Great AppTo be fair, I've only had the app for a few days now, but so far I really like the features and functionality. It's easy to use and navigate, anything from viewing your points balance, managing your account, to contacting customer service. I haven't sent in any feedback to customer service yet via the app, so I'm not sure on response time, but I've called the customer service line and received wonderful service! The employee I spoke with was incredibly friendly and polite, and my issue was fixed literally within less than 2 minutes. I was trying to register my card to redeem my points for a $10 cash card, but when I registered and tried to enter my PIN# to log in, it said it was incorrect. So I hit the "Forgot Password" option, entered my email address, and it said the email address wasn't registered. Then I registered again and had the same issue. Went to try a third time and it said my card had already been registered, but still nothing worked to allow me to redeem my points. I called customer service and she simply asked me the same questions as if registering online, and it worked immediately. It honestly took no longer than a minute and a half, if that. It was great! It also uses your current location to show you nearby gas prices, which I love b/c I have a tendency to not pay attention when pulling in to a gas station, so this helps insure I get a cheaper price wherever I'm at. And it loads almost instantly, so I'm not sitting there forever and possibly passing up a cheaper station and having to turn around and back track. So overall, I think it is a fantastic app, and it's completely free! No In-App purchases or anything. Zero. A googol% worth it!.JessieCaitlinVersion: 3.8.1

I luv this app!!I absolutely luv this app. The ease of not having to always have my speedy card with me is great! I luv that I can add my coupons. See all my transactions immediately, Maximize my points, and my speedway gives us an extra 3 cents off when u scan your speedy card. Besides that when KMart was open you could get extra coupons for 10-30 cents off a gallon and u could use up to three at a time. So I was saving 93 cents a gallon! So obviously I started using speedway more. But our KMart closed. Bummer. But during that time I noticed going to speedway versus going somewhere where the gas may be cheaper meant less gas and gas quality. I tested my theory. I put the same amount in at both stations. It was so obvious that the other station was watered down gas. I actually ended up getting more gas Bc they weren’t stopping the pump early or slowing down the amount of gas that comes out. All these tricks these other gas stations. Besides I luv the staff at my speedway. It’s always clean. Always stocked(mostly). The only reason I didn’t give the app 5 stars was Bc I wish I could pay my speedway credit card through the app. This is not a feature that I know of? If I could do that it would 5 stars easy. Other than that I think it’s super easy to use. And helpful. There are very few apps I use religiously but this is one of them. Oh and all the speedy points I rack up is another bonus. Speedway, . . . & their app are amazing.I love going to speedway, why not get rewarded for something you’re going to do anyways? With all of their pairings and bundles for bonus points, you can really add them up quickly. In about a year and a half time, I have racked up over 33,000 points and I don’t go daily. I’ve already earned one gift card, have enough points for a second one, however am going to wait a while longer this time to see what other rewards I can save up to. The app is very easy to use and is making it even easier to get points. If I would have had this the first year I was a speedway member, I can’t even imagine how many more points I would have earned. It’s also not just about the points, or the app. Speedway has good quality items, and a wide range of them. The only thing negative I can say in here is if you don’t become a member, or only buy one store item, you’re going to be way over paying. However, that’s at any convenience store. It pays, (literally) to become a member and purchase at minimum two items from their fridge / candy sections. You’ll see the price tags “buy one ~ get one for a dollar” get the second item as it cuts the price down more than half for that first item. And typically, more points! At minimum, if you just become a member for gas alone, the app allows you to pretty regularly earn double points just for getting gas and at least once a year, usually around the fourth, speedways discount their gas prices. Handy little appThis app is super handy. I use a Speedway gift card to purchase my gas, and I add value to it whenever it’s running low. This app allows you to store the gift card, then it keeps track of the amount left on the gift card—SO much easier than relying on receipts actually printing properly or looking up the gift card balance on the website each time. It also allows you to store your rewards card number, which lets you to use both the gift card and the rewards card in the store with QR codes even when I don’t have the cards with me. It also lets me choose the monthly rewards—which to be frank, I probably wouldn’t take the time to do otherwise—and keeps track of how many points I earn each purchase. I’m sure I don’t use all the features, but think this is definitely worth the download for the features I do use. Would recommend..MeesybVersion: 3.11

