Just moved here …From DC and it’s become my place to study and work since it’s 24 hrs. Whether it’s behind the counter or kitchen, the customer service is consistent and on point no matter what time of day or night. I wish I would’ve caught the names of the specific staff that are always willing to help. One younger woman of color who works in the kitchen and beverage center who goes out of her way to ask how my order went. Also, a taller gentleman with a cap who is almost always in the kitchen calling out orders. He must be working overtime and deserves a raise. That goes for everyone that works at this particular location considering I travel for work and good customer service at a 24 hr spot is hard to come by..Version: 8.12.0

Very good but not perfectI absolutely love using this app, but there are a couple of things that do need a little work. I don’t like the disconnect between the rewards and ordering. It took me a great while to figure out that I had to go to rewards and select the ones I wanted and then go to my order and that they would show up. It’s also extremely confusing when all of the rewards don’t show up after you clicked on them as an offer. For example, I might order a coffee, a breakfast sandwich, a soda, and a doughnut. Then I’ll select rewards for all four of those items since I am a frequent shopper and build up a lot of rewards. But after I’ve done that, the next pop-up screen shows only two of those rewards for offering and asking me if I want to use them. I don’t understand why I’m being asked if I want to use them and I don’t understand why all four of the rewards that I chose aren’t in that offering. After I’ve made my selection of rewards, then I should be directed to the ordering screen. In addition, I know this process is made complicated so that we won’t use the rewards, but I feel that when we’ve been so loyal that we’ve built up thousands of points, the reward button should be on the ordering menu and we should just click it there. It’s all very deliberately complicated and it is beneath Sheetz, which I consider one of the run companies and the best convenience store in the country..Version: 8.32.0

Love Sheetz. App needs improvement.I have lost a slew of points because of how confusing the points part of the app functions. This time, I selected 1000 points for a MTO Salad, it says “purchased” or something like that. I go to the bag, no salad. I try to locate “purchase history” but could not locate a “purchase history “. I finally went to the drive through & explained what was happening. The two employees at the window stumbled around as well. Finally the girl found the purchase. I was confused because it stated it was charging. She explained that the points were covering the cost. I think that’s dumb, but ok. She was correct, when they processed my order & scanned my barcode, it did not charge me except the extras beyond the initial salad order. Please improve the points part of the app. I’ve lost thousands of points in the past because of not being able to locate my items after selecting what I wanted to purchase. If I went back to Sheetz today, they’s no way I’d be able to locate the selected purchase again. Aside from this issue, the app is pretty good, and the staff were positively wonderful! I always bypass other gas stations to go to Sheetz. Although lately, I’ve been unsuccessful in finding the ONLY bottle water I will drink which is Fiji water. They need to get it back in stock so I don’t have to make two stops on every out of town trip. Thank you 😊.Version: 8.25.0

Good but one big thingOverall the app is well built and works the way it should. The only main issue is that when placing a delivery order there’s no way to track if it’s being picked up or where the driver actually is. I avoid using DoorDash as you can’t customize the food you want as well as you can on the sheetz app. I would like to see a way to track your delivery in app instead of relying on text message that the app says you should receive during a delivery order. I can confirm that I’ve done multiple delivery orders and have never received any updates through text on the status of my order. I have noticed longer wait times for delivery through the app as well vs what DoorDash tells you the wait is. Also last thing would be to update what the app says when your place delivery order. The app will say “Order Complete” even though it hasn’t been delivered. I feel this should be updated to say something along the lines of “Order in progress” instead. Makes it a little confusing. I would say the biggest downside to the app is the delivery portion with the mentioned issues above. Pickup orders it does great and overall happy with everything else..Version: 8.33.0

Just a few notesSo to take you back off of what someone already said about the app, forcing you to purchase sauces, even not even giving us an opportunity to get a free complementary sauce with stuff whether it’s a sampler or for just traditional sides. The other big thing which I think it’s a bug that has been around for a few months now is the fact that every time I open the app it makes me to re-sign in. I thought it was just me, but apparently it’s for everybody and it’s really annoying especially if you go to the store and want to use your Sheetz card on the fly and the wallet one works like. You have to now log back in and sometimes it just takes forever. The one other thing is also the app not picking up where you’re at location wise if you were ordering yes you can pick the location closest to you, but it should automatically detect where you’re at. If you’re near a store I’ll give you an option to change it from there. (Ie: like the Taco Bell app).Version: 8.31.1

