StressWatch relies on your RHR (Resting Heart Rate) and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) data retrieved from Apple Health.
We'll analyze and interpret the data to determine your current stress levels. We constantly monitor your status and remind your immediately if your stress levels get too high so you can take action right away to help reduce your stress levels.
#How can StressWatch help you?
- When you work late into the night, StressWatch can remind you that your HRV is low and you're stressed - a gentle reminder to help you understand that it's time to get some rest.
- When you're at a social event and you have to force yourself to smile, we'll remind you that your HRV is low and you're stressed - a gentle reminder to get some fresh air and recharge.
- When you've had just a bit too much to drink, we'll remind you that your HRV is low and you're stressed (because alcohol is a stresssor) - a gentle reminder to let up a bit on the cup, drink some water, and take care of your body.
- You can constantly monitor your HRV levels (and stress levels) from your Apple Watch by adding StressWatch to your Watch Face.
- Paired with proper exercise and adequate rest, monitor and analyze your weekly and monthly stress levels over prolonged periods of time; you'll realize that you're getting better as time goes on.
#Design Concept
We created StressWatch with the sole intention to help people to reduce anxiety in this age of stress and pressure. However, data and numbers do not have any meaning if the user is unable to interpret the data. (Not everyone is a rocket scientist!) So it got us thinking: how can we design a app that delivers numbers and data in a friendly manner that will help users to reduce stress and anxiety. Thus, we created the "Mr.Fizz", which is the foundation of our product design. The "Mr.Fizz" will change colors as the user's stress levels rise.

StressWatch: AI Stress Monitor Positive Reviews
This is top app for stress watchThis app helped me understand why I am stressed and understand HRV better. Also, this is not just monitoring your HRV, including sun time, mindfulness, steps, noises, and sleep time. Even they have customized your mood. That's so cool! All of this is important to impact your stress, and try to follow up on them to make you relax. That's the best feature compared to another app I tried. I'm unsure if this newly developed app was recently created. However, there are many ways to improve, like dark mode, analytics data history, and notifications directly from the app, not only Apple Watch. That example would make it easier and more friendly for all of us to access. NOTE for people who complain about subscriptions: I understand your valid point that they should be free because it's a toolkit for your mental health. However, how can they get paid to developers, keep it in the App Store, and even have a team of many people to develop this app to support all? Therefore, they need our support to run as well. This app can grow to be the best..Version: 2.0.16
No Real Time UpdatesI'm updating my review and adding a couple stars because I appreciate the Developer response and they shouldn't be faulted for Apple's horrible policies and refund review process. Updated Review: Alerts don't happen in real time, which is what I specifically need this app for. The max frequency you can get (which requires configuration from default settings of 2-5 hours) is every 15 minutes. I appreciate caring Developer responses, and if real time monitoring is not needed, the app would be fine. More that watch faces don't work for all (though complications do work). Old Review: The data was consistently several hours behind. Alerts don't come in real time (even though I made sure my settings allowed for immediate notifications). I purchased this in order to get alerts in the moment so I could make adjustments in real time. After trying it for almost a day hoping it would catch up, I canceled and requested a refund. The request was denied, I appealed, and it was denied again. Normally I wouldn't purchase without a free trial but the reviews and ratings were so high I took a chance. I think a lot of those ratings must be friends and family. I don't often write negative reviews, but this was an expensive mistake and since refunds are apparently not possible even when requested promptly because functionality doesn't work, I want to try to save someone else from a similar error in judgment..Version: 2.0.12
Well designedI was looking for a stress monitoring app that would update automatically throughout the day when my watch takes HRV readings. I like this one because it gives me both a daily stress rating, based on HRV and RHR, and one that updates during the day. The premium is comparably priced to similar apps, and the free version does quite a bit but doesn’t show trends or as detailed data. There is a lot of explanation and details if you like that, or you can put a simple complication on your watch to see your most recent HRV and stress rating. I have found it to be pretty accurate for me..Version: 1.0.10
Body WatchBoth of their app are phenomenal, stress watch and peak watch, such amazing stats for people who value their health but I do really wish they would offer and package deal so users could purchase both of the apps for one price, I think this would be the best way to get users to buy their services but just a suggestion because I love these apps and their watch complications are awesome I really enjoy these apps and think they’re vital for those who value their health.Version: 2.0.20