Payment app access is a true game changerThe doors are locked more than likely due to the weather advisory with temperatures below -4(f) degrees and the aftermath of the level 3 emergency snowstorm less than 24 hrs. ago. However I was still able to get gas! Paying on the apps new prepay feature. It takes Apple Pay and any debit card/credit card over the app. You list what number pump you’re at, the amount you’re paying and the pay and it processes within 30 secs. Then a countdown pops up of 2 minutes to get the pump going and gas grade selected. I’m so happy. Even if the store was opened, I prefer not walking over the ice to get inside and pay. I don’t scan my card at the pump anymore bc of the hold it potentially randomly picks sometimes and won’t release funds for days. The app doesn’t do that. Great service!!I had no idea this station started closing so when I saw the lights off figured it was an accident(I know you can’t always turn them right back on) to my surprise the kind young man working asked if I was just getting gas and offered to let me pump before he shut them down, I rolled in on a gas light that had been on for about 25miles so I really appreciated that. I know what it feels like to be done and ready to go after a long day as far as the new round of employees in this location he’s proven to be the most thoughtful customer oriented person working. Speedway appThe Speedway app is rather enjoyable. I have been using this app for some time now after I realize that I could download the app onto my phone and access my rewards my points and see all the promotions and everything that I can achieve by participating in this apps specific requirements.. my wife and I go to Speedway regularly and scan our card more times than I can keep track of so that we could use the rewards that we earn together so the opinion from us both that we genuinely appreciate this app and all the help that we receive from this app to forward with our day. Easy to use, intuitive, but out date doesn’t syncGreat in nearly every way, but date doesn’t sync and stay current so that prevents a 5star review. Also minor glitches like being in the app then getting redirected to the app for a service /could be a phone issue rather than the actual app issue - causes occasional frustration. But I like that I can check and compare local gas prices to see if the stations nearby have raised the price. I can check my reward balance Also I really think in terms of rewards programs and options Speedway is unmatched. I taught my Econ students how to maximize their rewards and draw in customers by modeling a program similar to what Speedway offers to their customers. Recurrent problem with Fuel Discount CardsTo be clear, I love with this app offers. In fact because of this app, and the fuel discounts that I can buy, I pretty much only buy gas from Speedway. So good business move on their part. HOWEVER, on a regular basis, the $.10, $.25, $.50 fuel discount cards do not show up as available for purchase. They always eventually come back, but it is very frustrating when I need gas and they do not show up as an option for purchase by redeeming points. I have tried to communicate to them about this and have never gotten a satisfactory response like I said, eventually, the option to buy these cards always comes back, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why they sometimes are not available for purchase. The app is awesomeThe only thing I would like better with this app is if it stored our receipts from each purchase we made so we could print them later for tax purposes or whatever we needed. My husband owns his own business and we use this app all the time for business as well as personal use and if it could store our receipts that would make my life so much easier because my husband is forgetful and doesn’t always remember to grab his receipts! And if we fuel up here (which we do 90% of the time) we need the receipt. Other than the receipts not being included in the app we’ve never had any issue with the app. We love it! What happened to this appI am in no way a fan of this apps new format. I’m no longer able to save a favorite location. I can no longer see the E 85 prices first without having to punch that particular location and then scroll through the gas price prices. Before this new format, I could put a preference and it would always show me E 85 price first. Your customer service support has no clue even when you go to the FAQs and your documentation says. And display by gasoline type the instructions there are incorrect that doesn’t exist. From Circle K to SpeedwayI was always a Circle K fan and never kept the cards Speedway attendant would give me EVERY time I went. Finally one day I put it on my keychain and scanning it without registering. I noticed quickly how much cheaper my items were, since I stop at the