Never againWow, I know it’s hard with personnel turnover to keep things running smoothly however; even though it’s the only game in town for food after midnight I will no longer be ordering MTO from your establishment. I ordered hot dogs a few nights ago. When I bit into the first one, it took awhile. It was petrified clear through. It had to be a day old if it was an hour. Then just now I ordered a meatball hoagie combo. The drink was good, but the fries were cold and the meatballs were petrified also. A shame really because I’ve been eating here since the original store #213 opened. If my wife had not worked at Sheetz in Berwick, I would never have known the ins and outs of how things were supposed to run. I’ve always thought of bringing my own lunch but while getting a drink at Sheetz, it was easy to get a sandwich there. But sadly that ship has sailed. Several QoL fixes neededMy previous review was great but there have been some regressions with the new update that make things a bit tedious. The delivery system doesn’t remember anything. Every time I have to re-input my delivery instructions, and NONE of those order details get forwarded to DoorDash. I have to put it in AGAIN so the driver can find me. 2) Several in-store options are still missing from the app, despite being available at nearly all. I understand that having store specific inventory would be tedious, but it makes no sense to me that SO MANY ITEMS are shown that are NOT stocked at my store. Someone there does inventory. I’ve seen the Zebra tablets. All possible items should be added in and some sort of unavailability should be visible. I should not be finding out that the store does not have something from the door dasher. Fellas, PLEASE! 🙏.Version: 8.35.0

Not accurate on ‘Offerz’/Lost funds/Downhill AppI’ve been a Sheetz Freak for 3+ years and have witnessed the app slowly go downhill to the point where it is now actively untrustworthy. Whether ’Offerz’ being downright wrong (a recent purchase fell under all guidelines, but did not give discount) OR the loss of funds on a gift card that the staff at the Sheetz were unable to recover (payment terminal froze after payment and had to be hard reset by a team member…. Then re-rung with my gift card balance now zero), this app is no longer trustworthy. I will not be storing funds on this app and will continue to reevaluate my use of both this app and reasons to go to Sheetz..Version: 7.9.1

Problem adding a debit card to my wallet.I recently had to replace my debit card because of fraudulent activity. When I tried to add my new card to the wallet, I got an error messages saying my card could not be added. I tried multiple times, tried using a credit card, restarting the phone, and finally deleted and reinstalled the app. None of these things worked. I recently installed the latest update to iOS (Apple iPhone 13 Pro.) Is it possible that the app is not fully compatible with the iOS update? I hope we can find a solution. I am disabled and used to order and pay on line so I could use curbside pickup. I’m back to going into the store and ordering and paying there..Version: 7.25.1

SheetzYEAHSince moving to Pa and discovering Sheetz, this has been our top go to place. You cannot go wrong with shtopping here. Whether you need to fuel the car, or your belly, Sheetz is the place to stop! Not to mention the app that pays you in rewards. The credit card that you get points when you shop in Sheetz and extra few cents off when you use the credit card. Oh and me, I save my points for the end of the year - cash them in around November and I have gift cards from my shopping points to give family and friends for the holidays. Sheetz shopping!!!! Decent AppThe App for Sheetz is decent at what it does, and it makes ordering MTO easy and fast. While the user experience is good, it would be nice to have a more obvious way to leave feedback, like sometimes my order is messed up, or sometimes the person behind the counter did an extra amazing job and I want a way to share that. It would also be nice to have the ability to select amounts of an extra on your order. For example an ability when getting mayo to select “lite, regular, or heavy” rather than just hoping the person making my food has the life experience to know how much sauce I like on something. Easy to use app, wish it kept me logged in!Love using the app to do quick self checkouts for morning coffee and soda, or visits during a road trip where I can get back driving as soon as possible. I am always having to log back in though, which even though my password n all is saved, it’s a bit annoying having to hit my saved password and log in because it shouldn’t make me log in every single day, especially when I have “remember me” selected. The offers now showing up left to right instead of in a list is kind of annoying too, it seriously looks weird when scrolling thru all the offers..Version: 8.31.1

