And their network was 5+. Once we finally could make use of the thing, Wow. To our satisfaction and frankly surprise it well outlived expectations. Basic Security Feature Missing: No Household Sharing?I am extremely disappointed with the Roku Smart Home app. I purchased Roku cameras expecting a modern smart home experience, but it is missing the most fundamental feature offered by almost every other competitor (like Wyze, Nest, or Ring): the ability to share device access with other family members.
Currently, there is no "Invite Guest" or "Home Member" feature. This means that if I want my boyfriend to be able to check the cameras on his own phone, I am forced to give him my primary Roku account email and password. This is an unacceptable security risk. Not only does it expose my billing information and TV account settings, but the app isn't even designed to handle multiple people logged into the same account simultaneously, leading to frequent log-outs and connection errors.
It is ridiculous that in 2026, a "Smart Home" app requires you to share your master login just so a partner or roommate can see a doorbell notification. This makes the system nearly useless for multi-person households. The hardware is decent, but the software is years behind the industry standard.

Motion events audio not synced with videoEvery time I download a recent event video from my ROKU 360 camera, the audio is like 3 seconds behind. It’s very annoying putting the footage in iMovie (any video editor) just to sync the audio, then exporting the fixed version to my cloud. What if I have to recover a dozen video clips all because the motion detection stops seconds short before more motion detection was read? Now I have to download the next video clip and another 10 more all in total to equal only 4 minutes of video all of which have out of sync audio that needs to be fixed simultaneously? I said that like I once did it before… and I did! Really annoying, especially if there’s almost nothing to help sync. The audio is synced when you record from your phone, but what are your chances of looking through the camera and finding suspicious activity in your neighborhood at 4 in the morning on a work night? It annoys me to think that this feels like a simple fix, yet somehow feels like you’re trying to defuse a bomb by cutting one of the 3 wires. Great Features & Easy User InterfaceThis a great interface to control & manage a wide variety of smart home products that you may have regardless of your location at the time from color changing light bulbs, smart locks, smoke sensors, cameras & much much more. This will let you set each name up individually while giving you the extra controls on each one individually. The programs will let you group items together and set them up under an “umbrella” name for example you have 2 color changing bulbs, 1 regular smart bulb, 3 outlets, 2 cameras, and a window sensor that are in the office so you can set them under office. While this even allows you to set up routines with different individual devices (like setting a smart outlet to come on and go off at certain times without you doing anything manually) you can also set up routines for the umbrella name like your office to go off schedules even multiple routines for same umbrella area. The app is easy to use and set up. The products themselves are very easy to setup, maintain, and monitor. The only reason I’m giving this four stars and not five is because we have one color change bulb in the master bedroom (among other products including another color changing bulb) and we have one that goes offline constantly and no it’s not the light or socket etc because I’ve moved that particular one around and it does it anywhere I put it while it’s originally located works just fine with other color changing bulbs. Yes I understand it’s probably just a defective one because I enjoy their products and people will say just return it well it’s too late to return and honestly I shouldn’t have too. When I go to replace some of my devices because I try to rotate out when I purchase new devices like the bulbs, sensors etc then I will chance my rating from a four star to a five star as long as none of them present any irregular or defective features and/or activity. Amazing appI have one major request for the Roku Smart Home app: I wish it allowed me to automatically store recordings on Google Drive or iCloud as they are captured. This feature would make managing saved footage much more convenient and accessible, allowing for better organization and peace of mind knowing that my data is securely backed up in my preferred cloud storage service.
Additionally, I'd love to see an improvement in how camera recordings are viewed within the app. As it stands, the recordings are broken down into short clips ranging from 10-30 seconds each, which makes it challenging to go through a complete continuous recording of events. Having the ability to view these recordings as a continuous stream would greatly enhance the user experience, offering a more seamless way to monitor and review footage without the interruption of navigating between numerous short clips.

Roku smart home alarm systemOver all I’m happy except when the alarm is activated the critical alerts on my phone are not loud enough or long enough to wake me up. Or if I’m driving I’m pretty sure I won’t hear it. Haven’t tried blue tooth yet in car. There needs to be some kind of alarm sound or even a telephone ring to get your attention. Think about it, if I’m out of town and someone breaks into my home, I have an alarm system that doesn’t get my attention and the burglary goes unnoticed, what good is it. The more i think about that the more I think I should have given it a 3. I don’t plan on getting moonlight. Everything else is working fine but can’t give it 5 stars until this is addressed. Amazing valueLove the indoor cams. Just make sure ur using a residential wifi to have the best experience but I have been using my phones wifi and so far with t mobile I’ve had few problems.
