Storyaholic - Short Story Customer Service

There are so many great books on this app, I find myself reading 12-16 hours a day! People who are complaining about ads and rewards, obviously don’t read the rules or how to use the rewards properly. I’ve got an entire library saved, and as soon as I finish one book, I’m off to my saved library to start the next. I’ve even discovered book series, and how to properly store them in order so that I read them in order! I recommend this app to anyone who wants to shut their TV’s and electronics off, and just curl up and enjoy a great book! There is truly something for everyone in this app! In fact, I’ve gotten rid of all my other book reading apps but this and one other!! Suggestion… it would be great to organized the books you’ve already read in the “library tab” so it’s handy to glance at should you choose to reread one, or to share a title with family or friends. I have 5 friends that I suggest books to after I’ve read them! Also, yes people, there might be some typos, but remember there are different cultural and ethnic backgrounds writing these books for us! There way of wording and speaking are not always the same as ours. I’ve gotten to where I can pretty much h figure out which ethnic backgrounds, or country, a book was written in, just from the wording. To me, it makes it that much more exciting!! And if you think it’s easy, try writing your own book. Guarantee it’s a challenge!! I have 3 books I’m waiting for new chapters to finish. Can’t wait!! Thanks so much for such a great app!!❤️

Don’t get me wrong some of the stories are really good but…. The daily pick a card is an absolute joke. 6 cards it always gives 1 voucher, 2 if you watch an ad. There should NEVER be anything under 5 or 10 because to read one chapter for a book it’s at least 20 vouchers or more. And 2nd I shouldn’t have to put a credit or debit card on the account to be able to purchase vouchers. This is one of the only apps that requires a credit or debit card. And another thing is I know I have read a book for longer than 30 min or 60 min or even 90 minutes for the daily thing to tell me that I’m wrong because it can’t seem to calculate the time right. So I can read for 30 minutes and it will tell me that I have read or maybe 15 minutes. I’m very disappointed in this app but I have 2 books that I would like to finish reading at some point in time.

I’m only leaving a five star review for the free 20 points. The stories are good, but it costs way too much to unlock a chapter… And the daily reward “pick a card” thing is rigged. There are six cards in total, and no matter which card I pick, it’s always 2 vouchers… (the lowest reward of them all). How is that statistically possible? There’s a 1 out of 6 chance of choosing the 2 point voucher, and that’s what I get EVERY TIME. The probability of that happening 10 days in a row is almost impossible- there’s nothing random about it. In reality, if you don’t want to spend your real money, then you can read a single chapter maybe once a week because that’s how long it will take to earn that many vouchers. Honest review for this app, 2 stars.

I really hate how I find these stories that I really enjoy but it makes you pay after you reach a certain chapter. Its like it makes you pay right when you start to get hooked and it’s really frustrating. At least with some apps like this there are a lot of daily opportunities to get enough coins to actually continue reading but this one has hardly any. You get like 1 voucher for anything you do. For example, there’s another app that has it so when you watch ads you get like 5 coins each ad and then daily check ins start with four coins and you get more each day as the week goes on. This one gives you one voucher for everything. Kind of disappointed.

I started reading one of the books - I was sucked in via Instagram. subsequently reading all the reviews I believe that I will no longer read anything here. I will finish the book I started; if I can. Based on the reviews that may be extremely difficult. It's just like other pay-to-read apps. It's seems like I will be going back to Galatea. At least the chapters open up after a time frame you just have to wait. i don't want to jump through hoops or pay $9.99 for some vouchers/coins to just get 1-3 chapters. Either they have a monthly fee for the app, and use that to edit and unlock chapters at a time, or just leave it out, because this is ridiculous.

5 stars only for the messily 20 points I get. Other than that compared to the other book app I have y’all charge too much just to unlock a CHAPTER. I brought 100 point to see how far that’ll get me alone with out having to get the bonus points but that only lasted for at most 7 chapters beside the free 2 or 3 chapters given. All I’m saying it stop charging 15+ for just one chapter. Ik that’s how the writers get their pay or whatever but with as many people reading them they should make more then enough. So after reading this chapter of book I’m reading I’m uninstalling this app since I can’t find it online anywhere else. It’ll be one of the many short lived books I’m reading then.

