Lively - Period Tracker, Cycle Positive Reviews
Saved me from PMDD related thoughtsSo TW for anyone with “intrusive” thoughts around certain emotionally sensitive periods of their cycle. But I recently got a hand injury and its been debilitating. On top of all of that I have been having mood swings that are worse than usual. Not only does this app help me anticipate those by telling me which stage of my cycle i am in, since your body and hormones behaves differently around each phase, but it tells me ways i can help to take care of myself. If you ever have depressive episodes during ur cycle, it definitely helps. My favorite feature has been the widget you can add to your lock screen (the new IOS feature that lets you customize ur clock and stuff) because each day it gives you a motivational quote or a self-love/healing affirmation. (TW) I had a panic attack and it led me down a pretty dark road with some VERY unsafe thoughts. My support group was unavailable at that moment and i just so happened to look at my lock screen and see the daily affirmation which i missed because I had work and didnt see it (youd think i would’ve but.. im weird sometimes especially when im busy, and it had been a rough day) the affirmation? “Practice self-compassion, you are doing the best you can.” This app really takes EVERYTHING into consideration. I highly recommend it off the affirmations alone, because you never know when you’ll need that extra boost from your digital friend. Lol..Version: 2.1.3
Helpful & Eye-openingSo I’ve never been the girly who tracks her cycle, at least not to this extent. I’d occasionally write on the calendar when my period started and ended but that’s it. I certainly never thought about how my hormones fluctuate the whole month and how that effects me. Using Lively has been truly eye-opening to my feminine experience. I had never once considered how my hormones were affecting daily life but now I feel so enlightened. It’s helped me understand my body so much better. The yearly cost is totally worth it to me; the tips and information they give you is so helpful for building a more balanced life. Obviously you can do what you will with their information, but it’s just good to have a concise resource at my fingertips for things like suggested workouts, foods, and activities during all the different phases of my cycle. I only have one critique and it’s small: it would be nice to have more options for the mood tracker. I just personally don’t find the options to be a wide enough range. But that won’t keep me from using the app, I just think that would be a great improvement to that area..Version: 2.0.1
LoveThis app is great both for feeling connected with my cycle, and for connecting with my partner. The cycle information has been very helpful. For me, I find that getting insights into my productivity levels/Types of focus that may be easier for me to access at different phases, is great for planning ahead on longer-term projects and goals, and to cut myself some slack when I am having trouble focusing during certain cycle phases and opt for more supportive activities when I can. (WLW friendly!) When I first started using this app, the partner-sync was still in beta. I wasn’t able to share partner data back-and-forth with my girlfriend, just one way—a feature suggestion I wrote into Lively’s suggestion submission option, and one I have seen in other reviews here. They seem to have added that feature in a recent update! Now my girlfriend and I are able to share our cycle information with each other, and we absolutely love it! Thank you, Lively, for listening to your customer feedback!.Version: 2.2.5
GET IT!I was a bit skeptical of paying for the premium features on this app even after trying the free trial, but went ahead and purchased it anyhow. I never pay for apps but truly this one is worth it. It’s empowered me to eat according to my cycle, giving me insights into what kind of foods to focus on as well as what activities to do. Since following the advice here I’ve had more energy and better digestion. It’s made tracking my cycle a breeze and easy to comprehend. The new feature allows you to sync with your partner and we love it! My partner can check daily to see my mood, sex drive, and how to best support me and its improved our relationship and connection. He’s able to plan dates according to what activities are best for the phase I’m in and encourage me to eat certain foods as well without even having to ask me! If you are going to get ANY cycle syncing app on the market, make it this one. I’ve tried plenty and never stayed consistent or found them very helpful. This is the one!.Version: 2.0.7
Life changing app!I have never wrote a review for an app before. I have also never used an app to track my cycle because when I try them I end up deleting after a week when find them unhelpful. As someone with bipolar and pmdd, I can’t express enough how helpful this has been. Its helped me to not only track my moods through my cycle but also track my moods due to my bipolar which is super helpful for when I have doctors appointments for mental health. Having the journal aspect is extra awesome for when my day by day moods can also come from life events rather than my cycle. This app also helps me to be aware of my daily activities and where I improve. I LOVE all of the suggestions for what to do and what to eat that are tailored to where you’re at in your cycle. There’s other aspects to this app that can be helpful in different ways depending on what you use it for but this has been my person experience! I 100% suggest this app for anyone who has a menstrual cycle..Version: 2.2.18
