Excellent TeamWhen I first downloaded the app a problem existed with the API key Trak-4 granted me (version 2). After emailing the team they got back to me and helped debug the problem. They ended up pushing a new version with a fix quickly and it fixed my issue. As someone who works in software, I appreciate and respect this level of customer service. DisappointedI set up the API however when the device stops at a location it does not show the address of said location. It allows me to track the asset in real time, which is great however once it stops and I press the icon nothing happens. I need to jump to the site to see the exact address. Kind of defeats the purpose. For private detectives this is a big deal..American CopVersion: 1.5.3
