Great AppI've been using this app for several years and I am very happy with it. Early on I took the time to play with the app so I could have a good grasp of how I could make it work for me. I am giving the app 4 stars instead of 5 because I do wish that I was able to view my recipes on my iPhone. Even tho I plan meals and make a list before going to the store, I sometimes think of a recipe I would like to make while I'm at the store. But can't always remember all the ingredients. I always have my iPhone but do not carry my iPad around with me. To be able to view the r cite and adjust number of servings would be sufficient for the phone..NanaMac51Version: 2.0.0

IPhone supported appI love using recipe manager, great app! One problem: I wanted the app for my iPhone since my phone is always with me. I was advised to use your Serving Sizer w/Recipe Manager for the iPhone. I added this a few years ago with your advise and imported all my recipes off my iPad. When I did this, my recipes were not in alphabetical order on serving sizer for my phone. It took me forever to put them in order so I could find my recipes. There is no search module, making this app pretty useless unless you take the time to put them in order. My iPad is where I add all my new recipes so it would be the “main” app which you also advised. Since I have not added any new recipes on my phone for a few years, I asked my husband to back up my iPad and then import my recipes into my phone so they would all be current. They imported fine, I think, but now they are all out of order again. I have 225 recipes. I am so disappointed that this app (serving sizer for iPhone) has not been updated. Can you please help me so that I don’t spend hours putting them back in order and to make sure that all the recipes did import?.15168abcVersion: 2.0.1

Good appFor most part, I'm happy with this app. I'm not giving it five stars as it often breaks my ingredients putting part of them in the "direction" column. This can be worked around but is more work than I wish to do if it moves a number of ingredients over. I, also, have been unsuccessful importing directly from a website....I have to copy and paste. Great app but...?I've just started using this app and so far I'm loving it. I do have minor observation: I haven't seen an option for notes, i.e modifications made to recipes over the years. Great appI’ve been using this app for years now. It’s a great app that easily allows you to convert recipes as long as it’s initially set up properly when you enter it in. I manually enter all mine so I’m not sure about the import option. Recently I started having an issue where the ingredients would over lap and I’d have to shut down the app and reopen. For me, worth the price.On a good day I am not the best at adding fractions of this and cups of that. For that reason this app has been very useful. Scaling up a recipe for 6 to serve 45 people was quick and easy, Took the iPad to Sam's and was able to get everything I needed, very convenient. Extremely useful appI put recipes in as I use them, slowly replacing my box of recipe file cards. I like the copy feature for adding recipes from online sites. I love using the app while cooking. Almost PerfectI LOVE the idea of this app. I've been looking for something just like it for my mac book air. My only issues are that typing and searching for ingredients is tedious. IOS 17 problemsWhen I added IOS 17 to my ipad the Recipe Mgr app had problems. First, the app would crash if I tried to print a recipe. So SoI have a couple of version of recipe software from different companies. This is the most difficult one to use. Ingredient side does not line up with the direction side. When using there ingredient section many ingredients are not in their list and, it is difficult to add them to the list. Not badIt’s a pretty good app, but there are some shortcomings. Some improvements would be in order. In constant useI have used this app since it first appeared. It was awkward to use at first but over time there have been many improvements. The copy and paste feature is a big bugaboo and pulling recipes over from internet sites can be a hit and miss proposition. Just okayThis app is just okay because it is time consuming to insert ingredients into the ingredients section. Each has to be typed by hand, no copying and pasting here. Yes, you can copy and paste them into the directions section, but if you want to put them where they belong, typing every single one is required. Useful but has become outdatedGreat app for having recipes always available. Easy to share recipes, but not easy to import recipes from another user. Recommendations to developer: 1. Allow all storage to be in the cloud and automatically sync between devices aka photos. 2. Allow users to transfer a recipe via email or message and then be imported without typing into receiving device. 3. Make app available for iPhone. I frequently do not have my iPad with me but I am never without my phone. Updated 11 Feb 2021: This app has become increasingly out dated. The failure of the app to store data in iCloud and allow automatic interchange of data between platforms. The creator’s comment that they have another iPhone app and data can be copied manually just doesn't cut it. Doesn't workI never pay for apps. However, I was looking for an app to organize all of the recipes that I have saved from websites.