I only got the app for one story I saw on Facebook and it’s a little complicated to use. These apps are just money hungry. Fix the pricing for the chapters or give us better free rewards. We are paying you people after all. Once I finish this book or find it somewhere else this app will be deleted. The creators should really listen to our feedback cause I’m sure more people would join the app and support the authors if apps like this and Dreame weren’t so pricey. We understand the authors have to get paid but you could pay them for the amount of readers they have or simply viewings, im sure that would support them greatly.

Writing this review for the vouchers. I got sucked in by reading a sample on Facebook. I have enjoyed the book but have to agree that the chapters are very short and the cost is grossly expensive. Out of all of the reading apps I have downloaded and read from, this is by far the most expensive. I understand that the authors need paid, BUT I have paid nearly $15 for a book that is not finished. I am not sure if I will finish reading the book because despite that I am really enjoying the book, I am not willing to pay more. I hope that this review can help someone see the truth about this app.

Stories are pretty good, good variety, but daily rewards are a pittance, only 1 voucher daily, 2 if you watch an ad. You can also earn 1 per ad, but since chapter cost 30 on average, you’d spend two hours watching adds to read a chapter that takes 5 minutes to read. I leave several stories unfinished because who has the time to watch that many ads. Money to top off is an option, but this is one of the more expensive apps, when looking at price per coin/voucher/ticket.

Writing to get my vouchers so I can finish what I started. Then I’m not starting anything else. I’m a voracious reader. I tend to buy 5-7 ebooks per week. But those are at $6-$9/book. The cost on this app is ridiculous. For one book, I paid more then twice what I’d spend buying one from Barnes & Noble. And we won’t even TALK about the editing! THEIR instead of THERE. Misspellings. And very adult content connected to very YA writing style. I don’t dislike either one - I’ll read some YA books for enjoyable story content, but in combination it’s highly annoying.

Has some really good books and I don’t want to stop reading, but they give hardly any points daily so it takes days to be able to unlock even one chapter which will last you a couple minutes of reading. The only way you can actually set and enjoy a book is if you spend quite a bit of money to unlock each chapter. Then that process will start all over again when you find a new book you enjoy. Seems to be a app all about making $$$$

They cost soooooo much money to finish a book. The one I got sucked into on a fb ad has already cost me $20 and I’m at like chapter 32 out of over 150! The story starts fast to hook u but then it’s drug out so much to get you to spend more and more money. It’s ridiculous. Ad works okay but I swear it’s going to end up being $50+ to read a book quickly otherwise u need to sign up for the weekly charge and be satisfied with reading less than an hour a day unless u buy coins. It’s stupid.

I am giving it 5 stars to get the free vouchers! This is the most rigged reading app on the planet honestly! It’s way to expensive to actually read anything on it and I’ll be deleting the app after I read the first book! I’d I can ever get enough to finish it! The daily coins you’ll never get over one ivoucher, two of you double it by watching an ad. This is insane cause I still can’t figure out how to even use the ivouchers anyhow! The game wants coins! Good luck if your rich and want to read these stories I guess

I hate having to pay for so many vouchers. You get invested into the story and then all of a sudden you can’t read any more until you buy more vouchers. You think that’s it, and then you have to buy more vouchers!! Even though you are sure you bought enough the last time, but, somehow, they just disappeared. It’s so frustrating. I’ve only started 1 book, and I’m never going to get to finish it because I’m not going to spend any more money on this app.

I give it 4 stars because some of the books are really good, but it costs money after a short while. I am currently stuck on chapter 7 and can’t progress further because I don’t have the money to pay $50 for enough vouchers to finish the next chapter but then it just continues for the rest of the chapters and my book I’m reading has 685 chapters. I’m not forking out thousands of dollars to finish the book. I’ll find it elsewhere.

Only writing 5 stars for the vouchers. Completely annoyed with the prices of chapters. 5 star rating is a scam!! Also the fact that I have to keep writing random sentences until it says it’s a big enough review to make it look like it’s a good app. Making customers write a novel basically to get vouchers for chapters is just ridiculous. Still typing and it won’t let me finish. I hate they get you hooked on a book but then make you jump through hoops to read it.