store multiple times a day. After a few months I didn’t even think about stopping at a Circle K. Especially when I was told to register my card because I had over 12k in points! I went home and downloaded this app and here I am 🫠 The staff alone is worth the move. My only complaint is there are no King Size mr Goodbars so I have to by 2 regular size every time 😂. App worth havingThis is a bit of a spur of the moment kind of thing, but this app has come through for me many times, so I figured it’s time to say thank you with a nice review! Cant Log InWas there an update where you had to re-register your account? I’ve tried multiple times to log into the app. Nothing! I’ve used every phone number I can think of that would work…still nothing! I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, still nothing! I’ve contacted customer service via the website “Contact Us” page. No response (and yes, I checked spam). I am earning points that I would love to use and I would love to be able to select my monthly bonus points. Can’t do that if I can’t log in. Rarely useIf you look at my account you’ll see I have over 13,000 points available. I tried using them once. I got a Speedy Gift Card (value $10) and it didn’t work so it was a total waste. (I tried to get it fixed but never did.) So I haven’t tried again. I only drink water and dark roast coffee (which I’ve never seen in the store). I don’t eat chips or pretzels or jerky. I don’t drink pop or alcohol or juice or energy drinks. So there isn’t much I can do with the points. At UDF you can get cents off per gallon with your membership. That is more valuable to me. They are worth it!I live in Covington Kentucky and I use to travel a lot and I use to always find deals that totally helped out. Buying gift cards and knowing that I would rack up point and always having that extra drink was always a plus. ONE TWEAK YOULD BE NICE.The app is great, but there’s one thing that would be helpful. After selecting “favorite” stations, it would be nice to be able to select which type of fuel price is displayed for that specific station. I have 2 favorites near my house for regular unleaded gas, but I drive a semi. So I have 2 other favorites saved that are in my area that have truck islands. I wouldn’t stop at those for regular gas, because they’re too far out of my way, so I never need to know what the unleaded price is. I know you can change the fuel type in the filter/settings, but it would be convenient to set each station, so it’s a “one click” type of view. 😁👍🏻.Kinzie63Version: 3.13.1

Eaton Rapids MI SpeedwayI have to say I am very impressed with this Speedway. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and made to feel like I am very important customer. I look forward to going in and feeling the energy there from the staff. They are very attentive and when I asked about a specific item if it could be ordered, I was told they would check into it and when I went back In they had an answer because they did ask. Cafe experience is lackingI have an issue every other time i visit the cafe. One time I ordered a large pizza bit they had to clean their oven and instead of giving me a refund they said i could get a free pizza next time. Never got that pizza. Then my most recent experience, i ordered breadsticks, but they were out. Ordered a drink but the lady couldnt get the drink machine to work. I also got a small pizza, and fries, when i got. So she was going to give me a full refund for my order, she told the cashier to give me a refund. So i wait in line and when its my turn, the cashier didn’t know how to give me refund. Not a fan of latest updateI’ve got to say I’m not really a fan of the latest update. I often go into the app to check gas prices at the gas prices showed up right as soon as you open the app and you were able to save your favorite gas station or at least your location. All that has changed now and it’s not quite as easy to pull up your usual gas stations or see gas prices. Actually save money with this appHi all. I’ve been a speedway customer for years it’s the closest gas station to me and I just finally decided to start using the app. Apparently, in the 3 years I’ve had this card I have not been activating the true savings. When I got the card set up and got the app I had thousands of points and managed to score some free gas and 50 cents off my next fill up and a couple free drinks, coffees, and rollers. Integrate Apple Pay into the appThis is a very nice app overall! I use a Speedy Cash fuel card for gas purchases and I like that the option to reload the card has been added to the app. This is nice if planning ahead and reloading before making a trip to Speedway as it helps avoid having to go inside. The one inconvenience with the in app reload is you have to enter your credit card info, address, etc...for each transaction so it’s not as nice for the unplanned trips and I usually just go inside if I need a reload in that case. Easy payWhat an experience if you have not tried to use Speedway app to purchase fuel right from your phone I suggest you try it. Takes about five seconds to set up. All you have to do is pick your