Loved the one time purchaseFantastic app! Have used it for several years now. Paid for the full version a while back and just saw it has been removed from the App Store and replaced with a subscription model. Call me old school if you like but I will not pay a subscription to any kind of program. I chose this over the Applied Ballistics Quantum even. However, once this device needs replaced I will find a new app or just run the math myself. It was good while it lasted! I know this is the predominant business model for computer programs now, but I do not agree with it and will not support it. I do not subscribe to any microsoft services and when they fully disallow local accounts then windows will be gone from my life as well. Alternate to StrelokI was previously using Strelok Pro but Apple shut it down so, I searched for an app that was intuitive and easy to use and Chairgun Elite + fits all of the requirements. Wind sock and reticle window 180 deg offNoticed today that when you enter wind direction and then look at the scope reticle page for target hold position, the point of aim is 180 deg out. In other words if wind is blowing right to left, the reticle hold position in the app has your target on the left side of zero. This is 180 deg out. Good ballistics calculator. Horizontal correction is backwards.This app provides a good solution in a clear format. It is fairly intuitive to set up and use. Best ballistic app I’ve triedI have been trying a lot of apps for my .22 LR, which admittedly has some limitations due to the small caliber. Hornady has a great app, but is bias to their brand of course and higher power. This app has an amazing introduction to each section, extensive ballistic library and agnostic to any one manufacturer. OutstandingThis app has everything you’d need and a lot of features are free compared to others. The fact that I can look up my exact ammo and scope out of the box is insane. Super handy when I’m out shooting, this app is awesome. The scope reticle at different distances is a great visualization. I don’t have any Bluetooth wind or speed devices but it looks like you can hook those up via Bluetooth in the app, nuts. This shouldn’t be a subscriptionFunctionally, this seems like a 1-1 clone of Strelok Pro, which I really liked and kept using until I got a new phone. If it was a one-time purchase, I’d gladly pay $10-15 for it, even now that I’ve found out the hard way that paying for something on the App Store doesn’t mean you’ll always be able to download it. Stopped working on a range session ,This app works most times. I was doing a long range shooting day and it started to give me poor dope. I tried rebooting and it went to a white screen of death.