A Life SaverI love Lively and my partner loves being able to track my cycle and know where I'm at. I haven't always been as educated about where I am and what exercise or diet would help me at each stage of my cycle, so this has really upgraded my routine and helped me understand my own body and mind better. It's honestly helped me to not beat myself up when I'm tired and to give myself permission to rest as well, which is a big deal! I would love it if my partner could interact a little more with the information given than just a nudge, though. Just an idea, but maybe some way to react to symptoms? Or a prompt to send a message of encouragement? Something like that would be really fun! Also a way to share a broader range of feelings with him. Like anger, irritation, sadness, happiness, joy, etc. Just would add to the partner experience a bit!.Version: 2.1.1
More correlation to relevant things + structural suggestionSo I’ve been using lively premium for a while (accidentally forgot to end free trial..), I like her she’s cute - love the partner feature. My problem is with the hormone levels feature. Yes I appreciate knowing what my levels are projecting to be but I would like to get notifications regarding how my hormonal levels will affect me on a daily basis if possible. A little fun: go drink some water, your progestorene is low or your body would probably like some exercise etc. just like the widget about do move and eat, I think little short notifications would educate me more about my hormones and give me active reminders on how I can orient my day to serve my body best. Also, I think the structure of the app is great, only suggestion would be to make the opening graphic of suggestions for the day (do,move, eat) in their categories in different rows? Yeah that’d be nice. Okay hope you guys incorporate this!.Version: 2.0.7
Truly the best cycle tracking app!I’ve used so many tracking apps since I was first introduced to them and none compare to Lively! At first it was pretty basic but honestly the aesthetic and clean/calming look as a whole is what kept me on the app haha then as they’ve been updating and adding new features increasing the quality of the overall experience I’m so happy to say I’ve been able to see the earlier stages of the app! The way they include tips/recommendations for all things nourishment, movement, and activities has been so helpful as I’ve been trying to live more in sync with my cycle, not a feature I’ve found in any other tracking app. Truly could not be more in love with this app and I’m looking forward to any updates they make in the future!.Version: 1.8.8
Great tracking app butOkay, I love the insight this app gives me. The subscription I feel was worth it for a little bit but it feels a little all over the place when it comes to what you can do, eat, etc during your cycle to assist in cycle syncing. I think instead of having them all clustered together in random order that it would be helpful if they were alphabetical and maybe something to help you understand how to get the best use out of the app. I LOVE that it suggests how to add certain food into your diet though I never did anything extra. Overall I think the app is great and layout is nice it could just use some organizing and a quick tutorial that can be skipped or selected if we want it. Also getting rid of duplicates or similar items. Can’t wait to see the changes made to this app to make it more useful!.Version: 2.1.1
Amazing + a few small things. After quitting the birth control pill, I struggled learning how to move through the seasons of my cycle. I, like most women, are never really taught what goes on in our bodies and how to live in a way that honors them. This app has been so helpful and gentle in navigating the various things I might feel throughout my cycle and, unlike other cycling apps that just provide raw data, provides suggestions on things I can do, foods I can eat, and ways I can move my body to feel better. The few things I noticed are: 1) some of the do/move/eat suggestions are repetitive— I had to hide a bunch of them when I first opened the app because it’s a little overwhelming to see so many icons. Once I hid the ones that felt repetitive, it was much easier to digest. 2) There are a few typos— I noticed one under “Eat- High Fiber”. 3) I would love to be able to sync my temperature to my oura ring someday! That’s the only thing keeping me on another tracking app. Otherwise I love this app and think it’s totally worth the few bucks a month. The widgets are super helpful in reminding myself where I’m at while I’m still adjusting to my cycle again :) Thank you!.Version: 2.2.18
