App Great - Hud very badMost realtors won't deal with hud, because they screw everything up all the time. And it's a time limit with them. They really don't want to sell homes. They just waste you time. The seller broker is 0 yes ZERO help at all. You will find that you have to do most of the work yourself. If possible skip hud. You will thank me. If not I told you so. If I could give this zero stars or negative stars I would.Ever since I downloaded this app to my iPhone. I can not delete it off. It shows it’s deleted but I keep getting update errors on my home screen. Even after I multiple times delete the app. It’s as if it’s sending information behind the scenes or screen. Potentially making me feel like it’s stealing info from my phone. Big ERROR with app!I love the ease of use of this app. Biggest error is that you are listing the period deadline date in the box that indicates "Bid Submission Deadline". This is incorrect leading a buyer to believe they have more time than they do to get a bid submitted. I called and talked to someone at customer service but the problem persists the last time I looked.
Wish list: Add the IE escrow information and the PCR or Condition summary page to this app. Also, a link to the bid submission page would be helpful as well.
