Just moved here …From DC and it’s become my place to study and work since it’s 24 hrs. Whether it’s behind the counter or kitchen, the customer service is consistent and on point no matter what time of day or night. I wish I would’ve caught the names of the specific staff that are always willing to help. One younger woman of color who works in the kitchen and beverage center who goes out of her way to ask how my order went. Also, a taller gentleman with a cap who is almost always in the kitchen calling out orders. He must be working overtime and deserves a raise. That goes for everyone that works at this particular location considering I travel for work and good customer service at a 24 hr spot is hard to come by..HayJJayVersion: 8.12.0

Very good but not perfectI absolutely love using this app, but there are a couple of things that do need a little work. I don’t like the disconnect between the rewards and ordering. It took me a great while to figure out that I had to go to rewards and select the ones I wanted and then go to my order and that they would show up. It’s also extremely confusing when all of the rewards don’t show up after you clicked on them as an offer. For example, I might order a coffee, a breakfast sandwich, a soda, and a doughnut. Then I’ll select rewards for all four of those items since I am a frequent shopper and build up a lot of rewards. But after I’ve done that, the next pop-up screen shows only two of those rewards for offering and asking me if I want to use them. I don’t understand why I’m being asked if I want to use them and I don’t understand why all four of the rewards that I chose aren’t in that offering. After I’ve made my selection of rewards, then I should be directed to the ordering screen. In addition, I know this process is made complicated so that we won’t use the rewards, but I feel that when we’ve been so loyal that we’ve built up thousands of points, the reward button should be on the ordering menu and we should just click it there. It’s all very deliberately complicated and it is beneath Sheetz, which I consider one of the run companies and the best convenience store in the country..DavMar4uVersion: 8.32.0

Love Sheetz. App needs improvement.I have lost a slew of points because of how confusing the points part of the app functions. This time, I selected 1000 points for a MTO Salad, it says “purchased” or something like that. I go to the bag, no salad. I try to locate “purchase history” but could not locate a “purchase history “. I finally went to the drive through & explained what was happening. The two employees at the window stumbled around as well. Finally the girl found the purchase. I was confused because it stated it was charging. She explained that the points were covering the cost. I think that’s dumb, but ok. She was correct, when they processed my order & scanned my barcode, it did not charge me except the extras beyond the initial salad order. Please improve the points part of the app. I’ve lost thousands of points in the past because of not being able to locate my items after selecting what I wanted to purchase. If I went back to Sheetz today, they’s no way I’d be able to locate the selected purchase again. Aside from this issue, the app is pretty good, and the staff were positively wonderful! I always bypass other gas stations to go to Sheetz. Although lately, I’ve been unsuccessful in finding the ONLY bottle water I will drink which is Fiji water. Good but one big thingOverall the app is well built and works the way it should. The only main issue is that when placing a delivery order there’s no way to track if it’s being picked up or where the driver actually is. I avoid using DoorDash as you can’t customize the food you want as well as you can on the sheetz app. I would like to see a way to track your delivery in app instead of relying on text message that the app says you should receive during a delivery order. I can confirm that I’ve done multiple delivery orders and have never received any updates through text on the status of my order. I have noticed longer wait times for delivery through the app as well vs what DoorDash tells you the wait is. Also last thing would be to update what the app says when your place delivery order. The app will say “Order Complete” even though it hasn’t been delivered. I feel this should be updated to say something along the lines of “Order in progress” instead. Makes it a little confusing. I would say the biggest downside to the app is the delivery portion with the mentioned issues above. Pickup orders it does great and overall happy with everything else..Seracha_Version: 8.33.0

