Amazing Coffee ShopHi, absolutely love all the stuff here are the energy here I have been going to Starbucks for years. I’ve gone to many coffee places and this is by far the best customer service the best vibes here are the best coffee I’ve had it Starbucks has gone so downhill. Their customer service is horrible. Every time I go the customer service has become absolutely horrible and general really on a lot of places and I am one to go and say hey are you having a bad day or are you just not liking your job that you’re treating your customers the way that you’re treating them. Y’all are rude. Y’all are always messing up the drinks and so I finally went to Dutch Bros coffee and high absolutely love the energy. I love every person I’ve come in contact with here oh, Mari is absolutely amazing. I don’t know any of the other names because I usually see her at the window but everybody works as a team to even looks like a fun place to work. They all love their job they all say they love their job it has good vibes. Good energy. Amazing customer service and amazing coffee to where my fiancé’s daughter wants to drive all the way down from corpus just to get Dutch Bros coffee and my kids absolutely love their hot cocoa. So to me this is beyond a five star I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this establishment. By accident, frequent flyerI go to Dutch Bros because of My Mom most of the time and I’ve had her buy me a couple of cups of coffee from different ones and a lot of them have the one thing nobody else shows respect and the fact that they actually care about their customers and not about the money they’re making even though their workers they actually show exactly what you want from a cup of coffee even when you tell them to just hold off for a sec they even guarantee they’re gonna get it done when you asked them to start it. They love what they do and they do perfect at their job and I think out of Starbucks and all the other coffee shops they want to pop up. I really think Dutch Bros is one of the best that I’ve seen and I’m 37 years old. I’ve dealt with coffee and I ain’t never tasted iced coffee like this before now I’m addicted. But yet to come I will try the rest of the stuff they got there. Greatest drinks everYesterday was MY 3rd time going to Dutch bro’s I’ve heard of them b4 but never went to any locations..So My kids purchased a caramel apple smoothie for ME Thursday night an frm there I was hooked..MY husband an I made it Friday date night so he cld try this amazing drink as well..He ended up getting a caramelizer an loving it an I got yup u guessed it a caramel apple smoothie such a heavenly drink..That led to ME craving to GO there again on Saturday an yup u guessed it WE went..This tyme I downloaded the app got a free drink plus an 2 other drinks..The young man who took MY order was so very pleasant an friendly,on top on ME getting the caramel apple smoothie I wanted to try a Dutch bro soda so I asked his opinion an omg he was so knowledgeable of the drinks flavors ect he took his time with detail info to help ME make MY final decision an yes I love the soda too(an normally I don’t drink soda at all)..When WE reached the drive through window the young ladie workn was so frndly an kind a lil small tlk an she had bundles of positive energy..Over all Dutch bro’s is an awesome place both the drinks and staff r amazing I will b going back regularly an can’t wait for the Dutch bro’s to open up near ME..KEEP up the great work guys 😃😃.Lala027900Version: 2.1.0

Simply The BestWhat can I say? Dutch is Simply The Best! The App is user friendly and easy to use. There are many drinks to choose from- along with many ways to personalize and make your drink uniquely yours. The App makes ordering drinks fun by giving you specific challenges to achieve in App “stickers”. Some are limited time only- so if you like a challenge, you’ve gotta hurry! But that’s not a problem because Dutch Bros also has the most superior drinks! Coffee, energy, shakes, lemonade, teas, iced, hot, blended… you name it- They got it! Dutch will always be part of my childhood.When I was in middle school, Dutch bros was the biggest sensation to hit the market. They had all kinds of cool, colorful drinks that all the middle schoolers were literally sprinting to get. It was down the street from our school, so yeah…sprinting. Throughout High School, I noticed that everyone was less excited about Dutch, but Dutch just became a part of routine life. Everyone had Dutch in their hand, and we all thought “obviously we got Dutch.” Once I graduated high school, I tried to go there as much as possible. PanicJust purchased a new iPhone 15 and headed directly to Dutch Bros. The app had been transferred to the new phone, but it would not work. The always obliging and happy baristas figured out a way to get the job done for today, but the app still didn’t work, I finally figured out that deleting the app from my new iPhone, reinstalling it and logging in brought the app to life with all my points and dollars in place. Huzzah! A few other apps aren’t working either, but who cares. Dutch Brothers is the only one that would send me into panic. Thanks for a great app and even a better drink. Always awesomeJust wanna give a big shout out to the Seguin Texas location on Highway 123. This location can be very busy at times, but the team is never frazzled. They’re always very polite and always work very hard to have everything ready to go even in the face of adversity and busy busy times they always keep their smile and composure even when things might not be going smooth as they could imagine. The service industry is a very tough business, but unfortunately you’re not always gonna make every customer But this team, I honestly believe goes above and beyond the call of serving their customers. App Feature WishlistI’m a shift lead at Dutch bros and here’s some things I notice that the app could utilize in a more efficient way! 1). A location confirmation before customer place their mobile orders. - Every stand throws out an insane amount of drinks daily just due to people ordering to the wrong location. 