Stories are good but way too expensive. If I want to unlock the whole book it’d be $70. No book is worth that much. If you ever want to earn more than a point or two from the daily gift I’ll let you know up front it’s not gunna happen. I’ll admit the 4 stars are for the 20 points because I do like the book I’m trying to read and need the points as I can’t afford to pay the ridiculous prices. Stories are good. Really only doing this for the vouchers… the books have great concepts behind them, but poor editing and they’re expensive to read since they charge per chapter instead of per book or something. The story lines get lost with the lack of editing to fix grammatical mistakes and with the few free vouchers you can earn it’ll end up costing over $40 to finish a book… I could honestly buy an entire series for that much in paperback or even online.

I love all the reading apps even if they don’t live me. This particular one is great bc it supports all the ti tiles I was looking for and it’s easy to use. Like all of them you still need to purchase coins if you are not willing to work out the rewards instead. But this app in particular has a lot more ways to earn the coins. What I like most are the settings. This one app is worth more than five other apps. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m just starting to use this app. I got sucked into a story and of course I have to finish it. So, in comparison with other reading apps it does seem as if the free coins/vouchers are on the low side for the amount required to unlock chapters. It’s designed to get you to purchase vouchers. However there is no option for an unlimited reading like other apps. Definitely be aware of what you are getting for your purchase. It would help to know how much you would need to unlock a book completely.

I love reading other new authors that are not discovered as of yet just like myself…..I do get frustrated sometimes when I can not continue reading a book when I get into the characters aggressively because of low funds on my part so I can not continue at that time. Most of the books, actually I have not seen a any that might offer a wait time for the chapters to unlock

Honestly only doing this for the vouchers. After I finish this book I’m on I won’t use the app again. Wayyyyy to expensive to unlock chapters when you could go to a book store or use a library app. If it was like 5 to unlock the whole book even that would be ok. But like to read a whole book is like $50 !!! Not to mention the books aren’t even grammatically correct.

I only gave 5 stars for the points. I really like the book I’m reading, but I can only go so many chapters because we have to pay for everything. I’ve paid for 100 coins several times and I get to read maybe 4 very short chapters. If they didn’t charge so much I’d continue to read more books but once I finish my current book, I will delete the app.

I enjoyed the book I read on this app, but like other apps it costs a lot more than it should. Every chapter for 170 chapters was average of 30 coins. If the author gets some of the money, then I’m okay but if it just goes to the app then not so much. Easy to navigate and does have offers to earn coins instead of buying them. It’s only enough coins for maybe a chapter. Either way I hope the author gets some of the money.

In order to receive 20 measly points there must be 5stars given. Exceedingly expensive to unlock chapters compared to every other app I have. I personally do voice overs for audio books on other apps I make out well and it still isn’t this expensive to read per chapter. It’s disgusting actually. Not to mention the huge failure of something as simple as spellcheck. SMH.

I’m leaving a 5 star review because I want the vouchers. The books are good but I won’t be using the app anymore after I finish the book I’m on. I’m almost 30 dollars in and the book is still going. This is a ridiculous amount to pay for books. Especially when they are on a 3rd party app, unedited and you have to wait for the books to be uploaded in sections.

Has a selection of stories that are not provided anywhere else which is great, but hard to earn to be able to read easily and conveniently. I work at gaining points and slowly opening my chosen future book then read once accomplished. This is not my go to app because of it but still nice to have when needing another book to go too.

I enjoy some of the books, but it’s too expensive with little rewards. Almost all chapters are 30 credits. And they break up normal chapters into more chapters just to get more credits from you. Rewards aren’t great, you get a lot more from other apps. Hopefully they’ll read their reviews and make changes. I’m only writing this for the bonus credits.

Only rating 5 Stars for the points. The stories are really well written for the most part, they just cost way too many vouchers to unlock each chapter, and it’s hard to earn enough free vouchers to matter. If you think about it, it costs about about 5x more $ to read one of these books than it does to just go and purchase one.

Interesting we get 20 points for 5 stars. The app is different than other reading apps, I’m having a hard time navigating it to see how many chapters a book I’m interested in reading has. Seems like there are a few ways to earn points though so that’s a plus. I think offering points for a review should allow it for an honest star rating.

Good stories and plots but little opportunity to read much without paying (way more than you would on Kindle or at a book store for books). There are minimal opportunities for ads or reading credits otherwise; at least compared to the numerous other reading apps. Not sure if I’ll hang in there to finish this story.