Just a few notesSo to take you back off of what someone already said about the app, forcing you to purchase sauces, even not even giving us an opportunity to get a free complementary sauce with stuff whether it’s a sampler or for just traditional sides. The other big thing which I think it’s a bug that has been around for a few months now is the fact that every time I open the app it makes me to re-sign in. I thought it was just me, but apparently it’s for everybody and it’s really annoying especially if you go to the store and want to use your Sheetz card on the fly and the wallet one works like. You have to now log back in and sometimes it just takes forever. The one other thing is also the app not picking up where you’re at location wise if you were ordering yes you can pick the location closest to you, but it should automatically detect where you’re at. Never againWow, I know it’s hard with personnel turnover to keep things running smoothly however; even though it’s the only game in town for food after midnight I will no longer be ordering MTO from your establishment. I ordered hot dogs a few nights ago. When I bit into the first one, it took awhile. It was petrified clear through. It had to be a day old if it was an hour. Then just now I ordered a meatball hoagie combo. The drink was good, but the fries were cold and the meatballs were petrified also. A shame really because I’ve been eating here since the original store #213 opened. If my wife had not worked at Sheetz in Berwick, I would never have known the ins and outs of how things were supposed to run. I’ve always thought of bringing my own lunch but while getting a drink at Sheetz, it was easy to get a sandwich there. But sadly that ship has sailed. Several QoL fixes neededMy previous review was great but there have been some regressions with the new update that make things a bit tedious. The delivery system doesn’t remember anything. Every time I have to re-input my delivery instructions, and NONE of those order details get forwarded to DoorDash. I have to put it in AGAIN so the driver can find me. 2) Several in-store options are still missing from the app, despite being available at nearly all. I understand that having store specific inventory would be tedious, but it makes no sense to me that SO MANY ITEMS are shown that are NOT stocked at my store. Someone there does inventory. I’ve seen the Zebra tablets. All possible items should be added in and some sort of unavailability should be visible. Not accurate on ‘Offerz’/Lost funds/Downhill AppI’ve been a Sheetz Freak for 3+ years and have witnessed the app slowly go downhill to the point where it is now actively untrustworthy. Whether ’Offerz’ being downright wrong (a recent purchase fell under all guidelines, but did not give discount) OR the loss of funds on a gift card that the staff at the Sheetz were unable to recover (payment terminal froze after payment and had to be hard reset by a team member…. Then re-rung with my gift card balance now zero), this app is no longer trustworthy. Problem adding a debit card to my wallet.I recently had to replace my debit card because of fraudulent activity. When I tried to add my new card to the wallet, I got an error messages saying my card could not be added. I tried multiple times, tried using a credit card, restarting the phone, and finally deleted and reinstalled the app. None of these things worked. I recently installed the latest update to iOS (Apple iPhone 13 Pro.) Is it possible that the app is not fully compatible with the iOS update? I hope we can find a solution. Whether you need to fuel the car, or your belly, Sheetz is the place to stop! Not to mention the app that pays you in rewards. Decent AppThe App for Sheetz is decent at what it does, and it makes ordering MTO easy and fast. While the user experience is good, it would be nice to have a more obvious way to leave feedback, like sometimes my order is messed up, or sometimes the person behind the counter did an extra amazing job and I want a way to share that. It would also be nice to have the ability to select amounts of an extra on your order. For example an ability when getting mayo to select “lite, regular, or heavy” rather than just hoping the person making my food has the life experience to know how much sauce I like on something. Easy to use app, wish it kept me logged in!Love using the app to do quick self checkouts for morning coffee and soda, or visits during a road trip where I can get back driving as soon as possible. Store #390I have been patronizing Sheetz for many years not only at Store #390 in Kent but other Sheetz across Ohio and in neighboring state where they are located at - I am the first to admit that I am addicted to the Frozen Mocha!!! Out of every single store I have used, it is my opinion, Store #390 is the only store that makes my drinks to perfection!! They have told me that they follow a corporate recipe but I can certainly tell the difference in the taste even from stores close to their location!!! Latest Update - Not a fanLike the app a lot. Use it every day. Placing an MTO order when I leave my house and having it ready when I get to the store is a fantastic timesaver. I drive an EV now but when I’ve needed to fuel up the 2nd car the Fuel part works great. My gripe is with the Go portion. I use that every morning as well. Who’s bright idea was it to put every single size and flavor of fountain drink in there? Previously I just hit fountain and then extra large and was