1. The device triggers to record a short clip of motion detected sometimes will not play the short clip but just a picture of nothing unusual unless the person or ect moves really fast past the cameras but it worked find for a week then now it doesn’t record clips for me anymore.
2. I have 3 indoor cameras and I keep the indoor one facing the living room off while I’m home so I get better quality picture on the 2 facing out the windows

Would give five stars but..Hello Roku I think you’re cameras are a great addition to protect my belongings and home and the quality is great! However I did notice that your recent update has decreased the quality a quite a lot. for one I’m not able to change the quality to HD neither am I able to sync my cameras anymore and because of that my videos etc doesn’t look that good compared to before. I’ve also noticed that my cameras are no longer efficient recording certain events. I use the advanced setting were only certain things can be recorded, I’ve turned off everything but Person and Pets but it still records a stationed vehicle in the background + laundry swaying on the line mistaking them for a person. Not a bad app but there are obviously connectivity issuesIt’s all through the reviews and online. Too many connectivity issues. I have 6 smart bulbs. I set them up all through a 2.4ghz network as stated. I had to do this with loT onboarding through my internet app. 6 bulbs, 3 show as connected in the Roku app, 3 are showing offline, however my home internet shows all 6 bulbs online. I trust the Plume app more as it always shows the newest connected device on the top of the list and it updates constantly to show current connected devices. The bulbs all show one after another further down the list as “online since yesterday” which in this case was about 22 hours ago. Roku app has a disconnect somewhere and shows 3 of those 6 offline. Just updated the Roku app today and will reset those bulbs to see if it fixes it. But I’ve also reset the bulbs already about 5 times in a week. Not fun..MikeStanek1Version: 3.3.10
Great app and camerasI love the cameras, but I wish the bitrate was higher. I also want to suggest a feature. I would like to rearrange my cameras when looking in the list of them. This way I can make them more sequential and less random. Making it easier and faster to select the camera I’m looking for or track something from camera to camera and room to room. The only option right now is to delete all my cameras and add them back in a specific order. If you ever want to add more you’ll have to do it again. For example I want my camera at the front door to be at the top, the one in the middle of the house in the middle, and the one at the back door at the end of the list. Roku camerasAfter the recent update it keeps freezing on my Tv that I use to monitor my house and be aware of my family’s surroundings. It essentially makes the system Useless when we are home. I have called Roku customer service literally four or five times usually they say they’re gonna call back. They never do and my problem is still unresolved. Will We Ever Have Widgets??I have been using this app since 2023 when I got my first set of roku light bulbs. I love the ability to be able to change the color and turn them on and off via my phone. What i would love even MORE, is if they finally added WIDGETS!!!! It’s gotten way worse!!!Idk what you all did with this update but the speaking doesn’t come through like it used to. There is barely any volume out of the cameras when 3 days ago they worked fine. Love this cameraLove this camera. Pictures are so clear and I love that it records everything. I had money that was missing out of my safe and was suspicious of somebody that lived in my home, and the camera works great. The only thing I did not like is that it pars with a Roku TV. The person that I was suspicious of has a Roku TV and because he was living in the house it’s under my Internet, so when the camera came on it popped up on his TV set. Functions.You get what you pay for… i have had to use screen record because it keeps saying download failed.. whatever, i needed several clips anyway. Also, i have tried viewing the clips via sd card and for them to claim continuous recording is very misleading, its continuous recording of 1 minute intervals… donyou know how many minutes are in a day?? Also it automatically titles the clips by date and when viewing on a computer it puts the numbers in numerical order… so the 10th will be placed after the 1st.
Also, on the app, its rare to have two clips recorded simultaneously.. for example i needed the kitchen and the living room… but only had one clip from the kitchen..

WELLLL Worth the $$$, But....I've had my living room Roku Camera for a little over a year & loved it so much, I decided to get the door doorbell camera!
Everything works PERFECTLY with both cameras! The images/videos are crystal clear, I can talk through both of them, Set off alarms & more!
My ONLY issue is with the app.... For whatever reason, when I go to the events tab in the app & want to watch videos that were taken by the door bell, it'll open the video but then never play... & if I want to try downloading that same video (in attempt to be able to watch it), it it won't work at all & says "download failed" ...
