Great… butListen, this app is great. It’s really helpful as a reminder of what workouts and the weights to them I hit last, and the weekly streak and little panda themed cards at the end of every workout are very motivational. It’s cool to see what parts I hit well, and what I need to improve upon. Also, with such a wide list of workouts in the selection it’s easy to mark off what I did, and if the workout isn’t there, it has a free custom workout feature, which many other apps don’t include. The only problem I have with with the app is marking failures and warmups. It’s such a small feature to not have for free and it’s something that I feel should be free. I understand there need to be a few features blocked to premium, but the marking is so small, yet it would really round out the other free features included with the app..Version: 4.1.5
Really helps!I just downloaded this app as the first recommended workout app when asking ChatGPT for a workout to get visibly bigger. And it has fulfilled the bill very well! It generated a workout plan, which I could modify if I want to, and is pretty easy to log. It definitely keeps me on track better than I would if I had to Think of a workout every time. I do wish that it was a little bit easier to type in how much you lifted after each set. Maybe bigger buttons that don’t move around. And it lets you take progress photos, but I can’t find where to see those photos..Version: 4.1.15
Pretty greatI really enjoy the app but it’s not optimized for smaller screens like the iPhone SE 3 so some stuff kinda clips over and hides some words and images. I like that they recently added cardio workouts but the measurements are in meters and I haven’t found a way to change it like you can do with kilograms to pounds. I’d also like to see them add a cardio option under the add workout button and the option to add pictures for each workout you add so I can take a picture of a machine and add is there instead of it just showing the first letter of the workout. If they added smaller more targeted muscle groups to the app to more focus on body building then I would buy the premium but currently as is I don’t see a reason to pay for the extra features..Version: 3.5.1
Pretty GoodI like seing my progress at the gym but whenever I open the app it asks for updates but I'm not able to on the app store the pop up gets a little annoying but it's tolerable. The ui and social part works amazing, theres not much of a social part other than your friends though since no one follows random people or like your workouts. One thing that would be cool is adding ranks to exercises I feel like the strength score Isn't the most informing so I think that will make it more fun. Great, but one thingI’ve been using this app for a few months now, and I love it to say the least. Love being able to add in workouts, and the idea of badges and streaks, and especially seeing where you have hit visually is really appealing. The only issue is that it doesn’t seem to show on the app what we are hitting unless you do a certain set of volume. I know I hit my forearms like crazy, but even with the isolation I do, I can never get it to show that I worked it on here. I haven’t had a issue with anything else, but in terms of majority of muscles you work, your forearms take in a big factor of activation; even without isolating them like I do..Version: 4.1.6
Great app, butWonderful app, been here since it’s launch not too long ago. My only concern is with the latest patch my weights have halved? So instead of doing total weight in the insert it I have to half it for when I close the section it ends up being double. (Sorry for the confusing explanation). Best fitness app I’veBest fitness app I’ve ever used. The app is built well with the occasional bugs but the tracking system keeps me pushing for bigger and bigger goals, it helps me stay motivated in the gym. Seeing by biceps go to advanced level just makes me want to try so much harder to get elite. I cannot state enough what this does to my motivation in the gym, it keeps me going harder and harder every week. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a little competition.Version: 4.3.3
Great tracking app.Usually I don’t write reviews but I felt like I needed to for this one. This app is probably the best app I have ever used for working out. I really like that not everything is behind a paywall and we don’t need to do anything special to access features like we would on other apps. Great and Unique appI’ve never seen an app like this where you can track your progress in this sense that it doesn’t feel like your “working”. The app is designed great and the layout is very well thought out. I was only able to log the exercise weight in kilos and it would be nice to have the option to switch it to pounds, but that isn’t nearly important enough to take away a well deserved 5 star review..Version: 1.2.0

