Fantastic AppThis Guide to Beastie Energies is my favorite app. I use it when I spot a beastie when I'm out on a walk (which happens surprisingly often, since I live in a huge city) to see if there is a message that resonates with me. My favorite, though, is the 'divine' feature, which will allow you to ask a question and get a beastie message - it is so much fun! I always find that the message has something I can apply to the question! And to top it off, there's this awesome journal feature that lets you write notes or record your question. This whole app is so much fun! I love it!.Version: 2.0

Not enough animalsThe app seems lovely, but the big problem is that there are not enough animals in the catalog to make this a trusted go-to. The very first two animals I went to look up did not exist in the app. (One was real, one was mythical: fisher and griffin. The mythical section only has 10 creatures!) I strongly suggest the developer add lots of new creatures. I also don’t love the name but that’s just my personal opinion. The design is lovely and I love the quotes that pop up..Version: 2.4
Best bits of advice!I’ve been using this app for a variety of different life situations: family, work, $$, personal growth, etc.. The animals always have some amazing bits of wisdom. Especially looking back over several months, I just love this!!.Version: 2.4

Great app and I hope for more beastiesReally like this app and I hope the author will add more animals at some point. Yesterday I saw a mink on the road and wanted to look it up. I didn’t see any of that family - minks, ferrets, and weasels. Would be a great addition to the party..Version: 2.4
What the Walrus KnowsI use this app all the time. Sometimes when I'm just a little frustrated or overwhelmed, I'll "divine" a beastie to offer me a little cheerleading and get me motivated again. All the messages are positive and inspiring - it's like fortune cookies from the animals! It's fun to divine a beastie for the year, the month, the week - then choose the advice that most speaks to you. I love it as a way to access my own intuition, and I adore the sounds and the general beauty of this app! (You can turn off the sound if you prefer in the new version.) I also love the journal feature - if I see or divine a beastie that has a message that connects me with my intuition, I'll often write a little note to remind myself how to "live" that advice in the now. It's fun to be able to go back and see all this inspiration. It's also fun at parties - divine beasties for everyone in the group! Mostly, it's a positive, beautiful app that I return to over and over - I'm often surprised and never disappointed!.Version: 1.2.3

Love this applicationIt's quirky and beautifully designed- the images have a lovely old fashioned feel and the descriptions are specific but also open enough so you can feel guided for your particular question. This app is SO.MUCH.FUN!I am hooked! This app is funfunfun and yields amazing insights. It is also a wonderful companion to Sarah's delightful book, "What the Walrus Knows." So many things to love about this app! It is simple to use and the beastie art and sounds are fabulous. The animal field guide has even more beasties than the book and is at your fingertips when you have a sighting. The divining feature seems to work with your subconscious to bring you into the present and helps to find direction and clarity. The cool journal function lets you record notes with your divination and email the entry. I have only been using the app for a few days, but already notice myself being more aware of the animal world around me and more in the moment as I ponder the meaning of each beastie message.