I have this and a few other reading apps. I watch my ads daily while doing other things and check in. I read 2-4 chapters each day and then hop to a different app. I’ve had the app over a month and I’ve never purchased coins. I read the free books so I can accumulate vouchers for the ones I want to read. I like it 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s better then some others easy to navigate so far the stories are good and want me reading more

Great app easy to get rewards, the books are dead point in my genre, nothing bad to say here.

Books are great would I like to be able to read more than a few chapters. It takes a few dozen coins to get a chapter, and I don’t think it knows how count since I have work on 30 minutes of reads to get some coins. I have been reading for a few hours now. - 5 stars is a task so I am throwing in everything I hope they can work on since I would love to read more with out spend a bunch of money/ I need a PayPal to pay and get coins however prices are a lot more reasonable than other reading apps.

Updating this to add, I’ve contacted them about the fact I have paid for a few books but they are showing that I have to pay again. They could care less, they only asked if I had a different account. It’s been days since I answered that question and I haven’t heard a peep. They definitely don’t care about their customers. Definitely not a pleased customer and taking my rating to a 1. I love to read a lot! I’ve read a ton of books on here. Some I’ve bought with earned coins, others I’ve paid money for. Love the app. HATE THE UPDATES. First the earning of just one coin a day is cool but when it was random that was so fun and you could earn up to 20 I think. I loved that. The second thing that bothers me is I’ll read for about 2 hours, and go look and see the time I’ve read is still on less than 30 minutes. Another thing I hate Is it tells you that once you’ve paid for a chapter you’ll never be charged for it again….I have a book I know I’ve read the entire thing and it’s asking me to pay for it again…I don’t want to pay for it but I want to read it again. How’s that for annoying! I do love this app, but wish those thing were back to how it was, and that I didn’t have to repay for a book.

Some things busted with a sever or that a programmer can't count or do the math that a 4grader can do or something I have watched 6 ads and they are supposed to be 12 vouchers each but it keeps giving me just one 6x12=72 but I keep getting one so I only got 6 over the last couple of days also I found the story on facebook and it had a deal thing going on that if you did it in 24 hrs you got 30 vouchers so so far I am supposed to have 102 vouchers but I only have 26 something it busted not also including that the reading times are messed up for some reason i would like to finish a story because i cant find it on any other platform theses whole reading apps that only make you either pay real money to read the books and or use vouchers I honestly feel like are a rip off mainly because people are broke it is hard to keep reading just add a timer that takes an hour or 3 hours since 30 vouchers for one chapter long story short math is not right because it shouldn’t take me 3 days for one chapter

This app has a lot of great stories, but is easily expensive. Twice now I’ve purchased a coin pack and my vouchers weren’t credited. I’ve emailed support as it tells you to do, sent pictures of my transactions and still am waiting for a reply. We shall see. Follow Up: 3 days later and I still haven’t been contacted by anyone from this support team. This app is falsely advertising Ivouchers when you recharge. I haven’t been credited one single voucher when charging up for 500icoins +60 vouchers, not ONCE!! A straight scam and rip off because I desperately want to finish this one book that’s stupidly expensive for a single chapter, and at this point I should be given free coins for my already paid for but not credited vouchers. Absolutely ridiculous. Once I’m done with this one story, this app will be deleted and forever forgotten about, as well as negative reviews from me on all social media platforms. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, a complete joke!

This app is expensive to read the the owner of this app also owns other ones. It costs over $100 to read an ebook if you buy coins to read and that went up by 33% when they upped the price of each chapter. You can’t message the help center without downloading another app because they can’t and won’t help you in the app because there isn’t an option to resolve issues in the app. The spelling and frantically errors are horrendous. This app just keeps getting worse and worse. Save your time and don’t download it to just be completely disappointed for a free app book when it’s not. An amateur writer shouldn’t with a book with tons of errors shouldn’t cost over $100 to read when you don’t get a physical copy when physical copies cost under $25 and real professional ebooks most cost under $10. Shame on everyone on the executive team.