Finally an app that has an accurate approach to my consciousness!I have downloaded so many period applications throughout time. This is the absolute best app & the only one I haven’t deleted within a week. Lively keeps me oriented about my cycle and continuously gives me insight about what I can do to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle. It also has a way to keep me engaged in teaching my daily activities. Something I really appreciate about this app is the attention to detail, the organization, and the very beautiful graphics they use. I would be very curious for them to add an actual moon cycle feature, as I am interested to study how my cycle connects to the moon cycles. I would also love some extra little items on the list they offer to “do, move, and eat.” Price wise, it is very affordable. I am super happy to pay for these very well designed app. They have created super cute widgets to adorn my entire screen where I can easily see all suggestions and please in time in relationship to my cycle though the month. Overall, I absolutely adore everything about this app so much so that I took the time to write this review..Version: 2.0.7
Love the options, but won’t stay loggedI am a design girlie through and through. I have tried other apps, and this one by far is the most beautifully made. However, design is not without function. All of it won’t stay logged- I’m not sure what the purpose of logging the symptoms if it is not staying logged. However, the reason why this app has 3 stars is because it does give great ideas for what to eat, what to do, and movement for your body that has changed my period I have always struggled through 3 days of painful cramps because I didn’t know what to eat or how to stay on track, these suggestions held me accountable and I only had 1 day of uncomfortably with the cramps. Not only that it helps me better prepare what to buy to snack on and eat during the phases of my cycle. If only the symptoms would stay logged for me, it would be 5 stars. ☺️.Version: 1.8.8
I LOVE LOVELY but I wish I could log more foodsI just downloaded lively and so far I really like it! As I was going through and filling out different things on my daily log, I felt like there weren’t enough food options. I think all of the current options are good, healthy foods but I think it could be useful to include some maybe not super healthy foods! Like I wanted to log that I had a sandwich but there was only “complex carbs” as an option. I think it is important to suggest users to eat good, healthy foods, but it could be great to have some unhealthy options to choose from while logging. Obviously not as suggestions during our cycle phases, but it could be cool to get info on how those foods are effecting us and also having a more complete daily log. But seriously, I love lively 🙈.Version: 2.2.21
First couple of days..I’m in the first couple of days of use for this app, and I love that it tells which part of cycle you’re in, gives dietary and movement suggestions, and beautifully details your hormone levels. This is what I’m looking for in a cycle app having come from Flo where this information is not laid out and requires digging through random prompts and quizzes and whatnot. However, the intro pages “First THING first”and “How can we call you?” are grammatically incorrect. I know this sounds ridiculously nit-picky, but first impressions count and this gave me the impression that the app was in Beta and not legitimate. It was enough for me to consider deleting it immediately, but I didn’t because of the beautiful graphics. Just a suggestion. I’m sticking with it through the trial period at least. More feedback to come. Thanks!.Version: 2.1.1
The support women have deserved for all of time! This app has been my best friend. I check in daily and can see better where I’m at mentally, emotionally, physically. As a woman, especially in this day and age, there are so many things to manage when it comes to your own reproductive health - what to eat, when to push yourself, when to rest and do nothing, what products to use or not — and having an app like Lively, really simplifies the complexity of the female experience. And let’s not even forgot the coolest feature of all - partner synching?? what?! 🤎 You mean my man can be aware of the phase and state i am in without it always being a constantly changing conversation? It’s a dream come true. Thank you Lively! 🤎🤎🤎.Version: 2.0.7
Not worth itI switched apps for Lively and I’m a little disappointed in doing so. $30 subscription gets you nowhere, a pretty big subscription just to pay for the app’s extremely basic interface. The home widget/scrolling options are nice to read, but logging details gets you nowhere - no point in wasting the time to do so, even though I was hopeful Lively would give me stats on my foods, moods, etc. New features have been saying they’re “coming soon” for half a year now… and also boast about ai, which makes me feel extremely cautious about my personal data continuing with Lively (I don’t really want my period info sold and fed to some random ai system?). Period predictor has been correct, but that’s something I can predict on my own so, really not sure what I’m even using this $30 app for anymore lol..Version: 2.2.22
