Love all of the upgradesLove everything about the PillMonitor app. I use this app three to four times a day to keep track of my pill intake. Everything is beautifully set up for this especially being able to keep daily notes on the type and times each medication is taken. Helpful AppHelpful app and works. A little tricky filling out pill info (fields could use pop up explanations or examples of what to put). Just wish there was a place to fill in the dosage instructions such as take 1 tablet three times a day, or I-2 tablets/pills every 3 hours as needed for pain, etc. I would like the list of medications entered to have the information on the prescription label so if a family member is dosing you, the can read how much & how often to give the medication. Other than that, the reminder is helpful. I suggest it's easier to use the reminder system and let the software enter the data into the "history" otherwise you can get duplicates and it will look like you took a medication twice or with minutes of eachother. Does the jobThere's nothing buggy about this app so don't think this momicehl actually uses the app may just be a plant to do negative reviews so some other product looks better. Too bad people can't make comments and get rid of fakes. My expectations were higher based on the description as I think it was over sold. It is however just fine for you to type in the name of the drug, the start and end date of a dose and then the times of the dose. It doesn't make sense why on the drug screen it asks for quantity (required) and the measurement type (mcg,mg,grams...) and it never asks the size of the dose. Then when you go to schedule it asks you for the size of the dose and NOT THE NUMBER OF PILLS. Pros: schedules and banner shows drug to take. Gives ability to say when it was taken or select current time, or on schedule. Con: no sound or alerts. Doesn't know any drugs. Cannot calculate a dose. Is strictly a data entry system; no intelligence so don't look for it to show you what the pill looks like, tell you the quantity, let you change the quantity, or tell you it's too early or late, or change the time for rest of scheduled items if say you were to take something at 6,12 Am/pm and you too a dose at 7... It will not update the schedule. Need to be able to enter the dose "actually" taken and not just the scheduled. Sometimes with like pain Meds, insulin, injections, the dose can vary but not the schedule..MJBSAVersion: 3.3

Good appI tried this and another app at the same time. I kept this one. Very useful. I suggest that we be allowed to print directly from the app. so we could take a list of medications to the doctor. Dosage needs to be added to email section (non-history). Also, please add non-prescription medicines, like vitamins. Perfect App!Thank you! This app is an absolute life saver. An elderly friend has been having problems and has had many new medications added that has to be taken 5 x daily and others at odd times. He has trouble keeping track of it and this helps me remind him and double check to make sure he has taken his medication. Pill MonitorThis isn't a user friendly app, but it does the job of reminding you when to take your meds. The backup interface was useless. I have been assisting a cousin who takes lots of meds. After we laboriously entered the meds and times, we had a difficult time figuring out use the app, then some how we lost all the information. Fortunately, I had backed up the data, I could not restore the data, so we had to re-enter. The alarm was great and didn't require us to have the app open for it to function. This was a great help to us because she frequently has to take medicine. The diary is great, particularly to record the side effects and to have as a record of medications. Worked great for meI have a terrible memory and take meds that are 1/day, so the ability to go back and see if I had taken my dose for e day was great. Ok appThe reminders that I receive in my push notifications are very helpful. I don't get why I have to access/exit the app from the same wifi network. Maybe that phrasing is wrong but I do have to open the app through the App Store to operate within in. The app will not stay on my desktop. Maybe the paid one is more fluid in operation. A Very Useful Medical App.I have had this app for a week now and have been VERY PLEASED!!!! It's a perfect way to organize your medications and get an alarm when it's time to take your prescription.