I am not a fan because I was Interested in this book called choosing a Slave and it end really really good and I wanted more so when I when I went to continue to book three it took me to another book so I want to comment on why she stopped it their and was she gonna do more books but their was no Arthur notes their was no way of understanding what was happing I could not leave a comment their was nothing so I bough all books thinking it was all one book and I end up paying for two extra books that I had no idea I was getting and I did not understand why it did not explain that to me that it was only one book with also two different books I mean I don’t understand why she did not put those other two books a separate book it threw me off and I was really upset

I downloaded this app because it had 5 stars, so I mistakenly thought it was a great app. Their 5 star rating is a scam. They offer 20 free tickets to anyone who gives them 5 star reviews. If it weren’t for that, there’s no way this app would have more than 1 or 2. Their books are extremely expensive to read. 20 tickets will barely even cover the cost of one chapter, and the chapters are very short. To purchase enough coins to read all the chapters of one of the books I was interested in, it was going to cost me $40! You can earn a certain amount of free tickets each day but to earn enough tickets to read an entire book would probably take months. Also, the stories have so many editing errors and such poor grammar that it can make them a bit confusing to read. If you’re going to charge $40 a book at least pay someone to edit the stories.

After collecting the bonus from the reading time a gift image pops up in top right corner so you can collect an extra forty bonus points, though can only do ten at a time with an hour wait time in between. My problem is any where from two to four times a week after I collect my reading time reward and tap on the gift image to start collecting the forty points it takes me back to the reward page. So I’m repeatedly losing the chance to gain an extra forty bonus points. Did try to contact and explain the problem but the only way to contact them is to download WhatsApp, which I refuse to do. And absolutely ridiculous to force people to download a whole other app to send in comments or complaints. So I’ll be repeatedly posting on here til the make a better way to talk to the company besides WhatsApp.

Edit: Everything was fixed and working great. Now, we’re back to the rewards page not loading. Please fix this issue! December 5th…Yet again more issues. Can’t watch the videos to get coins. It won’t load the page at all. I have spent a lot of money on this app and there’s constantly issues with books locking, chapters being loaded twice and now can’t get rewards yet again. Please fix this! The reading rewards are not working. The chapter’s have gotten really expensive and when you’re not getting the rewards, you have to spend your own money. I have tried app support but there isn’t an app support. I’m about to uninstall the app and lose the money spent on books. It’s frustrating. The rewards have been lowered and now you can’t even get them. What happened?

I do enjoy most of the books I’ve read, but let’s be honest for a moment. It all comes down to money. I do no mind paying for books, I’m an avid reader. I would really just like to purchase the book. Read the book and be done. The thing for me is after buying x amount of coins to read x amount of chapters you spent a considerable amount on a book that hasn’t even been proofread, has all tyoes of errors and sometimes you have to sit for a minute and decipher what the author was actually trying to say. I don’t mind because it shows support but can we just pay for the books already and just get on with it.

I like the selection of books they have and they have a lot of them. It’s just expensive to buy vouchers. And if you login every day you do get some but it’s a mystery of what you’re going to get. It seems you only get a smaller amount. I wish they would do it like all the other apps and each day you login you get a little more voucher. It’s steadily increasing it makes you want to come back the next day to read more. With the system they have here I’m getting very frustrated and even though I love the book I’m reading I’m willing to leave it and go to another app.

I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend this app due to the poor quality customer service. I reached out to their customer service over 2 weeks ago about being charged for coins that I did not receive. Hoping to either be refunded or the purchased coins to be credited to my account. They responded one time, and I sent the information and screenshots they requested. It took them 4 days to respond to my initial message and it has been 9 days since my response. They still have not credited the coins or offered a refund. I enjoyed the stories on the app and how it worked, but I am very disappointed in the customer service. I will update this review if they ever resolve my issue.

Explain to me why I have to pay $9.99 a week but still have to pay $4.99 or more every so many chapters while reading a book???? Why am I limits to only a few chapters a day at $9.99 a week?? This is a complete scam. The book I'm reading is surprisingly good but not good enough to pay a dollar a chapter for it, especially when there are over a hundred chapters. I’m sorry but books, new releases by best selling authors top out at $30 for the book. I am NOT paying more than that from an unpublished author. This is a complete scam. Don’t download it. They don’t bother to explain, when you pay that weekly amount for the app that you also have to pay exorbitant prices for the books.

I was reading a book and purchased coins to read the remaining chapters. You can only receive 1 voucher a day and they expire at f you do t use them. So to gain 20 to unlock the next chapter is impossible. When I opened the book to read, it stated that I had bought the book under a different profile and had to buy it again. I contacted support two weeks ago and they have still yet to contact me back to reinstate the book of give me a credit. Worst customer service.I opened a new chat to see if I can get a response from someone who will actually help.