Returns are impossibleI love Sheetz, love the food, love the app. EXCEPT this has to be the most difficult place I have ever ordered from, to make returns. Why? Why, if you don't have something in stock for my pick up, is it my responsibility to do the refund? And I can't even request it through the app, like they say at the counter. I've lost money because I don't have time to figure this out or send a contact email every time you don't have a drink in stock. And for deliveries, even though they use DoorDash, still no place to ask for a refund, no photos. Feels like for what Sheetz and their app is and is capable of- that this is a pretty glaring oversight especially in terms of customer support and satisfaction....Version: 8.38.1

Store #390I have been patronizing Sheetz for many years not only at Store #390 in Kent but other Sheetz across Ohio and in neighboring state where they are located at - I am the first to admit that I am addicted to the Frozen Mocha!!! Out of every single store I have used, it is my opinion, Store #390 is the only store that makes my drinks to perfection!! They have told me that they follow a corporate recipe but I can certainly tell the difference in the taste even from stores close to their location!!! I have purchased so many drinks, and food on occasion, but can honestly say that the staff at Store #390 is absolutely the BEST!!!.Version: 8.5.0

Latest Update - Not a fanLike the app a lot. Use it every day. Placing an MTO order when I leave my house and having it ready when I get to the store is a fantastic timesaver. I drive an EV now but when I’ve needed to fuel up the 2nd car the Fuel part works great. My gripe is with the Go portion. I use that every morning as well. Who’s bright idea was it to put every single size and flavor of fountain drink in there? Previously I just hit fountain and then extra large and was done. Now I have to scroll through the giant list to get to what I want. If the goal is to track which specific item is selling, that’s cool. Add a favorites option or something like you have for MTO so I can get to what I want quickly..Version: 7.19.0

Now that the points are working again for meCan you do me a favor Add in a built in receipt keeper I am constantly having to ask for receipts if they are to busy I don’t get receipts and the app should be able to keep a digital receipt honestly It’s not rocket science this is computer science. Also need to update the gift card system To be able to work at or pay at the gas pumps. Could use some adjustmentsI love sheetz and am happy I have the app to make it easier to order. What I don’t like about it is, there’s no option to make adjustments on your orders. I like y break mast sandwiches extra toasted and there’s no option for that, so I always have to call and ask them to make it extra toasted. There is also no button for brewed tea, only fountain drinks. So it becomes inconvenient for me because I either have to wait in line to pay for it there or order a fountain pop and ask them to make it tea when I called. If these changes could be made, I’d give the app 5 stars..Version: 6.27.0

Spending points on foodI believe it should be much easier to utilize your points on food that you are ordering on the APP, and picking up. I tried multiple ways and was not able to order/redeem food using points. Said something about having to scan my phone AT the store. Well, when you work, and you are sending 1 co-worker to pick up 8 people’s orders, because in healthcare we can’t leave our patients… we can’t SCAN our phone that isn’t at the store!! I’m sure we aren’t the only professionals that send someone else to pick-up our “Paid for” orders. Come on Sheetz…. Do better!! We shop with you BECAUSE of the points..Version: 8.5.0

Love Sheetz; HATE this AppNothing but issues, especially recently, but it’s been buggy and unreliable since I first downloaded it early in the Pandemic: among other annoyances, it frequently “can’t load stores”, it thinks I’m at the wrong Sheetz and won’t let me check in, and, most recently it’s simply not letting me get to the screen that allows me to order. I buy both food and fuel from Sheetz 2-3 times a week, and would love to have an app that actually works properly..Version: 6.27.0

Update crashed the appThe app was working great on 4-7-26. Not so much the 8th or 9th. So I checked and there was an update. I updated the app. It loads. I select pickup and then it starts to load more. I have also tried delivery with the same results…. That’s where it sits. I checked and updated my phone. Tried the app again. It opens but doesn’t load. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Login. That’s where it stops now… the update broke it. I’ve had no problems until now with the app. Update: probably been an hour and now the app finally loads..Version: 8.37.0