I tried clearing the cache on the app, but that didnt work. The only thing that DID work, was uninstalling the app & redownloading it... which is just a pain in the tail to do bc then it's gotta reconnect to all my cameras.

The app team could write a library and make smart home routines accessible within shortcuts app. This would fully integrate the software with iOS and truly give Roku a leg up on the competition.
#3. Roku offers great lighting, power, and security systems - but does not offer any sort of dedicated light switch or control unit. I would love to have a proper light switch that offered physical interaction with the smart home. You should offer a smart light switch, possibly with programmable buttons that correspond to the in-app routines.

Updated and now Alexa doesn’t workDid the most recent update and now my Alexa can’t control the plugs at all. Just get “server unresponsive”. Tried disabling the skill, tried deleting all plugs and re-adding them on both this app and the Alexa app. Tried unplugging all of them. Control works great from this app, too bad I don’t want to control my stuff from my phone. Don’t advertise as compatible with Alexa then push updates that breaks that…

Indoor/Outdoor Security CamerasThe security cameras are trash! The app doesn’t even provide video playback recordings for the full trial period. The app freezes when trying to review notifications of motion causing me to have to leave the app and re-enter it to view playbacks. The only thing I’m getting are grainy still shots of the motion now, no video before trial period ended! One of the cameras quit working momentarily because the power cord had gotten too hot a few days after purchasing and set up. It wouldn’t allow me to view any recordings or live video. I had to call out of state and ask the individual in the home where it’s set up to unplug it and plug back in which is when I was told the cord was running hot. Imagine if no human had been there to unplug it!??! I don’t see myself purchasing any monthly plan because the recording is not reliable. The only thing is reliable are motion notifications even if it’s just lights and live streaming in which the latter is reliable when it feels like app making a connection to the cameras. The audio is pretty clear, that’s about all that’s really good and the picture quality in live mode isn’t too bad, again once it gets a good connection in which the home has fiber optic internet. I’ve used all the wireless security camera brands such as Eufy and Wyze over the years and wouldn’t recommend this brand of so-called “security” cameras. It’s cheap garbage and a good waste of money! Try a different brand/ unsatisfiedI purchased the Roku cameras and app close to a year ago. I wanted them to keep track of my pets and for security reasons. When I purchased them and set them up the app would capture “events” and clip a short video of said “event” that I could look back at later. A couple months ago I realized that my app no longer captured video clips of events and now would only give you a picture clip of the “event” which isn't very useful since you can't see what's going on. A couple weeks pass and then I realized that now Roku does not even capture a picture clip of the event, instead it will only send you a notification of activity (that is only if you notifications active). - Now in order to get video clips or photos of what happened you will have to subscribe and pay a monthly fee for it. Roku never notified anyone about this change and ai find it to be very unprofessional. - Roku cameras to me seem completely useless now because if I don't have time to check the app right away I will have no clue what happened or what the event was, therefor if you want to use these cameras for security they will be useless unless you want to sign up for their subscription. Costs me time and money with lost footageI bought multiple cameras and their server only saves for 14 days. I need every event comprised of every minute broken into events of 10/seconds to a minute of every day of every week to be saved from Roku smart servers to my iCloud to be able to access every event in months to come- I am clicking each event manually to upload to my iCloud which I paid for lots of storage to do so- there is not enough time in a day to do that for every minute of every day for 365 days in a year. I have lost over half of all events because of this. Each event lost is potential income for me so is costing me over $50,000 this year and residual income in the future so in the end can end up with me losing a million in income! Also, if lots of people are here and in 2 months or longer something is noticed missing then a person cannot go back to view who what and when! Not everyone is having an intruder rob the whole place, but a few things and if don’t notice right away within that 14 days, then no clue who and when. Tech support said I can’t have it auto synced to my iCloud or google drive, but have to save each individually or buy so cards ( which saving every event for 365 days in 30 second intervals for every minute of those days is not a reasonable solution and then family cannot access it or myself from anywhere without taking tons of sod cards with me and I pads don’t have a sad card slot to view them on anyhow)! Still not working like it used toThey corrected the notification share, but I have been keeping track of my recordings and I still have large gaps missing in my recordings as well as the timestamps being completely wrong. It will say that some recordings are from 3 AM when they were really from 9 PM. This makes it very difficult as I specifically got an annual subscription with them to monitor my house and my pets in case of any issues I can trace it back to who it was. But