Kgs -> pounds ?Hi, I saw an add for this app a few days ago on instagram and instantly liked the graphics and downloaded, im just wondering if we can change the weights we add from kg to lbs, I played around for a while but didn’t find anywhere I could switch it from. If that isn’t an option, I would greatly appreciate that we could change it, since I’ve never used kg weights and it’s a hassle to convert and add them. It does the job but has some limitationsI’ve been using this for a month and am just discovering how to customize a program. That said, it takes some exploring to get a full range of its functions. For reasons I can’t understand, they only list a handful of exercises in certain areas (for example, only four options for abs, leaving out common exercises like declined sit-ups on a bench) rather than an exhaustive list of options..Version: 4.3.3
Works great, but just a little inconvenient sometimesI've been using this app for months and it is definitely easy to use and the UI is good too. I only have one complaint: you cannot change the date of a workout. I accidently submitted a workout on a past day and you cannot change the date of that workout and it is just slightly inconvenient Besides that, the app is pretty good.Version: 4.3.0
Love it but sometimes frustrated.I love using this app to track my weight and reps but it realllly glitches sometimes. Lately it has not been logging my workouts on the correct day and no matter how many times to fix it, it won’t budge. Beat Lifting App On the MarketThis is exactly what me and my friends needed. We used to always lift together but now that we’re all in our senior year of highschool or already in college we never get to lift. It’s turning to a big cash grabI’ve used this app for well over a year, and it’s been monumental in helping me reach my goals. However, they recently changed to where you can’t hit “perform again” on past workouts without the unnecessarily expensive premium option, and it’s a huge detriment to the app. I hope they change back, or I might have to find a different way to log my workouts.Version: 4.3.0

When I try to edit workout options, it will allow me to change things, but then won’t resubmit my workout. Great appI’ve been using stronger for 7 months now and it’s haven’t looked back. This is a phenomenal app that keeps me on schedule and helps me track my progress. Default settings odd paid features not worthI uninstalled this app. By default the app has units listed in kg, which is fine. But if you change your settings to lbs it updates all of your previously entered weights. Since I did not feel like re editing all of my previous workouts I just abandoned ship. Best free fitness appBest free fitness app I’ve found. Good for tracking workouts over time and seeing PR’s and such. Surprising as to which workouts are already in the app; there are some very common workouts not included, but you can easily add any. Fun tracking milestones by comparing weight lifted to real-life things. Wish I could create a group with friends without paying for Pro. Maybe 5 people in a group before you need to pay? Just wanna keep logs on friends. Almost think that would create more competition among us and use th app more… No required paywalls to use the app effectively..Version: 3.0.9

Decent basic workout tracking app but TOO MANY ADS!I guess this is on me for having the free version of the app but it becomes UNUSABLE with full-screen advertisements for the subscription that repeatedly pop up while I'm trying to log my workout. It’s okUsed for the past week and really liked it. I was able to figure out a few things on my own but here are my things that made me quit using it. Ai workouts can’t be modified with certain exercises such as cardio. It has a tendency to change my recorded weights, and sometimes forget complete exercises. Cool app but…Need to improve the social group section. When I do multiple workouts in a day, only the first one registers to increase my numbers in the leaderboard volume. One of the best apps ive ever boughtNot only does this app help me track my workouts it gives me a detailed breakdown of my workout, shows me what muscles i need to work on and makes working out and tracking my workouts sorta feel like a video game. And at the end of every workout it shows you how much weight you lifted and gives you real life examples of how much you lifted. just showing me how much i have lifted in a workout has helped me track my progress so much, and its nice to know i lifted the equal of like 3 blue whales tongues..Version: 3.0.9
A must have for intermediate/advanced lifterFound this thing on Tiktok a few months back, at first I was interested by the « fun » this app had to offer so I downloaded it. Then i realized that what made me install this app at the base was top of the iceberg concerning the usefulness of this app. The ability to track your bodyweight, your lifts and to compare them to other people your BW makes this app so necessary it allows you to create custom routine , helps you discover new exercise and even create some that aren’t there. Great way to log workouts+volumeBeen using this app periodically for a few days now, and I can confidently say that it’s amazing, and a great way to track your progress, plus sets and PRs. One downside is that some features are paid, but everything you’re gonna need is free. I really like how you can track volume by using milestones, such as a 60000 lb stone henge slab. Pretty goodPretty good but could be better. Really like the format of the app and how everything works, however with that being said I wish the upgrade worked differently. I have enough monthly expenses as is. I would get the premium version of the app if it was a one time charge say around 20-30$ as I like being able to make preset workouts. Amazing app to track progressIt has all the basic and intermediate workouts that people do and it has the ability to “create” your own workout and add it to your own personalized list. It’s also amazing because there are no ADS ruining the experience with their pop ups and small exit buttons. The aesthetic of the app is also very good with its black and grey monotones. Really good + some suggestionsI think that this app is great for logging your workouts whilst adding some fun milestones into it. Some thing that I would ask for you to add is a timer feature, so that when you start the workout it tracks how long it takes. And maybe a rest timer too for in between sets.
