It was easy and I was shockedOnce the marvelous management team at Link Manchester apartments showed me how to set up the account properly and then walked me through the process once, I was sure it was correct. From that point forward, paying rent is the easiest bill to pay! I’m grateful..Version: 16.8.0
Ease and SimplicityI cannot stress enough how easy this app makes paying rent. There is only a small fee for paying rent with cards. My other apartments have had apps that do not make paying rent easy or inexpensive. My old apartment charged $50 to use a card to pay rent through the app. Link’s fee is less than a dollar. It’s great. Love this app. EDIT: The recent update preventing one time rent payments from being placed anytime other than through the 1st and 5th days, is inconvenient. Rent is due on the first of each month, but there is a five day grace period where you have until the 5th to pay and avoid late fees. The only downside to this is that it takes 5-7 business days to process payments from your bank accounts. So, you take the risk of being out of that grace period window..Version: 13.3.0
App reviewThe app works fine as it is intended to. One particular nuisance I would like to see changed is to have the app auto log you out after your session has expired. It can be days before I log in to the app and the screen will still show me as logged in until I press a button, and that's when I will see a message that I need to log in..Version: 14.6.0

8.3/10, I was the first person living here and nobody can ever take that from me.Attentive management, modern appliances/design, but still under construction. Acts up from time to timeThe app works ok here and there. It occasionally logs me out. Sometimes it remembers my log in info sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve been using it for over a year now and it now closes itself out in the middle of reading or performing other tasks..Version: 24.6.1