Happy with the app but…Ever since your last update, I require iOS 17 plus. Having tested the iPhone 8 Plus that o use, aside of a 15, I’ve decided they are no different. In fact I’d argue my camera is better than the 15. Now apple is playing their game of “cannot update you iOS, past version 16.” So I can no longer use the app. That got me so much free stuff, because I go to sheetz every day twice. I’m asking the developer to fix that. Make your app, non dependent on certain operating system versions. Kicking me offEvery time I try opening the app it kicks me out. It doesn’t matter if I'm using my data or WiFi. It’s really getting old!!! I don’t want to remove and download again, been there done that, it doesn’t help. I have a newer iPhone and have changed everything in the settings and it still doesn’t work. I never had an issue on my old iPhone using the app so I don’t think it’s the type of phone. It would be nice to be able to use the app without this problem. App fixed by deleting & re-installingMany thanks to Flyersfanforever, who posted the suggestion after communicating with the Sheetz app developers. Deleting and reinstalling the app fixed the crash problem after the most recent update. It now works like it used to. I agree with Flyersfanforever, that getting an email or some kind of notification about how to handle this would have been helpful..Version: 8.10.4

Good app, but rewards are getting worse, and the app needs needs Siri Shortcuts integrationRewards are going downhill. This is not necessarily an app issue but just with Sheetz in general. The fryz subscription is gone, and now a full size sub costs 1250 points instead of 1000 and only allows one free topping. Previously you could add as many as you want. Unfortunately due to these changes I will not be visiting Sheetz very much anymore. I will say that the app is super convenient for ordering on the go, but it would be even more convenient if we could do so with an automation via Siri Shortcuts..Version: 8.30.0

Good but just a few thingsWhen ordering mozzarella sticks for example you should get at least one free marinara with your order. Your app forces us to pay for any sauces that at most restaurants or fast food come complimentary with the order. The other thing I noticed is that not all coupons are listed under offers. For example the two hotdogs for one is not listed and I just stumbled upon it. I wish I could see all deals available when ordering..Version: 8.28.1

BaherFirst I used to love this App and Sheetz is my best Gas Station until they ruined the App, I can’t open the App anymore I tried to Delete it many times and reinstall it again and did all the Updates but Still as soon as you click on it it open for 2 seconds then close by it self. Customer Service ReviewI recently used the pump-to-pay option through the app and ran into a problem, so I contacted customer service and it turns out Sheetz wasn't the problem, but instead it was my bank at fault. Regardless, the customer service support was amazing and super simple! I do wish they had an easier way to call customer service through the app instead of the website..Version: 7.21.0

Exceptional service and qualityI ordered two hotdog made to order the way I like them and when I pay for them and have the money to and they went above and beyond and were perfect customer service great no wait time by the time I got down the street from a job site to pick my order up that I put in on the app. It was ready but still hot and tasted amazing real well done Sheetz in staunton!!!!.Version: 8.21.0

I’m having problems.I get notifications that I have special offers etc. . But I can’t access them. I keep getting the message oh Sheetz, update needed please update to the newest version. I updated as soon as I get this message. I went back to the app and the same please update message keeps popping up . Went back to the App Store and it says open, not update. I can’t update any further, but the app insists that I need to update to newest version before I can get access! Don’t know how to fix this. I’m tempted to take the app off my phone..Version: 7.13.1

The big problemThe biggest issue I’ve ever had is loving Sheetz too much. The app makes it too easy to make my custom orders, set pickup or delivery times, and check out. Not to mention points stack up fast as heck and I can redeem them for fuel discounts. So why wouldn’t I keep using the app right? Good idea but….The app is flawed, especially when it comes to using your rewards, half the time they do not get applied and take the discount off the total price. I am on the road constantly and I enjoy sheetz food but there are other fast food choices that have a much easier ordering and reward system on their app, and I plan to frequent those places more until sheetz improves their system..Version: 7.13.1

Super useful for contactless shoppingIn the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Sheetz app has become indispensable in my daily work, allowing me to have food made & paid for by the time I’m ready to pick it up between work shifts. Love this SheetzMy daughter and I come to the sheets every day, sometimes more than once.. I live closer to Turkey Hill, but I'd rather go to Sheetz. The employees are friendly, courteous, respectful, smiles on their face always willing to help. If the order is messed up or something always willing to fix it with no issues.
