Terrible serviceOrdered my pizzas at 6:15 2 mediums one pepperoni and one taco. Went to pick up at 6:30 my confirmation email said they would be done at 6:35. Was told they didn’t hear the buzzer that they had pizza orders that they would get them in the oven rite then. Told me they would be done in 10 or 15 minutes. Showed up to pick them up once again at 6:50. One of my pizzas was possibly in the oven cooking but they hadn’t even started making the other one. Was told maybe another 10-15 minutes. Was given several excuses, buzzer not working, new employee, first night by themselves. Either they shouldn’t be working alone yet or need to figure out better time management. Maybe even offer something for the screw up. I normally don’t complain Iv worked customer service, Iv worked in restaurants, and Iv work for Casey’s. But that was ridiculous. App will no longer let me sign in…I used to be able to use this app and it was wonderful. I love Casey’s pizza and enjoy it every time I get it. But suddenly it stopped letting me sign in. I tried changing my password, but that didn’t work. Tried a different login method and that didn’t work. Tried creating a new account, but since I only have one phone number and it is already attached to my current account, it won’t let me. When I try to login like I. The past, I enter my email and password and the sign in button turns darker to show it was clicked on, but then nothing. No screen change, no anything. If I go to the home page, I am still being asked to sign in. If I try to order through the app, it is all fine until I go to complete the order, when it tells me again to either sign in or create an account. Yet I still have access to the notifications the app sends me (the special award messages inside the app), which even have my name listed. Very frustrating. Best Pizza In Springfield IllinoisThe Casey’s general store on Peoria Road in Springfield, Illinois the old Route 66, makes the best darn pizza in the city! The thin crust is crispy and oh so delicious! And the cheese is absolutely is absolutely perfection! They make the the best one topping pizza I’ve ever had! The marinara sauce is a game changer because it makes the pizza have a nice sweet taste instead of a harsh acid tomato taste that many of the pizza sauces have! Now I know why that little kid in the commercial for Casey’s pizza didn’t want to come out of his room! Even though the thin crust came out, he still staying in because he’s hoping for another one soon! Thanks a lot folks! You have restored my confidence and a good homemade pizza! Caseys south is the best!!!The staff at this store is amazing. They remember everything about my food and convenience item orders, how i like my purchases bagged, and are always on top of making sure to communicate to who they need to to make sure these things are available. My kitchen orders are not only consistently accurate and on time, but when they arent swamped my order is usually EARLY! They have amazing customer service everytime, even when they are busy. If they are stressed at work they do a great job of hiding it. There are 10 other convenience stores in town that i can think of and 99 times out of 100 i will go to them, even if its not closest to me. Where are the rewards after 18 months. ??I have been a rewards member for 18 months! I just moved to Omaha in Mar 2022. App issuesThe app would be great if it actually kept up with points. There’s usually several months of delay. I’ve emailed Casey’s, thinking my points weren’t collecting. They emailed me back explaining the issue and my points magically appeared. Now, several months later, it’s the same song and dance with no fix. Is this a technical error that no one has bothered to fix, or is it a tactic to prevent people from being able to use their points? Either way, it needs to be fixed. Lastly, at every Casey’s I’ve ever used it takes entirely too long to pump gas. It takes several minutes to go through all the prompts to be able to even pump gas. Then, once able to pump, the pumps are the slowest pumps in America. The summer time it’s not so bad, but in the winter it’s unbearable and I’ll go somewhere else..CatBeggsVersion: 3.4.2

Nice to get a dealI like the app and appreciate that the offers rotate and there’s a reason to look for new deals. We order a lot of pizza, so it is nice to not have to track with pizza boxes anymore. I miss the part of the app that tracked coffee purchases and gave you a free coffee after your 6th purchase. I will admit, I don’t fully understand the points. I see I can redeem them for Casey’s cash, but I am not really sure how to do it (I suppose I just need to try it). Overall, I am giving the app 4 stars because I think the layout is a bit wonky. It is hard to find offers (new and saved) even though I’ve used the app a lot. Grew up on box cutout couponsAt first when Casey’s did away with the box coupons (collect 10 for free pizza), I was pretty ticked off. I thought it was a complete