Truly Cycle-Life ChangingIf you’ve been wondering if these apps are useful or worth it GET THIS APP. I never tracked my period before so I downloaded this app on my first day of menstruation and the next month I got my period EXACTLY on the day that it said I would. Each phase has been incredibly ACCURATE. I have PEACE OF MIND & a CALENDAR I CAN COUNT ON. There is a science to this cycle-stuff that the creators clearly have down! The apps features are SIMPLISTIC and very USER FRIENDLY. I am writing this review because they have a “suggest a feature” button that I submitted my suggestion to. I wanted a feature that could log symptoms. Amazingly, the NEXT WEEK there is a new feature to Log Symptoms THAT I LOVE!! It’s better than I have ever expected..Version: 1.8.2
Life changingLet me start off by saying I NEVER review apps. I’ve probably tried every single tracker on the App Store most of them mirroring each other. But THIS period tracking app????? Freakin life changing. Most period trackers just tell you how far you are from ovulation & your period, but lively gives you an incredibly interactive experience that helps you every day of your cycle. As someone with PMDD it’s extremely helpful because I feel so frustrated & ashamed of myself during my luteal phase. The encouraging messages, throughly researched tips & dietary advice are so amazing. It makes me feel reassured & like trying to manage my period is possible and I’m not crazy lol..Version: 2.2.15
Exactly what I was looking for, looking forward to seeing how it growsThis app is exactly what I was looking for in a period tracker. I stopped taking birth control and wanted to see how each phase of my cycle was affecting me, and I love how this app gives you a guideline for each day in your cycle. One area I’d love to see in future updates is guidelines for intermittent fasting. I know that it is not recommended to intermittent fast at certain points in your cycle, and to have that information included in the day-to-day guidelines would be so helpful. Referring back to my stopping birth control, I’d also love to see that as an option for women to “check off” in their settings so the app can guide us through the stages of stopping birth control, as these effects can last for 4-6 months and any assistance with that would also be very helpful. Overall, I am very pleased with this app and will continue to use it and recommend it to others..Version: 2.1.1
Huge upgrade from previous appsI really like this app in comparison to other apps I’ve had and used. I was using the Flo app for a very long time but the amount of ads and the interface felt very childish. I didn’t care what features they had and I was exhausted of ads being pushed to me every time I opened the app. The period tracker that comes with the iPhone just isn’t extensive enough and is boring to look at. While I do currently use the premium version of this app, I love the design, the UI, the helpful tips and I love that it tells you what “phase” of your cycle you’re in and how to take care of yourself in that time. This app just works for me and I don’t see myself going back..Version: 2.1.1
Pretty Great for the Free Version!!If you’re looking for a new period tracking app or switching from Eve or Flow like me, this is a much better option by far. There are limits with the free version of course but this app focuses on cycle syncing which can help better plan daily activities and workouts, your diet and boost your mood! Since downloading this app and paying attention to my cycle it has helped me out immensely. I’m only taking one star away because of some features being taken away for the free version (e.g hormone analysis, options to pick for diet, mood, and activities). Those could stand to be added, at least some more options to choose. Otherwise great app!!.Version: 2.1.1
The Free Version will do.I’ve been using Lively to track my cycle. It has been great. I like the partner sync, giving my husband updates on my mood & drive is fun. I also like the widget, especially on my Lock Screen. I was misled to purchase a full priced year subscription after being offered a 7 day trial (no refund was given and I’m a little disappointed after I was offered a purchase discount and couldn’t use it) and now that I have the full version I can say the free version will do. All the extra stuff is a little overwhelming and unrealistic for me and not really worth the full version. The best free cycle tracking app but be careful because you could accidentally buy it and not get a refund when trying it out..Version: 2.1.3
I wish I could say I like itI am thirteen and I have not gotten my period yet. I have gone through puberty but I just haven’t gotten it. I have talked to my doctor she is not worried so I am just assuming that I will be a late bloomer. I am looking into period/hormone tracker apps because I want to keep track of my mood and hormonal fluctuations I just downloaded this app and the second question it asked me is ‘when did you last have your period’ there was no option for no period or don’t have period yet and I understand that my situation probably wasn’t what this app is made for but I have other friends in the same situation as me and I really wish that there was more ways to get information not just when you start your period..Version: 2.1.4
