Friday CardI was forced to get this card. I hate it 100%. I tried to get my money as I do every week, ACCESS DENIED with a sad face and “Feels like Monday” on the same page which IS NOT FUNNY. One of the woman there asked me for my full debit card number. I said “No way, you all are already keeping my money, you’ll probably take my card number and go shopping.” I told her I couldn’t hear her because of all of the people talking in the background. After all of the fees I pay them, you would think they would care and try to resolve my problem. But, no. So I guess I’ll go live off the land eating twigs and berries since Friday Card has my money. If I could give it a negative-0 I would. This app is HORRIBLE!!I would recommend NEVER EVEN TRYING THIS APP. I ordered my card 2 twice never got a card until I ordered a 3rd one and that didn’t even come in for 8-9 days. Now that I finally have the card in hand the activation button on the app is gone and my card is not activated!!! My check got deposited into this account on Feb 3rd and for some reason I can’t transfer my funds at all to any accounts added to this app & I still can’t access my money from Feb 3rd! I have called and emailed them for 3 to 4 weeks now and I keep getting transferred to other people and all of them don’t have a clue how to help me! I’ve asked for supervisors and got hung up on multiple times! I got fed up and had my job switch my direct deposit back to my original bank account. This app without my permission switched my direct deposit back to them 3 times!!!!!! EVEN AFTER I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT! I had to contact my work 4 times to get it switched back to my original bank! This app is extremely frustrating and likes to withhold your money from you! Again it’s now February 18th and I still have NO ACCESS to my check from February 3rd! disgusting. Just not a useful serviceOnly free to transfer to Friday card if you set direct deposit to also go to Friday card. Meaning all my money goes to this new card. There are fees for moving money from your Friday card to your external bank account, and Friday doesn’t seem to allow electronic transfers. Basically if I want to pay my bills, I have to put my money in my external bank account, which still has a fee, or use cash, which is a hassle. Maybe useful as a way to separate spending money from bill money? Even if you used it to do that though, you’d end up paying exorbitant fees, and you’d have little control over how much money went where. Feels like a scam for DailyPay to force you to sign up for their new inferior checking account. I’m just going to stick to the original DailyPay app. I’m only using that because they’re the only payment method offered through my job, the company has lost a lot of respect from me through the broken help-links on the actual daily pay app (ever tried to contact them? Do not bank or use this card companyThere has been multiple issues with me using Friday by DailyPay my purchases has been taken from my transaction history and posting again on a different day as a new transaction which there taking money again from my account this has happened numerous of times. Reported fraudI reported fraud on my card. I asked if I should call the police and have it investigated. I was assured that they would do an internal investigation and I didn’t need to do anything. After waiting a week I was told that I would not be getting my $200 back because everything was legitimate. This was very disappointing being that my card was used at an ATM in a city that I’ve never been to. I think the problem was I still had my card, and it was a skimming incident. I was asked if I wanted to reopen the investigation to which I said yes. They asked me what new information do I have. But I had none because they told me not to do anything and they would do all the investigation themselves. I will be canceling my service with them. Can’t access fundsI have over $250 in my Daily Pay account but when I try to transfer my funds, I keep getting an error message that says failed. I called customer service who advised that they don’t know what the issue is and will have to escalate it. So I don’t know if or when I will be contacted back to get this issue resolved.
