Still five starsSo yeah I’m changing my review. It’s still five stars, connects fast. And it’s STILL better then the official LG Remote app. This remote app works well, runs well, and is great in general. One problem I do have however is that every two clicks the “Would you like to get the subscription” pop up appears it’s just annoying, and I know I don’t have to get the subscription but could you fix this problem please, maybe add a Subscription button so when people actually want to get it they can click it and the pop up would come up. Also, if you add a 3 day free trial, more people would actually buy the subscription. Like how Duolingo does the 7 day free trial for Super & Max. But anyway, I think this app is almost perfect. Better than other digital remotesThis is really good. The only 2 things that I wish would be better are 1, the fitting. I don’t really like apps that cannot adapt to my screen size. 2, the pricing. I just think $7 per WEEK is just too much for a digital tv remote. Maybe it could be $2 or $3 (with a small ad at the bottom of the screen) would be a reasonable amount. 3, Why does this popup telling me to buy pro show up every time I press ANY button? I understand if you do it like when we open the app or try to use a premium feature but every time I press buttons? 4, I want more styles. Five stars!This app is incredibly convenient and makes managing my TV so much easier. It connects quickly and works perfectly. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the touch controls feel natural and responsive. I’ve tried a few other remote control apps in the past, but my experience with them leaves much to be desired. They make people give 5 ⭐️You download the app and then before finish it they make you give five stars, but then you need to actually pay for the controller to be able to use it which I think is not necessary the problem. The problem is that they don’t say it before hand they make you like go through all the process of connect and collect your information before you I can actually use a control and then you have to pay. No staggering RemoteThis remote is absolutely wonderful. I can’t believe that even while I was undeserved my sheet that I could still hold the phone up and control. The screen didn’t have to get up at all. Works very well it out did my physical remote control that kind of crashed. This saved my TV screen from staying on. YeahI like the app. I lose my remote a lot, so I kinda need. It’s the only thing I don’t like, so is that I cannot go to apps or survive three minutes without getting the ad for gets the trial as I cannot survive without being able to turn my volume upper down, and it also helps me to do a child for that. A problem where it disconnected itself from the tv.When I’m in the app and connected to the tv infront of me, it randomly disconnects from the tv a few seconds later, it could’ve also happened when I’m off the app, can you please fix this problem for safety. Not to bad but…Worked pretty fine for my tv, the only thing that annoys me is it scrolling aggressively through everything. Even when I’m not telling it too. I’ll just tell it to go slightly down, and it’ll end up scrolling down way too far. I think it’s just it loosing signal to the tv, or something. Too expensiveI understand companies need to make money. However this app does not let you use the features without paying $6.99 a week. If a person were to pay the $6.99 a week subscription to use this app it would come out to around $27 a month and around $325 a year. A new remote costs around $10-20 dollars. Absolutely TerribleI’ve been trying to figure out how to connect the TV to my phone because we don’t have a remote for it currently. After trying for about 30 minutes I finally was able to get it to connect. Now keep in mind, all I’m trying to do is turn up the volume, nothing more. As a GTM executive at a tech company, using an Asymmetric Dominance model, or pricing decoy to sell your product is insulting to your customers when all you have is a simple app that does 1 thing in a market flooded with them.
