As a leg amputeeAs a person who is a full leg amputee, still isolating from COVID due to to my own body, and having led a totally sedentary lifestyle since 2021 I need to lose weight and get my strength back. I used to work out daily for 3-4 hours a day at the gym but cannot seem to do much of anything anymore and finding an at home program I’d stick with seemed impossible but I am loving this one. I knew I needed to start simple and slowly build up and this program does just that, there is a woman on the screen to watch the whole time and there’s 30seconds of rest in between each exercise ….exercises started out with simple ease of movement and just a couple of exercises I stayed with it because of that. I’m just two weeks in but I’m already sleeping better, have a tad more oomph. The program allows me to see the exercises for that day before starting if I choose to do so. The program allows me to assess how I feel afterwards too which makes me have to process what I accomplished. I admit I’m so out of shape after the 4th day of arms I took 2 days off but that was all and that was due to my back which all my lumbar are osteoporotic and stretching my arms stretched my back but that’s just me. I highly recommend this for any one of any age if you can’t progress beyond a certain point you can redo all the previous exercises until you can….making this the most versatile program for me at least. Thank you!Lazy fit is a workout even a beginner can do! I have made it part of my daily routine and have lost over 60lbs so far! I have changed my diet and love my workout time! I love it because it is the perfect it works! It also does not take up a lot of time. The only thing I would like to see changed is the ability to keep your favorites for use even when you move on to a new plan. I have a favorite I like to warm up with every time however, when I move on to a new plan it makes me wait until I get to that number in order to use it. I am very happy with this app! My best friend also down loaded it after she saw my results! At first I couldn’t notice any results but already at week two I could feel it in my abs. Then I could tell I felt like the exercises were getting easier and I could move better. Now I don’t go a day without it sometimes if I have time I do 3-6 throughout the day. LazyFit AppThough walking 5-10 miles per day has always my main motivation for daily exercise, this year things changed because the allergy season was WAY more severe; I was very lethargic due to a history with sarcoidosis. Even going to the health club has been a challenge because I just haven’t breathed as well the past few months. Since my lung volume cannot handle the allergens in the air, I had to take a few months hiatus walking outdoors. However, when I saw an advertisement on IG for LazyFit with the ‘chair yoga’ 28 day challenge, I was immediately intrigued but skeptical as well. However, I’m 59 years old and thought about it twice; what did I have to lose? Suddenly I’m back to 3 minute routinesI picked a chair exercise plan. It is more stretching than anything else. But I thought it would get to be more exercise as the days went by. Today I did the 20th day of my plan for chair exercises. But when I went into the app, it came up as day 1 of a mat exercise plan. I went in and changed back to chair exercises, hoping I’d get back to where I was. In order to move leave this screen, I had to agree to change the days from my old plan (mat exercises, which I never did) to day one of my “new” plan. Nevertheless, the app then took me to day 20 of the the chair exercises plan I have been following. But when I finished, the app set me up for day 2 for tomorrow’s plan and I am back to a 3 minute exercise routine. I don’t feel this app is improving my overall fitness and I wish I could get my money back. The 7 day trial is worthless and doesn’t really let you know how the app works…although after 20 days, I’m not sure how the app works as I didn’t choose mat exercises. Update: From 3 stars to 4. The customer service provided the the staff of this app is excellent. They let me know that an update was due. After the update, I was still at day 2, but by the next day, I was back at day 21. Lazy fitI love this. I think I’ve only missed 3 days since I started and a change in my schedule made it difficult. Keep up the good work. I was kidding about the power outage changing the beeps but it did happen on the same day. I hope you change them back. April 5, 26 I love your site. I tried to figure out a tai chai one that said it was free to seniors over 50 and then the next day said it was free for everyone but when I answered all their questions and got to the end they gave me what it was going to cost. I don’t understand and I can’t find a place to contact them so I just left. I had not given them any information like name, address, or anything related to payments but they did ask for my age which I gave them as 82 so it’s not like they could mistake me for younger I gained 5 pounds and I want to lose it so my clothes will fit. You guys are my friends and I realize that’s just how I feel . I still love this. I noticed 3 new exercises yesterday. I still have not seen the physical therapist that the Dr. wants me to see but I had an MRI yesterday. I read the info for the physical therapist and it looks pretty rugged. I hope it helps. Best workout app by farI love this app! I'm out of shape and I often get dizzy when I do any kind of standing exercise so this is perfect for me! It's extremely quick and easy, with options for longer or more strenuous workouts