Love the game! One small issueFirstly, let me say that this game is awesome! I’ve progressed through all of the scenes with fairly minimal difficulty. The scenes are not overly challenging, but incredibly fun to play. You’ll still need to put your thinking cap on, but won’t be pulling your hair out. The only issue I’ve come across is in the Santa scene. There is a number puzzle, where you need to connect each number to the next with as many lines as the number indicates, however the inventory menu does not drop down for me, so I’m unable to see the bottom row of numbers. It allows me to do the puzzle, and I believe I’ve gotten the puzzle correct, however when I do that, rather than allowing me to progress further, the game freezes. I can still click on my inventory, but the rest of the game remains frozen. I’ve started the scene over three times and the same issue arises. This was the first time in any of the Five-BN games that I’ve experienced this. All the Five-BN games I’ve played have been awesome though! Keep up the good work!.RedxispmusVersion: 2.1.9

Giving it a three star rating because I’m on chapter 14/Santa’s House and can’t get past the wooden chest puzzle in the stable. I’ve connected all the rectangles with what seems to be the correct number of lines but the game doesn’t advance. I’ve even found other solutions (with a couple of variations on my original solve) but it remains stuck on that puzzle. Oddly, there is no “?” link for instructions (the first time this feature has been missing in all these titles I’ve played) so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I downloaded the version update of a couple days ago but no change. Even walkthroughs found on line aren’t helpful (yeah I know that’s cheating lol) as they have a completely different layout of the boxes with Roman numerals. One problemI deeply recommend this game it is very addicting!!!! But one thing, The ad watching. I love them all..I love all the games from you guys that I have played.. I think this is the last one for my phone. The only thing that absolutely drives me nuts is the puzzles with things close to the top of the screen. When I try to pull anything down it pulls down my Home Screen. Don’t even get me started on the ones that reset when that happens.. like now I’m on level 12 or mars. I’m trying to move all the sliders to the red line at the top. Every time I try to pull one down i end up pulling down my Home Screen. Soooo frustrating. So this one could have the red line be at the bottom to prevent that. I love this game but I found a glitchIn the Episode Santa’s house, I put the two tokens in the box in the reindeer stall and solved the number puzzle (they were all green), but nothing happens. When I ask for clues, it takes me to the same puzzle, so I know there isn’t anything I am missing. However, there is no way out of the puzzle even after you solve it. Also in the same puzzle, it does not have the typical reset button or question mark for instructions. I figured it out on my own and like I said, I solved the puzzle but nothing happens. Solid gameMeets my standards for a good escape point and click. Good puzzles. Not really any hidden-object stuff (thank you). Genuine F2P (I didn't pay anything). I especially liked that there wasn't anything horrible or scary in it. Spoilers below. In the lab scene I thought things were going to get unpleasant, but you save the werewolf, which is great. And there was no harm to any of the animals for gameplay (e.g. ants, snake, mice, cat). I wish there were more adventure games without violence, death, fear, or dark stuff like curses and evil villains. I hope you'll do some story-format point and click adventures along these lines. Restore?Love this game! Is there a way to restore my old progress?? I played all 29 levels, and only re-downloaded once I saw the highly anticipated new levels were finally added. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find all my progress is deleted. As much as I loved the game, I don’t want to have to replay all the levels I’ve already finished. Love 5 BN GamesTricky Doors is my favorite! The many levels are short enough to keep one’s interest, while not having to search through several scenes to find something I have missed. Some puzzles have a level of difficulty that I enjoy as they make me think through them. I discover what the puzzle is requiring and and what I need to do. Phone screen a bit too smallThe game is right up my alley but I’m struggling a little with the size of the phone screen. There are a few cases where I’ve used a hint and was directed to a location I thought I’d tapped already but perhaps not close enough. And in a few puzzles, I have to tap near the top of the screen a lot and that triggers the phones notifications. I suspect I’d enjoy this more on an iPad but it’s still quite fun with these quirks. Amazingly difficult!I’m usually pretty good at these kinda games and I LOVE Five-BN games and have played many but this one was a tad too hard for me. I found a walk through I used a couple times when I was super stuck. But it got hard pretty quick! And some things you have to get, you can’t even see! And the coins they give you at the beginning of the game are quickly used for clues so when you think you’ve looked in every nook and cranny go do another search before you exhaust your last option of coins unless you intend to buy them. Good game but some problemsI got through all the way to the museum but I get to the cassettes and and it won’t allow me to click on the world war 2 cassette therefore i can’t finish the puzzle i’ve tried everything i deleted, redownload it and it still didn’t work i’ve tried it on both my switch and my phone and it’s not working. Great except for one thingThis is a good app for solving puzzles, however, there is one thing that could make it better. When you open a clue and you get the clue you need from it, it should not let you open it anymore. Great way to pass the timeI downloaded this game (and several others from five-Bn) to keep myself occupied on airline flights. It’s great that you don’t have to be connected to the internet to play. Floating island birds issueTrying to input the number of birds I found and it’s not taking my answers. I counted them and so did my wife. Beautiful graphics nice gameBUT....hints make you spend money or watch wayyyyy too many ads. If you cant figure a puzzle out (untangle rope) 15 coins. That means watch 8 ads! You get 2 coins per ad and sometimes it doesn’t give you the coins. Good game, but . . .Like many other games, some of the puzzles involve colors, arranging colors, etc. I’m color blind so I had to stop playing because I couldn’t solve the puzzle because I can’t differentiate between colors. Picture coloring too small for tablets, smaller touch screen devicesHi Devs, First of all let me express my deepest sympathies to you in the Ukraine. Please be safe and God bless that this horrible war ends soon. Now Bout the game: Mice count is somehow not correct. But the biggest problem is that the picture coloring won’t work on IPAD. As mentioned in one of my Lost Lands reviews, pictures to be colored have to be not that miniature as nobody can fill them correctly on an IPAD or other smaller touch screen device. Please either make the pictures bigger or introduced a zoom or magnifying glass function. Also, please, get these stupid and unplayable “action games” out of the hidden object game. When I would like to play an action game I would download one, but if I download a HOG I don’t want to be bothered with actions, which on a tablet are impossible to win!!!.HoS2019Version: 2.0.4

Can’t back out of scenesI am playing on iPad Pro and keep having to start over because I can’t back out of scenes. There is no back arrow or x to close scenes in order to complete other areas. I found the handle for the well, but can’t back out of the scene to go back to the well, unless I use coins. Even if I start all over, I still will not be able to back out of the scene after finding the well handle. There is no way to back out of the full screen scenes unless I buy coins to use a hint.