done. Now I have to scroll through the giant list to get to what I want. If the goal is to track which specific item is selling, that’s cool. Could use some adjustmentsI love sheetz and am happy I have the app to make it easier to order. What I don’t like about it is, there’s no option to make adjustments on your orders. I like y break mast sandwiches extra toasted and there’s no option for that, so I always have to call and ask them to make it extra toasted. There is also no button for brewed tea, only fountain drinks. So it becomes inconvenient for me because I either have to wait in line to pay for it there or order a fountain pop and ask them to make it tea when I called. Spending points on foodI believe it should be much easier to utilize your points on food that you are ordering on the APP, and picking up. I tried multiple ways and was not able to order/redeem food using points. Said something about having to scan my phone AT the store. Well, when you work, and you are sending 1 co-worker to pick up 8 people’s orders, because in healthcare we can’t leave our patients… we can’t SCAN our phone that isn’t at the store!! Love Sheetz; HATE this AppNothing but issues, especially recently, but it’s been buggy and unreliable since I first downloaded it early in the Pandemic: among other annoyances, it frequently “can’t load stores”, it thinks I’m at the wrong Sheetz and won’t let me check in, and, most recently it’s simply not letting me get to the screen that allows me to order. Update crashed the appThe app was working great on 4-7-26. Not so much the 8th or 9th. So I checked and there was an update. I updated the app. It loads. I select pickup and then it starts to load more. I have also tried delivery with the same results…. That’s where it sits. I checked and updated my phone. Tried the app again. It opens but doesn’t load. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Login. That’s where it stops now… the update broke it. Happy with the app but…Ever since your last update, I require iOS 17 plus. Having tested the iPhone 8 Plus that o use, aside of a 15, I’ve decided they are no different. In fact I’d argue my camera is better than the 15. Now apple is playing their game of “cannot update you iOS, past version 16.” So I can no longer use the app. That got me so much free stuff, because I go to sheetz every day twice. Kicking me offEvery time I try opening the app it kicks me out. It doesn’t matter if I'm using my data or WiFi. It’s really getting old!!! Good app, but rewards are getting worse, and the app needs needs Siri Shortcuts integrationRewards are going downhill. This is not necessarily an app issue but just with Sheetz in general. The fryz subscription is gone, and now a full size sub costs 1250 points instead of 1000 and only allows one free topping. Previously you could add as many as you want. Unfortunately due to these changes I will not be visiting Sheetz very much anymore. Good but just a few thingsWhen ordering mozzarella sticks for example you should get at least one free marinara with your order. Your app forces us to pay for any sauces that at most restaurants or fast food come complimentary with the order. The other thing I noticed is that not all coupons are listed under offers. I’m having problems.I get notifications that I have special offers etc. . But I can’t access them. I keep getting the message oh Sheetz, update needed please update to the newest version. PSA: Customer service rep sent me to SCAMMERS!!!!Called customer service today. I had issues with paying on the app and the website. The rep gave me another number to call. She read it to me several times, so I know for a fact I wrote the number down right. She also tells me that this is the only department that can take payment over the phone. I call the number and it’s an Indian lady. No automated system, no music. Just more Indian ppl in the background. The lady immediately asks for my debit card number to look up my account. I tell her my debit card isn’t linked to my account. She starts to say something else and the call ends. I call back and we have the same conversation as before. She tells me she cannot help me without the debit card number. I start questioning her and the call ends. I call Sheetz customer service back tell them what happened. They tell me that is not the right number and they can never take payment over the phone. So have scammers started working for big companies now? Are their employees getting paid by scammers to send customers to the scammers thinking they are talking to the same company? (Hope you could follow that, but I don’t know how else to say it.) This is crazy. I hope Sheetz actually looks into this and figures out who sent me to scammers. They said they would, but who knows if they really will. Just wanted to warn y’all. The app is great if you like paying for stuff you never getWorst app and customer service ever. First of all, if you place an order that has drinks in it for delivery, good luck. You will never, ever see those drinks. Every single time without fail I