2). Add the barcode to Apple Pay/ Digital Wallets -A tremendous amount of time is wasted while people pull up their apps to scan. That time adds up & we’re all about speed at DB. adding barcode to digital wallet can save so much time and help with flow of traffic. Majority of customers pay with their digital wallets. 3). “On my way” button for mobile orders. A lot restaurants utilize this feature, which A). Allows us to make our custies drinks fresh for them & B). Minimizes wasted product/ remakes due to late pickup times. 4). Separate drink times for mobile orders. -a lot of our drink times are ruined due to customers not picking up their orders until 30 minutes past the pickup time, which greatly affects our overall drink time averages, causing inaccurate time data and unneeded stress on the baristas. I realize the mobile pickup feature is still a new thing for Dutch, and we all do our best to make it seamless for our custies. Great ServiceI always have great service here the only complaint I do have is with the online ordering, and that’s bc u can’t customize your flavors of soft tops. It’s only the plain one that’s available, make the change so a person can add any flavor of soft tops to their drinks and then I would say I have absolutely the best experience I’m just adding to this review. I always get great service. I should’ve marked five star because it’s nothing to do with the service service is always awesome. People are always friendly never any bad mood. Person experience is always exceptional. Stars or less is the amount of options you have when you place in a mobile order you’re very limited on customizing your drinks can’t select a certain flavor of soft top. It has to be the basic which is that is huge for me. I love a different flavor soft tops and with other customization, you’re not allowed to do so that that’s very kind of disappointing. Bowels LocationBowels location in Littleton is my absolute favorite location (I’ve been to many in diff states as well) but this store has the nicest people-make the best drinks-they celebrate with you when you’re all excited and super happy and super smart and know all the ingredients to help you twist a drink to make it your favorite ever. So huge shout out to that store that I got to almost daily. They are truly top notch! And! You have the BEST bot I’ve ever seen. Very thoughtful and kindA young boy lost steering and power turning into get a drink and hit the curb. I got out and helped him being the mom I am and would someone would do the same for my children. It’s Texas and a 100 degrees the girls came out instantly and offered us a drink…Went and made them brought them back and told me thank you for helping and the drinks were on the house. She was more worried about everyone being safe and having something to drink in this heat. Love it but…..I love the app and drinks but i wish when there is like a sticker drop or product drop at store that it would say how many of that product are left because sometimes i go there early hoping to get a product they already sold out and its a big waste of time so if you could add that to the app that would be amazing!!!!! Needs workCompared to other coffee shop apps, this one has some flaws. It takes a very long time for pages to open, which results in taking a very long time to place an order. My app also is not keeping track of my funds correctly. Recently, it also deleted all of my favorite drinks. I work in an office where I will order drinks for several people, and I had all their favorite drinks saved for easy ordering. Last week, all of those drinks were deleted from my favorites, and I can no longer add any drinks to my Favorites list. Now I have to create a new order every time I go for the office. It takes a tremendous amount of time. This app can take some lessons from some of the other coffee shop apps, especially ones that allow a person to mobile order drinks using the “Hey Siri” option for example. Plagued with Small IssuesThe coffee is good, don’t get me wrong, better than most competition outside of the local scene. The app however is incredibly annoying to use and is bogged down by multiple small issues that make me second guess my order. My two biggest issues are the inability to save your card information and the constant loading. Every single thing you do on the app prompts a loading screen, and said loading screen takes far longer than it should no matter the quality of the internet. Minute changes in the appearance of the app to hide the amount of loading it needs to function would drastically improve the experience, and I feel the whole thing needs a once over by a new app design committee or however they do this. Love Dutch Bros.I’ve been there 3 times so far and every time has been awesome! I’ve gotten two different drinks, the first was a chocolate milk based drink I can’t remember the name, it was recommended to me, it was really good! I’m a creature of habit and I get the White Chocolate Mocha from the other famous coffee place most of the time and I always have to doctor it up to get it to taste right and it never tastes the same, well Dutch Bros, so far, has been spot on!!! Their White Chocolate Mocha Dutch Freeze is amazing and both times I’ve gotten it, it’s tasted the same and required no extra, Splenda, or flavoring or anything!!!! Best Coffee Best