying to make extra sales, but the constant pop-ups when you’re trying to make your pizza selection on the app is rather annoying. I would love to see some different deals on the app. They seem to be the same all the time. Also, I like it when you do different specialty pizzas from time to time. Fix itI love Casey’s! I go there when I need to fuel up. I LOVE their pizza and order it frequently. I often stop by in the mornings for energy drinks. My favorite part is earning points. All of this would equal a 5 star review. However, I woke up this morning to having been signed out of my account because they want me to use the website so they can send my information to third parties. It blatantly said so.
