Numerous times now I’ve tried to download a cartridge and it says “download complete” while on WiFi and via my phone’s data, to find that the cartridge never downloaded.

I learned about the Updated app Wednesday and uploaded it immediately. However it wasn’t until today that we got to use it. We used it in a downtown setting for I think 10 stops. I was in and out of the app 3-4 times so I had to restart the cartridge several times. It worked flawlessly!!! Thanks for putting the time and resources into this new app The above text is right after the updated version was published. This app still works flawlessly for me. I'm very grateful for it and enjoy using it all the time. Thank you T

Played through a Wherigo yesterday and the new app worked flawlessly! I love the new ability to download wherigos in the app. This is soooooo much easier than what it used to be. Please keep adding more updates for Wherigo and keep up the good work Groundspeak!

This app will bring “new life” back to Wherigo. It works so smooth. I love the map view and the easy way to download the cartridges. Now we just need an official builder. Thanks HQ and Nick.

When I try to download a cartridge, it does not work

I went to the first point of a 10 point game and answered the question correctly. I expected further instruction such where point 2 would be. I got nothing. I have no idea what to do next.

It will not let me link my geocaching account, so I can’t even sign in

The app currently is unable to complete login

I have a Wherigo cache on Geocaching and for some reason geocachers are unable to download the cartridge. Who do I contact about this issue?

This is our first experience with Wherigo. The written directions between the Quails on W. Naranja Drive to the statues on W. Tangerine Rd are incorrect.

I’ve now attempted 4 wherigoes and have been unsuccessful 4 times. There won’t be a fifth.

Every time I want to use it will not let me sign in :( user name or password is incorrect will not send me a validation code to get in

Downloaded cartridge but won’t work and won’t quit! Fortunately I’m with someone who has the android Where You Go app which does appear to be working.

Hangs up when it tries to link to geocaching.

New download of whereigo app and the authentication with geocaching goes in circles. Please fix!

I have tried, but when I hit “Agree” to share my geocaching account info, it doesn’t progress past that screen.

Not an easy application to use

For at least a year now, the app has not allowed multiple reverse wherigo cartridges to be downloaded and used at the same time. This is very frustrating lack of functionality as I should be able to have multiple reverse WIGs active at the same time. Having to reload and re-enter info every single time is very frustrating. Hoping that this can be fixed.