now everything is not how it should be. One step forward 2 back…I was so excited to get the store now from Roku and its features to be integrated into the Roku TV and pop-up if the doorbell button was pushed… Got it set up only to find out that if I wanted to have it on multiple TVs with different accounts that was not gonna be a reality. Recently I have been having the subscription which I no longer need the sad cards but every time there is an update or just out of nowhere everything gets messed up. I saw my settings became reset. I had the Roku logo off and somehow it came back on, I wasn’t recording sound and it changed to record sound. Time and the rotation were also reset. I keep having problems with the recordings. Recordings sometimes don’t show or become a photo shot. I keep getting gaps in the recordings and sometimes the cameras don’t record anything at all some days and not showing anything in the events. I have a camera that keeps disconnecting out of nowhere and today I saw that my subscription (which it’s still active and renews every month )is saying I don’t have any subscription when I click on the subscription tab. Problems since upgrade**update 8/14** i see multiple supposed fixed in the last month but no real change in functionality. The cameras are not recording appropriately. Playback freezes if I try to turn to full screen view. No “graying” of vídeos already watched in the event recordings. Alerts are inaccurate and mostly absent. Cannot zoom easily on cameras. Please remove the red “live” box at top corner as it blocks view So many glitches since the upgrade… there have been no push notifications. All of the camera settings reset without warning to turn off my notifications so I had to change them back. Even with the push notifications toggled on, they do not come through. The cameras take a long time to load when trying to view real time. The event page struggles to load all of the thumbnails, then does not show which recordings you have viewed after viewing them. When watching recordings, if I try to view in full screen, the video gets stuck, then if I go back to the initial view, the whole video is stuck. Have to go back to the events listing and start over. I should have waitedI love my ROKU streaming devices and was excited to learn about their home monitoring system. I should have waited until the kinks were worked out before buying for my home. The cost for the monitoring system & price if you want professional monitoring is awesome. They system hub being strong enough to connect with all sensors is weak/not good/and frustrating. Even sensors closest to the hub go offline so it’s more than sensors distance from the hub. Customer service is the worst. I reached out for assistance & continued to get canned & automatic responses that promise to follow up and haven’t to date (been a week). Update: I was told my various sensors being offline is not normal and someone would be contacting me. To date I still have not been contacted. I have requested a refund if my system sensor issues cannot be fixed. That has also been ignored, as well

ReviewI set the cameras up during the hurricane and have experienced issues I attributed to the storm. Finally got service back after a few weeks. They glitch, take a while to load, miss movement, etc. Cameras stopped recording about a week ago and only snap photos which isn’t helpful because they are blurry blobs which won’t be helpful in the event that a stranger is at my front door stealing something. I reached out to customer support and though they were kind they weren’t very helpful. I kept getting passed along to the next tier of support after what felt like minimal effort (describe the issue multiple times, unplug and plug back in, send a video log from a camera and not answer me the 2x I asked what it was for, etc.). Then I finally get an email saying the issue is that I don’t have a subscription. That seems as though it could’ve been resolved day 1. I want to love Roku. My family uses Roku and the cameras were a suggestion from a family member over using ring. I can’t say I’m super impressed so far, unfortunately..BambalambawambVersion: 3.1.1
AudioI can hear peoples voices. I can’t understand what they are saying. But I catch a word here and there.
The oddest part is it appears that they can hear me even if the speak feature isn’t on.
Now before u think I’m delusional I have had other people, friends and family listen with me sometimes. And they to hear it, and can see a type of interaction. So whatever it is, it’s definitely real. Now the crazy part is that it seems to be a person I know. And where I live my closest neighbors are through very dense forest and vines. Not just that. The volume of the “voices” never changes due to the placement of the floodlight camera. Even when I bring the camera inside after wiring it safely to the female end of an extension cord. Actually I hear them better when there’s no birds and bugs making noise.
Well I’m gonna give 5 stars because other than the anomaly or the possibility of being spayed on, I’m happy with the product. As scripted as that may sound.

Waste of moneyI had written two previous reviews, but they must’ve been removed because someone wasn’t happy with my feedback.
I have had these cameras for a couple months now, and before I bought the subscription, I wasn’t having issues with video playback. Now that I’ve spent $100 on a yearly subscription, these cameras have become useless.
Every time I go to play a motion clip, the video is never saved so I can’t view any motion videos. It’s really awesome when I live in a medium-high crime area and stuff is happening right out front of my home, and I can’t give my videos to the cops because the motion clips don’t save to the cloud.