if you want. There are a lot of features you can modify and I'm constantly finding new workouts, stretching techniques and yoga, all sitting or laying down so anyone can do them and get results! I do the day by day chair exercises (less than 10 minutes) the app suggests but usually I do multiple sets. When I've done exercise by myself in the past I haven't seen much results & usually get discouraged and quit, but I love how the app tells you exactly what to do, but gives you options to personalize your workout. I was in a TERRIBLE car accident and was severely injured, so most workouts I've tried have been painful, but this app let's you specify what injuries you've had and modifies your workout plan to help you get results without any pain! Using for almost 1 yearI have been using this app for almost one year. I love it because the exercises that they select for me every 28 days are just perfect for me and very effective. The best part is that it is less than 10 minutes per day yet people notice and comment on the fitness of my body. You can repeat your daily plan as many times as you want to but I do it only once and still achieve my goals. There is absolutely no excuse to skip a daily routine which is less than 10 minutes per day of your day. This is a well kept secret that I try to share with anyone who asks me. I just which they were disciplined enough to follow through with it. I believe some think that 10 minutes per day could never be effective and opt for something longer which they fail to maintain. Lazy Fit Has Made a Huge DifferenceI decided last January to be proactive on a daily basis with an exercise program that I could do at home before getting my day started. Little did I know that Lazy Fit would be the perfect fit! I was overweight and lacking full mobility. The bed exercises in your own home, no gym, no getting ready for gym, no driving, perfect! I realized soon the exercises were actually working my core and moving body parts daily that normally were given no attention. I’ve lost a substantial amount of weight and my mobility has improved 100%. I no longer camouflage my outfits before leaving the house, I just go. Perfect Program!!I truly love this app! I’m really trying to get my body moving again and lose a lot of weight. I have had a lot of heart problems and I will die if I don’t get going! Great Entry level and advancing options.I looked at a lot of different apps and even tried a couple during the trial but canceled them. This one had a lot of users and a high rating so I gave it a try. I love the fact that you can customize your workout plan based on your own body and ability. It has pleasant music while you do the work out. After about a couple of weeks, I was ready to advance. I had the vast flexibility to do as much as little as I wanted to advance. I highly recommend and the price is great! I am 66 years old, in good health, and out of shape. I’m not trying to be buff, but I can already see results in the way I get up from a sitting position on the floor to being able to stand from a seated position much easier than before.. Are my opinionI think lazy fit is a good program people who can motivate themselves. I think it is a good resource and can help something to reach their goals. To be fair I think I picked a program that might’ve been too slow for me. I guess that’s why I wasn’t too motivated to stay with it. I am one of those people who like to break a sweat. Keep in mind I might choose from program for me however, I’m going to give it another month and see what it does for me. Sometimes when you’re used to being in a gym at home workouts aren’t as motivating as that type of environment atmosphere. Life ChangingI have been stuck at a certain weight and I could not budge from it. Also, I am 67 and I have been falling frequently because I had no strength or balance. I knew exactly what I needed to do because for 30 years I worked out for 2 hours a day. Then there was a tragedy in my family and I just quit, didn’t care. I saw this advertisement on the internet and I was just curious and I clicked on it. It allowed me to try it for free and I’m hooked. I feel like I have a personal trainer and they hold me accountable. It’s been 2 months and I have lost 20 pounds. I do about one and a half hours, 6 days a week and walk my 10,000 steps. Only 3 Days BUT EXCITED!Being ‘fat’ is miserable!! Having yourself hidden inside a ‘fat-suit’ made of yourself that you can’t take off and on at will is scary, heartbreaking, disheartening, etc., etc., etc. . . . And when it happens in times of high stress and even emotional disarray, it’s like you just wake up and you’ve had another person wrapped around you! This makes exercising feel like you’re trying to move in a blow up sumo wrestling suit! . . . This exercising app makes moving in a directional way that will eventually get the fat suit off but for now it at least feels like an accomplishment and not so technical that a person feels defeated and gets disheartened. GoodI have been a jogger all my life, but for the last few months, I haven’t been able to get on the treadmill because of a sore calf muscle… I bought this a few months ago, but never opened it until recently. I am 66 years old so it’s nice to have choices . Even though I gave it a five star, there are some things that I think could be improved on… One of them is when you login your activity and for some reason it changes you can’t delete it and redo it. The other one sometimes the picture shows an older person on the picture for the exercise, and it has taken me to a very young girl