I’m giving two starts only because even though I love the stories I’ve been having issues with the app for weeks now and I’m not getting any type of response through support. I’ve sent several messages. It won’t let me collect ivouchers, buy more ivouchers, create an account, nothing. All it says is operation failed. Honestly I can’t do anything out side of read the story I’m on and wait for my vouchers I do have to run out before I delete the app. I would hate to start my book over on another app but looks like that’s where I’m at.

I joined because I LOVE Jessica Hall stories- however I am very busy and don’t always have time to read the books so when I’m cleaning, or driving, and even working (when I’m not required to do things that involve my complete and total attention) I listen to her books- unfortunately I am unable to find a forum - none of ireader, Storyaholic or sister apps have the audiobook option. Of the apps that do have her books in audio books ive already read them. :(

I dont recommend this app horrible customer service i had made a total of two purchases my first purchase was fine but when i made my second purchase they charged me double from my card i reached out to them they said that the coins had been credited to my account and couldnt refund yes coins were credited to the account for the purchase but only for the amount made for the purchase and they charged me double i sent them screenshots on how much was purchased and how they charged me double and the dates the purchases were made so i wouldn’t recommend purchases or this app

Watching ads for 1 voucher, really? Then read for 30-90mins, but it doesn't actually give you the reward vouchers?

For 10$ I cannot read the whole book. I’m not close to the middle. It’ll cost more than buying a book. I don’t like at all this app.

You get enough free to get you interested in the story but then the cost to get the continuing chapters is ridiculous! I spent $24 to only get 76 of the 186 chapters of the book I started. Should have the option to purchase the book for a more reasonable price. I want to finish my story but it’s not worth over over $60 at least to finish it. So disappointed!

Pretending to be a free reading app, but costing money or rare, slow-generating, and nearly unattainable in-game currency after the first few chapters is more annoying and greedy than micro transactions in big name video games. Add an advertisement in between every chapter, or require a few ads to be watched before each chapter. You did this new update now everything cost more ivochers it’s a ripoff I’m very upset. Before I would’ve given 5 stars but this update you guys deserve 1 plus so many stories aren’t in English anymore

You can get some free vouchers a day but they aren’t enough to unlock more then maybe 1 chapter a day

If I could give it Zero stars I would Have no problem taking funds off your account. Have a problem giving you the coins and ivouches that your to get. I wanted to read a good book that was started and now I can not. As soon as I get those I use them then delete app. Not worth it

Just another money grab. Why not just sell the whole book instead of chapters. Ridiculous concept. Definitely deleting this app. Sorry i wasted my data downloading in the first place. Why does everyone have to be a scam artist.

The price you have to pay to read a few chapters is ridiculous. There isn’t even an option to buy the entire story. I recommend an app called Galatea - you pay one annual subscription and you can read as much as you want!

I love the stories, but they don’t want to give you other options to “make” money to pay for a chapter. Which can be quite frustrating.

The prices cost to much, like 30 icoins? And watching ads to get more, but it doesn’t actually give you the more, only 1? This is just a waste of time.

Ridiculous pricing and you have to pay with credit card or PayPal? Bye Bye!

Not really happy with the cost of reading these stories. I have a few on the go and can’t find ish them because the price is ridiculous. Way to lure you in and then jack up the price. Guess I’ll never know what happens because I refuse to pay prices asked to finish a book when it costs more than a physical book.

There are a lot of great stories to read but it’s insanely expensive.

I did the math for this one and you can unlock a grand total of one free chapter if you “check in daily” every day for NEARLY TWO WEEKS. So…don’t expect to read a chapter of a story unless you’re willing to wait nearly 2 weeks to unlock a new, free chapter! I definitely wouldn’t pay real money to read a couple chapters of a book, either.

App is easy to use, but vouchers don’t get you any perks other than watching ads. And the tokens are very expensive, for unedited work.

Do not purchase this app. A book will cost u Up to $100 to finish reading. It is so silly. Got hooked in the book and now i can not finish it.

The app has a lot of bugs and glitches

You watch an ad and it says you should earn 12 coins but only end up getting one. Otherwise amazing stories!

I enjoy the books and stories on the app but it will take quite a bit of money to be able to buy these chapters so those of us who do not have extra money to throw at the app will have a lesser experience and everything will take much longer to unlock.