pump number. Enter your information get gas and you’re out of there without having to pull a credit card out of your pocketgoing into the store all from the convenience of your phone. That’s what I call service. Can't add pass to wallet + burned my corneasI downloaded this app and tried to sign up with Speedy Rewards. Every time I tried to submit my info via the app it would crash and I'd have to start all over. I signed up on the computer and later tried to add my speedy rewards card to my apple wallet, but to no avail. Every time I hit "Add to Apple Wallet" it'll load and say it has yet my speedy rewards pass still isnt in my wallet. Another thing, I was doing all of this in the dark and opening my speedy rewards pass blasted my screen brightness to maximum, blinding me. I hit the home button to close the app but my screen brightness remained at full blast and completely destroyed my corneas. Please fix that..JocusmoVersion: 3.11

Good for PointeI always use my card for points but the Pay In App for Fuel NEVER EVER WORKED! I even filed a case for this issue. There is great option to lock in the fuel price but to pay for it in the app doesn’t work. I’ve been trying for over a year. I’ve even gone inside to get help from the associates and they to have a problem using that option. Fuel is what people mainly stop at a gas station for and that Lock In Price benefit would be the best thing Speedway offers on top of the reward points. Cash register computer crashesNot sure what causes this but pretty consistently over the past few months ever since I upgraded to the version that really changed what the interface LOOKED like on opening at least once every few weeks when the cashier scans my card at checkout their computers freezes. It takes a tremendous amount of time for their systems to reboot and often I have to inform the cashier that this a glitch that’s happening to me regularly so I can go to a register that is not crashed. New changes have killed this appI used to be able to get cents off fuel at the pumps by converting my points. Now that option has vanished and this rewards program seems to be worthless now unless u want something toxic to drink or eat within the store. When something is too good, we always seem to take it away from the people that make up the business profits for the company. Noticed ONE thing…The ONLY thing that needs to be done about this app is that when I tap on my digital card in the ‘wallet’ section to expand it, for some reason the screen on my phone gets SUPER bright… is that particular function just not auto calibrated to the set brightness of my phone screen? Comes in very handy!I actually love having it in my phone 📱 because I initially was using my card but then I lost it and thought I was going to be out 31,000 points!!! Luckily I had registered my card and put it in my apple wallet, so I was able to get a new card and have all my points transferred over! WHEW! Another update and still lacking NFCWith the nee version just pushed out, 5.0 I was really hoping this would be the update there finally introduced NFC to the Speedway Card in Wallet so I can just hold up my phone or watch at the pump and it would automatically recognize it. 7/11 Takeover Has Ruined SpeedwayThe title says enough. Speedway had the Single Greatest Rewards Program that I personally have ever seen, or used for that matter. All of the Drinks are terrible and more or less is an Energy Drink Fest. Irregardless, literally, Speedway’s Rewards Program went from the Best to the Worst in my opinion. Rewards Programs MATTER, and 7/11 has royally screwed it up. For those of you looking for a Rewards Program that rivals the Old Speedway, check out Go-Mart (it’s pretty impressive). And shockingly to me, Exxon is a very strong Rewards Program as well, and it continues to get better. I was extremely disappointed when 7/11 bought Speedway. I used to go to Speedway @ least 10 to 12 times a Week. Now, my average is Zero times a week. Very, very disappointing Buyout. I hate to write a Review like this because 7/11 has been a staple in the United States for as long as I’ve been alive. But they have ROYALLY SCREWED UP SPEEDWAY. I just don’t understand why they’ve done what they have done. Business is Business I suppose—But this seems to be an unmitigated disaster. Hopefully, 7/11 will figure this out. That said, all signs that I have seen and heard via word of mouth are that changes continue to occur weekly. Speaking for myself only, I never like to see a Business get hurt no matter what. However, I just don’t see how this won’t hurt 7/11 itself, but it’s hard to incision a scenario where it doesn’t effect their bottom line—And unfortunately, that will lead to Employee Layoffs. DoubtfulI have been a member of the speedy rewards program for more Yeager’s that I can count and the as soon as 7/11 took over the kiosks immediately disappeared and the only way you can check your card is on an app or at the register. I also noticed that they took all the brochures out of the store you have no idea what you can exchange your points for. After checking the app, they have remove at least 50% of the rewards. Speedway