Friendly KidsI’ve been going to Dutch Bros since first one ever opened in Eugene. And when I travel to California I’m loving they are there and Washington. The kids are so friendly so darn cute. When my husband had his stroke the River Road Dutch Bros, knew I hadn’t been there for a long time, when I did show up so happy to see me and asked where I’ve been. When I told them, They said a prayer for my husband. And my coffee was free. Every time I would show up after that, they would always ask how he was. I appreciate it more than they will ever know. When my husband finally got home, I drove to get a coffee they all did a Happy Dance to see him, he was appreciated and embarrassed at same time. But I was so Thankful for them all. Great mobile appBut what would make this app really great is having a app developed for the wearables. It would be so much more useful if they were to make a wearable app with full functionality as the mobile app. Whenever I go to Dutch Bros I have to unplug my phone as I still have wired apple car play and even if I had wireless CarPlay in my car my phone would have to be resting on the charging pad to work and I would need to scan my phone for the points. If they had a wearable app where the barcode appeared directly on the entire screen of the wearable so it could be scanned and similar to the Starbucks app. I can scan my watch during payment. I mean we are going into 2023 I think all retailers should have not just a mobile app but an app strictly for wearables. I mean we already have apps that can auto start your car drive your car. Was greatI used to really like the app although the last time they did a big update and changed the format of the app. I haven’t liked it as much. To me it’s not as clean or user friendly. It seems kind of cluttery. But I’ve also become less happy with Dutch overall. I live in Oregon so I’ve been going to Dutch for years. When they first came out with the app it was great! And it use to be 5 points per dollar. Now it’s only 3 points per dollar. But sometimes you get ‘double’ points. Ok well that’s only 1 more point than it use to be. Big deal. But now the latest ‘feature’ which makes no sense, is having to ‘activate’ a deal. ??? This is horrible! Recently there was a deal where you got bonus points if you spent $5 or more. Ok well for our car that is every time. But because I had no idea the deal was there at 6:30 in the morning I didn’t get it because it wasn’t ‘activated’. Either give us the deal or don’t, but don’t put it out there then make us ‘ask pretty please’ to get it! It’s just another way for Dutch to not have to give out more points than they have to. Sadly I see this company going down hill. Also use to NEVER get my drinks wrong. Now it happens more than I’d care to admit. They need to not do order ahead. Pretty SimpleSuch a great cool app, the only downside really with this app is that I kind of wish it was a option where you could order ahead of time just in case when there’s a big long line, but also I do want to mention that when you use the app it doesn’t show you prices so that’s a little of a downfall,I think it would be really cool if they could show the prices underneath all the of the small, medium, and large. ITS MY FAVVFirst of all Dutch bros is my fav place to get drinks because they don’t only taste phenomenal but the prices are amazing. For example a large is ONLY $3.75!! Their employees are so very sweet and friendly and you do not feel rushed when placing an order at the window and they always greet you very nicely. Also when in you place an order it does not take 10 mins to make like it does Starbucks you get your drinks in under 2 mins! They also have a lot of add ons that you can put on a drink such as boba or Mochi bits and more! And if you download the app you get a free medium welcome drink and a free birthday drink when you put it in on the app. The app is not hard to download and you don’t have to put so much info in like other apps. Most awesomeI at one point never really cared much for Dutch bros. My regular coffee shop was conveniently located where I use to work and where I live and we’re very friendly and still are! However, Dutch bros introduced me to a coffee drink that I just love! Hits the spots every time! I’d go between both coffee shops to get the same drink but pay very different! Common sense says go where I can save money so I go to Dutch bros as they make my coffee very specific and not really sweet! Balanced coffee is most preferred as in equal of shots to flavor! “My DB Gang” (174th & Division, Portland, OR)The gang at my DB is awesome!! I almost never have to tell them what I’m ordering cause most of them already know. Often if the line is long & they see me they’ll make my drink & bring it to me so I can pay & be on my way faster. To let them know just how much I appreciate them & how special they are (especially during the holidays) I take them mini muffins or cookies to share. Also after years of paying with my debit card found out if I use it to pay for my drink & the tip, after taxes are taken out they don’t get much of the tip so now I pay for my drink with my card & have a stash of $1 in my glove compartment so I leave $1 tip each time. The BestThis might be a long review. I can’t see enough about the Dutch Bros app. This is just an awesome app. Along with the app the people at Dutch Bros are also great! I’ve been going through a lot of health issues and the people at Dutch Bros know how to raise your spirit. New layout isn’t for meSo I’ve loved the new app since it launched!! I know some OG customers remember the punch cards reminds me if I still had them Dutch owes me a free one😂. But I can’t remember which update it was but the update that started