I like the shops at legacy’s system for requesting maintenance requests !I love that I can just submit a simple request at any time, with as much description of the problem as I please. It seems as though these requests submitted are very convenient and also make the large amount of requests, easy to organize for the different wonderful/skilled maintenance staff, each morning. You see them diligently going about their way with their tools and all they may need for any maintenance issue in the apartments each day, and they are quick but thorough on each request assigned to them. I remember that one of my favorite maintenance workers was totally shocked and so humble when I offered him some water !! That was so sweet to me and it goes to show that this staff is used to checking problems off their lists for the residents promptly as they can. Thank you all !.Laris44444Version: 24.6.1

This app don’t helpUnfortunately this app don’t work good as supposed to. The team - management / maintenance don’t care about us tenants. They take days , weeks to show up and fix things when they come . I’m so disappointed, I do have 2 holes in my ceiling that was made to fix a water leak over a month and still there , no one cares or went there to repair. Ridiculous Charge to use AppIf there is a service charge fee for using this app each time you pay rent is ridiculous.