has been around forever and I make sometimes 3 trips to their stores. My husband does also. As soon as I found out that they were bought out, I knew it was going to drastically change. They have already removed most of the items I am allowed to drink and have raised the prices considerably. I am honestly looking for another store to go to. They have already ruined Speedway and I couldn’t be more dissapointed! Why come I’m and change a whole chain of stores that people love when there is nothing wrong with them? 7/eleven has messed up royally. Just Because it’s New, Doesn’t Mean Improved!Here we go, another case of UX and UI designers thinking that their ideas are better than the previous ones. Please read the feedback, because the updated app version seriously took away some of the best and most useful features. The ability to select your favorite fuel stations, gone! The ability to Force Touch on the app icon to show your card and pull up other options, gone! The new interface is honestly boring and not very easy on the eyes nor to navigate. Minimalism strikes again. The font choice is not very accessible and neither is type size. The icons on the bottom menu need the padding adjusted, they’re off-center all around. Again the readability is lacking. Overall this is just bad. The product should’ve been more thoroughly tested before rolling it out. Where’s the brand I loved?Corporate spent all this time building the brand. I’m glad 7/11 acquired them to keep Speedway going, but I’m not a 7/11 customer. I’m a Speedway customer. The old app wasn’t perfect but I liked the look and functionality. Please just focus on the rewards program and app to improve the customer experience. I’m glad we’re getting mobile check out and self serve and delivery like Sheetz, but the way it’s organized in the app is abysmal and detracting from what people usually come to the app for: gas prices, locations, and rewards. The home page is a mess too. I’m no app developer, but, as a designer, I hope you’ll take some constructive criticism from myself and all the other reviews here. Move the new features to the home page and add a prompt at the top to choose our monthly perk underneath our rewards total. Keep that prompt on the rewards page too. Go back to the old layout for rewards including the filter options for food/gas discounts/etc. Add the wallet back to save the rewards coupons and deals we want to use to. Add the functionality and filters other reviews mentioned back to the gas price/location screen and move the icon to the middle right next to rewards. What Happened To The App???I used to love using the app!! I downloaded the app when it first came out and I loved it! Everything was super user-friendly and easy to navigate. I deleted the app because I moved to an area where the nearest speedway was 20 min away. I’m now moving again where there will be Speedways more conveniently located and I can use the app again, however signing in is a pain. The app will take forever to load my login and then an error message will pop up. I figured I might have the wrong passcode so I submitted a ‘Forgot Passcode’ form, to which I got another error message, telling me to contact Speedway lol. I know I’m still gaining points because every time I DO go to a speedway, I put in my rewards (I just don’t check them, obviously) and it accepts my ID. I HATE THE NEW APP!!!!😡😡😡😡Who approved this mess of an app? You had to do all of the messed up changes just to add the feature to merge accounts? REALLY?!!!!!!The changes to this app was so unnecessary it literally makes me angry. You get rid of favorites and wallet to add order. What the heck am I going to order from speedway with DoorDash or UberEats. My gift cards were removed. I can’t understand why you companies are always messing with things that aren’t broke. Too unreliable to be usefulThe app is great... when it works. Admittedly, I don't use all of the features of the app, so hopefully not all features are affected by this problem. I do use the app to get current gas prices nearby or wherever I'm searching, which is extremely helpful. However, approximately half of the times I open the app (once or twice a week), I am greeted by "N/A" for the current gas price at all locations. Not all drivers need to fuel up as often as I do, but it defeats the entire purpose of the app when I'm deciding which location to visit for a fill-up and can't get the needed information. I don't know if this is a bug, a poorly-executed update schedule, or an intentional withholding of price-change information that would allow for significant savings. By far the worst rewards look at thisI’ve used the pilot, TA, loves, Murphy you name it I use them all. The past 2 months we start using speedway as daily basis for diesel plus buying merchandise for the road I always scan the card but I never needed to use the points today it says I get $10 free card and I have 20k points do I bought few things and went to use the points and get the $10 or use it to pay for my items but They couldn’t for some reason the cashier says there’s no option for him to do anything so I paid full price and left