Roku support tells people they should move their cameras closer to their Wi-Fi router or click out of the video and click back in it and that should work. Maybe the solution should be to fix your product instead of blaming it on user error. Make better cameras and fix the app. What good is a camera if I have to practically have it sitting on top of my Wi-Fi router for it to work?
Clicking out of a motion clip and clicking back onto it does not work. Restarting the cameras does not work. Shutting down the app does not work. If a video is not saved to the cloud, because these cameras are crap, clicking back into the video isn’t going to work. My experienceI don’t usually write reviews for anything but my experience with this app and my product, Roku battery outdoor camera SE, was such a terrible experience that I had to. From the moment I purchased my new product and download this app I am immediately hit with many problems. My product worked for the first hour or so and then it turned off and wouldn’t turn back on for the next several house. Nothing in the instructions, that it came with, offered any sort of help in this matter.
For the people experiencing this issue, apparently the tiny hole next to the charging port is a reset button, it worked for me. However, nothing on roku’s app, or support service speak of this at all.
From the start the, even before my product shut off and wouldn’t power back on, I couldn’t view the live stream from my camera, I could view the recoding of motions that it picked up… well (sometimes) this issue is still present for me even at this time.
The app frequently loses connection to the camera even when it’s right next to it. Changing settings almost never works and if it does is, followed by a messaging claiming it couldn’t process the request. Reviewing your recorded footage, is an absolute mess, with delayed timing pausing and starting and the pause button and start button disappearing from time to time.
Please do not purchase Roku products and this will save you from wasting an entire night trying to frustratingly troubleshoot seamlessly unfixable problems. Do not recommend and will not be purchasing Roku products any further.RyanwhtkrVersion: 3.3.5
Unhappy customersSo I bought these cameras and have had them a long time and never had to pay for a subscription to see my videos or pictures that have been taken on the camera! And for your consumer to go from not paying a subscription to paying one makes you lose more customers! Completely unreliable. I’ve been messing with my phone and its settings thinking something was wrong with my phone. I tried everything. Uninstalling the app. Reinstalling. Resetting the cameras. Resetting my router. Making sure everything was up to date. I use one camera as a baby monitor and another one for the front door. Ever since last update, I guess, sooooo many problems. Can’t hear anything. Constantly having to reconnect. Video recording is a joke. Under events, some videos say 45 minutes? But when you go to play it nothing happens. Now videos are only 3-4 seconds long. Super odd and extremely annoying. I’ve had these camera for about a year and they were perfect, now they are useless. If no fix soon, I’ll go with something else. Shouldn’t have these problems at all when it comes to security and safety. That’s why most people have cameras, right? Not goodI’ve used Roku products since the very beginning of Roku. This has been the worst experience. From customer service to the products themselves.
Outdoor battery cameras are supposed to have 6 months charge. Only if you don’t use them. If you actually use them for surveillance and security, the batteries won’t last 2 weeks.
Mobile app doesn’t give notifications when they should, sometimes when they shouldn’t. Difficult to set up and get kinks worked out.
The ‘rules’ to have shortcuts for home/away settings conflict and have a mind of their own. I never know if I’m actually going to get anything to work.
Worst of all, the cameras lose signal constantly. I’m in a small home. My wifi has been perfect. These cameras drop off constantly. I have had to restart, power off/on, unplug so many times just to be able to view it’s insane.
They are slow to load so even when I get a notification someone is outside, I don’t get to see who or why waiting for the camera to load. The whole event is over before I know what’s going on. So essentially, I bought surveillance/security cameras and have got neither! I’ve had to upgrade my internet just to keep these doing their job, so I’ve paid for them and having to keep paying every month. Very, very disappointed!

