Great FindApp is easy to use, really wish there was continuous play between episodes. My kid loves the shows and keeps them occupied when I need to do things but having to stop after every episode to play the next show is kind of annoying. You guys haven’t made any major updates except the account update 7 months ago, so are you gonna make any major updates anytime soon? I really miss the app that you guys made in 2018, like the super old version which is now called Baby-TV Legacy app, and you also had an app called BabyTV Music which now you’ve removed, I have the BabyTV Legacy app because I downloaded it a long time ago and I still have it, and I miss that version so if you’re gonna make another revamp of the BabyTV app can you make a version similar to that? Continuous play?We love this app and the shows we’re able to watch with the subscription. We typically cast it to our tv and it works great. Our baby of 5 months loves to watch and the shows are short enough to keep his attention. Our 5 year old loves it too! We do find it a bit annoying to constantly have to click a new show after one ends. We can’t seem to get it to continuously play. We’ve tried hitting the shuffle button and play buttons but it still stops after each episode and have no idea why. This is the only reason for the three. Impossible to unsubscribeWe loved this app while my infant watched it. Now that she is passed it it is impossible to unsubscribed. I keep unsubscribing and it never does so I keep getting charge 4$ every month when you contact them is an automatic message with the instructions on how to unsubscribed. Incapable of fixing billing issuesFree content is very limited so we ended up paying. After an issue with the app we lost paid content. Contacted the developer and they were incapable of restore our account. Getting a reimbursement was even more difficult. Older Song?Hi I wanted to know if you guys will bring back any older songs and lullabies. My son misses a lot of the older songs and is a bit upset to find that all of them are gone. Worth it!!!!Yes you have a monthly subscription but definitely gives your little one plenty of variety of different little shows to watch. Many of us adults pay for our pandora, apple, Netflix, etc, subscriptions, so I don't mind the monthly subscription. Poor NavigationMy 1.5 year old is getting good at navigating this app's bizarre interface. The content is limited, especially in its collection of songs. For 5 dollars per month, every song should be there. At the startup, we get a pop-up ad for MORE BABY TV apps. This confuses my baby, as she is needlessly redirected to a website. Well!!Ok, this would be a great app if it gave more episodes free. At least one of every character. But you have to buy a subscription to download any episode. However, you apparently cannot share a subscription across devices.
