Welcome to the Cornerstone Apartment Services Resident Portal App -- an innovative platform that makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests at your community easier than ever before. With the Cornerstone App, residents can:
• Pay Rent: Make secure payments over the RENTCafe portal from any place, at any time -- no desktop needed. Residents can set up multiple payment methods with the option to submit a one-time payment or set up auto-pay.
• Submit Maintenance Requests: Expedite work orders at the tips of your fingers and track the entire process. The seamless work order portal allows for timely fixes for non-emergencies, and will notify residents once the maintenance technician has completed the job,or if the issue requires immediate follow-up.
• Sign Lease Renewals: Efficiently handle lease renewals in the app. The entire lease renewal process can be done completely within the app.

Good (but could be better)Setup for bank account transfer is broken on iPhone, the app asks for pop-up permissions in settings (which doesnt exist), please look into and fix that. Would also like to see an itemized list of expenses for budgeting purposes. Otherwise, a pretty decent app for paying rent!.Version: 16.8.0
Average, Could be betterShould be able to upload photos for maintenance requests, move-in inspection. Should be able to schedule non-critical maintenance, eg air filter replacement. Needs better community engagement and support. Shouldn’t need a separate app to enter the building or a key fob. Should have trash pickup schedule and management office hours and holidays. Would be nice if there was a calendar for local events that might impact parking or traffic. Should be able to process first months rent and security deposit..Version: 24.6.0
Makes my life easySo I’ve always lived with roommates and been spoiled with paying in cash or Venmo. So I decided to move on my own one thing I was nervous about was how will I get my payment to them. Hoping that this app was going to be not only reliable but also handle payments instantly. Pretty easy to use, uncertain securityThe app is pretty straightforward, but when I open it, my phone has a warning that pops up that says “this site is not verified”, which leaves some doubt around the security of the app..Version: 24.6.0

Works! Some issues thoughMajor renters in the USA have barely functional apps. This one allows you to pay rent and renew leases. It can be slow for some items. It also doesn’t have the ability to upload rent insurance documents, however that is an issue with the business practice of cornerstone itself..Version: 13.3.0

Good app, just have to pay service fee for every transaction.App works well and I’m able to report issues and pay my rent. Sadly I have to pay almost 5 buck just to pay my rent 😂 It gets 3 starts for that crap. I would rather set up a direct deposit to my building and not have to pay a stupid service fee..Version: 13.3.0
