App needs fixUnfortunately, my experience with the TOD app recently has been very disappointing, especially when it comes to watching movies or streaming live matches. There are several recurring issues that seriously affect the quality of the service:
Screen Dimming Bug while watching movies, the screen sometimes remains dim, as if I’ve tapped to pause. It only returns to normal if I fully restart the app.
AirPlay Streaming Problems when casting content to my TV using AirPlay, the stream randomly cuts off for no reason, and again, I have to restart the app to make it work.
Live Streaming Delay on TV when I stream live matches on my phone, everything works fine and in real time. But once I try to AirPlay it to my TV, the stream restarts from the beginning of the match and doesn’t allow me to return to the live moment. On top of that, the delay when streaming on TV can reach up to 2 full minutes, which is completely unacceptable for live sports.
These issues happen far too often and have significantly damaged the overall user experience — especially for a paid service. The worst app I’ve ever usedI subscribed to TOD while I was in Doha, but the moment I traveled outside — even to the UK — the app completely stopped working. No warning, no access, just a bunch of useless error messages .
To make things worse, the support team is completely clueless. They don’t understand the problem, they just keep copy-pasting useless suggestions, and then recommend using a VPN — seriously?! A paid app that only works in one city unless you fake your location?

Unreliable serviceI download the App, used it for 2 months and had problems with watching anything on this platform, whether a EPL football match or any movies. It would work well for a few days, then I would receive an error message that I have reached Maximum number of devices and from that point nothing was working on the App. The only point of contact with the support group is an email ( Not a Phone number or a Chat option!!!), to which I received a few late responses. On a few occasions, after I missed watching my favorite live football game, they replied with a short email message, correcting the problem but the same problem would happen again & again & again… Last few days, before I canceled my subscription, NOBODY from the support group would respond to my emails!!! I do NOT recommend this App to everyone, it’s totally unreliable and frustrating.
Even though I canceled my subscription a week before the renewal, these people charged my account for another monthly fee.
The App is TOTALLY USELESS and customer service is not responsive at all.

Horrible ExperienceI recently subscribed to the SPORTS package, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying the full amount, I have been unable to watch live matches due to constant errors. This issue has persisted for the past three days, and while I have received multiple emails offering reassurance, no actual action has been taken to resolve the problem.
To make matters worse, when I tried to delete my account, I discovered that doing so would result in the loss of all my credits, and I wouldn’t be able to resubscribe. Additionally, the app has an absurd limit on device management, only allowing the removal of one or two devices every 30 days. This restriction makes no sense and adds to the frustration.

App needs workThe app is atrocious, I feel like they should use other streaming apps as examples. When you watch a show, you would think the app will just play the next episode but no it doesn’t (shocking!).
What makes it worse, I use Chromecast to stream episodes on my TV so you would think when you switch between episodes or between sporting events, it would automatically switch when you press the Chromecast icon but you would be very wrong because you need to stop casting your previous show or sporting event before you can cast the new show.