Data loading bugs?!I like the app. I like the science (I.e., for HRV, RMSSD instead of SDNN). But, there are data loading problems. I have worn an Apple Watch for >5 years. I have done everything the docs have recommended including deleting/reinstalling the app. When I initiate the freshly installed app, it says something is wrong with data load (I double checked and the permissions were granted). If I start & stop the app 2 or 3 times, it eventually starts working. But, the data load leaves out whole months of data (I verified that the data is there). I am going to cancel the free trial & will try it again after bugs are fixed..Version: 2.0.12
100% recommendI have been looking for a stress tracking app for my watch for a long time and this is by far my favorite one. Ever since I have started to use it it is much easier to specifically identify things that stress me and when it is time to take a step back. This is also an app that I would consider paying the premium for..Version: 2.0.4
Great APPI have been using the app now for a few weeks and it has been insightful and better than others I have tried. I wish though it would do readings more often. There is a way to manually have it to a reading, but I wish it would do it hourly on its own so I could better pinpoint stressors and trends throughout a day. For most people that would probably be too much, but I have some stress and anxiety issues so having that option would be really beneficial for me. It’s a great app though, highly recommend!.Version: 2.0.17
Good app but subscription…I think for someone who struggles with anxiety on a daily basis having a monitor is very helpful and allows me to see how things i do during my day either cause my anxiety or help take it away. However, now i feel like every app you have to pay for. Why can’t apps be free and allow there users to use their apps to its fullest potential to get true use out of apps they choose to be on their phones? I would love to use this app to its fullest potential but i don’t have that kind of money..Version: 2.0.15
I wish there is a lifetime membership optionI have been trying to decide between the grow app and this one. Overall this app is much more accurate for testing stress which I really appreciate, however I really wish there is a lifetime membership option cuz grow has and I would purchase that instead of the yearly subscription option fr. But the app overall I have no complaints.Version: 2.0.1
Nice app worth the subscriptionI downloaded all the popular stress monitor apps and this is the one that wins! Clean and neat, and I also paid for the subscription because the history is super useful. Thanks for making the app but wish it’s a little cheaper on us App Store haha. Thank you!.Version: 2.0.5
Notifications on iwatchI have been using this app about a week and it was giving me updates and notifications on my watch and was syncing fine with phone and watch. The last couple the last couple of day it has not been syncing or notifying. Did something change on the last update which was a couple of days ago. Everything was working fine until the last update..Version: 1.3.2
So far I like itI love the layout and the little faces and during the day it appears accurate but I would like to use it longer to see how accurate it is. I would like to know if sleep apnea affects it as I wear a cpap and im getting “overload” notifications from the middle of the night and first thing in the morning..Version: 2.1.6
It saves me the moment I am stressedAbsolutely wild to have a computer interrupt me at the cusp of fight or flight hormones to help me stay centered. I’ve gotten the ping on my watch three times now and each time has been perfect timing for me to collect myself. Game changer!.Version: 2.0.13
It really helpsI never meet an app like this before, both cute user interface and useful..Version: 1.0.17
Can’t enable notificationsI really need this app to work for me. I have Post Covid Syndrome and my vagus nerve was damaged. My heart rate is too high most of the time. This app keeps telling me to enable notifications. It then takes me to the settings app on my iPhone and there is no option to enable notifications. Otherwise, the app is useful to me..Version: 2.0.13
App does everything you need to, and moreI got this app to monitor my stress, but now I use it for sleep tracking as well. The only request I would have is to make a iPhone widget for sleep similar to the watch widget you have..Version: 2.0.8
Love itI love this app. It is very consistent with how I actually feel. However, I wish you could have it update easier or choose a more frequent time frame for it to update rather than every 2 hours..Version: 2.0.17
Feedback systemI would highly recommend to have a self-validation system. There are always time I feel alright but got the stress alert, making me doubt the accuracy of the system..Version: 1.0.17
Great app to remind me to care for my emotionsThis is a great app to remind me to take care of my emotions and mental health. It would be great if it could measure more frequently a day..Version: 2.1.0
I lovedI used this app for two days, I loved it. For sure I will get a manual plan. Help me a lot with my anxiety, and with my HDT.Version: 2.0.12
Makes me giggleEvery time I smke mj, it tells me ‘overloaded’ and it makes me giggle every time. I couldn’t be more stress free and relaxed right now and it’s telling me this right now lol.Version: 2.0.12
It’s goldI love this app. I just wish it had 12 hr option. Otherwise, I’m starting to recognize trends in my heart and stress..Version: 1.3.2
Great AppReally grate app. Devs are responsive to fixing bugs.Version: 2.0.16
Can’t sign upGetting error message on trying to sign in.Version: 1.2.2
