Full of bugs. Frustrating to use.My apartment complex made the terrible decision to get rid of the old washers and driers that used a charge card for some new GE machines that use this app. Since then it’s been frustration after frustration. Constant issues with app. Whether it be glitches, inability to scan, app responsiveness, lack of price clarity, and simple stuff like failing to send me notifications (yes, I’ve checked multiple times that they are turned on). Right now I’m currently standing next to a GE washer. I put my soap and clothes in. I scanned. What does it tell me? “Please try another machine since this machine is currently in use.” Really!?! The machine that I’m standing next to that isn’t doing anything? The one that no clothes or anything going on with it before I got here? That machine? Amazing. I guess I’ll wait for one of the few remaining old machines to clear up so I can use that. Everyone else here does the same. Old machines are preferred. Clearly the GE app team took their cues from the hardware people. So not only are these brand new machines already having frequent hardware issues (they’re frequently out of order). Can’t get a balance refundZero stars is more like it. I’m forced to load money in $10 increments. My laundry costs $5.50 and I can’t find anyone to help me get a refund for the extra $4.50. I tried chat - no joy. I used the email provided in the app FAQs - permanent error 3 times. Then I called the phone # recommended by the chat person - on the phone for 30 minutes and they have no idea how I can get a refund. All this in addition to the fact that you have to sign up for an account and give your credit card # . I think they take Apple Pay too, can’t remember for sure. I am beyond frustrated over the measly amount of $4.50. All this just so I can do laundry one time at an RV park with an app that I’ll never use again!.DobuviVersion: 51.11

TerribleI have emailed them a few times to have my balance put back on my card. They will not respond. I stayed at a hotel that uses this terrible app. One dryer automatically charges $5 instead of $3. They denied my refunds on that when it’s absolutely their problem. The hotel cannot do anything either. It’s up to GE. So they get an extra $4 for a dryer I had to use twice. It adds time without me choosing. Although it was still the same amount of time as the other one. My $5 balance I’ve lost because they ignore emails. It’s not the hotels responsibility to give refunds. It tells you to email GE. Why??Whose idea was it to complicate laundry with an app that works 10% of the time? I have done countless loads of laundry where the app isn’t working, or I am logged out of my account, or the cycle starts and is canceled halfway through. Then, when I try to get a refund for the cycle that was never completed, my request is denied. I currently have laundry sitting in the washer that is covered in drtergent, and my app won’t open. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it, and nothing will get it to open. I am beyond frustrated with this app. Laundry should NOT be this complicated. Locked out of my account money inaccessibleI went down to do my laundry and put all my clothes in the machine added detergent and I opened the app to find that I was signed out. I put in my account information to sign back in and it said invalid credentials. I hit the reset password link WHICH DOESN’T WORK I did not receive an email to reset the password and now I can’t get back into my account, I can’t wash my clothes, and I can’t get my MONEY BACK that is on my account. Something went wrong…Update: Now, instead of looping me back to a different screen when I try to sign in, the app crashes every single time. It’s sort of difficult to do laundry on machines which require this horrible app when the app crashes every time I select the sign in button. My apartment complex switched to machines which only use the app. Unfortunately for me, no matter how many times I try it won’t let me create an account. Horrible experience, don’t use this scamSpent 5$ trying to wash my clothes, had to do 2 cycles, because the first cycle was cancelled without a reason, tried it a second time, and had the same issue, so I just got them wet and not clean at all. (Each cycle was not even 10mins) Requested a refund yesterday and still didn’t got an answer, and even if the refund is approved I don’t think I will be spending time trying this method again, so the 10$ I had to put on this so called app it’s never going to be used again. ScammyThis is the worst laundry app I’ve ever had to use and it’s the only option where I live. The machines are broken all the time, which sure I understand things break or need fixed ect. TerribleI have made complaint and I request an account balance refund. I was charged 10 dollars to simply use a 2 DOLLAR cycle. And I can’t get the remaining money out that belongs to me. Frustrating to use, feels scammyMy landlord replaced our old washer and dryer that used PayRange with GE units that use Launderday. This app is frustrating to use. The $10 minimum is ridiculous and there is no option to add incremental time to the dryer time. With PayRange you could add 15 minutes for 25 cents, with this app the only option is to pay the full amount for another full cycle. Scammy — agree!A GE machine doesn’t spin the clothes dry ( often need to pay for dryer twice) or the machine fills w/ only 2-3 inches of water (?) so clothes that were never submerged in water come out streaked w soap. This may be building mngr or super’s fault — but when dryer doesn’t dry at all or spin doesn’t work on washing machine— refunds requested via this app are never given. Who is responsible? In my building, the machines are poorly maintained— lint trap screens torn, plastic casings cracked, dryer door doesn’t close — without trying 10-12 times, washing machines lack enough water to wash and then often don’t spin dry— could it be they set so little water for washing clothes to avoid the water left in machine after the final spin? That’s no solution — just a poor work around. I know— this is about the app —not my building’s poor management of the laundry facilities … but the app doesn’t give refunds for things that don’t work. The combo of this issue w the app, the broken equipment, and poor laundry room maintenance make the situation definitely one star — or less.
