3 yr residentThis app is amazing, convenient. I love the fact that I could put in a maintenance request and go off to work and know that the request will be filled and I don’t have to worry about trying to call the office I could just do it all from the app. I can pay my rent and even renew my lease this app is so much more convenient for me.Version: 14.6.0

Lack of InformationWe don’t get response or way to correspond with maintenance team on Requests for Maintenance. If the item is completed by staff in app, but not actually completed in real time, how do we convey these issues? Would be nice to have feedback box to and from maintenance team. Who should I report to if maintenance closes out requests but doesn’t actually complete..Version: 24.6.1

Garage door & push button panel repair requestSubmitted a request on Sunday evening requiring my garage door and push button access panel be made operational.
