· Use the password lock to keep your mail app safe.
4. Supports Dark Mode, allowing you to comfortably read emails in low-light environments.

How do I cancel the Naver Mail subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Naver Mail from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the Naver Mail app?
Touch and hold the Naver Mail icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

Good alternative app since outlook doesn’t seem to working right on my phone At first I wasn’t sure if this was the “legit” app for Naver because of the lack of rating but I’m happy with how well it works
여러 네이버 계정을 사용중인데, 멀티태스킹으로 다른 앱들을 사용하고 다시 네이버메일 앱으로 돌아오면 계정을 선택하라는 화면이 나옵니다. 그래서 메인 계정을 선택하면 이미 선택되어있는 계정이라 메세지가 나오면서 메일화면으로 안들어가져요. 이 현상은 전에부터 있던건데, 최근에 더욱 그 빈도가 심해졌어요. 꽤 자주 그래서 불편해요.
로그인만으로 메일을 확인할 수 있어서 좋아요. 속도만 조금 개선되었으면 더 좋을 것 같아요!
스티커 기능 넘 좋아요! 보기와 쓰기가 간편한것 같네요 파일첨부도 용이합니다. 대용량 촌부가 잘 되었음 좋겠어요

Just so slow and inconvenient. File attaching is impossible unless you upload to their could app. 224kb is considered large file?! Seriously? Wow......this company was related to sex trafficking and raping in korea so they were under investigation. I am no longer using this app. Yuk!
It’s been broken since iOS13 update and no update’s coming out. If you are not willing to fix issues, then please remove the app. I think no one at the company’s using this app at all.
After the upgrade to 3.0 everything is in Korean and there is no way to turn the app back to English language. Help!

I couldn't log in
비쥬얼 업데이트 후에 새로온 메일이 자동으로 안뜨고 새로고침을 해야 뜹니다. 너무 불편해요. 그리고 메일 삭제도 왼쪽 스와이프로 한번에 되게 해주세요. 안읽음과 삭제 두 메뉴가 왼쪽 스와이프에 있어서 삭제하려면 한 번 더 눌러야합니다.
최근 들어서 알림이 한동안 안 오다가 다시 오다가 반복되는 문제가 지속 발생합니다. 중요한 메일을 놓치게 되어 다른 메일 서비스로 이전 합니다.

메일 삭제할때 옆으로 넘겨서 삭제하는데 갑자기 어느순간부터는 옆으로 넘겨지는게 렉이 심하게걸려서 삭제가안되요

아니 삭제할때 전체삭제 누르고 중요한거는 제외하고 스크롤 올려서 또 선택 누르니까 내가 제외한게 의미없이 첨부터 다 선택되는데 그래서 중요한 메일 삭제됐는데 진짜 생각이 있는건지 없는건지; 사람들이 네이버메일 많이쓰면서 이따위로 만들지 마세요 진짜
I keep entering the security codes again and again. It doesn’t work. It looks like keyboards not work. And the questions are Ridiculously hard. Even 1 star is too much.

왜 이상한 삭제 방식을 고수하나요? 아이폰에서 삭제하는 방식인 오른쪽 끝부분을 살짝 오른쪽으로 밀고 삭제 확인 뜨면 지우면 좋은데 왜 네이버는 왼쪽으로 밀고 숨겨진 휴지통 아이콘을 선택해야 지워지게 만들었는지 이해가 안가내요 얼른 아이폰 앱이면 아이폰 앱답게 수정하셔요
외국에 있는 친구한테 영어로 힘들게 쓰고, 보내기 버튼 눌러서 보냈는데 보낸메일함에 가서 확인했더니 없으면..어쩌라는겁니까. 진짜..네이버앱들 믿고 썼는데..어떻게 되돌릴수 있는 방법없나요ㅠㅠㅠ

임시보관함의 내용이 뜨질 않고요 수신확인함을 다 지울 수가 없어요. 임시보관함의 메일을 수정하려고 할 때 내용이 뜨질 않으니 수정 자체가 안되고 보낸편지함에 이메일이 보관되어있는 한 수신확인함에도 전부 저장이 되어있어요. 숫제 네이버로 들어가서 이메일을 사용하느 것이 편합니다. 좋아진 거라고는 사진첨부가 잘된다는 것 하나임.
업데이트 후에도 여전히 너무 느려 그냥 다시 웹앱으로 멜 확인하게 되네요... 실망스럽네요
It’s been a while since Apple released new ios but naver mail never has any updates. There are some issues since the new ios updated but ieems like this app is abandoned...... very inconvenient... Disappointing.

I have been using a Naver mail address for years now and the recent change to the app no longer supporting English is disappointing.
After recent updating it's all in Korean. Does Naver want to eliminate all international user who can't read Korean?
Sometimes i need to open my mail on the phone and laptop for work at the same time. But this mail needs to identify a password over and over on different devices. Wasting my times a lot to log in on my phone and laptop. Really uncomfortable to use two devices for work!!!
