Glad I didn’t buy discounted year subscription!!Thanks for getting back to me and giving me some options to get this resolved. I just emailed your team and hope to hear back from them soon. Previous review: This app doesn’t work. Don’t get me wrong. There seems to be a lot of really cool video filters but when I saw the instagram ad using an AI cartoon video that’s why I downloaded it. When I opened the app and got past the paywall I saw the feature I wanted, “AI vision.” It has video filters called Tooney and Mythic. When I select either one of them it presents to me a screen of the Dizzi logos as if it can’t register any of my videos when I know that isn’t true because the other video filters work. I can’t get past this point to even try what I was so impressed with. Cant upload videos after I started payingThe first few days great. I uploaded videos of 1 minute and more with no issues to convert them Into cartoon videos and that was the most fun effect. Now after I started paying ( ended my free trial ) I cannot unload any videos even a 6 second video can’t hold up. It just says “ uploading …” forever and nothing happens. App is stuck. It has been two days already and no improvement. Please fix this. I don’t see a point in keep paying if I can’t use this feature anymore. Issue got resolved . Thank you for getting back to me. Awesome! But…I love this app. It’s really cool and has a lot of filters kind of like the ones on Instagram, but that’s not what bothers me. I gave this only 4/5 stars because I have one really important feature that would have made this app way more convenient for me, and that’s allowing music in your videos real time while you’re recording. I know once you record a video that you can add music after, but that doesn’t allow me to lip sync the song or dance correctly to the music I put in after. Before I got the app,I thought this would have been like Tiktok or Snapchat recording, but with that issue, it really makes this a bummer. Need to change certain featuresI really like the effects that change the photo to a video feature. There’s also an option to add music, which is really great for me as an artist. I use this feature to promote my upcoming music being released. But if we’re going to purchase a year subscription, there should be able to be an option to have that video longer so that my song can at least play for 15-20 or even 30 seconds. That way artists can promote their songs effectively. I was hoping that if I bought this app, I would have that option but there isn’t one. Great app, minor improvements needed.Personally, I love the idea you guys have with the BeatSync option, but it just isn’t quite there. It already has a preset quick, constant flash/bump, but it won’t sync with any music I add from my own device. Would you guys be able to do a bass-reactant variant of it (where it bumps at different strengths correlating to the beat)? Or possibly create an option where the user can modify the BeatSync’s speed? Updated cartoon effect is the best around!They just updated the Cartoon effect and it's awesome! I'm having a ton of fun seeing what different people look like cartoonified. Unlike every other filter out there, this one processes facial features to make them more animated looking, not just layering on some filters. Great features, bad reliabilityFirst the face tracking feature is cool, but the reliability of the app is actually horrid, the coding or the way the program works with the IOS is just not optimal. I’m using a iPhone 12 and the load times are insane, so I figured if I switched to my IPad mini it would work better as it has a better processing chip, not only is it the same, but the face tracking feature isn’t even there, we’re talking about 10-15 minute wait times. I can download a whole 2 hour movie on my iPhone in that amount of time and this App can’t even handle a couple 3 minute videos in a shorter time frame. For example, I use beatleap, and it uses AI to make video edits in 1 minute, with different jump cut effects, slow motion, sped up, flash, etc. and you have complete control on how much effects gets used in the video, from 1(least amount of effect) to 3(most amount) and the aI just adds in the effects as it sees fit, all in 1 minute. The only time it takes longer is when it has to download your videos from iCloud. This app also 90 percent of the time just won’t create a video, will take you back to the previous screen with a prompt of “there was an error exporting your videos” and it’s not the phone or the iPad because if you just keep trying it will eventually load them. You get excited but then….There is no doubt this app has a lot of cool features... HERE’S THE CAVEAT: You pay for their subscription, but then you’re expected to pay for a second third party subscription in order to use the music offered in the editing section. 🤨 Sure they have some ‘free’ music you can use but, of course, all the good stuff requires subscription #2 from a different site no less. They’ll tell you there are free options or this is just how they did it to give us the best options for music, but really it’s just greedy and poor form. They do give you the illusion you can use your own iTunes music instead, BUT every song you pick (including the ones you paid for and own) gets a message that says you must purchase the music in order to use it. Yeah, I own a ton of music I purchased but it still won’t let you use it (even though it says it should). DissapointingI was so excited about this app that I purchased a subscription for a year. Big mistake. They had a great two-cam effect that was their main feature where they had your head cut out—and then they totally removed it and changed the app to be a watered down version of instagram filters. App keeps crashing after downloadingNot sure why this keeps happening, I’ve had other video editing apps without issue but this one, immediately after selecting my free 3 day trial keeps crashing.