doing exercises that I cannot do, because my age and joint issues. Buyer’s remorseI recently decided to try to get back into shape after an extended period of well, laziness. I originally picked this app because they featured Chair Yoga, which I thought would be a good start without going overboard. This app ONLY reads and writes steps. If you are tracking your exercise minutes and calories you will have to enter it manually after every routine. I actually reached out to their team about 2 months ago to see if they would be addressing this issue, was told yes, still hasn’t been updated. The routines themselves are ok, but the verbal descriptions are the worst I’ve ever heard, often even contradicting the actions of the model. The metrics given for each routine are way off, 6 minutes of light chair yoga does not equal 60+ calories burned. There are much better, more versatile, more COMPLETE apps out there. Workout helpI have had this app for a year now. In the beginning I would do it a few days then stop, then once again. But after that I wouldn’t allow my self coffee until I walked “in the house “ for 5 minutes! Oh and some good 70’s music. So then at the end of 30 days, I was on the floor and needed to get up quickly. I did it without thinking or holding on to anything! I was amazed! So from that day forward I do my simple exercises. I lost 10 pounds at first, over about 3 months. I’m 74 and I wasn’t pushing myself. I feel the best now , then I have for years! I would say don’t push yourself but be consistent. Good challenges - Great appI thought this app would be easy because it says it is for beginners, but they have three levels. Although I have worked out that many points in my life, lately I haven’t. And as I’m aging - now 66 - was looking for a gentler way to work out. I can only do the intermediate level while keeping good form. And I selected that each session be 10 minutes or less. If they were any longer, I would stop doing them but the ones I’ve done so far have been six minutes and eight minutes. 28 days for one series of a type of exercise, then you get to pick what you want for the next 28 days. I have done it every day continuously for the past month. And I don’t intend to stop..Version: 1.8.9
Update/UpdateI’ve been faithfully using the app for over a month now. Haven’t lost weight nor seen any difference but I’ll continue to do my daily exercise routine and as I’m entering my second month I will continue to go upward, I’ve started the next phase up from beginners. I’m hopeful at some point I’ll see a difference but no, I have not lost any pounds and I am no closer to the goal I’d hoped to achieve. Time will tell. I couldn’t get the app to work, just a blank screen. Frustrated, I left a review and was surprised to see I got a response. Age Requirement Confusion!I’m currently 14, turning 15, and before downloading the app, I checked the age requirement listed in the App Store—it says “4+.” Based on that, I assumed I was eligible to use it. However, when I opened the app and began the login process, it asked for my age. The app uses a scroll feature to select your age, and I quickly realized it only goes down to 16. That was really confusing, especially since the App Store clearly states it’s suitable for ages 4 and up. I’d really appreciate it if this inconsistency could be addressed. It would help users better understand whether they’re actually eligible to use the app. I also encourage others to check reviews and app details carefully before downloading—and don’t hesitate to share your experience. Wow!I have a chronic medical condition that has greatly reduced and altered my ability to do physical activities. Because I’ve always been physically active, these changes have led to weight gain, depression, hopelessness and feeling lost as I found myself setting goals according to what I used to be physically able to do and not really knowing how to modify things to fit my current abilities. Definitely increases fitness, also helps to lose weightI am an overweight 64 yo female who needs to lose weight and regain strength and flexibility. I saw the ad for this app in one of my games and decided to try it. It has been about 3 months of light chair exercise routines, and although I have not lost weight, I am getting stronger and feel that I am almost ready to go to the more active routines. The ones I am doing are easy and take less than 15 min including breaks, and they are fun to do, so I have not missed a day. I recommend this for anyone trying to increase fitness, and plan to extend my review once I move on to more challenging exercises. No ResponseI emailed the company last week with a question about the account section in settings. It has been over a week and no one has responded to my email. After using the app a few days, I found an account section in the settings part of the app that says log in / sign up. When I click that tab, it says create a profile. It asks for email and password. When I started using this app, I was not asked for my email or to create a password. My credit card has been charged the annual fee. I have heard of people using other apps and then somehow getting charged for two subscriptions. I want to get all of the benefits of the app, but I don’t want to create a profile if it is going to cause me to get billed again. Lazy FitI think this chair fit plan is excellent for those of us who just want to keep each part of our body mobil. It’s easy movements with excellent stretching for Seniors. I am 80 years old and can’t stretch as far as the demonstration but I do what I can and