place an order through the sheetz app that includes drinks, they never come. And if your order is wrong good luck with that too. There’s no feature to dispute or report an order. You have to go to their help center, click the little “contact us” link which they try to make as small and towards the bottom as possible, then you get a text box with a 250 character limit. And when they do get back to you they won’t offer a refund for items you paid for. No, they’re just like “oopsies here’s a coupon”. You have to specifically demand they refund you your money for items that you did not receive. For as much profit as you take in every year you should invest more in app development and training your employees to keep food and drinks from the same order together. The first time I was charged twice for the same purchase, the pending amount was withheld from access for almost 10 days; even after calling Sheetz corporate and my bank. The second time I purchased gas, I pumped $1.47 before the pump shut off; I informed Cindi only to be met with instant hostility and no help; I was told I pumped the $10 worth of gas, etc. I just want to park this here for the next time I am treated this way so that Sheetz corporate leadership can help me with the relationship I have had with this company for decades. Still a Lousy appEvery time I try to use an offer I load it onto my card, pick up the item, give the card and item to the attendant, they ring it up and tell me the price - it’s always full retail. Then we just stare at each other. From what they say the discounted price doesn’t show until they “tender” the sale, which they don’t do until I pay. I tried it their way once and my credit card was charged the full price, they had to cancel the sale and ring it up again. A month ago I had to replace the credit card assigned to my account. I deleted the old one then went to add the new one, I get a message that something is wrong and to call support, which I did. It’s been a month now and I still can’t add the card onto the app. Card is good, information is good, the app and website just doesn’t allow me to add it. Unusable and Inconvenient App.My wife was coming home on a long trip and I was just trying to order her some food to pick up quickly so she could hit the road. I went through the whole process of ordering and when I tried to “Check In” it required MY phone to be at the Sheetz I ordered at in order for my wife to pick the food. My wife couldn’t pick up her food AND I had already paid for it. In terms of the functionality of this app - it has issues. I tried to put in a new car but it wouldn’t add it to my order. Additionally, when I entered my card into the app, I accidentally put in the wrong address and it doesn’t allow me to go back in and change it. Love sheetz, hate their app.Sheetz is great, more of them than not. Lately it’s been unusually bad but everything is unusually bad right now so it is what it is. The major issue with this app, is it malfunctions a lot. It will randomly send orders to the wrong store. It will randomly cancel orders, you can’t edit MTO favorites or even edit MTO food in checkout if you change your mind. The app is not what I’d expect from Sheetz, plus when these issues happen there is no way to get ahold of anyone to get refunds or get problems fixed. No customer support at all in the app and the staff in store have no clue how to interact with the app. Also it’s ridiculous that you can’t cancel orders ever. It needs an overhaulI have been trying to use this app for a while now, and it has been nothing but problems. My gift cards that I got and put into the app do not work, and have even stopped working in person, whether this is coincidence or because I entered them in the app, I don’t know. Whenever I try to refresh the page and see if the cards work, it’s shows an error saying it can’t refresh the gift cards. This app is also WAY more complicated than it needs to be. It is such an ordeal to try and pay ahead of time only to say that I still need to pay at the register. Oh WOW!I had the app and was pleased with it until I went to place my first mobile order with it. After selecting my items I went to check out and was flabbergasted to read the message when I chose to not leave a tip. The message asked me if I was sure that I didn’t want to leave a tip, as doing so could result in either a late delivery of my order or no delivery at all! I was actually going to pay a cash tip directly to the driver but, if this company can be so brazen as to try to corner consumers into a quid-pro-quo, then they have permanently lost my business (and everyone else that I can pass this information along to). It’s okay when it worksFirst, please make the button for pumping gas more prominent. It’s at the bottom, and I have to look for it forever to find it. My other issue is, the app wouldn’t work at all yesterday. I had a very early morning meeting, so I tried to order breakfast for pickup, and the food menu would not load. I tried to later order for delivery at work, still wouldn’t load (small town, we have no other options for ordering food). Then I needed to stop for gas on the way home and when I tapped the pump and pay button, it wouldn’t recognize that I was at a Sheetz, even though I refreshed and restarted the app..MaryS3S3S3Version: 8.4.0