disbanding off the pizza box coupons and I would never get the sweet reward that comes with cashing in(we all know how exciting that is. I quickly found out however Casey’s had just created something even better- the app, which included an easy ordering system and all the points. Old pizza couponsWhenI tried to set up my Caseys account it said that my mobile phone number was already being used. So I used our home phone number. The coupons that I turned in at the Caseys store in Cedar Falls never showed up in my account. I called customer service and they could see them under my home phone number but couldn’t move them to my account. The lady said that she would forward it to someone else who had authority to do this. It has been almost a month and they still haven’t shown up in my account. My dealing with Caseys is over. Bad attitudePizza was great! Cashier was excellent! Someone in the back had a “Bad Attitude”. I walked in exactly when the APP stated the pizza would be ready. I checked with the cashier who was told they were just making it and it would be 8-10 minutes. I waited patiently. In the next 10-15 minutes she checked 2 or 3 more times. The lady in the back rudely informed her she only needed to check once and to back off. The cashier apologized to me for the comment. Great Pizza Crew in Aurora, NEI really appreciate the friendliness of the staff in the kitchen at Aurora. They are always friendly, laughing and seem to be having a good time while working hard. Sometimes we’ve had to wait a little longer than expected but it’s obvious they are cranking out pizzas as fast as they can, and they are always hot and delicious! No option for half n halfThe app doesnt have the option to choose half n half. We’ve been told by Casey’s to put half in the special instructions. At least 50% of our orders, the pizza maker doesnt see the special instructions and we get the incorrect order. EhYou know what’s convenient? Ordering pizza from an app. You know what’s not convenient? Having an app that makes you log in literally every time you want to use it. Which means opening up a password manager and dealing with layers of two factor codes. Most other apps have persistent log in. And then when you log in you have to read everything. Great Store and people.This store is wonderful. It is always clean and well stocked. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Patty and Francesca are very kind courteous cashiers. The manager; Sherry Schuman is always working to keep the store clean. I see her sweeping outside, shaking the big mats off, emptying trash, picking up trash, doing whatever it takes to keep the store clean. I am so glad to have such a nice clean extremely friendly store to go to for our pizzas, snacks, delicious pastry’s and treats and wonderful fountain drinks. Compare Casey’s app perks to 7/11 app perksOverall, I love the Casey’s’s app. It flows well, typically operates as intended, isn’t cumbersome, and visually appealing without bogging a person down with IN YOUR FACE deals. An option I’d love to see Casey’s management add is similar to 7/11. Let me add money to my Casey’s cash, for a discount on fuel (at 7/11, 5c off/gal for being a member, add’l 3c off/gal for using my 7/11 wallet when I fill up in the app), AND bonus points for adding $$ to my account that I can then spend in stores. FraudulentAs an ex employee I had “bought” into this concept. After 9 months of working with them as a store manager I decided to move on. They are a bunch of liars. They over work and take advantage of their management teams at the store level. I don’t know why this application gets such good reviews right now. I had saved up over 7000 points with them. When I went to get my discount on fuel “1.54” per gallon off up to 20! Ha, yeah right. Put my number in at the pump, points went away, so I went in to see what the deal was; they told me I would have to call the support center. Called the support center, they told me I would have to have a receipt. The receipt I received didn’t show any of the points. They were just gone! I’m telling you they are a scam. They treat their employees like &$@! They claim they are the 5th largest pizza chain the in the US. “Info I was told at my interview” Where is that proof? I can’t find it anywhere. They have a turnover of about 2 months. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Sounds good up front, just a headache full of more lies at the end. Ordering pizzaI dislike ordering pizza this way because your app lacks the ability to truly customize my pizza. For example, if I wish to order a supreme pizza but I do not like spicy meets I think I should be able to change out the pepperoni for ham and sausage for more beef. Rewards for cents off gasSeveral times I have purchased items that give cents off gas and it doesn’t seem to work. It doesn’t show up on my account. Once I was able to delete the app and reinstall it and the cents off was there, but not this time. The cashiers are not able to help, so you lose out on your reward. This needs to be fixed! I spent more in the store than I would save in gas so I double lose. Casey’s get with it and fix this bug! At least this time I asked for a receipt so I have proof that I bought the items that earn that reward and I have a chance to get it…IF I can ever catch a manager at the store…I also won a prize in the scratch off game that my store doesn’t carry. Casey’s reviewCasey’s has been a filthy mess, pop spilled in the floors that is stucky and black from sitting on the floor so long. The pop machine is dirty and half the pops read out of order, the ice coffe has been out of order, the icy machine has been out of order for weeks. The drink freezers are never stocked. They will not make sandwiches anymore. And to top it off the managers sister and husband/baby daddy because there not married all work at the same store and work most often on the same shifts. It’s a mess and honestly I wish I knew who the hire up manager was. This Casey’s definitely needs someone to look into it. It terrible to go in before work or on a weekend day around 8:30 and there’s no food ready. Most afternoons around 1pm there no food ready then either. You sometimes get coffee but not creamer or they have creamer and no coffee It’s awful and the employees spend more time outside smoking then doing anything else. ServiceService at this store has gotten worse and worse. Only one cashier during rush times of day. Donuts not stocked at 7:20am in the morning….? No breakfast pizza at 7:20am in the morning….? Corporate StructureThe new app comes with the overhaul on how Caseys conduct business. Now that they are a corporate company there loyalty to there employees have become nothing more than a number and a hot body to push buttons. They think this way because that is how they treat there employees. There managers have absolutely no control over there resources and are always terribly low staffed. Along with the app they have replaced the software management tools that are governed by corporate. Regardless of the towns employee pool or unique situation and requirements they have no recourse to fix anything because corporate has micro managed everything. Its a sad day for rural America to have too deal with detached CEO’s and non present owners that could care less about the communities they're a part of. Poor ServiceI used to app on a work stay ordered pizza like 12 to 15 times in 3 weeks. I ordered pizza when I got home. Added a new address for delivery but there system is weird. I didn’t realize it didn’t update the address I get a call from the hotel I stayed in while out of town. But at that point it was too late to cancel my order. So I thought since I ordered so much from them that I could get a refund for the pizza since I was miles away and didn’t get to eat the pizza. I used the online form and I get a reply they says since u didn’t cancel the order the store manager is unable to refund. They did not offer me free pizza or comment on my concern with there app. Just refused to take care. I am truly disappointed I went to there store today and used my reward number but felt like a idiot for spending money there. App is almost uselessThis app says it takes Discover card for payment and does not. It also says it takes Apple Pay but apparently not if you have a Discover card backing your Apple Pay. It won’t let me put in any requests (like lettuce in the side of Taco Pizza which is really critical for delivery), and half the time (including today) signing in is not available so I have to check out as a guest, which means earning no points and unable to use my rewards. Today when I submitted my order after going to find a non-Discover card and filling out all my information to check out as a guest, it said it could not build my order. Why? I just attempted to log in to my app and it advised that I was attempting to log into a disabled account. So I attempted to create an account, but was told an account already existed and to try to log in. Once again, I attempted to log in and was advised the account was disabled. I attempted to get support and they advised me there is no account under my email, but the ph# was tied to my hubby’s account. So....what does that have to do with my email and app account and their system that says I have an account but that it’s deactivated? Continual problems with your appHi! I love ordering Casey’s pizza, but your app is painful. Nearly every time I check out it tells me I have an insufficient balance even though I select ‘pay in store.’ I have to back out of my order and go back in again before it will take it. Also, I don’t know if this is specific to the highway 92 location by Council Bluffs, but when I try to order the large pepperoni pizza on the app, it says ‘out of stock’ every time. I almost feel this is only the highway 92 location by Council Bluffs because the Glenwood, IA location doesn’t have this issue. Lastly, I know you are trying to make extra sales, but the constant pop-ups when you’re trying to make your pizza selection on the app is rather annoying. I would love to see some different deals on the app. They seem to be the same all the time. Also, I like it when you do different specialty pizzas from time to time. It doesn’t seem like you do that anymore. Keep making great pizza! The staff in the Glenwood store are awesome. I don’t order from this highway 92 location as much so I can’t sing their praises. Fix itI love Casey’s! I go there when I need to fuel up. I LOVE their pizza and order it frequently. I often stop by in the mornings for energy drinks. My favorite part is earning points. All of this would equal a 5 star review. However, I woke up this morning to having been signed out of my account because they want me to use the website so they can send my information to third parties. It blatantly said so. I am unable to sign back in. I’m mad that now my points are gone and because I had to check out as a guest, I didn’t earn the points I otherwise would have. Fix it Casey’s. This is ridiculous. Just terribleCasey’s bought out Bucky’s here in Omaha. Bucky’s carwash app worked flawlessly for 7 years that we used it. Casey’s app is a complete joke. Can’t pay for anything through their app. Been trying to buy the carwash membership for a month now. Keeps giving message “Unable to Process Payment”. Called, emailed, nothing. Was told to go back and use Bucky’s app for carwash. Only problem is they disabled the carwash membership feature. Why would you kill a working app and launch a new app that doesn’t work? Major failure. Fire the idiot who launched the app, sue the app developer for a crappy work. They cost Casey’s thousands of customers. We switched to a different company for carwash and points. Casey’s appThis app is absolutely repulsive. I’ve made account after account with this thing specifically just for the rewards/option to order food from, and each time I have the repulsive app tells me “We’ve removed your phone number from your account, you need to add a new number.” It’s absolutely ridiculous, being able to enjoy these rewards/options being available isn’t satisfactory in the slightest. No good if I can’t loginWhen I attempt to login I it sends me right back to the login screen. There is no wrong password message. I clicked the forgot password link multiple times throughout the day and for most of the day it stated that there was too much traffic and to try again later. I tried it again this evening and it successfully sent the link to my email. But when I clicked the link I get an error relating to API. Gaining points serves no purpose if I can’t redeem the points. But every link I click pops up a message asking if I want to add this deal or that deal to my account. Customer servicePizzas always take much longer than estimated. Sometimes you can arrive at the stated time and the pizzas have not even been started. On a separate note, there are sometimes only one cashier at the front with long lines (not fair to the angry customers that have simple purchases to make and not fair to the frustrated and helpless cashier who is getting attitude even though they work as fast as they can). I am a long-time fan of Casey’s, and this is a new store, but disappointing so far which seems to be a leadership issue more than local employee’s. Touchy/glitchyApps like from Papa Johns and Chick-Fil-A have huge advantages over this one in that their apps encourage me to place orders through the app and pretty much never have had an error. I only use this app because it is the only way to get the deals. But I have gone epsewhere when unable to make the app work. Once I have been tempted with a deal (say 2 large 1 toppings for $8.99 each) I will not be paying full price for the deal just because it took 4 attempts for the order to actually get to the checkout stage (3 to do auto-login with saved credentials and one more when it acted like it didn't like an item added to the order that had no customization)..DebtfreeeeeeVersion: 1.1.1

Pizza & NicknamesI don’t mind paying $1.60 extra for extra ingredients on pizza. BUT when ordering a specialty pizza and removing items why isn’t the price reduced by $1.60 per item? Seems to me Casey’s is advocating food waste because if I leave those items on the pizza I can guarantee they will end up in the trash instead of on someone’s pizza who actually likes them! ServiceI was promised to be able to pick up my pizza order in 45 minutes. When I arrived, they hadn’t even placed my order in the oven, or even begun to prepare it yet. I was told they were getting ready to place another person’s order in the oven and mine would be prepared after his. This store has had numerous problems with register’s being down, electricity off and coolers not working of late. My family and I have recommended this store to several people in the past, but now their insurmountable problems have caused me to withdraw my confidence in this location.