feel great when I am finished. I am now 81 and moving much closer to the young lady showing the sample movements. My diabetes is better controlled and my over all health is improving. Another review, I now can do more than one thing at a time and following directions is much easier. I feel it’s helping my brain and look out on life. Just right for me….I’m on my second 28 day challenge and I’m happy with it. I’m not firmed up like they show in those ads for other workout apps. That’s not reasonable unless you have 5 pounds to lose. I know it’s working because I’m sore but not so much I can’t move, just enough to show me I’m working muscles that have sat dormant for way too long. The workout is just enough time for me, as soon as I’m thinking I can’t go one more second I’m done. It keeps me motivated because it’s just the right amount, not too long and not to intense. Great work outEnjoy all different workouts. I have compared LazyFit to other online apps and these are the positive differences: 1) Lazy fit allows you to change timing between workouts 2) Lazy fit allows you to change the rest time The above two are very important since it allows you to get ready for the next exercise. With other online exercises, one exercise is standing, the following is lying down, and very little time is given to switch to the next exercise. 3) Lazy fit has variety of exercises. They are all tailored to your needs, some other apps want you to pay for different exercises 4) Lazy fit has a very calm and precise step by step instructions with soothing announcer voice. Easy to follow instructions 5) I have been a member for couple of years, first I did not follow and was very tired, but after I lost some weight I started to enjoy it more and more. Great for rehabilitationI’ve had a shoulder injury that i was never able to rehabilitate. i have no pain but also no strength or endurance in that shoulder. in every other way i am an active healthy person. so my ego kept getting in the way. i kept trying to do more too fast and would either reinjure the shoulder or get frustrated by the lack of progress. lazy fit is exactly what i needed…right place, right challenge level. i am almost through my first 28 day program and feel great and am seeing some improvement. the workouts are quick and easy enough that i can fit them in no matter what and i need almost no space to do them..Version: 1.7.55

Perfect for my torn meniscusI like that I can sit at home and exercise muscles that I most likely would not be exercising. It WorksI started these workouts the end of December. Starting with <10 for 7 days then 11-20 for the next 7 days and finally staying at 21-30 minutes. Doing a little bit at a time enabled me to build some strength and stay consistent. After completing a 28 day plan my body has changed. My clothes fit so much better. I haven’t focused on losing weight but on getting in shape. I am an over 60 female. My joints ached, I had no core! Motivating workoutsMy whole life I have been dedicated to exercising regularly I used to do the firm videos and Beachbody program. I also worked at FedEx as a courier for 35 years. Unfortunately, I had to retire due to a spinal fusion surgery that I needed. I wish we could get a full workout freeI’ve been using lazy fit for 7 days now and extremely impressed with the results but I am doing it for free and I was in the middle of a 28 day personalized workout and when I got to day 8 it was locked and it wanted me to get premium. Why would you let us do a quarter of a workout for free then have to pay for the other half? I’m still going to use it but if I repeat the first 7 days over and over again it will get easier and my body won’t have a challenge so I won’t be able to accomplish my goal. Love these workouts!I have started with the “lazy bed” workouts I think it’s what it’s called and let me tell you, they are effective, I am only on day 9 but can already tell this works! Slightly disappointedGreat for those who simply lie around doing nothing at all; these workouts may be slightly challenging & helpful; however, for those with medical conditions who routinely do physical therapy, or who participate in senior movement sessions, these minute routines are not uncommon or anything special. On my second day I did a cardio pulmonary session & it was very similar to that you’d do with a PT or cardio nurse technician. Worth what they propose to charge, but the program is not free as advertised, & is also paired with dietary recommendations. If looking to gain body sculpting & loose weight, this may not be your best bet. Love this workout!Just completed day 3. It is like being in a private class. You are given a preview of each move, then do the move, rest, then a preview of the next, do it, rest. It is absolutely clear how to do each exercise and exactly how fast or slow to perform each. So far each move has been extremely easy. Excellent Daily RoutineI love this program. Before, I would follow some 20 minute routine and had trouble even doing it weekly. I wasn’t maintaining results, I also didn’t know if I was doing the right exercises. I was straining muscles, some of which I still feel. Now, I have no problem spending 6-10 minutes, and I feel the results, both in core strength and flexibility. I feel slimmer too. Sustainable workout routineI noticed a difference after just a few days of the easiest routine! Now I have been doing this for about a month and have lost a few pounds and feel so much stronger. I really like that you don’t have to count your reps, just keep at each exercise for the allotted time.
