Good startThis app is making great progress thanks for adding: 1.) Credit Journey 2.) Credit card reward offers 3.) View into external accounts. 4.) Making this app the authenticator for web logins. 5.) Identity Alerting and Monitoring However, this app still needs: 1.) iOS Home screen widgets - think Total Assets and Credit Card Balance widgets 2.) Dark Mode - come on already 3.) Budget tracking like Mint and Morgan Stanley 4.) Apple Wallet integration for all credit card transactions, not just Apple Pay ones. See AMEX on how they get this right. 5.) Not better than the last versionAlthough this version has new features it lacks one very important one that has always been very useful and available on previous versions. There’s no way to view payments you have scheduled. You can only see account activity from bills that have already been paid. This is a major oversight and really inexcusable. I’ve also noticed that when I went to check the ratings and reviews, The ones that I saw were all from a year ago - why?.Version: 3.860
JPM READ your reviews...While I like the JPM app, it seems apparent JPM app developers do not read reviews as to what customers want that the app does NOT do. I’d like to know WHICH account my notifications are for. I have several accounts and it is VERY tedious and time consuming to go through each one to look for the triggering activity. It can’t be that difficult to do. And, several reviewers have mentioned the same thing apparently for a few years now.....Version: 3.860

Great Banking AppLove this app! Very easy to use. Love the way you can see image of your check. Also can check to see that payment to Chase credit card has been scheduled. Also love deposits by camera! Having Quick Pay on Mobile is very handy. One suggestion: For alerts, please default to open account that has the alert. Or show a check mark next to account with alert in list of accounts under Alerts. I have to go through all accounts to find the one with an alert to read. #########Edit--Please bring back the ability to see that a payment is pending when we go to pay a bill. Beats nearly all other banking appsI personally believe app developers self-impose a boundary condition that an app must never contain all the functionality of the full website. Which is ridiculous and unfortunately these developers follow the same boundary condition. Having said that, this app beats every other banking app I've tried with regards to how much functionality is retained. Further, the design is sleek, fast, easy to use. I agree with other reviews that re-requiring password after verifying fingerprint is thoroughly annoying and should be removed, or be configurable. If they want, they could require a 2nd touch verification for certain functions (like to prevent quickly grabbing someone's phone, and then wiring yourself money from their account while they were logged in)..Version: 2.480
JPM private bankingThis application is great. I can manage my finances whilst on the move 24/7. Transferring funds between my investment accounts and my checking is fast, secure and efficient. I can check up on my credit card balances and pay bills or wire money internationally with ease. With the GPS I can also find the nearest chase ATM and get map directions. I would like to be able to see more details of my investment positions and I hope this will come in a later release so I will use the full online browser on my iPad if I need a more detailed look at my finances. However, for fast efficient use this application does all the things I need..Version: 0
JP MORGAN CHASE APPThis is The Greatest idea!!! For Anyone it's great, convenient, almost every option possible!! Being Handicapped, I absolutely LOVE LOVE the convenience of the capabilities!!!! Thank you so so very much!!! Plus, being able to phone my Reps. right at my fingertips, is an additional plus!! The ONLY downfall that I personally have on my account is....I am unable to snap a picture of my incoming checks to deposit, especially since my Physical condition does Not allow me to always get to my local branch when I need to!! So convenient!This app is so convenient to check balances, pay bills, confirm payment of something, Quick Pay at any time and deposit checks. It has made my life so much easier! The only hiccup I face has to do with the inconsistent check deposits. Often, I will get a message that checks cannot be deposited after taking bright, steady photos as directed several times. Not sure why that happens. Having said that, I have had plenty of success with that feature, it is just inconsistent..Version: 2.623
Very good, small complaintThe app is very good, and more importantly it is reliable. It has been a time saver many times, particularly with check deposits. The one flaw is in the message system. The message page shows all accounts but has no indication of which accounts have messages, and the messages are not marked as read or unread..Version: 2.623
Interesting RebrandingIn terms of functionality, this app is slightly faster and more responsive than its predecessor (and I like the cute touch of having it greet you based on time of day), but I'm not yet sure what to think about the new graphic design and color palette. I'm assuming the plan is to issue new cards with the same general look as the Private Client signs, probably black... which is fine, since the current warm gold color doesn't weather all that well. The blue line reinforces a link with the consumer bank, which is good for brand continuity, if that's the goal..Version: 2.270