App keeps crashingWe use this app to control the lights in our bedroom, and we used to use it for our bathroom as well. However, our bathroom light got disconnected, and reconnecting it was a hassle. The app is also slow to use and crashes a lot. Eventually we decided it was easier to use a regular bulb with a dimmer switch instead of the smart bulb. We liked the sunset and sunrise feature for our bedroom lights, but the app would often crash more than once in the process of trying to adjust the lighting, and adjusting the sunset/sunrise schedule was long and tedious, because of the loading time and crashes. Also, if the app decides not to work, and our lights are stuck on a very dim mode, we have no way to adjust them. Roku got greedy!Recent updates find me angry at after several years and 8 cameras installed and posting great feedback, I can no longer get any more notifications in the app and no events logged making them useless for anything except live viewing. After 35 years designing high tech video systems for airports, seaports, military installations and government agencies, I thought I had finally found a stable home security camera solution. Now after installing and fine tuning it, unless I want to pay for a subscription and have my video potentially compromised I’m out all of my investment. Very disappointed in this app and many others who have opted to line their pockets at user expense. I will be removing everything and be shopping for a new solution ASAP. This app used to be good. Update ruined it. Terrible now.I seriously loved these cameras and app when I first got them. But then they updated the app a few months ago and it’s been nothing but problems since. Some events don’t record, or they will record 1000 hours and 47 minutes and freeze within the first two. And it will happen in the most inconvenient times. UnreliableFor an app that’s supposed to be security focused, it’s completely unreliable. I’ve had to reinstall the app several times due to something no longer working. Could be it doesn’t play back video from one of the cameras, alarm controls don’t work anymore, or no function works at all.
Biggest issue is with cameras not recording sometimes and/or footage not playing back. Extremely inconvenient especially when something is time sensitive. The alarm control buttons rarely ever show the actual state of the alarm. Meaning often it doesn’t disarm when it should.
When it works it works great but there’s a lot of bugs that create unreliability, which is a security weakness. Works for apartments but definitely looking forward to using a reliable system and app in the future..Ridgewayer25Version: 3.4.0
Not reliableWe’ve had several occurrences such as theft from our yard and theft of our packages and countless other times, that the cameras did not record or capture. Maybe one sent a notification but the others captured nothing even though it should have. If you click on the notification it no longer records so if you needed to go back to save that interaction too bad you can’t. For every purpose you’d want a camera, these cameras will fail you, but they will tell you all day long minute after minute of a tree in your yard blowing in the wind. Subscribe or elseI understand that subscription models are what make the world go round, but I was promised certain features with just buying the cameras. I can’t use micro sd cards to save recordings: I’ve tried 3 different brands and tried different card sizes and types but none work and support won’t help. So I would depend on the picture stills in the apps anytime an “event” happened. Now that’s gone too. I still get the notifications that an event happened, but if I don’t click that notification, then there is no picture stills or proof that anything happened. So now, I only get live feeds and even that has downgraded to where I can only receive sd picture, even though the box promised hd and I was getting hd before the last update. TERRIBLE UPDATE RUINED APPThe most recent update absolutely ruined this app. I paid for a year of multiple cameras (plus) and I am running out of patience after one month of use. Roku has turned very shady...Now just like the recent tv update you could not opt out of, would actually render the tv unusable. They have done the same to their branded cameras. Cameras updated without a way to stay on current firmware and has removed features and broken many things. Removed option to change video resolutions, broken pinch to zoom feature and cameras disconnecting from the app every few minutes. It is very worrisome these large company's can get away with these things. I've had the cameras and app for over a year and everything mostly worked great. Also to note have sent several emails to tech support and customer support with zero response, going on three weeks now. UnstableThis product has never been flawless, but in the past two months (october’25) the smart home cams have become super unstable, you can not get a live image, the detection has become overly sensitive to the point any shadow or shimmer of light or led headlight beams trigger an alert. The cameras are so unstable it takes numerous attempts to try to change settings and “rules” to try to compensate for the new extreme sensitivity. Even the Home Screen showing which devices are on is sometimes incorrect. The customer support is useless, reading from a limited script by non-English speakers, who strictly blame your WiFi or internet connection even when you know your internet is the fastest available and your WiFi is strong. Greedy Roku! Never use your products again!I Purchased two cameras at Walmart but returning them very soon. I disappointed by Roku because I cannot playback recorded videos from SD card on Roku app. The only option to playback recorded videos I have to pull out the SD cards and insert them in the computer. Roku you are failed…! Over the years I used a lot of Roku products and always giving them good ratings but not this one. I have camera made by Zmodo and Mercury anytime I can playback them recorded videos from SD card without any subscription on their apps. I got hung up onI was calling in to get assistance with new WI-fi and the app would not simply let me delete old internet information to new internet information have not been able to control devices in over a month as the app does not allow you to change in any way. Called support and got hung up on when I am asking for a simple solution as to why I cannot update my new internet connection now I was asked to delete my app and now I’m not able to download app back on my phone to control devices this stuff is trash!