App doesn’t workOnly for iOS 17 or later I have the iPhone X. They will just refuse service because I don’t have a new phone??? Just a few weeks ago I went to fill my truck up with gas the pump ran until it clicked and showed 40$ charged to my account when I started my truck my gage was still on E I explained the situation to me and they kept insisting that if they’re thing tells them it pumped the gas than it pumped the gas they broke a cup outside and squirted a tiny bit of gas in it acting like that was proof of something. They tried telling me my gage must be broken. I went the next day to the marathon across the road and put 22 gallons in so I knew they scammed me..Someone12458901Version: 8.21.0

IOS 15 REQUIREDI have had no problems using the app other than in the store (people stealing food, or the employees not putting it out) never had a problem using the “Sheetz go” on my phone or the “Gas and go” until the most recent update which requires IOS 15 and they won’t allow you to use the IOS 14.8 version of the app so now they’ve lost a customer used to ONLY stop at Sheetz due the the points you could use for money off gas and the 3¢ off the gallon with the Sheetz card but now it’s not worth it, gas is cheaper at other stations even after the 3¢ off. Sheetz used to be one of the better gas stations but it looks like they’re following in 7/11’s and BP’s footsteps to failure.Cart6rVersion: 7.13.1

Smooth experience - lacking points expirationApp is nice way to place an order for pickup and see available offers. I like using it to see my points and redeem for items as well. The biggest thing is it doesn’t show you when points expire. I asked customer service about this and they stated to just send them an email when you want to know when points expire OR just redeem them every month. This is wrong. Other competitors show me when points expire (or they just don’t expire). It would be nice and wise to add this feature to the app to make a better customer experience..BJackson21!Version: 8.10.3

UnreliableBuggiest app on my phone for sure. when it’s working, it’s really convenient. however it seems like every new update totally breaks it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times now to combat it not saving my account information or just not letting me log in at all. I go on my lunch break for work to grab Sheetz often, and whether or not I have enough time to eat is determined by the app and if it wants to work or not. today I will not have enough time because it told me my login credentials are wrong. Worst Ordering AppIt took me 3 tries to figure out how to add just a credit card. That’s not even an option under pay. I had to buy a gift card and long and behold it finally asked my for my card info. After purchasing the gift card and trying to place an order it keeps telling me an unknown error has occurred. So now I have a Sheetz gift card I cannot use. Sheetz you just lost my business this morning over a malfunctioning app, with bad user friendliness. I’ve got 4 kids in the car with me, all I wanted was to order a coffee for curbside on my way to the park. I am not taking 4 kids in to do that. I was already on the fence about Sheetz. So many bugs and issuesI got this app because I have a short lunch period at work and cannot afford to wait in line. Most days, I get a message that says there is a network connection error. So I close out and hop back in and try to place my order again, and am told I can’t order because I submitted too many orders in the last minute. Now, I’ve lost ALL my points because it kicked me out of my signed in status, and refuses to recognize my email address. I cannot sign back in. I tried to make a new account, but it won’t let me because my email is already in use. I won’t be supporting this app or the store with as much business as I used to. Great store, comically bad appThink of everything that has ever annoyed you about a store loyalty app. Congratulations, you have imagined a slightly less annoying version of the Sheetz app. Okay, admittedly I am mostly writing this because it gleefully charged me full price for a cold brew directly after I bought a token for a free one with reward points, but the app *is* trash in many other ways, and this experience just broke the camel’s back. The passwords have arbitrary character restrictions, so you have to fiddle with your password manager to get one that it’ll take. The menu is needlessly layered, to the point that it takes 5 clicks just to find chicken tenders. There’s the aforementioned issue with rewards not applying when they intuitively should based on how the in-store checkout works. Closing the app with the barcode screen open will log you out for some reason. It’s just an overall very shoddy attempt at an app..R. James MercerVersion: 8.22.0