Stop profiting off of my periodI like and appreciate the app, however, as a woman I already deal with pink tax and spending an unreasonable amount of money on sanitary products - why not cut us some slack and actually help WITHOUT profiting off of our periods like so many other companies already do??? My body is a slave to capitalism and I have to budget for metal filled tampons because bleeding in the open offends society. But hey let’s make an app that costs women (the gender that already makes less and pays more) an additional $30 a month to understand their cycle since science class taught them nothing 🥴🥱 How helpful is this when it adds to the frustration and burden that being a woman already comes with?.Version: 2.1.1
Keep going!Ive been looking for a new, more mature period app for a while now.. no more pink and cluttered information please.. the app has a very sleek minimalist design and the free version I have includes all the information I'm interested in (basically just wanting to know what phase I'm in and how that will affect me) you can tell it is woman founded and I really hope you guys keep going and make the improvements needed to succeed! this app has so much potential and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens. My own suggestion would be maybe a dark theme?.Version: 2.2.15
Yes yes yes ✨I am loving this app. It helps me validate the ways I am feeling at different times of the month. I love that it gives me advice on what activities and foods to focus on. I enjoy being able to log how I’m feeling. It’s just so user friendly and easy to check in everyday. There’s so unnecessary clutter or too much going on. This is the best app on the market. Straight to the point. And I love that I can very easily share portal access to my partner. He too enjoys and thinks it’s so cool to be able to see what I choose to give him access to (my moods, sex drive and symptoms). 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.Version: 2.0.7
Weird bugI absolutely love this app and is the only one that has properly tracked my period. As well as its many other features which help women through their cycle. I’m not sure what happened when the new year switched over but it messed up counting my cycle days. I’m only on day 27 of my cycle and counted a few times to make sure but the app is saying day 41. I’m not sure if it’ll fix itself or if it’s an issue when the year switched. Other than that it’s an amazing app and the best one I have come across..Version: 2.2.17
I wish it was LGBTQ friendlyMy partner and I are both women with periods and we are always looking for new ways to track what our bodies say to us and what it means in relation to our cycles. I love that the app is clean looking, it’s not pink, and it’s not a silly-little-period-app, it gives great information and tips based on which phase we are in. However, the couple’s syncing is only for heterosexual couples. So I just wish that her and I could somehow sync our accounts and keep track of each others periods instead of having to have two separate accounts to track on our own..Version: 2.0.1
It’s okay. This app is okay. I like how much insight it gives as to what the hormones are doing and how you might feel. I like the symptom tracker, though I have not accumulated enough data to know if I appreciate how they use my symptoms to log insights- will be interested to see that. I like the idea of suggesting what foods to eat the MOST, as I am very curious about how I can eat to best suit my cycle, but the information architecture of this feature is disorganized and inefficient. Simply listing out tons of foods is as efficient as it would be for me to just google it. It’s overwhelming and “meh” at the same time. Why not suggest meals instead and include the recipe? That would be fun and practical..Version: 2.2.2
Best Period Tracking AppTruly the best app to track your cycle! I love that Lively focuses on offering tips to enhance each phase of the menstrual cycle - I feel so supported each month! And the fact that they are always listening to their app users and making updates when possible shows how much they care. I’ve downloaded every period tracking app on the market and this is the only one I’ve used consistently and feel excited to use everyday. Thank you for an incredible tool to teach women more about their cycles!.Version: 1.8.8
You will not regret this app!I used to use another app and had no issues with it, but was looking for some thing that offered more options for logging. I love how this app gives you information and tells you what phase of the month you’re in. To me that’s really important because I can better prepare myself each week for what my body needs and my mental health needs. I use the free version and for me that’s enough, but I’m definitely not opposed to upgrading at some point..Version: 1.8.8
Love but wish it offered more!Ive wanted to find an easy way to figure out what to eat, how to exercise and what to focus on during the different phases of my cycle to optimize my health and mental clarity. This app has it! i finally feel like i have an easily accessible way to figure out how to best treat my body. I will say, i wish it offered suggested recipes. it would also be nice to have the ability to truly track your period cycle with symptoms etc, like the flo app does. those are just what i feel i would be willing to pay a premium for. i do really love this app..Version: 1.6.2