showing the secret menu/ build your own. I did think it was a cool idea until I realized you guys took away all of the other drinks that was listed. Me personally I don’t like to drink the same drink all the time especially if it’s a Rebel or shakes or even smoothies. I don’t always getting the same thing especially when you guys had soooo man options it was hard to stick to just one, so I would scroll through the list and find one. But now it’s gone. I don’t mind the layout I just would like yall to put all the drink names back like how they were. No sugar free optionsI’ve generally enjoyed Dutch Bros drinks in-store, but the app experience has been frustrating—especially when trying to order something sugar-free. Great App, stickers won’t workThis is a great app, i think if you added a way to pre order drinks that would be great. But my big problem that annoys me to no end is the stickers that are in the app. on the center of e circle that tells you the points there is a sticker. if you click it you are able to chose from other stickers to display on the home screen. Better experienceI wanted to update my previous review about the Order Ahead feature. I had shared some frustration about still having to park and wait, but I truly appreciate how it was handled. The manager personally greeted me, handed me my coffee, and asked for my feedback. That level of ownership and care really meant a lot. Love almost everything! One suggestionI used to get coffee from other places and never felt satisfied. I tried Dutch bros out of the blue and haven’t stopped going since. I truly love the coffee, the quality of the ingredients, and the staff. I also really enjoy the order ahead feature. That does lead me into my suggestion. I love the feature where you can add a tip, pick the location to grab the coffee, but every time I have to re-choose the color of my car and the car type. I only suggest allowing users to add a vehicle to their profile (limit one or two) and it defaults to that vehicle, with and edit option just in case we aren’t in that vehicle that specific order. Just one thingI barely started going to Dutch bros last week because my friends wanted to go, I ended up getting hooked and now I go everyday. I downloaded the app to gets points and look at the whole menu but there is one thing I feel needs to be fixed. I think the app should include the price of the item on the info tap so if you go in person you already know how much your spending. There are also a lot of drinks on the menu that dknt have the info tab so I can’t see how much sugar or other things are in them. I have had my app since 2021, and have been a customer since 2008. I saved my paper cards only to find out they weren’t being honored in light of COVID, which I understand. 50/50I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico. There are two Dutch brothers, not far apart from each other. One is always busy. The other is not and this one that is my preferred store. They are much more friendly, most of the time they will call me by my name since is us on the app, just a better experience. The busier one on Rinconda is not near as friendly. They are busy enough that they need two people taking orders because the wait is too long. I’ve had a bad experience when one had argued with me about what they put into my drink. I prefer green tea or black tea, and I know the difference. I came from Northglenn Colorado, where the crew is fabulous. New Mexico crew could learn a few things from them. Horrible app redux >:(The new app interface is unintuitive to use, lacks crucial features the previous version had, and actively discourages me from going to Dutch Bros. Checking dietary facts is now incredibly frustrating; you now have to load a TWENTY FOUR-page PDF in your browser and hunt through the wall of tiny text rows to find your drink, then read through FOURTEEN different columns to find the specific nutrition stat you need. Before the update you would simply click on the drink you wanted and then read that specific drink’s nutrition facts quickly and easily. You used to be able to open the app and instantly look through the menu. Sometimes I would read through the menu for fun and would end up going to Dutch Bros when I hadn’t even planned to. NOW, however… I open the app and have to go to the order tab, find the location I want, and click the menu button because nowhere near me even has this new order ahead feature. These extra steps are just so unnecessary! When I’m in the drive through I just want to quickly look at the menu without having to load multiple useless pages. I have genuinely gone to Dutch Bros about 50% less than I did prior to this update. I’ve seen nothing but similar negative experiences from other users, particularly on Reddit, and sincerely hope that the update gets walked back. Another Person Who Can No Longer LoginI had been using the app with no problems. Then, I started getting requests to verify my email account, except that no email verifications ever reached me - not my inbox, junk box, or even quarantine folders. I spent 2-3 months in multiple conversations with customer service via email or chat. We switched my email to another account. I never got a verification email there either. I’ve deleted the app many times and tried to sign in again. In short, when I go to sign in, I get directed to create a new account. Then, I get stuck at the last page saying the app is “unable to create account.” I finally got through by phone to someone at the corporate office. They said they were aware many were having this issue and hopefully it would be fixed soon. When I said it had been going on for months, they said hopefully by the end of November it would be fixed. With the lack of live people