As seen in my original review below, customer service by this dev is fantastic. I think you will find this worthy of five stars! So much faster. I love the simplicity! Great Companion to the Official AppsI love Gowalla & Foursquare, and wanted a way to check in to both at once, and I found this app from Foursquare's site. I was a little worried because it had no reviews but it was worth $.99 to try. It's great! It does exactly what I want. It pulls up the closest Gowalla and Foursquare spots in the same list, and I select one of each, tap Check In, add a message and/or post to FB or Twitter if I want, and done! It even tells me how many Foursquare points I got. Im checked in to both in less than 20 seconds from launching the app. Super simple, very fast and reliable, and very intuitive. Fast, light, always worksI love Swarm but it is often too memory intensive for my iPhone 5. Every few days, Swarm inexplicably freezes and won't unfreeze. I have to do a clean reinstall every few weeks. Which brings me to Checkie. Checkie is super-light, super-fast, and has never choked or frozen. Admittedly, Checkie doesn't offer all the features Swarm does. But Checkie always works. If Checkie didn't exist, it would have been necessary to invent it. Made me active on Foursquare againThe reason I stopped checking in places: Foursquare took too long to load. The reason I'm checking in again: Checkie is fast. It's bare bones for people who want to check in without hassle. It automatically updates a list of closest places when you open it. Swipe right on your location to check in immediately; swipe left to add a comment or share to social media. There's unfortunately no way to be directed to more info from the app after you check in. Awesome, But Found A BugLove the app. It's super fast and easy to use. I noticed that when you've checked into a place and don't check into any other place then wait till the following day or whenever and check into the same place, it fails to check in. It's kind of annoying during those times when you get off work at night then have to open again in the morning or when you go to the gym late at night then go again the next day in the morning. The checkins will fail, but besides that I love the app. I took off 3 stars cause of this.