Love this app but wished there was more customizationI really love this app, I think the general layout and UX design is far superior to other tracking apps. But I wish there was a feature to log custom symptoms. For example, I get really dehydrated days leading up to my menstrual cycle, but that isn’t an option not can I write it in as an option. Same with exercises, I wish there were ways to write in your exercise, not just the broad brush options like “outdoor activity.” Love this app and look forward to seeing how it improves overtime!.Version: 2.0.1
Kinda FunnyI was diagnosed with PMDD and thought this app was great for a few reasons. One being the food options during different parts of our cycle, two being the partner share, and the aesthetic of it all is cute and easy to use. I switched to this app from flo, inputing 2 years on my previous periods. The funny part is that it seemed to not get an accurate read on my period predictions. After a few months I found myself with a positive pregnancy test 😂. I’m not saying it was the apps fault obviously but do think it was difficult for the app to track or get a good feel of my period..Version: 2.3.8
Please fixOnly writing this in hopes for improvements. I really want to love this app and continue to use it but the cycle predictions are realllllly off. Therefore I now use two apps. E.g. flo says I get my period in 5 days and this app says 19. I logged my last period the exact same day. Flo has always been right. To say that I’m getting my next period 10 days late is a stretch. Thank god I wasn’t using this to help with fertility lol. Anyway this is something for dev. Please improve as I am a paying member. Other than that the information is helpful. P.S. my periods are very regular. I have PMDD which is why I rely on these apps..Version: 2.2.14
I like itI do like this app. It is really cute and very easy to navigate. It has tons of great features. The only thing is the payment. You get lots of tips and things that should be general IF you pay. Some people don’t have money for that. I truly do appreciate this app and what it is made for, I just can’t afford the premium, so it kind of makes me want to just use another app that has the same not premium features. I was looking forward to the tips, until I couldn’t pay for it. Again, this seems like a great app, unfortunately I just can’t afford to pay anything for it..Version: 2.2.7
Bonus FeaturesSubscription is amazing and cheap, free version gives you 90% of what you need too. Really helps those who can’t afford the full thing but still want to improve their lives tenfold. Lovely business model and a good change to an industry..Version: 2.2.15
LoveExactly what I was looking for, really helps me:) kinda hope it doesn’t catch on so they don’t change the best/helpful features to subscription based haha.Version: 2.2.22
Awesome but needs workThe app is an amazing concept but the widgets don’t work.Version: 2.3.12
Great appLove this app can’t wait to see what new features are coming:).Version: 2.2.20
Best app so farI’ve used several apps for years including Flo . I wanted something women owned and this is it! Tried clue as well but I find Lively interface so user friendly. I LOVE how they actually add recommendations of what you should do and eat and how it benefits you . Absolutely my favourite app so far !.Version: 2.2.15
Love hate relationshipLove knowing when also getting a notification that my period was coming on the 24th….of December was rude and im gonna blame the app.Version: 2.2.14
I love this appI use this app to track my period and my menstrual cycle. It’s amazing since my boyfriend can also see where I’m at in my cycle. I pay for the premium and it’s definitely worth it for me. I do wish I could scan the barcode of what I eat or something though. All of the options are super healthy and that is just not realistic all the time!.Version: 2.2.0
Unable to loadGreat app so far but the landing page isn’t working at all, the app opens up to a blank beige screen.Version: 2.2.0
Strengthened me and my boyfriend’s long-distance relationshipSending love, love, love to whoever developed this app.Version: 2.1.3
Almost PerfectI'm obsessed with this app and its simplicity and the info it provides me. I love absolutely everything about it and I love being able to share my mood with my partner. It would be perfect if my data I entered over time could be seen on a graph, or maybe I just need to enter more data? It would be great to see the patterns. Oh also the person in April who thoughts swimming and a bath was bad advise for day two period is only thinking of themselves. For me worst day is day one and yes on that day I would probably only want to lie in bed and cry but on day two if I had access to a pool or body of water to swim I think it would be a great way to stimulate blood flow without having to workout too hard and a warm bath sounds lovely. Everyone is different!.Version: 2.0.7
Almost perfect!Honestly such a great app, only thing i believe should be altered is making the hormone level information free, so everyone can learn!!:) i can see as a woman-made app, u guys explain everything rlly well, and just wish i could view that to help me better understand what im going thru and when with this great app:) thank you!!.Version: 2.1.1
Life changingThis is next level cycle tracking!.Version: 2.0.7
Wonderful AppWhen I found this app. It felt almost too good to be true..Version: 2.0.7