to talk to, everyone passing the buck, and people trying to appease you for the moment but never really fixing the issue, this is starting to feel like a Fyre Fest scenario. I am especially disturbed by the reviewer who said over $1400 was taken from her account when she tried to upload a small amount to her app for purchases and she kept getting the run around. Customer serviceI’ve only been using Dutch bros for about a months. I hadn’t had any issues like the coffee. The price was good until until Wednesday, April 17 I pulled up in line. There was a car in front of me. The attendant was helping the customer before her. Then there was a car pulled up in the lane. The car had already been for five minutes instead of the attendant coming to help the lady in front of me she went to the car that just pulled up. Had them merge the line and take their order as she was taking the lady in front of me. Another car pulled up in the second lane, she gets in front of me and I thought she was coming to me instead she starts to walk to the car that just pulled up and I explained to her that I was in line and I’ve been waiting for about eight minutes now I have to go back-and-forth I said ma’am first come first serve and I don’t think that’s fair just got here and we’re already we’ve been waiting says well. I just do what my managers telling me and he tells me that I have to go back-and-forth I said now, where does that make sense that you make a customer wait who is already been waiting and then someone pulls up I was agitated she did not take my order. She was very rude and proceeded to go take the customers order who had just pulled up so I got out of line and I left. I don’t see where the mindset is that you take a customer before a customer whose was already in line and that has already been waiting. New app is awfulThe new app is quite frankly terrible. It’s so much worse than the old one- which worked just fine. if you wanted to add mobile ordering to SOME locations (considering none of the many locations around me even offer it, rendering that particular feature entirely useless to me) it would have been a lot better to just add a separate tab or something for it. So sadI have been going to Dutch since early 2000’s shortly after they aired in undercover boss. I have always loved supporting local businesses and small franchises that have a good back story. App Became UnusableUp until March 1st, this App would have received 5stars from me. From that date on, the App has been unusable for me, except for me to use my points. You see, we would visit Dutch Bros several times a week, and we would always use the order ahead feature, to save time. Part of this was the “Favs” section, which allowed us to store our favorite custom orders. Starting 3/1, the App deleted the list of drinks we had saved. Additionally, it cannot save any drinks to this list. Also, now, when trying to add specific drinks from the ‘Secret Flavors’ menu, the drop down list doesn’t even show up. When bringing this up with App Support, they come back with a small list of suggestions. They then state that if these don’t work, our Support Team will reach out for further help. Well, I did what they asked, nothing changed,I reported back this, and I have heard nothing since. Lost All Incentives to Go.I’ve been a regular customer at Dutch Bros for about two years now, and I’ve finally just started getting 7Brew instead. The baristas at the Lubbock locations seem to have no idea what they’re doing, and tend to add tips without customers’ consent. A good lot of Lubbock staff are also just plain rude and will treat you like you’re stupid if you let them know your drink was made incorrectly. Just a few weeks ago, a friend of mine was refused a cup of water with their order. It is the hottest summer on record and that is ridiculous. On top of the Lubbock staff’s lack of care or kindness, the recent change to the rewards system has entirely taken any incentive to choose Dutch for my daily coffee. It already took a lot of orders to get just 250 points; and now it’s 3 points per dollar, as opposed to the previous 5 points per dollar. This shift has taken all remaining reason to go to Dutch Bros. 7Brew has a far better reward system, better drinks, all for better prices. Worst App Ever - BewareDo not use this app! It cannot be trusted! I used the app to add more money to my “Dutch Pass” and then used the app to purchase my coffee since everything has gone mobile since Covid. Over the next 24 hours, my credit card was a charged numerous amounts by Dutch Bros for a total of $1400. I contacted customer service and could not get anyone to answer the phone for three days. I had to eventually contact them through email and was told they were “working on it”. I was told someone would call me back with an update. A couple days later I called customer service and was told they were still working on it and someone would call me back with an update, but that never happened. About a week later I received an email response, “the charges made on your account will need to be disputed with your bank”. Free Drink & Hundreds of Points DISAPPEAREDI had nearly 1000 points in my account. Redeemed a free (any size) drink. When I went to Dutch to redeem the free drink and use more points to get my wife a free drink neither the previously redeemed drink nor the points were in my account anymore. Sent Dutch customer service an e-mail about the issue and the customer service rep basically told me the app shows I never achieved either of these… obviously there’s a bug with the app. Was pretty surprised that Dutch CS would call a loyal (and very polite) customer a liar. My wife and I were both witness to the app deleting a free drink AND my earned points.
