Reddit user went through 700 Reddit comments and collected ADHD pro-tips. And we created an app because love it.

I thought it was a great change from most advice on the internet which is written by non-ADHD'ers (and it's painfully obvious that it is).
I read through the 700+ comments and paraphrased, merged, and categorized all the tips.

Great AppIt’s a great app with great suggestions and tips. But I really wish it had an option to scroll through the past tips. It doesn’t have to give me a notification more than once a day, but the option to go through the tips whenever I may open the app and have the time to scroll would be helpful. I honestly squirrel out so hard some days that I won’t even receive my previous days tip because I forgot to open the app and then I’ll only get the current days tip. For example, I’ve had the app for over a month and have only a handful of my tips saved because I just haven’t had the time or concentration to open said app that day so I just lose my tip altogether. It’s kind of saddening because they’re all great tips. I just wish there was an option to scroll through the past tips that have been sent to you whether you saved them or not….Version: 1.0.5

A LOT of Advice!Definitely download! I’ve used it for a few months now and have barely seen the same suggestion twice! The categories of the suggestions are listed at the top of the app, but there is no way to click the category or to filter what kind of category suggestions you want to see more of. Doesn’t seem to updated very often, so maybe it’ll be in the next update. 4/5 stars..Version: 1.0.5

Simple.. Yet quite effective!Of all things, who knew just a tiny bit of information such as 1 simple affirmation a day would make such an impact on how I view my disability, myself, and success. 1 simple ADHD life hack a day, that if just one time proved effective over what I’ve been doing then that’s huge to me! Let alone multiples. Now to keep myself focused enough to come back and rehearse them lol. I’m grateful for this app and the support it’s provided me. Lifesaver & Confidence Booster!Unlike Neurotypical folks, I need to see/read/hear something MANY times before it becomes a ‘ Go To’ or becomes an Action to develop a Habit around. I ‘BELIEVE’ that by saving info in an ADHD File I my Cloud, Printing out a copy & pining it to my “L👀K Center” or even flagging a page in a book will cause me to “Re•Visit” these GREAT IDEAS when I’m ready to write them in my Habit Tracker section of my BuJo…. WRONG….. THIS APP is the ONLY WAY THAT WORKS! It is almost Gamified in that it ‘Pops Up’ each day all fresh & new! However, I’ve now developed a routine with a digital list & the “Latest” hack as an entry…. I then review this list at the end of the month and add on to my Habit-Tracker for the next month. THIS APP HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! More than ADDitude Website/Magazine App or any other Specialized App for Neurodivergent folks like me! I’d also like to add that I’m 57 years old…. Best ADHD app!I love all of the tips, the sense of community, the accountability sessions, the webinars… The option for a coach is also great! There are brain hacks, journaling options, and quizzes to make sure the info sticks in your brain. It is very educational, but most importantly, enjoyable! All of the staff are terrific! I definitely get my money’s worth! It’s like having access to a psychologist to talk about ADHD every single day. I have learned so much!.Version: 1.0.5

Fix a bugI really like the app, the tips are great and the daily reminder it’s really convenient, but after a while using it the daily tip doesn’t change so I’m stuck with the same one for several days in a row, I’ve had to delete the app and download it again but all my saved tips doesn’t save. And it frieze again after a while, the app should be fixed but the concept it’s great.Version: 1.0.5

Would love a widgetReally like this App and appreciate the straightforward design, like just open and read the thought for the day. Of course, having adhd means I sometimes forget to do that. Having a widget right on my screen would help immensely in assuring that i actually see it and pay attention to it. Just something for the developers to consider..Version: 1.0.5

Comments/ConcernsGreat app, and great advice and tips! They're really helpful and I love the fact that it has different categories of what the tip is for. BUT after a while any time I'd get a "new" tip it'd be the same one as before. And this continued for a weeks, and never resolved. Love but it freezes ev few monthsAs an ADHD person I truly love this app. We struggle with many things and these tips and tricks are so useful. The downfall is every few months it freezes. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. It is annoying!.Version: 1.0.5