Great app but I have a suggestion!First of all I do believe it’s a great app it’s very “simple” but detailed for basic menstrual tracking and the partner share (even if I haven’t used it yet personally) is a great feature but I believe there are a few things us TTC girls would love to see like BBT tracker I truely believe that is the only thing missing. Other thank that it’s a great app I love the little suggestions and the hormone tracker on the bottom really lets me see what my body is doing Great job! Keep updating and mixing it up for the world of bleeders! 🥰.Version: 2.0.7
THE BESTSo thankful for this app. so much useful info & the graphics are gorg. 10/10 love it.Version: 2.0.6
Great app!I love how many details I get from this app. I also really love the suggested workouts, foods and things to do depending on which phase you are at. It’s super informative and the interface is really easy to navigate..Version: 1.8.8
Could use improvements!I think the app is great it’s been practical to log and track my period especially that it has been lasting longer these days, only thing is that once i hit ten days it no longer considered that i was on my period which is a bit frustrating. I also can’t log my flow which i think would be practical to add. Besides that minor bugs when sharing the data with my partner like data not updating or having trouble logging sex drive..Version: 2.0.6
Older women?Hi, Wondering if you’ll incorporate us older chicks someday soon? I’m 50 and period has gone thru a lot of changes over the last few months… Thanks!.Version: 2.0.6
Amazing but has some issues! The concept of this app is amazing and I love it! There are a few things that can be improved through: when I signed up, a lot of the text was cut off and I couldn’t read a lot of the information due to a formatting issue. Personally, no period is the same for me, so I would love an option where a period can be averaged instead of a set number (such as 28-31 days instead of 28 days). I also noticed when I synced my information from apple health, a lot of it was off by a few days. Lastly, when I look in the calendar at previous periods, I would like to see how long each one was so I can understand variations in my cycle as this can be important for health!! I am excited to see what future versions of this app will bring!!.Version: 2.0.0
My fave app to existI used other app, and and leading app for legit 10 years. After using lively, I will never use another app. The way it encourages me to adapt my life with my cycle, the UI, and the love of female health. I love that this is marketed as an app for women!! 🩷🩷.Version: 1.8.8
Game changerThis is the app we’ve all been waiting for. It goes beyond the period tracker. It’s the cycle tracker and I’m loving it. It’s positive and gives tips on how to work with, versus against, our natural cycle. Thank you, Lively!.Version: 1.8.2
Much needed appThe app is great and offers lots of good advise for each phase of your cycle. I wish there was an option to log personal data and symptoms. Missing a few symptoms I experience, feeling cold, extra hungry, body image stuff. Great stuff, would love ability to put in your own person symptoms!.Version: 1.8.7
Love it!Been using Lively for a month now and I love the little tips and info it gives based on where you are in your cycle!.Version: 1.5.0
Love it but wish it had more trackingLove all the suggestions, wish I could put more of my own info in regarding flows, moods, cravings ect so that it could track that too.Version: 1.7.0
Cute idea - needs more customizationI really like the suggestions it gives you! I just wish the app was more intuitive. Opening the app for the first time, it should ask you how long your cycles are. For me, it just assumed I had a 28 day cycle and then I had to manually change that in the settings. It doesn’t take into account that every cycle will be different. You won’t always ovulate on time. And not everyone has a perfect 14-day luteal phase. Mine is 12 days long! It would be nice to see the ability to adjust the length of the luteal phase as well. Thanks!!.Version: 1.6.0
Enjoying it so far!I’ve tried many cycle tracking apps and this one is my favourite. Aside from how beautiful the app is, it is also very informative. I’m loving the recommendation board of foods to eat, types of movement and activities to engage in..Version: 1.2.8
It’s a very aesthetically pleasing app and very helpful but…You need the subscription to get most things although it’s only $3.30 a month and there are some spelling errors.Version: 1.1.23
Needs help.Has some serious bugs to be fixed. I entered my most recent period start date and the app glitched, moving the date backward and giving me suggestions that were no longer relevant. I tried entering a new date again, and it remained at the incorrect date. I deleted the app, re-downloaded and tried to log back in to fix the issue, but can no longer log back in with my Apple account, which is the only way to have an account. I sent an email about this issue and have not received anything back. I would gladly resume using this app if they would fix this issue. Positive feedback: I absolutely love the concept and design of this app. I loved using the widget on my Home Screen to view a few suggestions from my lively board. I think it’s beautiful, practical, accessible and simple. It just has some major bugs to be fixed. 😖.Version: 1.2.6