for good I threw all the stuff I bought in the trash can along with the card I will not support scam company like speedway. Good idea poor executionI could never figure out how to use my points in the store when buying stuff. One day I asked the cashier to help me. We redeemed for $25 cash card. Except I have to activate the cash card by calling the number. Guess what…. Customer card service is closes at 5:30. I’ll wait till the next day and call. But if you’re going to make this a perk of using your station at least make the redeeming process simple. Honestly not sure it’s worth the hassle. I used to try and sometimes Go out of my way to use speedway, but honestly sheets and getgo reward are much easier to redeem. I don’t think I’ll be as selective from now on. MehI’ve had a Speedway rewards card since 2012 or so, when it was Super America. I buy gas a few times a month. I racked up 26,000+ points in the last 10 years and finally decided to redeem it for a $25 gift card. It came as a “coupon” and there were no instructions on the app that told me I had to go to a store and redeem for it an ACTUAL gift card. So naturally on the day it expired, I went to 2 speedway stores and the cashier at 1 told me it was expired and didn’t know how the coupon worked and said he couldn’t help me. The 2nd store I went to was trashy and dirty and I didn’t feel safe alone at night there. At least the cashier at that one got me my gift card and I was able to use it. 4.0 is GarbageSpeedways latest update is major garbage. First off the developers decided to make a sterile looking app white and bright. Hasn’t anyone ever heard of dark mode? More and more apps are being designed to be darker colors to save consumers batteries on devices, but Speedway has decided to be the battery hog with bright white sterile screens. Also I used to be able to see my transaction history the last 10 or 20 on one page now I can only see the last one transaction, that’s an improvement? It seems to me the developers of version 4.0 just graduated from high school and wrote their first app please go back to the old version. Updated app, can’t login.Speedway has been going downhill ever since they took over my former HESS station. Now the app that I have used for at least a couple years now doesn’t work. It seems it’s been updated and now I can’t login, receive unexpected error. I have mostly quit going to speedway since they haven’t had my energy drink in stock consistently and never any deals on it. They have a gazillion energy drinks with sucralose, but the one that I drink that doesn’t have any fake sugars in it (Mountain Dew amp in the green can) is sporadically in stock and never has a decent price. Last time I went in there they wanted $3.29 for one can which is ridiculous. That combined with this garbage app situation, along with rewards that EXPIRE, Speedway and this app receive zero stars!.ChritchVersion: 6.6

Update your account if you change your phone number…I got a new phone number and downloaded the app so I could keep track of my rewards and coupons, and lo and behold, when I tried signing up using my phone number, it logged me into someone else’s account. Whoever had the phone number before me has an active Speedy Rewards account and didn’t update her phone number in her account. I contacted support and was told they cannot delete or otherwise change anything in the person’s account because of “privacy” related concerns. So, instead I have direct access to this person’s personal information (name and email, etc.), and I cannot use the app for my own reward account. If you change your phone number, be sure to update your info so that random people don’t gain access to your private information! Also, even if logging in with a phone number, you should have to provide some kind of password… or the app should prompt you to update your info if it realizes you’ve changed your number..Lepefr24Version: 6.9.1

Unhappy customerI was at the Speedway at the corner of Allan and Cooly St in Springfield Ma and there was a small lady ( manger),behind the counter and was making me uncomfortable by the way she was taking to the employee that was in there. It sounded like she was arguing with him. She was nasty in tone the way she spoke to him. It makes me not to go back into that store. As a manager myself you don’t talk to your employees in front of customers. It’s humiliating not only to the worker but the customers around. I like the company Speedway but I don’t like this particular store if this is what’s going to happen. Letting you know this is not the first time I heard and seen it. New version missing key old featuresI used to use the app for 4 things. Find stores with e85. Check gas prices before taking a road trip to plan stops. To check promotions/deals. And to manually enter your receipt for points if you couldn’t scan your card. Now e85 isn’t listed at all. It is now missing the feature to add receipts. You can no longer filter by fuel type. The map only displays price of regular. If you want to find prices for premium along your route you have to click each store and scroll to find the price. I hope this review helps.
